This paper presents an advanced control strategy for DC-DC buck converters utilizing Non-Minimal State Space (NMSS) representation combined with Proportional-Integral-Plus (PIP) control, optimized through Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) design. The proposed approach leverages NMSS to eliminate the need for state observers, enhancing robustness against model mismatch and improving overall system performance. The PIP controller extends traditional PI control by incorporating additional dynamic feedback. Experimental results demonstrate that the NMSS-PIP-LQR controlled buck converter achieves excellent dynamic performance. JAK2V617F在原发性血小板增多症的表达情况与临床特征分析

目的通过对原发性血小板增多症(ET)患者进行JAK2 V617 F突变的检测,研究JAK2 V617 F突变对于ET患者的临床特征以及预后的关系,为ET患者诊断治疗提供帮助。方法按照世界卫生组织(WHO)诊断标准,收集2018年4月至2024年2月确诊的82例ET患者... 目的通过对原发性血小板增多症(ET)患者进行JAK2 V617 F突变的检测,研究JAK2 V617 F突变对于ET患者的临床特征以及预后的关系,为ET患者诊断治疗提供帮助。方法按照世界卫生组织(WHO)诊断标准,收集2018年4月至2024年2月确诊的82例ET患者,通过收集其外周血血小板数、中性粒细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白以及纤维蛋白原含量,利用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术检测骨髓或外周血中JAK2 V617 F突变的表达。结果(1)本研究收集的82例ET患者中,存在JAK2 V617 F突变的患者有65例,占所有ET患者的79.27%;(2)在ET患者中,JAK2 V617 F基因的表达与性别无关(P=0.947),但是与年龄相关,>50岁组JAK2 V617 F基因突变占比更高,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.020);(3)存在JAK2 V617 F基因的突变的患者血小板数低于阴性患者,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.017),而中性粒细胞数、白细胞数以及纤维蛋白原的检出量则明显较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);(4)观察患者预后情况,JAK2 V617 F基因的突变会提升血栓以及脾增大风险,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论JAK2V617 F突变对原发性血小板增多症的预后产生较大影响,同时可能参与原发性血小板增多症的发病过程。 展开更多

A semi-active force tracking PI controller is formulated and analyzed for a magnetorheological (MR) fluid-based damper in conjunction with a quarter-vehicle model. Two different models of the MR-damper are integrated into the closed-loop system model, which includes: a model based upon the mean force-velocity (f-v) behaviour; and a model synthesis comprising inherent nonsmooth hysteretic force and the force limiting properties of the MR damper. The vehicle models are analyzed to study the vibration attenuation performance of the MR-damper using the semi-active force tracking PI control algorithm. The simulation results are also presented to demonstrate the influence of the damper nonlinearity, specifically the hysteresis, on the suspension performance. The results show that the proposed control strategy can yield superior vibration attenuation performance of the vehicle suspension actuated by the controllable MR-damper not only in the sprung mass resonance and the ride zones, but also in the vicinity of the wheel-hop. The results further show that the presence of damper hystersis deteriorates the suspension performance. 展开更多

Although a variety of processing routes were developed to in-situ manipulate microstructure for fabricating high-performance Ti-6Al-4 V alloy by directed energy deposition(DED),the in-situ microstructural control ability has been limited and lead to a narrowed mechanical property control range.This work proved the microstructural correlation betweenβ-grains andα-laths resulting from the unique thermal characteristics of DED for the first time and solved such a dilemma through synchronous induction heating assisted laser deposition(SILD)technology.The results confirmed that the laser energy and inductive energy have a different effect on the solidification and solid phase transformation conditions.By adjusting the laser-induction parameters,the microstructural correlation can be tuned;theβ-grains andα-laths can be controlled relatively separately,thereby significantly enhancing the ductility of as-deposited sample(elongation from 14.2%to 20.1%).Furthermore,the mechanical properties of the tuned microstructures are even comparable to that of DED Ti-6Al-4 V with post heat treatment,which indicates that the potential of SILD to be a one-step manufacturing process to fabricate high performance components without post heat treatment.Furthermore,the tensile testing results of the tuned microstructures indicate thatα-lath size is more influential on the mechanical properties than theβ-grain size due to its stronger hindering effect on the slipping of dislocations.This work promotes the understanding of the microstructural formation mechanism in DED titanium alloy and proves that the combination of synchronous induction and laser can expand the ability to control the microstructure and properties of multi-layer deposition. 展开更多

