The shift toward specialized and large-scale agricultural production has spurred the emergence of agricultural clusters as key forces of rural vitalization and sustainable development.This paper explored the formation...The shift toward specialized and large-scale agricultural production has spurred the emergence of agricultural clusters as key forces of rural vitalization and sustainable development.This paper explored the formation and evolution of Meizhou pomelo industry cluster in China,focusing on its role in restructuring rural socio-economic systems and integrating the whole value chains.Based on a case study employing qualitative methods such as in-depth interviews and participatory observation,the agricultural cluster evolution of Meizhou pomelo was categorized into three key phases of initial decentralization,self-organized scaling,and reorganized clustering.Geographical proximity and industrial agglomeration constitute the physical foundation,while vertical/horizontal linkages,technologic-al innovation,and policy support enhance competitiveness.Special mechanisms emerge through localized social networks,farmer co-operatives’activation,and cross-regional market expansion.The cluster’s impact is manifested in the shift from extensive to standard-ized and modernized production,diversified and flexible livelihood of farmers,and the integration of agriculture with industry and ser-vices.The development of the whole value chain based on agricultural cluster represents a critical pathway for achieving agricultural modernization,encompassing both internal and external value chain optimization.Through quality assurance systems,product diversi-fication strategies,operational efficiency improvements,and brand enhancement,these clusters amplify product value propositions and market competitiveness.This systemic approach facilitates supply-demand coordination,enables resource synergies,and optimizes eco-nomic returns across the horizontal and vertical value chain.This paper argues that agricultural clusters serve as strategic catalysts for sustainable rural development by reconstructing local production systems,fostering innovation ecosystems,and aligning agricultural modernization.It contributes to debates on rural vitalization by demonstrating how agricultural clustering can reconfigure rural areas as hubs of ecological modernization,rather than mere urban peripheries.展开更多
In this paper,we study the nonlinear Riemann boundary value problem with square roots that is represented by a Cauchy-type integral with kernel density in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces.We discuss the odd-order zer...In this paper,we study the nonlinear Riemann boundary value problem with square roots that is represented by a Cauchy-type integral with kernel density in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces.We discuss the odd-order zero-points distribution of the solutions and separate the single valued analytic branch of the solutions with square roots,then convert the problem to a Riemann boundary value problem in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces and discuss the singularity of solutions at individual zeros belonging to curve.We consider two types of cases those where the coefficient is Hölder and those where it is piecewise Hölder.Then we solve the Hilbert boundary value problem with square roots in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces.By discussing the distribution of the odd-order zero-points for solutions and the method of symmetric extension,we convert the Hilbert problem to a Riemann boundary value problem.The equivalence of the transformation is discussed.Finally,we get the solvable conditions and the direct expressions of the solutions in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces.展开更多
Objective and fair scholar evaluation promotes academic engagement and ensures proper allocation of research resources.However,current evaluation methods face challenges such as insufficient consideration of disciplin...Objective and fair scholar evaluation promotes academic engagement and ensures proper allocation of research resources.However,current evaluation methods face challenges such as insufficient consideration of disciplinary differences,over-reliance on publication output,neglect of low-cited papers,and limited discriminative power.This paper proposes an improved evaluation metric—the Academic Equilibrium Value index(AEV-index)—based on academic equilibrium value.By incorporating weights for publication and citation tiers and integrating average publication and citation levels within disciplines,the AEV-index aims to offer a more comprehensive and equitable assessment of scholarly performance.Using Scopus data from computer science conference papers(2012-2021)across the subfields of"Network and Information Security","Computer Graphics and Multimedia",and"Artificial Intelligence",we weighted publications and citations to evaluate researchers'academic levels.The research findings indicate that:(i)The AEV-index enhances existing scholar evaluation metrics from multiple perspectives,providing a relatively reasonable and broadly applicable comprehensive evaluation index.(ii)The AEV-index is significantly correlated with traditional scholar evaluation indicators such as total publications,total citations,and the hindex,while also moderating disciplinary differences,thereby facilitating cross-disciplinary comparisons of academic influence.(iii)Additionally,the AEV-index mitigates the negative impact of low publication output,recognizes the value of low-cited but high-quality papers,and offers improved discriminative power,thereby addressing several limitations of existing evaluation metrics.展开更多

