目的分析2021年5月济宁市一起学校聚集感染乙型流感病毒(Influenza B virus,FluB)Victoria系(BV系)聚集疫情的流行病学特点和全基因组特征,为疫情防控提供参考依据。方法对病例进行现场流行病学调查,采集咽拭子样本进行病毒核酸检测和...目的分析2021年5月济宁市一起学校聚集感染乙型流感病毒(Influenza B virus,FluB)Victoria系(BV系)聚集疫情的流行病学特点和全基因组特征,为疫情防控提供参考依据。方法对病例进行现场流行病学调查,采集咽拭子样本进行病毒核酸检测和细胞培养,对培养毒株进行全基因组测序,利用生物信息学软件分析进化变异特征。结果本次学校流感聚集疫情报告病例29例,班级罹患率为69.05%(29/42);核酸检测BV系阳性率为77.78%(14/18),培养毒株9株。同疫苗株B/Washington/02/2019相比,9株毒株8个节段核苷酸相似性为98.33%~99.74%。9株毒株HA基因序列在进化树上属于1A分支。血凝素抗原决定簇3个氨基酸发生置换,神经氨酸酶抑制剂耐药位点和酸性聚合酶抑制剂耐药位点均未发生变异。HA丢失位于抗原决定簇的N197糖基化位点,NS1丢失N107糖基化位点。多个蛋白的磷酸化位点发生改变。结论引起本次学校聚集疫情的病原体是BV系,应加强对学校流感样病例聚集疫情监测。展开更多
