In the process of numerical control machining simulation,the workpiece surface is usually described with the uniform triangular mesh model.To alleviate the contradiction between the simulation speed and accuracy in this model,two improved methods,i.e.,the local refinement triangular mesh modeling method and the adaptive triangular mesh modeling method were presented.The simulation results show that when the final shape of the workpiece is known and its mathematic representation is simple,the local refinement triangular mesh modeling method is preferred;when the final shape of the workpiece is unknown and its mathematic description is complicated,the adaptive triangular mesh modeling method is more suitable.The experimental results show that both methods are more targeted and practical and can meet the requirements of real-time and precision in simulation. 展开更多

We use a new updated algorithm scheme to investigate the critical behaviour of the two-dimensional ferromagnetic Ising model on a triangular lattice with the nearest neighbour interactions. The transition is examined by generating accurate data for lattices with L=8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 and 50. The updated spin algorithm we employ has the advantages of both a Metropolis algorithm and a single-update method. Our study indicates that the transition is continuous at Тc=3.6403(2). A convincing finite-size scaling analysis of the model yields ν=0.9995(21), β/ν=0.12400(17), γ/v=1.75223(22), γ^1/ν=1.7555(22), α/ν=0.00077(420) (scaling) and α/ν=0.0010(42) (hyperscaling). The present scheme yields more accurate estimates for all the critical exponents than the Monte Carlo method, and our estimates are shown to be in excellent agreement with their predicted values. 展开更多

The finite volume method (FVM) has many advantages in 2-D shallow water numerical simulation. In this study, the finite volume method is used with unstructured triangular grids to simulate the tidal currents. The Roe scheme is applied in the calculation of the intercell numerical flux, and the MUSCL method is introduced to improve its accuracy. The time integral is a two-step scheme of forecast and revision. For the verification of the present method, the Stoker's problem is calculated and the result is compared with the mathematically analytic solutions. The comparison indicates that the method is feasible. A sea area of a port is used as an example to test the method established here. The result shows that the present computational method is satisfactory, and it could be applied to the engineering fields. 展开更多

The triangular zone cracks in 2101 duplex stainless steel produced by the vertical continuous caster have troubled company A for a long time. To simulate the temperature and thermal stress distributions in the solidification process of 2101 duplex stainless steel produced by the vertical continuous caster, a two-dimensional viscoelastic-plastic thermomechanically coupled finite element model was established by the secondary development of the commercial nonlinear finite element analysis software MSC Marc. The results show that the thermal stress on the surface reaches a maximum at the exit of the mould, and the highest thermal stresses at the centre of the wide face and the narrow face are 75 and 115 MPa, respectively. Meanwhile, the internal temperature of slab is still higher than the solidus temperature, resulting in no thermal stress. The slab shows different high-temperature strengths and suffers from different stresses at different positions; thus, the risk of cracking also varies. At a location of 6-8 m from the meniscus, the temperature of the triangular zone is 1270-1360℃ and the corresponding permissible high-temperature strength is about 10-30 MPa, while the thermal stress at this time is 60 MPa, which is higher than the high-temperature strength. As a result, triangular zone cracks form easily. 展开更多

随着城市化和气候变化的持续影响,鄱阳湖流域的洪水风险显著增加,严重影响流域公共安全。为动态评估流域洪水风险,构建了一种融合土地利用动态模拟、水文-水动力耦合模型和三角模糊层次分析法的综合风险评估体系。首先,基于元胞自动机-... 随着城市化和气候变化的持续影响,鄱阳湖流域的洪水风险显著增加,严重影响流域公共安全。为动态评估流域洪水风险,构建了一种融合土地利用动态模拟、水文-水动力耦合模型和三角模糊层次分析法的综合风险评估体系。首先,基于元胞自动机-马尔可夫模型预测流域未来土地利用变化趋势;其次,运用水文-水动力耦合模型模拟不同土地利用情景下的暴雨洪水淹没特征;最后,采用三角模糊层次分析法综合评估流域洪水风险的动态变化。结果表明,若不采取措施控制城市无序扩张,洪水高和极高风险区域占比将增加21.59百分点;而实施林地保护和水域保护措施,分别可使高和极高风险区域占比减少18.28百分点和1.92百分点。因此,在未来的流域管理中,应优先采取林地保护措施,以增强流域的抗洪能力,降低洪水灾害风险及影响。研究可为鄱阳湖流域的防洪减灾和可持续发展提供决策依据。 展开更多

In this research, a specific device to observe infiltration processes in homogeneous and heterogeneous soils with triangular and inverted triangular profiles was designed, and the Green-Ampt model was employed for the process simulation. The results indicate that(1) the wetting front in coarse texture soils transports faster than in fine texture soils;(2) for the homogeneous case, the wetting front in triangularshaped soils transports faster than the inverted triangular type, but the triangular-shaped soils show a lower infiltration rate;(3) in the initial step, the wetting front in triangular-shaped soils shows higher transport speed, but depicts lower speed with increase in the time;(4) both the wetting front and infiltration rate show a significant exponential relation with the time. From these findings, an empirical model was developed which agrees well with the observed data and provides a useful method for this field of soil research. 展开更多

