At first, a short-time higher temperature heating step is addressed to melt the interlayer, followed by the second step to complete isothermal solidification at a low temperature. The most critical feature of our new method is producing a non-planar interface at the T9/ heat resistant steels joint. We propose a transitional liquid phase bonding of T91 heat resistant steels by this approach. Since joint microstructures have been studied, we tested the tensile strength to assess joint mechanical property. The result indicates that the solidified bond may contain a primary solid-solution, similar composition to the parent metal and free from precipitates. Joint tensile strength of the joint is not lower than parent materials. Joint bend's strengths are enhanced due to the higher metal-to-metal junction producing a non-planar bond lines. Nevertheless, the traditional transient liquid phase diffusion bonding produces planar ones. Bonding parameters of new process are 1 260 °C for 0. 5 min and 1 230 °C fo r 4 min.展开更多

The microstructures and mechanical properties of TRIP steel soaked at 700℃ for different time were investigated by tensile test, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and thermodynamic and kinetic calculation. It is shown that the steel soaked for 15 s exhibits the optimal product of strength and elongation (PSE 〉 30,000 MPa%) due to the transformation of austenite to proeutectoid ferrite, which delays the bainite transformation and improves the stability of retained austenite. In addition, the mechanical properties of TRIP steel soaked over 30 s are much lower, resulting from the precipitation of cementite, which decreases the stability of retained austenite and weakens the TRIP effect.展开更多

The modification on HEN of the chilling train for increasing energy recovery does not always coordinate with the minimum shaft work consumption of the corresponding refrigeration system. In this paper, a systematic approach for optimizing low-temperature system is presented through mathematical method and exergy analysis. The possibility of "pockets", which appears as right nose section in the grand composite curve(EGCC) of the process, is first optimized. The EGCC with the pockets cutting down is designed as a separate part. A case study is used to illustrate the application of the approach for a HEN of a chilling train with propylene and ethylene refrigerant system in an ethylene production process.展开更多

Consequently, this process involves a wide range of factors, spanning from genetic to environmental factors, and even includes the gut microbiome(GM)(Mayer et al., 2022). In this study, a series PbI2 films with tunable micro-architecture of Pbl2 crystals are prepared via solution processable crystal engineering. The perovskite film, prepared by optimized pit spacing in gas pumped PbI2 film at 1000 Pa, shows the highest film quality, including no residual Pbl2 phase, compact morphology, and improved photoluminescence intensity. A transformation kinetics shows that the pit spacing strongly influences both the mass transfer and the sequential intercalation reaction between CH3NH31 and PbI2 crystals, which ultimately determines the full reaction state of the perovskite film. The perovskite solar cells assembled by the perovskite film show both high power-conversion efficiency and good reproducibility of photovoltaic performance due to the restrained charge recombination arising from the high quality perovskite film.展开更多

文摘The complexity of the seismicity pattern for the subduction zone along the oceanic plate triggered the outer rise events and revealed cyclic tectonic deformation conditions along the plate subduction zones. The outer rise earthquakes have been observed along the Sunda arc, following the estimated rupture area of the 2005 M_(W)8.6 Nias earthquakes. Here,we used kinematic waveform inversion(KIWI)to obtain the source parameters of the 14 May 2021 M_(W)6.6 event off the west coast of northern Sumatra and to define the fault plane that triggered this outer rise event. The KIWI algorithm allows two types of seismic source to be configured:the moment tensor model to describe the type of shear with six moment tensor components and the Eikonal model for the rupture of pure double-couple sources. This method was chosen for its flexibility to be applied for different sources of seismicity and also for the automated full-moment tensor solution with real-time monitoring. We used full waveform traces from 8 broadband seismic stations within 1000 km epicentral distances sourced from the Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology(IRIS-IDA)and Geofon GFZ seismic record databases. The initial origin time and hypocenter values are obtained from the IRIS-IDA.The synthetic seismograms used in the inversion process are based on the existing regional green function database model and were accessed from the KIWI Tools Green's Function Database. The obtained scalar seismic moment value is 1.18×10^(19)N·m,equivalent to a moment magnitude M_(W)6.6.The source parameters are 140°,44°,and−99°for the strike, dip, and rake values at a centroid depth of 10.2 km,indicating that this event is a normal fault earthquake that occurred in the outer rise area. The outer rise events with normal faults typically occur at the shallow part of the plate, with nodal-plane dips predominantly in the range of 30°-60°on the weak oceanic lithosphere due to hydrothermal alteration. The stress regime around the plate subduction zone varies both temporally and spatially due to the cyclic influences of megathrust earthquakes.Tensional outer rise earthquakes tend to occur after the megathrust events. The relative timing of these events is not known due to the viscous relaxation of the down going slab and poroelastic response in the trench slope region. The occurrence of the 14 May 2021 earthquake shows the seismicity in the outer rise region in the strongly coupled Sunda arc subduction zone due to elastic bending stress within the duration of the seismic cycle.

