The research on the rock burst prediction was made on the basis of seismology, rock mechanics and the data from Dongguashan Copper Mine(DCM) ,the deepest metal mine in China. The seismic responses to mining in DCM were investigated through the analyses of the spatio-temporal distribution of hypocenters, apparent stress and displacement of seismic events, and the process of the generation of hazardous seismicity in DCM was studied in the framework of the theory of asperity in the seismic source mechanism.A method of locating areas with hazardous seismicity and a conceptual model of hazardous seismic nucleation in DCM were proposed.A criterion of rockburst prediction was analyzed theoretically in the framework of unstable failure theories, and consequently, the rate of change in the ratio of the seismic stiffness of rock in a seismic nucleation area to that in surrounding area,dS/dt,is defined as an index of the rockburst prediction. The possibility of a rockburst will increase if dS/dt>0,and the possibility of rock burst will decrease if dS/dt<0.The correctness of these methods is demonstrated by analyses of rock failure cases in DCM. 展开更多

Pre-injection is a technique that involves injecting grout materials into the ground prior to excavation, with the aim of stabilizing the surrounding rock mass. This paper introduces an analytical closed-form model for determining the ground reaction curve of tunnels in rock masses exhibiting elastic-brittleplastic behavior and adhering to the Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion. The model incorporates the reinforced region created by the pre-injection method. When the rock mass is reinforced through preinjection, plastic regions can form independently in both the natural and injected rock masses. This leads to six distinct modes of the problem. The analytical model presented in this paper considers three possible scenarios for the development of plastic regions. Each scenario comprises four stages, with each stage representing a different mode of the problem. While injecting the rock mass can enhance its strength and stiffness,it may also increase the brittleness of the injected rock mass and create stress concentrations within it,particularly when brittle grouts are used.As a result, this can elevate the risk of rockburst due to unstable failure. The results obtained from the model demonstrate that ductile grout performs exceptionally well in controlling tunnel convergence in rock masses,as it accommodates deformation without sudden failure, even in squeezing rock mass conditions.Conversely, the use of brittle grouts should be approached with caution, particularly in squeezing rock masses, due to their susceptibility to rockburst incidents. 展开更多

Fast Lagrangian analysis of continua(FLAC) was used to study the influence of pore pressure on the mechanical behavior of rock specimen in plane strain direct shear, the distribution of yielded elements, the distribution of displacement and velocity across shear band as well as the snap-back (elastic rebound) instability. The effective stress law was used to represent the weakening of rock containing pore fluid under pressure. Numerical results show that rock specimen becomes soft (lower strength and hardening modulus) as pore pressure increases, leading to higher displacement skip across shear band. Higher pore pressure results in larger area of plastic zone, higher concentration of shear strain, more apparent precursor to snap-back (unstable failure) and slower snap-back. For higher pore pressure, the formation of shear band-elastic body system and the snap-back are earlier; the distance of snap-back decreases; the capacity of snap-back decreases, leading to lower elastic strain energy liberated beyond the instability and lower earthquake or rockburst magnitude. In the process of snap-back, the velocity skip across shear band is lower for rock specimen at higher pore pressure, showing the slower velocity of snap-back. 展开更多

关键词 GOAF laser scanning visualization integration system 1 Introduction The goaf formed through underground mining of mineral resources is one of the main disaster sources threatening mine safety production [1 2]. Effective implementation of goaf detection and accurate acquisition of its spatial characteristics including the three-dimensional morphology the spatial position as well as the actual boundary and volume are important basis to analyze predict and control disasters caused by goaf. In recent years three-dimensional laser scanning technology has been effectively applied in goaf detection [3 4]. Large quantities of point cloud data that are acquired for goaf by means of the three-dimensional laser scanning system are processed relying on relevant engineering software to generate a three-dimensional model for goaf. Then a general modeling analysis and processing instrument are introduced to perform subsequent three-dimensional analysis and calculation [5 6]. Moreover related development is also carried out in fields such as three-dimensional detection and visualization of hazardous goaf detection and analysis of unstable failures in goaf extraction boundary acquisition in stope visualized computation of damage index aided design for pillar recovery and three-dimensional detection
