To achieve a high-precision LTRC, the folding evolution and die filling process in the transitional region were investigated by 3 D finite element simulation and experiment using an equal-thickness billet(ETB). It is found that the initial volume distribution in the second-loading region can greatly affect the amount of material transferred into the first-loading region during the second-loading step, and thus lead to the folding defect. Besides, an improper initial volume distribution results in non-concurrent die filling in the cavities of ribs after the second-loading step, and then causes die underfilling. To this end, an unequal-thickness billet(UTB) was employed with the initial volume distribution optimized by the response surface method(RSM). For a certain eigenstructure, the critical value of the percentage of transferred material determined by the ETB was taken as a constraint condition for avoiding the folding defect in the UTB optimization process, and the die underfilling rate was considered as the optimization objective. Then, based on the RSM models of the percentage of transferred material and the die underfilling rate, non-folding parameter combinations and optimum die filling were achieved. Lastly, an optimized UTB was obtained and verified by the simulation and experiment.展开更多

文摘Extensive first-principles calculations have been performed to examine the electrochemical properties of Na-ion-intercalatable heterostructures formed by transitional metal dichalcogenides(MS_(2),where M=Ti,V,Nb and Mo)and blue phosphorus(BlueP),which have been reported as potential anode materials for rechargeable sodium-ion batteries.Upon formation of heterostructures, much improved structural stabilities have observed compared with the pristine MS_(2) and BlueP.Metallic T-TiS_(2),T-MoS_(2),H(T)-VS_(2) and H(T)-NbS_(2) would retain the conductive character after formation of heterostructures with BlueP,however,HTiS_(2)/BlueP and H-MoS_(2)/BlueP would undergo a semiconductor to metallic transition accompanied by Na intercalation. Moreover, the presence of relatively low diffusion barriers ranging from 0.04 eV to 0.08 eV,coupled with the suitable average open-circuit voltage spanning from 0.12 eV to 0.89 eV,guarantee exceptional charge-discharge rates and ensure the safety of battery performance.Among these heterostructures,H(T)-NbS_(2)/BlueP and T-TiS_(2)/BlueP exhibit best Na adsorption ability of up to 4 layers, corresponding to theoretical capacities of 570.2 and 746.7 mAh/g,respectively.These encouraging properties indicate that T-TiS_(2)/BlueP and H(T)-NbS_(2)/BlueP could serve as suitable anode materials for high-performance sodiumion batteries.

文摘In the context of global warming, escalating water cycles have led to a surge in drought frequency and severity.Yet,multidecadal fluctuations in drought and their multifaceted influencing factors remain inadequately understood. This study examined the multidecadal changes in drought characteristics(frequency, duration, and severity)and their geographical focal points within China's north-south transitional zone, the Qinling-Daba Mountains(QDM),from 1960 to 2017 using the Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index(SPEI).In addition,a suite of eight scenarios, correlation analysis, and wavelet coherence were used to identify the meteorological and circulation factors that influenced drought characteristics. The results indicate the following:(1)From 1960 to 2017,the QDM experienced significant interdecadal variations in drought frequency, duration, and severity, the climate was relatively humid before the 1990s,but drought intensified thereafter.Specifically, the 1990s marked the period of the longest drought duration and greatest severity, while the years spanning 2010 to 2017 experienced the highest frequency of drought events.(2)Spatially,the Qinling Mountains, particularly the western Qinling Mountain, exhibited higher drought frequency, duration, and severity than the Daba Mountains. This disparity can be attributed to higher rates of temperature increase and precipitation decrease in the western Qinling Mountain.(3)Interdecadal variations in droughts in the QDM were directly influenced by the synergistic effects of interdecadal fluctuations in air temperature and precipitation.Circulation factors modulate temperature and precipitation through phase transitions, thereby affecting drought dynamics in the QDM.The Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation emerges as the primary circulation factors influencing temperature changes, with a mid-1990s shift to a positive phase favoring warming. The East Asian Summer Monsoon and El Ni?o-Southern Oscillation are the main circulation factors affecting precipitation changes, with positive phase transitions associated with reduced precipitation, and vice versa for increased precipitation.