文摘To explore the best preparation process for terminal blend(TB)composite-modified asphalt and to filter its formulation with excellent performance, this study evaluates the performance of TB composite modified asphalt by physical property index, microscopic morphology, rheological testing, and infrared spectroscopy on multiple scales. The results show that the best preparation process for TB-modified asphalt is stirring at 260℃ for 4 h at 400 rpm, which significantly reduces the modification time of the asphalt. From a physical property viewpoint, the TB composite-modified asphalt sample with 5% styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)+1% aromatics+0.1% sulfur exhibits high-comprehensive,high-and low-temperature properties.More-over,its crosslinked mesh structure comprises black rubber particles uniformly interwoven in the middle, which further enhances the performance of the asphalt and results in an excellent performance formulation. In addition, the sample with 5%SBS content has a higher G*value and smaller δ value than that with 3%SBS content, indicating that its high-temperature resistance is improved. The effect of adding 3%SBS content on the viscoelastic ratio is,to some extent, less than that caused by 20% rubber powder.

文摘Oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS)alloys are extensively used owing to high thermostability and creep strength contributed from uniformly dispersed fine oxides particles. However, the existence of these strengthening particles also deteriorates the processability and it is of great importance to establish accurate processing maps to guide the thermomechanical processes to enhance the formability. In this study,we performed particle swarm optimization-based back propagation artificial neural network model to predict the high temperature flow behavior of 0.25wt%Al2O3 particle-reinforced Cu alloys, and compared the accuracy with that of derived by Arrhenius-type constitutive model and back propagation artificial neural network model. To train these models,we obtained the raw data by fabricating ODS Cu alloys using the internal oxidation and reduction method, and conducting systematic hot compression tests between 400 and800℃with strain rates of 10^(-2)-10 S^(-1).At last, processing maps for ODS Cu alloys were proposed by combining processing parameters, mechanical behavior, microstructure characterization, and the modeling results achieved a coefficient of determination higher than>99%.

文摘In this study, a two-step heating process is introduced for transient liquid phase ( TLP) diffusion bonding fo r sound joints with T91 heat resistant steels. Bonding parameters of new process are 1 260 °C for 0. 5 min and 1 230 °C fo r 4 min.

文摘A novel two-step cooling experiment was established to simulate the slow cooling process of continuous annealing production line for transformation-induced plasticity (TRIP) steel. In addition, the mechanical properties of TRIP steel soaked over 30 s are much lower, resulting from the precipitation of cementite, which decreases the stability of retained austenite and weakens the TRIP effect.

文摘In low-temperature processes, there are interactions between heat exchanger network(HEN) and refrigeration system. A case study is used to illustrate the application of the approach for a HEN of a chilling train with propylene and ethylene refrigerant system in an ethylene production process.

文摘The biological performance of Ti-6Al-4V implant is primarily determined by their surface properties. However, traditional surface modification methods, such as acid etching, hardly make improvement in their osseointegration ability and antibacterial capacity. In this study,we prepared a multi-scale composite structure coated with zinc oxide(ZnO)on Ti-6Al-4V implant by an innovative technology of two-step laser processing combined with solution-assistant.Compared with the acid etching method, the physicochemical properties of surface significantly improved. The in vitro results showed that the particular dimension of micro-nano structure and the multifaceted nature of ZnO synergistically affected MC3T3-E1 osteogenesis and bacterial activities:(1)The surface morphology showed a‘contact guidance'effect on cell arrangement, which was conducive to the adhesion of filopodia and cell spreading, and the osteogenesis level of MC3T3-E1 was enhanced due to the release of zinc ions(Zn^(2+));(2)the characterization of bacterial response revealed that periodic nanostructures and Zn^(2+)released could cause damage to the cell wall of E.coli and reduce the adhesion and aggregation of S.aureus.In conclusion, the modified surface showed a synergistic effect of physical topography and chemical composition, making this a promising method and providing new insight into bone defect repairment.

文摘The rare earth-iron-boron magnets based on high abundance rare earths(REs)show potential for costeffective permanent magnets but their hard magnetic properties have to be greatly improved. The grain boundary diffusion process(GBDP)is known as an effective way to improve the coercivity of Nd-Fe-B magnets, however, the conventional diffusion method faces a challenge for Ce-based magnets since there is no enough continuous GB layer as the diffusion channel. Here,a two-step(Nd-Cu doping followed by Nd-Cu diffusion)GBDP was introduced for hot deformed(Ce,La,Y)-Fe-B magnet, and the excellent magnetic properties ofμ0Hc=0.63 T,μ0Mr=0.68 T,and(BH)max=72.4 kJ/m^(3)were achieved. The Nd-Cu doping helps the formation of RE-rich GB layer, and then it acts as the diffusion channel for increasing the ef-ficiency of the subsequent Nd-Cu diffusion and results in the increased volume fraction of continuously distributed GB phase, whose paramagnetism was verified by 57Fe Mössbauer spectrometry. Those paramagnetic GB phases help to form the discontinuous domain walls,as observed by Lorentz transmission electron microscopy, and break the magnetic exchange coupling of RE2Fe14B grains. It thus contributes to the coercivity enhancement of the hot deformed magnet with two-step diffusion, which is further proved by micromagnetic simulation. This study proposes a potential technique to prepare anisotropic hot deformed(Ce,La,Y)-Fe-B magnet with high cost-performance.

