激光立焊在乏燃料水池壁面位置的缺陷修复过程中易出现熔滴过渡不稳定、熔池下淌等问题,导致焊缝出现气孔、未熔合等缺陷。局部干法水下焊接技术结合了水下干法焊接的高焊缝质量和湿法焊接简便易行的优点,是当前核电站水下修复的首选方...激光立焊在乏燃料水池壁面位置的缺陷修复过程中易出现熔滴过渡不稳定、熔池下淌等问题,导致焊缝出现气孔、未熔合等缺陷。局部干法水下焊接技术结合了水下干法焊接的高焊缝质量和湿法焊接简便易行的优点,是当前核电站水下修复的首选方式。为了进一步研究水下环境对激光立焊的影响,搭建局部干法水下激光立焊试验平台。以S32101双相不锈钢为母材,针对4 mm U型坡口,进行空气环境和水下环境坡口填充试验,对比分析空气和水下两种环境立焊焊缝的组织性能。结果表明:水下环境对焊缝的组织成分、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能造成了不同程度的影响,但其综合性能仍优于母材,局部干法水下激光立焊技术在核电站乏燃料水池覆板壁面修复上具有较高的可行性。研究成果可为乏燃料水池壁面在役维修提供理论和试验基础。展开更多