Values of individuals and organizations involved in decision-making processes form the basis for prioritizing outcomes in water governance.The novelty of this study lies in applying values to a specific decision-makin...Values of individuals and organizations involved in decision-making processes form the basis for prioritizing outcomes in water governance.The novelty of this study lies in applying values to a specific decision-making context.It aims to assess the prioritized water governance outcomes and the underlying value systems shaping the actions of the primary water utility responsible for water governance in Delhi,the Delhi Jal Board(DJB).The paper will critically examine the policies and acts of the DJB that drive water governance in Delhi at present,utilizing a values-based framework in conjunction with secondary literature and expert interviews,to draw a picture of the values reflected.The study does not substantiate the notion of economic values dominating the water-related deci-sions;rather,recent policy guidelines indicate prioritization of equitable and fair distribution of water.Findings of this paper show that making the values explicit is largely disregarded in formulating water acts and policies,and values are never elucidated in the public domain,doing which can encourage water policies and practices that are socially,economically,and ecologically viable in the long run.It is expected that this paper will generate a discussion on water values being an integral part of water governance discourses.展开更多

Background:An urban medical group in Dapeng New District was established in 2017 with the objective of enhancing outcomes for common diseases and reinforcing primary care by integrating high‐level hospitals with prim...Background:An urban medical group in Dapeng New District was established in 2017 with the objective of enhancing outcomes for common diseases and reinforcing primary care by integrating high‐level hospitals with primary health services.This study aimed to evaluate the performance of the urban medical group using the triangular value chain framework.Methods:The evaluation was conducted using the Donabedian model,focusing on three key dimensions:safety and quality,accessibility,and affordability.Longitudinal data were collected from 2016 to 2022 through government annual reports,the medical insurance bureau,and hospital information systems.Preprogram and postprogram outcome measurements were compared to assess differences and trends,providing a clear picture of the program's effectiveness.Results:Accessibility improved significantly,with the number of hospital beds per 1000 residents increasing from 2.62 in 2017 to 3.76 in 2022.The availability of general practitioners(GPs)also rose markedly,from 0 per 10,000 residents in 2017 to 6.27 in 2022.Regarding safety and quality,the proportion of complex medical procedures conducted within the New District expanded substantially,from 7.35%in 2017 to 38.11%in 2021.Additionally,there was an enhancement in the standardized management rate of chronic diseases.Affordability assessments showed that the proportion of medical income derived from the medical insurance fund increased by nearly 22.81 percentage points between 2012 and 2021.By 2021,75.02%of medical patients were covered by medical insurance,representing an increase of approximately 44 percentage points from 31.19%in 2012.Conclusions:The implementation of the urban medical group in Dapeng New District has led to substantial improvements in healthcare accessibility,safety and quality,and affordability.Future initiatives will focus on advancing the“Dapeng Mode”to generate exemplary healthcare outcomes and minimize disparities in basic health services and health status between urban and rural populations.The reform agenda includes piloting payment reforms and innovative payment models within the Dapeng group,complemented by a health assessment and performance incentive system aimed at encouraging healthcare institutions to prioritize health management.展开更多

Through the investigation of the species of street trees located along the main urban roads in Hefei City,a total of 22 species were selected,belonging to 16 families and 22 genera,with the Sapindaceae family being th...Through the investigation of the species of street trees located along the main urban roads in Hefei City,a total of 22 species were selected,belonging to 16 families and 22 genera,with the Sapindaceae family being the most prevalent.In this study,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was employed to assess the comprehensive value of 22 species of street trees applied along the main urban roads in Hefei City.Fourteen evaluation criteria were selected from four categories:morphological indices,functional indices,resistance indices,and management indices,to develop a comprehensive evaluation model.Based on a composite score derived from 22 street trees,these trees were classified into three distinct grades.Grade I(L≥3.0)exhibited a high comprehensive application value in Hefei City and included 6 tree species,such asPlatanus.Grade II(2.5≤L<3.0)also demonstrated a high comprehensive application value,comprising 15 tree species,includingCatalpabungei.In contrast,grade III(L<2.5)indicated a general comprehensive application value,represented by a single species,Cedrusdeodara.The evaluation results can offer theoretical insights for the selection of urban street trees.展开更多
International trade research has long sought to investigate how manufacturers can upgrade within global value chains and escape the“low-end trap”.This paper examines how collaborative innovation can facilitate this ...International trade research has long sought to investigate how manufacturers can upgrade within global value chains and escape the“low-end trap”.This paper examines how collaborative innovation can facilitate this ascent,using an undirected weighted network of joint patent applications and firm-level data.By analyzing the network’s structural characteristics and its evolution,we explore the mechanisms through which collaboration drives the rise of manufacturing enterprises within global value chains.Our findings show that:(1)China’s rapidly expanding collaborative innovation network features a distinct“core-periphery”structure,with leading firms,universities,and government research institutions at its center.(2)By strengthening market power and enabling firms to take on more advanced production,collaborative innovation contributes to a higher domestic value-added rate in exports.(3)Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the impact of collaborative innovation on moving up the value chain is particularly evident for firms with strong production and technology absorption capabilities,those positioned lower in the value chain,and those facing fewer trade barriers.展开更多
To improve China＇s residential environment evaluation system and enhance its guiding role, current research results are analyzed and summarized from three aspects including research scales, evaluation methods and app...To improve China＇s residential environment evaluation system and enhance its guiding role, current research results are analyzed and summarized from three aspects including research scales, evaluation methods and applied technology by means of comparison, induction and empirical application. The guiding role of the current macro-scale evaluation system of urban planning and construction is generally not obvious, whereas the guiding role of medium and micro-scale systems to the improvement of residential environments is improving. There are diversified methods for determining the threshold values and the weights of indices in China＇s evaluation system. For instance, the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） method is adopted to determine the weights of indices. The advantages and disadvantages of the method are analyzed on the basis of empirical calculation. In the course of comprehensive analyses, a nonlinear model can reflect interactions among indices more than a linear model; the evaluation model under the ARCGIS platform prevails since it combines space and attribute, and it has intuitive results. So far, the methodological system of China＇s residential environment evaluation has not been established; its subject coverage and research category should be expanded, and its guiding role should be enhanced.展开更多

