In the process of tunnel construction, it is inevitable that there will be various kinds of working face cross-operation, especially the interaction between inverted arch construction and the entire excavation and support working face ahead is particularly prominent. Limited by the requirement of safe step distance, the inverted arch construction greatly affects the overall construction progress of the tunnel. For this reason, a high-efficiency equipment forms a trestle bridge which does not interfere with each other and is convenient and fast, which is the guarantee of tunnel progress and safety. A foreign railway project adopts domestic 24m clear span high-efficiency hydraulic self-propelled inverted arch trestle bridge, which effectively solves the mutual interference between working procedures and forms the effect of three-dimensional operation and rapid construction, thus playing a good practical application value. 展开更多

In order to study the mechanical properties of the large-gradient temporary steel trestle in the urban heavy traffic operation, the temporary steel trestle of the railway-related bridge project of Lixin Avenue was taken as the research object, and the numerical model of the steel trestle was established by MIDAS/CIVIL software. The components of the steel trestle, such as Bailey truss beam, steel bridge deck and steel pipe pile, were analyzed under different vehicle load levels in the city, and the theoretical analysis of the abutment of the large-gradient steel trestle was carried out, and the bearing capacity, overturning resistance and sliding resistance were checked. The research results show that the internal force, stress and displacement of each member of the steel trestle can meet the operation requirements of large urban traffic flow;The design control factor of U-shaped steel rib composite steel bridge deck (spacing of 0.22m) is steel plate;The checking computations of concrete pile, steel pipe pile and abutment of steel trestle bridge can meet the driving requirements under the influence of gradient. 展开更多

In order to reduce the horizontal crossing transportation problems between coal trucks and stripping trucks,large and small vehicles,and transport trucks and belt conveyors at key points of open pit mine in production,the separate transportation mode of underpass bridge and overpass steel trestle is proposed to optimize the open pit development transportation system,so as to solve the practical problems that the horizontal cross of transport vehicles causes vehicle blockage,affects production schedule and production safety.The results show that the horizontal crossing road can be changed into a separate type of overpass steel trestle,which can realize the classified transportation of large and small vehicles,reduce the traffic density,make vehicles with different functions go their own way,eliminate the hidden danger of traffic accidents,and improve the production efficiency. 展开更多