Intelligent vehicles can effectively improve traffic congestion and road traffic safety.Adaptive cruise followingcontrol(ACFC)is a vital part of intelligent vehicles.In this paper,a new hierarchical vehicle-following control strategy is presented by synthesizing the variable time headway model,type-2 fuzzy control,feedforward+fuzzy proportion integration(PI)feedback(F+FPIF)control,and inverse longitudinal dynamics model of vehicles.Firstly,a traditional variable time headway model is improved considering the acceleration of the lead car.Secondly,an interval type-2 fuzzy logic controller(IT2 FLC)is designed for the upper structure of the ACFC system to simulate the driver's operating habits.To reduce the nonlinear influence and improve the tracking accuracy for the desired acceleration,the control strategy of F+FPIF is given for the lower control structure.Thirdly,the lower control method proposed in this paper is compared with the fuzzy PI control and the traditional method(no lower controller for tracking desired acceleration)separately.Meanwhile,the proportion integration differentiation(PID),linear quadratic regulator(LQR),subsection function control(SFC)and type-1 fuzzy logic control(T1 FLC)are respectively compared with the IT2 FLC in control performance under different scenes.Finally,the simulation results show the effectiveness of IT2 FLC for the upper structure and F+FPIF control for the lower structure. 展开更多

This paper presents the design and implementation of an energy management system (EMS) with wavelet transform and fuzzy control for a residential micro-grid. The hybrid system in this paper consists of a wind turbine generator, photovoltaic (PV) panels, an electric vehicle (EV), and a super capacitor (SC), which is able to connect or disconnect to the main grid. The control strategy is responsible for compensating the difference between the generated power by the wind and solar generators and the demanded power by the loads. Wavelet transform decomposes the power difference into a smoothed component and a fast fluctuated component. The command approach used for fuzzy logic rules considers the state of charging (SOC) of EV, renewable production, and the load demand as parameters. Furthermore, the command rules are developed in order to ensure a reliable grid when taking into account the EV battery protection to decide the output power of the EV. The model of the hybrid system is developed in detail under Matlab/Simulink software environment. 展开更多

As for three phase voltage source PWM converter’s control, this paper presents that the control strategy of direct power control PWM rectifier is adopted under charging operation and constant power control strategy is used under discharging operation. For bidirectional DC/DC converter control strategy, dual closed-loop control of external voltage loop and internal current loop is put into use. The whole system of charge and discharge device of V2G is modeled and simulated by using the toolbox of PSCAD/EMTDC. Two-way power energy and information interaction of electric vehicle and power grid has been realized, current harmonic on grid side is decreased, power factor and power quality are improved. 展开更多

Strawberry Fusarium wilt (SFW) is a systematic soil-borne disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.fragaria (Fof),which infects the vascular bundles,blocking water and nutrient transport from roots to the aboveground.It is a severe pathogen which spreads rapidly and destroys strawberry production.Finding a way to control this disease is of great scientific value and practical importance.In this study,three fungi were isolated from the vascular tissues of sick strawberries in the field.After DNA sequencing,they were identified as Fof,Aspergillus fumigatus and Trichoderma harzianum,respectively,among which the first two are pathogens and the third is a probiotic.All fungi were controlled by thiophanate-methyl (TM),a commercial fungicide.On PDA medium,20 mg·L^(-1)5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA),a natural non-protein amino acid,promoted T.harzianum proliferation,but inhibited Fof and A.fumigatus.In confrontation test,the growth of Fof or A.fumigatus was inhibited by T.harzianum and exogenous ALA promoted T.harzianum growth but significantly inhibited the pathogen growth.When three species of fungi were separately or combinedly inoculated on healthy strawberry plants,T.harzianum promoted plant growth and development while Fof or A.fumigatus caused growth retardation,where Fof directly caused leaf yellowing and plant wilting.When the plants inoculated with different fungus were treated with ALA,the results turned out that ALA alleviated SFW symptoms by bidirectionally promoting T.harzianum proliferation and inhibiting Fof and A.fumigatus.Thus,ALA might be used in comprehensively controlling SFW in strawberry industry. 展开更多