The market value method was clarified in this paper as well as its operation process and the application fields. [Result] Based on the introduction of the current situation in Liangzi Lake, the direct usage value was estimated as 1.32 billion Yuan/year. Plant resources value was 318 million Yuan/year; animal resources value was 675 million Yuan/year; and water storage value was 325 million Yuan/year for the three parts. The rapid population and land urbanization not only promoted economic development but also affected the ecosystem service value(ESV).In the context of new-type urbanization and green development,it’s essential to inv...The rapid population and land urbanization not only promoted economic development but also affected the ecosystem service value(ESV).In the context of new-type urbanization and green development,it’s essential to investigate the impacts of urbanization on ESV in China.However,a comprehensive and dynamic framework to reveal the relationship between ESV and urbanization processes is lacking.This study adopted multi-source datasets to portray China’s urbanization process by integrating population,land,and economic urbanization,eval-uated the ESV changes of 10 categories by gross ecosystem product(GEP)methods,and explored ESV changes within different urbanization scales and speeds.The results showed rapid urbanization in the population,land,and economic dimensions in China,with a faster process of economic urbanization.The ESV also exhibited an increasing trend,with higher levels in the southeastern coastal regions and lower levels in the northwestern regions.Urbanization had positive impacts on ESV across various research units,but the ESV exhibited heteroge-neous changes across different urbanization scales,speeds,and their interactive effects.The response of ESV to dynamic urbanization processes was influenced by socio-economic,ecological,and policy factors;it is essential to combine targeted measures with general ecological product value realization methods in each unit to maximize social-economic-ecological benefits.展开更多
BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)is a liver disease based on chronic liver disease,which is significantly influenced by clinical treatment regimen and disease status,and despite the existence of multiple...BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)is a liver disease based on chronic liver disease,which is significantly influenced by clinical treatment regimen and disease status,and despite the existence of multiple prognostic assessment indicators for ACLF,the overall sensitivity and accuracy are relatively low.AIM To investigate the prognostic value of the combined detection of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),plasma prothrombin activity(PTA),and serum prealbumin(PA)in ACLF.METHODS This retrospective study included 87 patients with ACLF admitted from February 2021 to February 2023 and categorized them into the survival(n=47)and death(n=40)groups according to their clinical outcomes 3 months posttreatment.All the participants underwent AFP,PTA,and PA level measurements upon admission.Baseline data,as well as AFP,PTA,and PA levels,were comparatively analyzed.Pearson correlation coefficients were utilized to analyze the correlations of AFP,PTA,and PA with different survival outcomes in patients with ACLF.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves and areas under the curves were used to evaluate the predictive value of AFP,PTA,and PA for ACLF prognosis.RESULTS AFP,PTA,and PA levels were markedly decreased in the death group than in the survival group(P<0.05).Pearson analysis indicated a positive association of the AFP,PTA,and PA levels with the survival of patients with ACLF(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis determined the sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis at 91.24%and 100.00%,respectively,both of which were notably increased compared to the single-index diagnosis.The ROC of their combined diagnosis was 0.989,significantly surpassing 0.907,0.849,and 0.853 of AFP,PTA,and PA,respectively.No statistically significant variance was determined in the sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis vs the single detection(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The combined detection of AFP,PTA,and PA levels demonstrates favorable diagnostic value for the short-term prognosis of patients with ACLF,featuring high sensitivity and specificity.展开更多
BACKGROUND Gastric cancer is the most common malignancy of the digestive system and surgical resection is the primary treatment.Advances in surgical technology have reduced the risk of complications after radical gast...BACKGROUND Gastric cancer is the most common malignancy of the digestive system and surgical resection is the primary treatment.Advances in surgical technology have reduced the risk of complications after radical gastrectomy;however,post-surgical pancreatic fistula remain a serious issue.These fistulas can lead to abdominal infections,anastomotic leakage,increased costs,and pain;thus,early diagnosis and prevention are crucial for a better prognosis.Currently,C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),and total bilirubin(TBil)levels are used to predict post-operative infections and anastomotic leakage.However,their predictive value for pancreatic fistula after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer remains unclear.The present study was conducted to determine their predictive value.AIM To determine the predictive value of CRP,PCT,and TBil levels for pancreatic fistula after gastric cancer surgery.METHODS In total,158 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer at our hospital between January 2019 and January 2023 were included.The patients were assigned to a pancreatic fistula group or a non-pancreatic fistula group.Multivariate logistic analysis was conducted to assess the factors influencing development of a fistula.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were used to determine the predictive value of serum CRP,PCT,and TBil levels on day 1 postsurgery.RESULTS On day 1 post-surgery,the CRP,PCT,and TBil levels were significantly higher in the pancreatic fistula group than in the non-pancreatic fistula group(P<0.05).A higher fistula grade was associated with higher levels of the indices.Univariate analysis revealed significant differences in the presence of diabetes,hyperlipidemia,pancreatic injury,splenectomy,and the biomarker levels(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis identified diabetes,hyperlipidemia,pancreatic injury,CRP level,and PCT level as independent risk factors.ROC curves yielded predictive values for CRP,PCT,and TBil levels,with the PCT level having the highest area under the curve(AUC)of 0.80[95%confidence interval(CI):0.72-0.90].Combined indicators improved the predictive value,with an AUC of 0.86(95%CI:0.78-0.93).CONCLUSION Elevated CRP,PCT,and TBil levels predict risk of pancreatic fistula post-gastrectomy for gastric cancer.展开更多