文摘Methane adsorption is a critical assessment of the gas storage capacity(GSC)of shales with geological conditions.Although the related research of marine shales has been well-illustrated,the methane adsorption of marine-continental transitional(MCT)shales is still ambiguous. In this study,a method of combining experimental data with analytical models was used to investigate the methane adsorption characteristics and GSC of MCT shales collected from the Qinshui Basin,China. The Ono-Kondo model was used to fit the adsorption data to obtain the adsorption parameters.Subsequently, the geological model of GSC based on pore evolution was constructed using a representative shale sample with a total organic carbon(TOC)content of 1.71%,and the effects of reservoir pressure coefficient and water saturation on GSC were explored. In experimental results, compared to the composition of the MCT shale, the pore structure dominates the methane adsorption, and meanwhile, the maturity mainly governs the pore structure.Besides, maturity in the middle-eastern region of the Qinshui Basin shows a strong positive correlation with burial depth. The two parameters, micropore pore volume and non-micropore surface area, induce a good fit for the adsorption capacity data of the shale. In simulation results, the depth, pressure coefficient, and water saturation of the shale all affect the GSC.It demonstrates a promising shale gas potential of the MCT shale in a deeper block, especially with low water saturation.Specifically, the economic feasibility of shale gas could be a major consideration for the shale with a depth of<800 m and/or water saturation>60%in the Yushe-Wuxiang area. This study provides a valuable reference for the reservoir evaluation and favorable block search of MCT shale gas.
文摘Using the typical characteristics of multi-layered marine and continental transitional gas reservoirs as a basis,a model is developed to predict the related well production rate. This model relies on the fractal theory of tortuous capillary bundles and can take into account multiple gas flow mechanisms at the micrometer and nanometer scales,as well as the flow characteristics in different types of thin layers(tight sandstone gas, shale gas,and coalbed gas). Moreover,a source-sink function concept and a pressure drop superposition principle are utilized to introduce a coupled flow model in the reservoir.A semi-analytical solution for the production rate is obtained using a matrix iteration method.A specific well is selected for fitting dynamic production data, and the calculation results show that the tight sandstone has the highest gas production per unit thickness compared with the other types of reservoirs. Moreover, desorption and diffusion of coalbed gas and shale gas can significantly contribute to gas production, and the daily production of these two gases decreases rapidly with decreasing reservoir pressure.Interestingly, the gas production from fractures exhibits an approximately U-shaped distribution, indicating the need to optimize the spacing between clusters during hydraulic fracturing to reduce the area of overlapping fracture control. The coal matrix water saturation significantly affects the coalbed gas production, with higher water saturation leading to lower production.

文摘The paleoenvironment of shales can be reconstructed to some extent using the combinations or concentrations of elements that correlate strongly with environmental conditions. In this study,we analyzed rare earth elements(REEs),major elements, and trace elements in the marine-continental transitional shales(transitional shales for short)of the Shan 2^(3)submember of the Shanxi Formation in the southeastern Ordos Basin. The purpose is to deduce the paleoenvironmental conditions of the shales, encompassing paleoredox, paleoclimate, paleoproductivity, and paleo-provenance.The Shan 2^(3)submember comprises four sections, namely Shan 2^(3)-1,Shan 2^(3)-2,Shan 2^(3)-3,and Shan 2^(3)-4.The Ba/Al,P/Al,and Cu/Al ratios, along with biogenic barium(Babio),indicate that the paleoproductivity of the submember peaked during the Shan 2^(3)-1 deposition and exhibited a downtrend upward in other sections.Trends in the Uau and the Ni/Co,V/Cr,U/Th,and V/Sc ratios suggest that suboxic conditions prevailed during the Shan 2^(3)-1 deposition, with the oxidation level gradually increasing from Shan 2^(3)-1 to Shan 2^(3)-4.C-value and the Sr/Cu vs.Ga/Rb cross-plot indicate a warm and arid paleoclimate during the Shan 2^(3)-1 deposition, which transitioned to cooler, drier conditions during the deposition of other sections.Indicators sensitive to paleoclimate, such as the K/Rb and Th/U ratios, along with the ICV,PIA,and Chemical Index of Alteration(CIA),highlight elevated weathering from Shan 2^(3)-2 to Shan 2^(3)-4,with Shan 2^(3)-1 exhibiting the weakest weathering during its deposition. As suggested by the REE data, the Zr/Sc vs.Th/Sr cross-plot,provenance discriminant functions, and the cross-plots of Hf vs.La/Th,Th vs.Hf-Co,and∑REE vs.La/Yb,the sedimentary provenance for the transitional shales of the Shan 2^(3)submember is of multiple origins, with significant contributions from the Upper Continental Crust(UCC).Discriminant diagrams, including those of Th-Co-Zr/10,Th-Sc-Zr/10,La-Th-Sc,and K_(2)O/Na_(2)O vs.SiO_(2),suggest that the transitional shales of the Shan 2^(3)submember were primarily deposited under tectonic settings such as continental island arcs(CIAs)and passive continental margins(PCMs).
文摘Costello syndrome is a rare neurodevelopmental disorder (RASopathy) caused by activating germline mutation in HRAS. Due to ubiquitous HRAS gene expression, Costello Syndrome affects multiple organ systems and individuals are predisposed to cancer. A male patient, at 13 years of age, had a suspicion of two small findings in the bladder after he had a history of dysuria and microscopic hematuria by two urine analyses. Both were completely resected and the pathology revealed Fibroepithelial polyps. The patient was followed up by an ultrasound of the bladder every six months.