In order to solve the springback problem in sheet metal forming, the trial and error method is a widely used method in the factory, which is time-consuming and costly for its non-direction and non-quantitative. Finite element simulation is an e ective method to predict the springback of complex shape parts, but its precision is sensitive to the simulation model, particularly material model and boundary conditions. In this paper, the simple iterative method is introduced to establish the iterative compensation algorithm, and the convergence criterion of iterative parameters is put forward. In addition, the new algorithm is applied to the V-free bending and stretch-bending processes, and the convergence of curvature and bending angle is proved theoretically and verified experimentally. This paper presents a new topology to implement Class F power amplifier for eliminating the on-resistance (R_(ON))effect.The time-domain and frequency-domain voltage and current waveforms for Class F amplifier are ana- lyzed using Fourier series analysis method.Considering the on-resistance effect,the formulas of the efficiency,output power,dc power dissipation,and fundamental load impedance are given from ideal current and voltage waveforms.For experimental verification,we designed and implemented a Class F power amplifier,which operates at 850 MHz using MGaAs/GaAs Heterostructure FET(HFET)device,and analyzed the measurement results.Test results show that the maximum PAE of 67% can be achieved at 28 dBm output power level. 展开更多

Background:The JAK2^(V617F)mutation plays a crucial part in the pathogenesis of myeloproliferative neoplasms(MPN),which includes polycythemia vera(PV),essential thrombocythemia(ET),and primary myelofibrosis(PMF)leading to aberrant proliferation and survival of hematopoietic cells.Alongside the challenges of drug resistance and side effects,identifying novel compounds that selectively target JAK2^(V617F)could provide more effective and safer therapeutic options for patients with MPNs.Materials and Methods:We employed computational approaches like high-throughput virtual screening,molecular dynamics simulations(MDS),and binding free energy calculations to identify inhibitors targeting wild and mutant JAK2 kinases.JAK2^(V617F)positive HEL,wild type JAK2 positive TF-1,and non-cancerous Vero cells were used for in vitro validations.Results:SBLJ23 emerged as a top candidate inhibitor with specificity for JAK2^(V617F).Protein-ligand interaction studies and MDS revealed stable interactions and binding of SBLJ23 over the simulation period,with Root Mean Square Deviation(RMSD)indicating consistent binding after 1t15ns.SBLJ23 displayed a half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC_(50))value of 522.4 nM against the JAK2 enzyme.The compound exhibited inhibition of cell proliferation in HEL and TF-1 cells,with half maximal cell growth inhibitory concentration(GI 50)values of 2.51 and 15.87μM,respectively.Moreover,SBLJ23 induced G 2/M cell cycle arrest in HEL cells to facilitate apoptosis in these cell lines.The compound significantly reduced the percentage of phospho JAK2 and phospho STAT3 in HEL cells.Conclusion:High binding affinity,stable interaction profile,favorable binding free energy,and in vitro validations claim SBLJ23 as a potential lead compound against JAK2^(V617F)and suggest further development and optimization towards clinical application in managing myeloproliferative neoplasms. 展开更多