The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)has created favorable conditions for building deeply integrated agricultural value chains(AVC)in Asia-Pacific.Based on the RCEP agreement,this study employed the gl...The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)has created favorable conditions for building deeply integrated agricultural value chains(AVC)in Asia-Pacific.Based on the RCEP agreement,this study employed the global trade analysis project(GTAP)model to evaluate the impact of RCEP on AVC of member countries in terms of time,tariff reduction,and reduction of non-tariff barriers(NTB).The results indicate that(1)the implementation of RCEP boosts the value-added to agricultural exports for most member countries,particularly in competitive industries;(2)the increase in domestic production and processing capacity,reflected in domestic value-added(DVA),is the primary factor driving the rise in the value-added of agricultural exports across various industries of member countries;(3)RCEP enhances the participation of most regional countries in AVC,with varying impacts on AVC positioning,thereby fostering regional AvC development;and(4)RCEP has a positive effect on AVC indicators both in the short and long term,with the effect becoming more pronounced over time.Additionally,reducing NTB enhances the positive effects of tariff reductions on AVC indicators.Based on the analyses,the following recommendations are proposed:(1)Leverage the development opportunities arising from RCEP implementation to enhance the agricultural DVA;(2)capitalize on cooperative opportunities created by RCEP to build cohesive regional AVC;and(3)prioritize the effective implementation of RCEP'shigh-qualityrules.展开更多

文摘The shift toward specialized and large-scale agricultural production has spurred the emergence of agricultural clusters as key forces of rural vitalization and sustainable development.This paper explored the formation and evolution of Meizhou pomelo industry cluster in China,focusing on its role in restructuring rural socio-economic systems and integrating the whole value chains.Based on a case study employing qualitative methods such as in-depth interviews and participatory observation,the agricultural cluster evolution of Meizhou pomelo was categorized into three key phases of initial decentralization,self-organized scaling,and reorganized clustering.Geographical proximity and industrial agglomeration constitute the physical foundation,while vertical/horizontal linkages,technologic-al innovation,and policy support enhance competitiveness.Special mechanisms emerge through localized social networks,farmer co-operatives’activation,and cross-regional market expansion.The cluster’s impact is manifested in the shift from extensive to standard-ized and modernized production,diversified and flexible livelihood of farmers,and the integration of agriculture with industry and ser-vices.The development of the whole value chain based on agricultural cluster represents a critical pathway for achieving agricultural modernization,encompassing both internal and external value chain optimization.Through quality assurance systems,product diversi-fication strategies,operational efficiency improvements,and brand enhancement,these clusters amplify product value propositions and market competitiveness.This systemic approach facilitates supply-demand coordination,enables resource synergies,and optimizes eco-nomic returns across the horizontal and vertical value chain.This paper argues that agricultural clusters serve as strategic catalysts for sustainable rural development by reconstructing local production systems,fostering innovation ecosystems,and aligning agricultural modernization.It contributes to debates on rural vitalization by demonstrating how agricultural clustering can reconfigure rural areas as hubs of ecological modernization,rather than mere urban peripheries.

