[Objectives]To investigate the effect of extract A from Blumea megacephala(Randeria)Chang et Tseng on the hemostasis of postpartum uterine hemorrhage in early pregnancy rats.[Methods]12 mg/kg of mifepristone and 120μ...[Objectives]To investigate the effect of extract A from Blumea megacephala(Randeria)Chang et Tseng on the hemostasis of postpartum uterine hemorrhage in early pregnancy rats.[Methods]12 mg/kg of mifepristone and 120μg/kg of misoprostol were used to establish the uterine bleeding model of early pregnancy rats,and the effects of the drugs on the amount of uterine bleeding,the contents of angiotensin II(Ang-II)and prostaglandin E 2(PGE 2)in serum,the four factors of coagulation,platelet adhesion,platelet aggregation and platelet number were investigated.[Results]Extract A can shorten prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in rats.It can reduce the amount of uterine bleeding in the model,reduce the contents of PGE 2 and Ang-II,reduce APTT and PT,increase the content of fibrinogen FIB,enhance platelet adhesion,enhance platelet aggregation and increase the number of platelets.[Conclusions]Extract A has obvious hemostatic effect on uterine bleeding model of early pregnancy rats.It may play a hemostatic role by affecting vasoconstriction-dilation,coagulation factors in the blood s internal and external coagulation system,platelet adhesion and aggregation,increasing FIB content,increasing platelet number,affecting uterine bleeding,etc.,showing the characteristics of multiple pathways and multiple targets.展开更多

[ Method ] Through potting efficacy experiment of Chinese cabbage, the control effects of two preparations（20% EC and 10% EW）of methanol extract of Blumea megacephala Chang et Tseng against turnip aphid, as well as leaf-protection effect on Chinese cabbage were determined. [ Result] 20% EC of B. megacephala had the highest efficacy in 10-fold dilution, and its control effects against turnip aphid were 57.78%, 77.19% and 84.79% after pesticide spraying for 24, 48 and 72 h; 10% EW of B. megacephala had the highest efficacy in 5-fold dilution, and its control effects against turnip aphid were 74.44%, 84.79% and 89.14% after pesticide spra- ying for 24, 48 and 72 h. The leaf-protection rates of 20% EC orB. megacephala in 10-fold dilution were 89.31% and 94.80% after pesticide spraying for 3 and 5 d; the leaf-protection rates of 10% EW of B. megacephala in 5-fold dilution were 93.50% and 97.83% after pesticide spraying for 3 and 5 d. [Objectives]To protect the local rare citrus germplasm resources and further develop and cultivate new citrus varieties.[Methods]The germplasm resources of Shatangju(Citrus flamea Hort.Ex Tseng Shiyueju)in Sihui City ...[Objectives]To protect the local rare citrus germplasm resources and further develop and cultivate new citrus varieties.[Methods]The germplasm resources of Shatangju(Citrus flamea Hort.Ex Tseng Shiyueju)in Sihui City of Guangdong Province and other 8 citrus varieties from the same origin were evaluated.The appearance characteristics of tree shape,the length and thickness of shoot at each shoot stage,the appearance characteristics of leaves and the fruit quality of each variety were investigated.[Results]Through the comparison of various citrus varieties grafted with sour mandarin,the results showed that the overall advantages of the length and thickness of the shoots of Shatang tangerine in summer and autumn were more prominent,which was conducive to fruit setting.The sprouting time of the three shoots of each variety was different,and there were sporadic sprouting phenomena in different seasons,so the growth was different,and the length and thickness of the shoots were different in different seasons.There were significant differences in shoot length and diameter among different varieties in the same season.The coefficient of variation of Shatangju's leaves was low,and the traits were stable;leaf shape,leaf base shape,leaf margin and other indicators among the three shoots of the same variety and the differences among the same shoots of different varieties were compared.All varieties had strong flavor,separately sweet and sour,sweet and sweet taste.Shatangju has many segments,orange pericarp,rough texture,easy peeling,and high oblate fruit shape.The orange pericarp was favored by the participants,while the rough and thick peel was not favored by the participants.[Conclusions]Based on the improvement of local varieties,it is recommended to improve the smoothness of pericarp,reducing the thickness of pericarp and improving the flavor of fruit will be conducive to increasing sales.In the cultivation process of various quality resources,especially in the period of fruit growth and development,the plan of nutrition and fertilization should be formulated according to the rules of fruit growth and development,the rules of yield formation and the rules of quality composition,so as to establish the integrated nutrient management system of various varieties.展开更多

The method extends the scope of optimisation and improves the accuracy at...Using a modified subgradient extragradient algorithm, this paper proposed a novel approach to solving a supply chain network equilibrium model. The method extends the scope of optimisation and improves the accuracy at each iteration by incorporating adaptive parameter selection and a more general subgradient projection operator. The advantages of the proposed method are highlighted by the proof of strong convergence presented in the paper. Several concrete examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm, with comparisons illustrating its superior CPU running time compared to alternative techniques. The practical applicability of the algorithm is also demonstrated by applying it to a realistic supply chain network model.展开更多