文摘Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of morbidity and mortality, posing a significant challenge to healthcare systems worldwide.Transitional care interventions, which ensure coordination and continuity of care as patients move between different levels of healthcare, have been shown to reduce unnecessary healthcare utilization and improve patient outcomes. While much attention has been given to transitional care in heart failure, this review aims to map the interventions implemented for patients following an acute myocardial infarction(AMI).A scoping review was conducted following the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)methodology, with literature searches performed in the Cochrane,CINAHL,MEDLINE,JBI,and SciELO databases, focusing on publications from 2013 onwards in both Portuguese and English.Seventy-five studies were included, with most combining multiple interventions that contributed to improved cardiovascular health outcomes, including increased adherence to healthy lifestyle behaviors, enhanced medication compliance, and better healthcare self-management.These interventions were effective in reducing cardiovascular-related Emergency Department visits, unplanned 30-day readmissions, and mortality following a first-time myocardial infarction.Key strategies identified included discharge planning, digital health solutions, outpatient care, and healthcare coordination. The findings of this review underscore the need for developing methodologies that enhance the transition of care from hospital to primary care following an AMI.There is an urgent need to design and implement new healthcare programs that integrate discharge interventions, digital health, outpatient care, and healthcare coordination to ensure continuity of care and optimize patient outcomes post-discharge.
文摘Objective: To investigate the expressions of cytokeratin 19 (CK19) and cytokeratin 20 (CK20) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) and their clinical significance. Methods: The expression of CK19 and CK20 was detected in 54 cases of TCC by immunohistochemical methods and image processing techniques. Results: The expression of CK19 and CK20 was significantly stronger in the recurrent group than in the non-recurrent group (P〈0.01, P〈0.001, respectively). Conclusion: The expression of CK19 and CK20 was obviously related with biological behaviors of TCC, suggesting that CK19 and CK20 could be used to predict the recurrence of TCC.

文摘This study was designed to investigate the different involvements of prostatic stromal cells from the normal transitional zone(TZ)or peripheral zone(PZ)in the carcinogenesis of prostate cancer(PCa)epithelial cells(PC-3)in vitro and in vivo co-culture models.Ultra-structures and gene expression profiles of primary cultures of human prostatic stromal cells from the normal TZ or PZ were analyzed by electron microscopy and microarray analysis. In vitro and in vivo co-culture models composed of normal TZ or PZ stromal cells and human PCa PC-3 cells were established. We assessed tumor growth and weight in the in vivo nude mice model. There are morphological and ultra-structural differences in stromal cells from TZ and PZ of the normal prostate. In all,514 differentially expressed genes were selected by microarray analysis;483 genes were more highly expressed in stromal cells from TZ and 31 were more highly expressed in those from PZ.Co-culture with PZ stromal cells and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)increased the tumor growth of PC-3 cells in vitro and in vivo,as well as Bcl-2 expression. On the other hand, stromal cells of TZ suppressed PC-3 cell tumor growth in the mouse model. We conclude that ultra-structures and gene expression differ between the stromal cells from TZ or PZ of the normal prostate, and stroma-epithelium interactions from TZ or PZ might be responsible for the distinct zonal localization of prostate tumor formation.