文摘In this paper,we study the nonlinear Riemann boundary value problem with square roots that is represented by a Cauchy-type integral with kernel density in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces.We discuss the odd-order zero-points distribution of the solutions and separate the single valued analytic branch of the solutions with square roots,then convert the problem to a Riemann boundary value problem in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces and discuss the singularity of solutions at individual zeros belonging to curve.We consider two types of cases those where the coefficient is Hölder and those where it is piecewise Hölder.Then we solve the Hilbert boundary value problem with square roots in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces.By discussing the distribution of the odd-order zero-points for solutions and the method of symmetric extension,we convert the Hilbert problem to a Riemann boundary value problem.The equivalence of the transformation is discussed.Finally,we get the solvable conditions and the direct expressions of the solutions in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces.

文摘Objective and fair scholar evaluation promotes academic engagement and ensures proper allocation of research resources.However,current evaluation methods face challenges such as insufficient consideration of disciplinary differences,over-reliance on publication output,neglect of low-cited papers,and limited discriminative power.This paper proposes an improved evaluation metric—the Academic Equilibrium Value index(AEV-index)—based on academic equilibrium value.By incorporating weights for publication and citation tiers and integrating average publication and citation levels within disciplines,the AEV-index aims to offer a more comprehensive and equitable assessment of scholarly performance.Using Scopus data from computer science conference papers(2012-2021)across the subfields of"Network and Information Security","Computer Graphics and Multimedia",and"Artificial Intelligence",we weighted publications and citations to evaluate researchers'academic levels.The research findings indicate that:(i)The AEV-index enhances existing scholar evaluation metrics from multiple perspectives,providing a relatively reasonable and broadly applicable comprehensive evaluation index.(ii)The AEV-index is significantly correlated with traditional scholar evaluation indicators such as total publications,total citations,and the hindex,while also moderating disciplinary differences,thereby facilitating cross-disciplinary comparisons of academic influence.(iii)Additionally,the AEV-index mitigates the negative impact of low publication output,recognizes the value of low-cited but high-quality papers,and offers improved discriminative power,thereby addressing several limitations of existing evaluation metrics.
文摘This article aims to present new terms of single-valued neutrosophic notions in theˇSostak sense,known as singlevalued neutrosophic regularity spaces.Concepts such as r-single-valued neutrosophic semi￡-open,r-single-valued neutrosophic pre-￡-open,r-single valued neutrosophic regular-￡-open and r-single valued neutrosophicα￡-open are defined and their properties are studied as well as the relationship between them.Moreover,we introduce the concept of r-single valued neutrosophicθ￡-cluster point and r-single-valued neutrosophicγ￡-cluster point,r-θ￡-closed,andθ￡-closure operators and study some of their properties.Also,we present and investigate the notions of r-single-valued neutrosophicθ￡-connectedness and r-single valued neutrosophicδ￡-connectedness and investigate relationship with single-valued neutrosophic almost￡-regular.We compare all these forms of connectedness and investigate their properties in single-valued neutrosophic semiregular and single-valued neutrosophic almost regular in neutrosophic ideal topological spaces inˇSostak sense.The usefulness of these concepts are incorporated to multiple attribute groups of comparison within the connectedness and separateness ofθ￡andδ￡.

文摘Values of individuals and organizations involved in decision-making processes form the basis for prioritizing outcomes in water governance.The novelty of this study lies in applying values to a specific decision-making context.It aims to assess the prioritized water governance outcomes and the underlying value systems shaping the actions of the primary water utility responsible for water governance in Delhi,the Delhi Jal Board(DJB).The paper will critically examine the policies and acts of the DJB that drive water governance in Delhi at present,utilizing a values-based framework in conjunction with secondary literature and expert interviews,to draw a picture of the values reflected.The study does not substantiate the notion of economic values dominating the water-related deci-sions;rather,recent policy guidelines indicate prioritization of equitable and fair distribution of water.Findings of this paper show that making the values explicit is largely disregarded in formulating water acts and policies,and values are never elucidated in the public domain,doing which can encourage water policies and practices that are socially,economically,and ecologically viable in the long run.It is expected that this paper will generate a discussion on water values being an integral part of water governance discourses.