文摘A two-step information extraction method is presented to capture the specific index-related information more accurately. In the first step, the overall process variables are separated into two sets based on Pearson correlation coefficient. One is process variables strongly related to the specific index and the other is process variables weakly related to the specific index.Through performing principal component analysis(PCA)on the two sets, the directions of latent variables have changed. In other words, the correlation between latent variables in the set with strong correlation and the specific index may become weaker.Meanwhile, the correlation between latent variables in the set with weak correlation and the specific index may be enhanced. In the second step, the two sets are further divided into a subset strongly related to the specific index and a subset weakly related to the specific index from the perspective of latent variables using Pearson correlation coefficient, respectively. Two subsets strongly related to the specific index form a new subspace related to the specific index. Then,a hybrid monitoring strategy based on predicted specific index using partial least squares(PLS)and T2statistics-based method is proposed for specific index-related process monitoring using comprehensive information.Predicted specific index reflects real-time information for the specific index.T2statistics are used to monitor specific index-related information. Finally, the proposed method is applied to Tennessee Eastman(TE).The results indicate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

文摘Recent reports suggest that aging is not solely a physiological process in living beings;instead, it should be considered a pathological process or disease(Amorim et al., 2022). Consequently, this process involves a wide range of factors, spanning from genetic to environmental factors, and even includes the gut microbiome(GM)(Mayer et al., 2022). All these processes coincide at some point in the inflammatory process, oxidative stress, and apoptosis, at different degrees in various organs and systems that constitute a living organism(Mayer et al., 2022;AguilarHernández et al., 2023).

文摘Sinter is the core raw material for blast furnaces.Flue pressure, which is an important state parameter, affects sinter quality. In this paper, flue pressure prediction and optimization were studied based on the shapley additive explanation(SHAP)to predict the flue pressure and take targeted adjustment measures.First, the sintering process data were collected and processed.A flue pressure prediction model was then constructed after comparing different feature selection methods and model algorithms using SHAP+extremely random-ized trees(ET).The prediction accuracy of the model within the error range of±0.25 kPa was 92.63%.SHAP analysis was employed to improve the interpretability of the prediction model. The effects of various sintering operation parameters on flue pressure, the relation-ship between the numerical range of key operation parameters and flue pressure, the effect of operation parameter combinations on flue pressure, and the prediction process of the flue pressure prediction model on a single sample were analyzed.A flue pressure optimization module was also constructed and analyzed when the prediction satisfied the judgment conditions. The operating parameter combination was then pushed. The flue pressure was increased by 5.87%during the verification process, achieving a good optimization effect.

文摘To date, it is still a great challenge for highly efficient perovskite devices to realize the high quality per- ovskite films with high purity, high coverage ratio and good crystallization by two-step scalable solution method. The perovskite solar cells assembled by the perovskite film show both high power-conversion efficiency and good reproducibility of photovoltaic performance due to the restrained charge recombination arising from the high quality perovskite film.

文摘High-performance graphite materials have important roles in aerospace and nuclear reactor technologies because of their outstanding chemical stability and high-temperature performance.Their traditional production method relies on repeated impregnation-carbonization and graphitization, and is plagued by lengthy preparation cycles and high energy consumption.Phase transition-assisted self-pressurized selfsintering technology can rapidly produce high-strength graphite materials, but the fracture strain of the graphite materials produced is poor.To solve this problem, this study used a two-step sintering method to uniformly introduce micro-nano pores into natural graphite-based bulk graphite, achieving improved fracture strain of the samples without reducing their density and mechanical properties.Using natural graphite powder,micron-diamond,and nano-diamond as raw materials, and by precisely controlling the staged pressure release process, the degree of diamond phase transition expansion was effectively regulated. The strain-to-failure of the graphite samples reached 1.2%,a 35%increase compared to samples produced by fullpressure sintering.Meanwhile, their flexural strength exceeded 110 MPa,and their density was over 1.9 g/cm^(3).The process therefore produced both a high strength and a high fracture strain. The interface evolution and toughening mechanism during the two-step sintering process were investigated. It is believed that the micro-nano pores formed have two roles:as stress concentrators they induce yielding by shear and as multi-crack propagation paths they significantly lengthen the crack propagation path. The two-step sintering phase transition strategy introduces pores and provides a new approach for increasing the fracture strain of brittle materials.