文摘Organic matter(OM)nanopores developed in transitional facies shales,i.e.,the Upper Permian Longtan and Dalong Formations in the Yangtze Platform,China, were investigated to determine the corre-sponding influence of thermal maturity and OM types within the geological conditions.A suite of 16 core samples were taken from Type-Ⅲ Longtan shales and Type-Ⅱ Dalong shales from two wells covering a ma-turity(Ro,vitrinite reflectance)ranging from 1.22%to 1.43%and 2.62%to 2.97%,respectively.Integrated analysis of the shale samples was carried out, including field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),low-pressure N2 and CO2 adsorption,high-pressure CH4 adsorption, and mercury intrusion capillary pressure(MICP)analysis. The fluid inclusions of liquid and gas hydrocarbons trapped in calcite vein samples in Dalong shales of two wells were studied using laser Raman and fluorescence spectroscopy.FE-SEM images indicated that OM pores in different formations varied substantially in terms of shape, size, and distribution density.OM pores in Type-Ⅱ Dalong shales of Well XY1 were mainly micropore, sparsely distributed in the gas-prone kerogen with a spot-like and irregular shape, while bitumen rarely developed observable pores. In contrast, the morphology of OM pores in Type-Ⅲ Longtan shales were significantly different, which was due to differences in the OM type. The primary OM pores in some terrestrial woody debris in Longtan shales had a relatively larger pore diameter, ranging from hundreds of nanometers to a few micrometers and were al-most all rounded in shape, which might be one of the factors contributing to larger pore volume and gas adsorption capacity than Dalong shales of Well XY1.Comparing Dalong shales of Well XY1 with relatively lower thermal maturity, there were abundant spongy-like pores, densely developed in the pyrobitumen in Type-Ⅱ Dalong shales of Well EY1,with an irregular shape and diameter ranging from several to hundreds of nanometers. Many blue fluorescent oil inclusions and a small number of CH4 inclusions mixed with C2H6 could be observed within calcite veins in Dalong shales of Well XY1,whereas only CH4 inclusions could be identified within calcite veins in Dalong shales of Well EJ1.Therefore,thermal maturity not only controlled the type of hydrocarbons generated, but also makes a significant contribution to the formation of OM pores, resulting in larger pore volumes and adsorption capacity of Type-Ⅱ shale samples in the dry gas window.

文摘Avoiding the folding defect and improving the die filling capability in the transitional region are desired in isothermal local loading forming of a large-scale Ti-alloy rib-web component(LTRC). Lastly, an optimized UTB was obtained and verified by the simulation and experiment.

文摘This research examines the vortex behaviors and aerodynamic forces in dynamic stall phenomena at a transitional Reynolds number(Re=90000)using experimental and numerical approaches.Periodic sinusoidal pitching motion at two different reduced frequencies is used to achieve the dynamic stall of a NACA 0012 airfoil.Several leading edge vortices form and detach in the dynamic stall stage. The flow then quickly transitions to a full separation zone in the stall stage when the angle of attack starts to decrease. There is discrepancy between the phaseaveraged and instantaneous flow field in that the small flow structures increased with angle of attack, which is a characteristic of the flow field at the transitional Reynolds number. The interaction between the streamwise vortices in the three-dimensional numerical results and the leading edge vortex are the main contribution to the turbulent flow.In addition, the leading edge vortex that supplies vortex lift is more stable at higher reduced frequency, which decreases the lift fluctuation in the dynamic stall stage. The leading edge vortex at higher reduced frequency is strong enough to stabilize the flow, even when the airfoil is in the down-stroke phase.