文摘Background:An urban medical group in Dapeng New District was established in 2017 with the objective of enhancing outcomes for common diseases and reinforcing primary care by integrating high‐level hospitals with primary health services.This study aimed to evaluate the performance of the urban medical group using the triangular value chain framework.Methods:The evaluation was conducted using the Donabedian model,focusing on three key dimensions:safety and quality,accessibility,and affordability.Longitudinal data were collected from 2016 to 2022 through government annual reports,the medical insurance bureau,and hospital information systems.Preprogram and postprogram outcome measurements were compared to assess differences and trends,providing a clear picture of the program's effectiveness.Results:Accessibility improved significantly,with the number of hospital beds per 1000 residents increasing from 2.62 in 2017 to 3.76 in 2022.The availability of general practitioners(GPs)also rose markedly,from 0 per 10,000 residents in 2017 to 6.27 in 2022.Regarding safety and quality,the proportion of complex medical procedures conducted within the New District expanded substantially,from 7.35%in 2017 to 38.11%in 2021.Additionally,there was an enhancement in the standardized management rate of chronic diseases.Affordability assessments showed that the proportion of medical income derived from the medical insurance fund increased by nearly 22.81 percentage points between 2012 and 2021.By 2021,75.02%of medical patients were covered by medical insurance,representing an increase of approximately 44 percentage points from 31.19%in 2012.Conclusions:The implementation of the urban medical group in Dapeng New District has led to substantial improvements in healthcare accessibility,safety and quality,and affordability.Future initiatives will focus on advancing the“Dapeng Mode”to generate exemplary healthcare outcomes and minimize disparities in basic health services and health status between urban and rural populations.The reform agenda includes piloting payment reforms and innovative payment models within the Dapeng group,complemented by a health assessment and performance incentive system aimed at encouraging healthcare institutions to prioritize health management.
文摘With the deepening of international agricultural division of labor,trade methods have shifted from traditional bilateral trade to agricultural global value chain(AGVC)trade.Sanitary and Phytosanitary(SPS)measures are a crucial factor affecting agricultural trade and a key variable in AGVC governance.This paper,based on the 2012-2020 University of International Business and Economics Global Value Chain Index(UIBE GVC Index)and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development Non-Tariff Measures Database(UNCTAD NTMs Database),measures the structural heterogeneity and breadth heterogeneity of SPS measures.It also constructs mathematical models and fixed-effects models to explore the impact of SPS heterogeneity on AGVC upgrading.The findings reveal that the heterogeneity of SPS measures exerts a significant inhibitory effect on the upgrading of agricultural global value chains.Moreover,compared to developed countries,a reduction in SPS measures’heterogeneity demonstrates a more pronounced positive impact on AGVC upgrading in developing countries.
文摘With rising consumer spending power and growing demand for personalization,the role of jewelry designers in product innovation and brand building has become increasingly prominent,and the realization of their commercial value has emerged as a key competitive driver in the industry.This paper employs a combination of literature review and case analysis to first define the connotation and evaluation dimensions of jewelry designers’commercial value.Next,it examines successful practices of representative designers at home and abroad,analyzing their core strategies in brand development,market positioning,channel collaboration,and innovation models.Finally,based on these findings,it proposes a systematic path for building personal brands,deepening value‐chain collaboration,and exploring cross-field innovation.The study demonstrates that effective brand building and differentiated positioning can significantly enhance a designer’s bargaining power,while coordinated upstream–downstream value-chain efforts and diverse innovation models—spanning technology and culture—provide vital support for sustained growth in commercial value.This paper aims to offer actionable strategic frameworks for industry practitioners and decision makers and to outline directions for future research.

文摘Through the investigation of the species of street trees located along the main urban roads in Hefei City,a total of 22 species were selected,belonging to 16 families and 22 genera,with the Sapindaceae family being the most prevalent.In this study,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was employed to assess the comprehensive value of 22 species of street trees applied along the main urban roads in Hefei City.Fourteen evaluation criteria were selected from four categories:morphological indices,functional indices,resistance indices,and management indices,to develop a comprehensive evaluation model.Based on a composite score derived from 22 street trees,these trees were classified into three distinct grades.Grade I(L≥3.0)exhibited a high comprehensive application value in Hefei City and included 6 tree species,such asPlatanus.Grade II(2.5≤L<3.0)also demonstrated a high comprehensive application value,comprising 15 tree species,includingCatalpabungei.In contrast,grade III(L<2.5)indicated a general comprehensive application value,represented by a single species,Cedrusdeodara.The evaluation results can offer theoretical insights for the selection of urban street trees.

