文摘“Cantonese Cuisine Master”project is an important policy proposed by China to inherit Cantonese Cuisine culture,promote employment,and achieve targeted poverty reduction and rural revitalization.Confronted with the demands of more diverse education,it is an essential opportunity and task for the education system to consider how to construct high-quality online courses and pursue higher-quality“Cantonese Cuisine Master”projects in line with the new era.This paper,based on the theory of instructional media and information processing theory,will further clarify the demand,dilemma,and developing strategy of online course construction for culinary majors,and explore its construction and practice with the example of“A Bite of Teochew Cuisine,”a Guangdong first-class course.

文摘This paper first deeply interprets the connotation of the“One Core,Two Lines,Four Dimensions”ideological and political teaching model in courses.Then,it explores the significant meaning of integrating this teaching model into the Interpretation of Concrete Plane Construction Drawings course.Finally,based on the challenges faced in this work,corresponding educational countermeasures are proposed to help improve the effectiveness and quality of ideological and political construction in the Interpretation of Concrete Plane Construction Drawings course and enhance the level of talent cultivation.
文摘The inherent teaching approach can no longer meet the demands of society.In this paper,current issues within the teaching landscape of architectural engineering technology in higher vocational colleges as well as the policies and teaching demands that formed the basis of this model were analyzed.The study shows the importance of the implementation of the teaching model“promoting teaching and learning through competitions.”This model puts emphasis on the curriculum and teaching resources,while also integrating the teaching process and evaluation with competition.These efforts aim to drive education reform in order to better align with the objectives of vocational education personnel training,while also acting as a reference for similar courses.