A depth-averaged 2-D numerical model for unsteady tidal flow in estuaries is established by use of the finite volume WENO scheme which maintains both uniform high order accuracy and an essentially non-oscillatory shock transition on unstructured triangular grid. The third order TVD Range-Kutta method is used for time discretization. The model has been firstly tested against four cases: 1) tidal forcing, 2) seiche oscillation, 3) wind setup in a closed bay, and 4) onedimensional dam-break water flow. The results obtained in the present study compare well with those obtained from the corresponding analytic solutions idealized for the above four cases. The model is then applied to the simulation of tidal circulation in the Yangpu Bay, and detailed model calibration and verification have been conducted with measured tidal current in the spring tide, middle tide, and neap tide. The overall performance of the model is in qualitative agreement with the data observed in 2005, and it can be used to calculate the flow in estuaries and coastal waters. 展开更多

The new basis functions definedover the triangular domain are proved to fulfill non-negativity, partition of unity, symmetry,boundary representation, linear independence and so on. The Oujiang Estuary has features of irregular coastline, complex topography, many islands, moveable boundary, and submerged dyke, therefore, σ 3-D numerical model oil an unstructured triangular grid has been degeloped. The σ coordinate transforination, the moveable boundary and submerged dyke treatment techniques were employed in the model so it is suitable for the tidal simulations in the Oujing Estuary with submerged dyke and moveable boundary problems. The model is evaluated with the in situ data, and the results show that the calculated water elevations at 19 stations and currents at 19 profiler stations are in good agreement with measured data both in magnitude and phase. This numerical model is applied to the 3-D tidal circulation simulations of experiments in stopping flow transport through the South Branch of the Oujiang Estuary, and the feasibility to cutoff the flow in the South Branch of the Oujiang Estuary is demonstrated by numerical simulation experiments. The developed numerical model simulated the 3-D tidal current circulations in complicated coastal and estuarine waters very well. 展开更多

In a real world application supply chain, there are many elements of uncertainty such as supplier performance, market demands, product price, operation time, and shipping method which increases the difficulty for manufacturers to quickly respond in order to fulfil the customer requirements. In this paper, the authors developed a fuzzy mathematical model to integrate different operational functions with the aim to provide satisfy decisions to help decision maker resolve production problem for all functions simultaneously. A triangular fuzzy number or possibilistic distribution represents all the uncertainty parameters. A comparison between a fuzzy model, a possibilistic model and a deterministic model is presented in this paper in order to distinguish the effectiveness of model in dealing the uncertain nature of supply chain. The proposed models performance is evaluated based on the operational aspect and computational aspect. The fuzzy model and the possibilistic model are expected to be more preferable to respond to the dynamic changes of the supply change network compared to the deterministic model. The developed fuzzy model seems to be more flexible in undertaking the lack of information or imprecise data of a variable in real situation whereas possibilistic model is more practical in solving an existing systems problem that has available data provided. 展开更多

基于有限元(FEM)构建的绳索模型结构复杂,主要用于绳索结构力学分析,其准确性受绳索结构影响大,导致模型适应性不好。基于离散元(DEM)构建结构简单、适应性强的绳索模型仍是一个难题。提出了一种基于DEM的绳索建模及参数标定方法。构建... 基于有限元(FEM)构建的绳索模型结构复杂,主要用于绳索结构力学分析,其准确性受绳索结构影响大,导致模型适应性不好。基于离散元(DEM)构建结构简单、适应性强的绳索模型仍是一个难题。提出了一种基于DEM的绳索建模及参数标定方法。构建的绳索模型为圆柱形,内部包含不同尺寸的三角壳体元件及其关节。三角壳体元件之间的力与弯矩分别以线弹性模型和双线性模型连接。通过拉伸和三点弯曲试验,分别以抗拉强度、弹性模量为响应值对绳索模型的离散元参数进行了标定。通过抗拉强度和弹性模量回归方程求解确定了绳索模型离散元参数最优组合。验证试验结果表明,绳索模型抗拉强度误差、弹性模量误差分别为2.32%、1.74%。拉伸、弯曲曲线平均误差分别为6.65%、7.35%。力学分析表明,DEM模型可用于分析绳索受力过程中的局部力学响应。构建的DEM基绳索模型为单股结构,与FEM基绳索模型相比,结构简单,具有普适性。 展开更多

目的:探索浙江共同富裕示范区医疗服务供给—经济—社会三系统协调发展状况,为制定三系统高效协调发展政策提供参考。方法:基于2013—2022年面板数据,对浙江省11个地市开展研究。首先,构建医疗服务供给—经济—社会三系统评价指标体系,... 目的:探索浙江共同富裕示范区医疗服务供给—经济—社会三系统协调发展状况,为制定三系统高效协调发展政策提供参考。方法:基于2013—2022年面板数据,对浙江省11个地市开展研究。首先,构建医疗服务供给—经济—社会三系统评价指标体系,使用熵值法确定各指标权重,并计算综合评价指数。其次,引入三角模型刻画三系统间相对关系,并采用耦合协调度模型揭示三系统协调程度。最后,用空间自相关分析法探究三系统耦合协调度的空间自相关。结果:(1)整体上三系统发展状况随时间改善,但综合发展水平有待提高。(2)各地市在整体上均从医疗服务供给—社会主导向医疗服务供给—经济—社会三系统均衡协调发展过渡。三系统耦合协调度从2013的0.468(濒临失调)到2022年的0.609(初级协调),总体呈现上升态势,但协调水平有待提高且地区间存在不均衡现象。(3)浙江省三系统耦合协调度具有显著的正空间相关性,且空间分布特征较稳定。结论:浙江省医疗服务供给—经济—社会三系统耦合协调度有待进一步提升,浙江省应提供良好的政策支持,合理规划医疗资源布局,推动经济社会高质量发展。各地级市要结合自身发展水平,因地制宜制定医疗服务供给、经济、社会发展策略,加强地市间联动合作,进而提升三系统协调发展水平。 展开更多