文摘International trade research has long sought to investigate how manufacturers can upgrade within global value chains and escape the“low-end trap”.This paper examines how collaborative innovation can facilitate this ascent,using an undirected weighted network of joint patent applications and firm-level data.By analyzing the network’s structural characteristics and its evolution,we explore the mechanisms through which collaboration drives the rise of manufacturing enterprises within global value chains.Our findings show that:(1)China’s rapidly expanding collaborative innovation network features a distinct“core-periphery”structure,with leading firms,universities,and government research institutions at its center.(2)By strengthening market power and enabling firms to take on more advanced production,collaborative innovation contributes to a higher domestic value-added rate in exports.(3)Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the impact of collaborative innovation on moving up the value chain is particularly evident for firms with strong production and technology absorption capabilities,those positioned lower in the value chain,and those facing fewer trade barriers.

文摘To improve China＇s residential environment evaluation system and enhance its guiding role, current research results are analyzed and summarized from three aspects including research scales, evaluation methods and applied technology by means of comparison, induction and empirical application. The guiding role of the current macro-scale evaluation system of urban planning and construction is generally not obvious, whereas the guiding role of medium and micro-scale systems to the improvement of residential environments is improving. There are diversified methods for determining the threshold values and the weights of indices in China＇s evaluation system. For instance, the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） method is adopted to determine the weights of indices. The advantages and disadvantages of the method are analyzed on the basis of empirical calculation. In the course of comprehensive analyses, a nonlinear model can reflect interactions among indices more than a linear model; the evaluation model under the ARCGIS platform prevails since it combines space and attribute, and it has intuitive results. So far, the methodological system of China＇s residential environment evaluation has not been established; its subject coverage and research category should be expanded, and its guiding role should be enhanced.
文摘[Obective] This study amied to evaluate the direct usage value of Liangzi Lake, like plants and animal resources and water storage value. [Method] It was measured through the market value method. The physical environment was introduced and the productivity of the lake was investigated both through the literature materials and the investigations. The market value method was clarified in this paper as well as its operation process and the application fields. [Result] Based on the introduction of the current situation in Liangzi Lake, the direct usage value was estimated as 1.32 billion Yuan/year. Plant resources value was 318 million Yuan/year; animal resources value was 675 million Yuan/year; and water storage value was 325 million Yuan/year for the three parts. [Conclusion] This paper will attract more attention to the emphasis of the reasonable development of nature sources.