In Japan, common wheat is cultivated in upland fields converted from paddy fields, where poor drainage and high precipitation cause delay of sowing, lodging at the jointing stage, difficulty in topdressing at the ripening stage, and low yield. No-till cultivation has been promoted to overcome these problems but the yield is still low due to the lack of proper fertilizer application protocols. In this study, we determined whether an additional application of two kinds of Sigmoid coated urea as controlled availability fertilizers (CAFs) to the standard fertilization protocol for tillage cultivation can increase the yield and lodging resistance in no-till cultivated common wheat. Also, additional fertilization was applied to the seeding furrow simultaneously with seeding using a V-furrow no-till direct sowing (VFDS) machine. No-till cultivated plants had more tillers than tillage cultivated ones and consequently higher number of panicles and yield, caused by increased fertilizer application. The point-injected CAFs to the seeding furrow, which eluted at the jointing and ripening stages greatly increased the grain yield and protein content, respectively, compared to broadcast topdressing of ammonium sulfate at each stage. The simultaneous sowing and fertilization of additional CAFs using VFDS method in multi-year tests in farmers’ fields significantly increased the yield of no-till cultivated common wheat, and can be adopted by Japanese local farmers. 展开更多

It is, therefore, with the objective of contributing to the investigation of problem areas that the present study evaluates malaria transmission and vector control strategies in the Cotonou V health zone in particular. This is a cross-sectional study taking into account four neighborhoods, including Wologuèdè, Sainte Rita, Gbèdjromèdé and the area around Etoile Rouge. Two nocturnal captures on voluntary humans and the method of spray were carried out in the dry season from December 2021 to February 2022. On the captured Anopheles, the ELISA Circum-Sporozoite Protein test was performed to determine the infectivity and calculate some transmission parameters. Finally, we conducted a survey using the second stage sampling method with one step to ask selected households about their knowledge of vector control methods, their use and the physical integrity of LLINs. We collected 2386 culicidae of which the majority was Culex quinquefasciatus. After the ELISA test, the 29 Anopheles tested, showed no infectivity, i.e. an EIR of 0 pi/h/n. In addition, 99% of the populations in the Cotonou V area use LLINs to protect themselves. However, coils, door and window screens, aerosol sprays, skin and household repellents, and periodic indoor spraying were used. Finally, the majority of nets observed had T1 tears, but there were also T2, T3 and T4 nets (P-value = 0.0). This study confirms that malaria transmission during the dry season in the Cotonou V health zone is almost negligible but not non-existent. Also, populations are exposed to the nuisance of Culex quinquefasciatus mosquitoes continuously throughout the year. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the expression of endometrial homologous box gene A10(HOXA10),Integrinαvβ3 and leukemia suppressor factor(LIF)in peri-implantation mice,and to investigate the effect of controlled superovulation(COH)on endometrial receptivity in mice.Methods:After COH model preparation and blastocyst transplantation,kunming pure-bred mature mice were randomly divided into natural blastocyst+natural pseudocyst group,COH blastocyst+natural pseudocyst group,natural blastocyst+COH pseudocyst group,and COH blastocyst+COH pseudocyst group.The pregnancy rate and average number of beds in each group were observed on day 6 of conception.Western blot and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of HOXA10,Integrinααvβ3,LIF protein and mRNA in the endometria of mice on day 5 of conception.Results:The pregnancy rate and average number of beds in the COH group were lower than those in the natural receptor group.The expression of HOXA10,Integrinααvβ3 and LIF in endometrium was significantly lower than that of the natural receptor mice(P<0.01).Conclusion:Superovulation drugs down-regulate the expression of HOXA10,Integrinαvβ3 and LIF in endometrium during the implantation window,reduce endometrial receptivity,and lead to low clinical pregnancy rate. 展开更多

By using parameter space map and bifurcation diagram, the effects of circuit parameters on the bifurcation behaviors of V^2C control and current-mode control boost converters were analyzed. The phase portraits and time-domain waveforms of the V^2C control boost converter were obtained by Runge-Kutta algorithm through piecewise smooth switching model. The research results indicate that V^2C control boost converters can evolve into periodic and chaotic behaviors, and show weaker nonlinear behaviors than current-mode control boost converters. 展开更多