文摘Based on 10 shale samples collected from 4 wells in Qinshui Basin,we investigate the full-sized pore structure and fractal characteristics of Marine-Continental transitional shale by performing organic geochemistry, mineralogical composition,Nitrogen gas adsorption(N2 adsorption)and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR)measurements and fractal analysis. Results show that the TOC content of the shale samples is relatively high, with an average value of 2.44wt%,and the thermal evolution is during the mature-over mature stage. The NMR T2 spectrum can be used to characterize the fullsized pore structure characteristics of shale.By combining N2 adsorption pore structure parameters and NMR T2 spectrums, the surface relaxivity of samples are calculated to be between 1.7877 um/s and 5.2272 um/s.On this basis, the T2 spectrums are converted to full-sized pore volume and surface area distribution curves. The statistics show that the pore volume is mainly provided by mesopore, followed by micropore, and the average percentages are 65.04%and 30.83%respectively;the surface area is mainly provided by micropore, followed by mesopore, and the average percentages are 60.8004%and 39.137%respectively;macropore contributes little to pore volume and surface area. The pore structure characteristics of shale have no relationship with TOC,but strong relationships with clay minerals content.NMR fractal dimensions Dmicro and Dmeso have strong positive relationships with the N2 adsorption fractal dimensions D1 and D2 respectively, indicating that Dmicro can be used to characterize the fractal characteristics of pore surface, and Dmeso can be used to characterize the fractal characteristics of pore structure. The shale surface relaxivity is controlled by multiple factors. The increasing of clay mineral content, pore surface area, pore surface fractal dimension and the decreasing of average pore size, will all lead to the decreasing of shale surface relaxivity.
文摘Background:The Transitional Care Model(TCM)for nursing care has yet to be implemented in China despite its success in Western countries. However, rapid social changes have demanded an upgrade in the quality of nursing care;in 2010,the Chinese government has acknowledged the need to implement the TCM in China. Objective:This study has the following objectives:(1)perform a thorough review of the literature regarding the development and implementation of the TCM in China's Mainland within the past 5 years;(2)provide a comprehensive discussion of the current status, problems, and strategies related to the implementation of the TCM in China's Mainland;and(3)suggest strategies pertaining to the future of the TCM in China.Design:The current pertinent literature is systematically reviewed.Data sources:Systematic and manual searches in computerized databases for relevant studies regarding the TCM led to the inclusion of 26 papers in this review.Review methods:Abstracts that satisfied the inclusion criteria were reviewed independently by the two authors of this manuscript, and discrepancies were resolved through discussion. The same reviewers independently assessed the paper in its entirety for selected abstracts. Results:The present English literature reviewrevealed a paucity of updated information about the development and implementation of the TCM in China's Mainland.Nevertheless, the dramatic growth of the TCM in the past 5 years has had a vital impact within the society and in nursing development. This review also revealed numerous issues regarding the focus of the TCM.Overall implications for practiceandrecommendations for future researchare discussed. Conclusion:Despite the potential of this nursing model to have a successful and beneficial impact in China's Mainland,it remains an under-researched topic.Further research on education and training as well as premium policies for nurses under the TCM are needed.
文摘The evolution of shale reservoirs is mainly related to two functions:mechanical compaction controlled by ground stress and chemical compaction controlled by thermal effect.Thermal simulation experiments were conducted to simulate the chemical compaction of marine-continental transitional shale, and X-ray diffraction(XRD),CO2 adsorption,N2 adsorption and high-pressure mercury injection(MIP)were then used to characterize shale diagenesis and porosity. Moreover, simulations of mechanical compaction adhering to mathematical models were performed, and a shale compaction model was proposed considering clay content and kaolinite proportions. The advantage of this model is that the change in shale compressibility, which is caused by the transformation of clay minerals during thermal evolution, may be considered. The combination of the thermal simulation and compaction model may depict the interactions between chemical and mechanical compaction.Such interactions may then express the pore evolution of shale in actual conditions of formation.Accordingly, the obtained results demonstrated that shales having low kaolinite possess higher porosity at the same burial depth and clay mineral content, proving that other clay minerals such as illite-smectite mixed layers(I/S)and illite are conducive to the development of pores.Shales possessing a high clay mineral content have a higher porosity in shallow layers(<3500 m)and a lower porosity in deep layers(>3500 m).Both the amount and location of the increase in porosity differ at different geothermal gradients.High geothermal gradients favor the preservation of high porosity in shale at an appropriate Ro.The pore evolution of the marine-continental transitional shale is divided into five stages.Stage 2 possesses an Ro of 1.0%-1.6%and has high porosity along with a high specific surface area.Stage 3 has an Ro of 1.6%-2.0%and contains a higher porosity with a low specific surface area. Finally,Stage 4 has an Ro of 2.0%-2.9%with a low porosity and high specific surface area.