文摘The rapid population and land urbanization not only promoted economic development but also affected the ecosystem service value(ESV).In the context of new-type urbanization and green development,it’s essential to investigate the impacts of urbanization on ESV in China.However,a comprehensive and dynamic framework to reveal the relationship between ESV and urbanization processes is lacking.This study adopted multi-source datasets to portray China’s urbanization process by integrating population,land,and economic urbanization,eval-uated the ESV changes of 10 categories by gross ecosystem product(GEP)methods,and explored ESV changes within different urbanization scales and speeds.The results showed rapid urbanization in the population,land,and economic dimensions in China,with a faster process of economic urbanization.The ESV also exhibited an increasing trend,with higher levels in the southeastern coastal regions and lower levels in the northwestern regions.Urbanization had positive impacts on ESV across various research units,but the ESV exhibited heteroge-neous changes across different urbanization scales,speeds,and their interactive effects.The response of ESV to dynamic urbanization processes was influenced by socio-economic,ecological,and policy factors;it is essential to combine targeted measures with general ecological product value realization methods in each unit to maximize social-economic-ecological benefits.
文摘BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)is a liver disease based on chronic liver disease,which is significantly influenced by clinical treatment regimen and disease status,and despite the existence of multiple prognostic assessment indicators for ACLF,the overall sensitivity and accuracy are relatively low.AIM To investigate the prognostic value of the combined detection of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),plasma prothrombin activity(PTA),and serum prealbumin(PA)in ACLF.METHODS This retrospective study included 87 patients with ACLF admitted from February 2021 to February 2023 and categorized them into the survival(n=47)and death(n=40)groups according to their clinical outcomes 3 months posttreatment.All the participants underwent AFP,PTA,and PA level measurements upon admission.Baseline data,as well as AFP,PTA,and PA levels,were comparatively analyzed.Pearson correlation coefficients were utilized to analyze the correlations of AFP,PTA,and PA with different survival outcomes in patients with ACLF.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves and areas under the curves were used to evaluate the predictive value of AFP,PTA,and PA for ACLF prognosis.RESULTS AFP,PTA,and PA levels were markedly decreased in the death group than in the survival group(P<0.05).Pearson analysis indicated a positive association of the AFP,PTA,and PA levels with the survival of patients with ACLF(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis determined the sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis at 91.24%and 100.00%,respectively,both of which were notably increased compared to the single-index diagnosis.The ROC of their combined diagnosis was 0.989,significantly surpassing 0.907,0.849,and 0.853 of AFP,PTA,and PA,respectively.No statistically significant variance was determined in the sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis vs the single detection(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The combined detection of AFP,PTA,and PA levels demonstrates favorable diagnostic value for the short-term prognosis of patients with ACLF,featuring high sensitivity and specificity.
文摘BACKGROUND Gastric cancer is the most common malignancy of the digestive system and surgical resection is the primary treatment.Advances in surgical technology have reduced the risk of complications after radical gastrectomy;however,post-surgical pancreatic fistula remain a serious issue.These fistulas can lead to abdominal infections,anastomotic leakage,increased costs,and pain;thus,early diagnosis and prevention are crucial for a better prognosis.Currently,C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),and total bilirubin(TBil)levels are used to predict post-operative infections and anastomotic leakage.However,their predictive value for pancreatic fistula after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer remains unclear.The present study was conducted to determine their predictive value.AIM To determine the predictive value of CRP,PCT,and TBil levels for pancreatic fistula after gastric cancer surgery.METHODS In total,158 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer at our hospital between January 2019 and January 2023 were included.The patients were assigned to a pancreatic fistula group or a non-pancreatic fistula group.Multivariate logistic analysis was conducted to assess the factors influencing development of a fistula.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were used to determine the predictive value of serum CRP,PCT,and TBil levels on day 1 postsurgery.RESULTS On day 1 post-surgery,the CRP,PCT,and TBil levels were significantly higher in the pancreatic fistula group than in the non-pancreatic fistula group(P<0.05).A higher fistula grade was associated with higher levels of the indices.Univariate analysis revealed significant differences in the presence of diabetes,hyperlipidemia,pancreatic injury,splenectomy,and the biomarker levels(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis identified diabetes,hyperlipidemia,pancreatic injury,CRP level,and PCT level as independent risk factors.ROC curves yielded predictive values for CRP,PCT,and TBil levels,with the PCT level having the highest area under the curve(AUC)of 0.80[95%confidence interval(CI):0.72-0.90].Combined indicators improved the predictive value,with an AUC of 0.86(95%CI:0.78-0.93).CONCLUSION Elevated CRP,PCT,and TBil levels predict risk of pancreatic fistula post-gastrectomy for gastric cancer.

The key issue of making profit lies on whether the corporate can truly appreciate the needs and combination of stakeholders＇ value, and establish a successful management of value exchange system. This paper starts with the theories of the employee and customer value measurement and management, followed by the value exchange system of employee-customer-organization. Therefore, it explains the status and role of employee-customer-organization in terms of value exchange. This work concludes that customers＇ satisfaction is determined by employees＇ satisfaction, and on that basis, customers would provide the promoted value to the organization.

文摘The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)has created favorable conditions for building deeply integrated agricultural value chains(AVC)in Asia-Pacific.Based on the RCEP agreement,this study employed the global trade analysis project(GTAP)model to evaluate the impact of RCEP on AVC of member countries in terms of time,tariff reduction,and reduction of non-tariff barriers(NTB).The results indicate that(1)the implementation of RCEP boosts the value-added to agricultural exports for most member countries,particularly in competitive industries;(2)the increase in domestic production and processing capacity,reflected in domestic value-added(DVA),is the primary factor driving the rise in the value-added of agricultural exports across various industries of member countries;(3)RCEP enhances the participation of most regional countries in AVC,with varying impacts on AVC positioning,thereby fostering regional AvC development;and(4)RCEP has a positive effect on AVC indicators both in the short and long term,with the effect becoming more pronounced over time.Additionally,reducing NTB enhances the positive effects of tariff reductions on AVC indicators.Based on the analyses,the following recommendations are proposed:(1)Leverage the development opportunities arising from RCEP implementation to enhance the agricultural DVA;(2)capitalize on cooperative opportunities created by RCEP to build cohesive regional AVC;and(3)prioritize the effective implementation of RCEP'shigh-qualityrules.
