Objective:The objective of this study is to explore the current situation,clinical research hot spots,and trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technology in rheumatoid arthritis(RA),to draw a panorama of...Objective:The objective of this study is to explore the current situation,clinical research hot spots,and trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technology in rheumatoid arthritis(RA),to draw a panorama of clinical research,to provide the basis and clues for subsequent high-level evidence integration and further in-depth research.Materials and Methods:Seven databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Scientific Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(Sino-Med),PubMed,Embase,and the Cochrane Library were searched.The bibliometric method and visualization software CiteSpace were used to conduct a multi-dimensional analysis of the included literature.Results:A total of 805 pieces of literature were included(of them,one was written in German and four in English),and the number of published literature showed an increasing trend year by year.There were only 30(3.73%)pieces of literature published in nursing journals.The hot spots of the co-occurrence map were concentrated in:(1)the nursing of fumigation in RA;(2)the efficacy evaluation of TCM nursing technology on pain,joint malformation,and joint dysfunction caused by RA.The included literature themes focused on five TCM technologies:fumigation,moxibustion,acupoint patching,acupoint injection,and Chinese herbal soaking.The beginning year and strength in TCM fumigation were 2012 and 5.2,and those in moxibustion were 2011 and 3.38.Conclusion:The related studies are on the rise.It has entered the field of international readers with clear research hot spots.However,there are still shortcomings such as little literature published in Chinese nursing core journals,few non-Chinese-related documents,and a lack of international exchanges and cooperation.The current research hot spots in this field are TCM fumigation,and the cutting-edge trend of future research may be fumigation and moxibustion technology.It is suggested that further research can focus on evidence integration and original research on the self-optimization of these two techniques.展开更多

Method: from July 2019 to July 2020 as the time period for ...Objective: to explore the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure treated by traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology. Method: from July 2019 to July 2020 as the time period for the implementation of the study, 74 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital were selected, and the grouping method was random number table method, 37 cases for each. The reference group received basic nursing intervention, and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology. The scores of quality of life, sleep status, complications and clinical effects were calculated. Results: there was no significant difference between the quality of life scores and sleep status scores of the two groups before the intervention (p > 0.05). After the intervention, the data of the reference group was used as a reference. The quality of life score and sleep status score of the experimental group were better, and the differences between the groups were significant (p < 0.05);taking the experimental group data as a reference, the reference group had more complications and lower clinical effects, and there was a comparison of data between groups Statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology treatment for patients with chronic renal failure can improve the quality of life of patients and improve the insomnia symptoms, which is of high safety and has significant clinical application value.展开更多

Methods: A total of 70 patients with cerebral infarction who participated in nursin...Objective: To analyze the clinical application effect of TCM nursing technology in the rehabilitation nursing of cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 70 patients with cerebral infarction who participated in nursing in our hospital were selected. The research time was from January 2020 to January 2022. The 70 samples were divided into groups according to the random number table method, of which 35 samples represented the control group and 35 samples represented the inquiry group. The control group was given routine intervention, and the nursing effect, incidence of adverse events, neurological deficit score, daily living ability and patient satisfaction were evaluated. At first, the inquiry group adopted continuous nursing intervention, followed by traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology, and made statistics and evaluation on neurological deficit score, nursing effect, daily living ability, incidence of adverse events, quality of life and patient satisfaction. Then, the nursing effect, incidence of adverse events, neurological deficit score, daily living ability, patient satisfaction and quality of life of the study group and the control group were compared, and the actual effect and clinical value of TCM nursing technology in clinical nursing of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence were clarified. Results: The neurological deficit score of the two groups showed that the neurological deficit score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, that is, the neurological recovery of the study group was better than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Incidence of adverse events in the two groups: The statistical results show that the incidence of adverse events in the control group is higher than that in the inquiry group (P < 0.05). Activity of daily living: After comparing the activity of daily living between the inquiry group and the control group, the score of the former is higher, P < 0.05. Nursing effect: After statistics and comparison of some data, the nursing effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the inquiry group (P < 0.05). After comparing the quality of life, the scores of psychological quality, health cognition and life function of the two groups were significantly higher in the study group (P < 0.05). Patient satisfaction was compared: the satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the inquiry group, and there was a significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in the rehabilitation nursing of cerebral infarction has obvious clinical application effect and safety. After nursing, patients' neurological function and daily living ability are obviously improved, and the quality of life is generally improved. The satisfaction of patients' families is high, which is worthy of being widely used for reference in clinical nursing.展开更多
Objective To understand the development status of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology,so as to provide a reference for enterprises and scientific research institutions to determine the direction of tech...Objective To understand the development status of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology,so as to provide a reference for enterprises and scientific research institutions to determine the direction of technological innovation.Besides,the government can formulate scientific and technological innovation strategies.Methods Based on patent information,statistical methods were applied to analyze the development of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology.Then,the core technology was identified by constructing a patent citation network.Finally,the main path analysis method was applied to discover the technological evolution path.Results and Conclusion The extraction technology of traditional Chinese medicine is still in the growth stage.At present,its R&D is based on enterprises,supplemented by scientific research institutions.The core technologies are ultrasonic extraction and enzymatic extraction.The main path represented by enzymatic extraction technology reveals the evolution process of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology.Based on this,relevant suggestions are put forward.Firstly,technological innovation cooperation should be strengthened to explore new models of achievement transformation and cooperation.Secondly,key enterprises of technology clusters should be cultivated to accelerate breakthroughs in core technologies.Thirdly,combined technologies can achieve high-efficiency enzyme-assisted extraction and open up new ways of extracting traditional Chinese medicine.Fourthly,traditional techniques should be improved to develop innovative modern techniques.展开更多

Methods: a total of 130 patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to their clinical medication. The traditional Chinese medicines taken by patients in the control group were not processed with traditional Chinese medicine, while those taken by patients in the observation group were processed with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical medication types, efficacy and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were collected. Results: the medication types of patients in the two groups mainly included alkaloids, volatile oils, and glycosides, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The patients in the observation group had better clinical treatment efficiency and treatment time than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in Chinese medicine treatment, the use of Chinese medicine processing to produce drugs can effectively improve the efficacy and safety of the drugs, in order to improve the quality of patients' prognosis, which has high application value.展开更多

Fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites(FRCMCs)are the preferred materials for safety critical components in the fields of aerospace,nuclear engineering,and transportation,with broad market and application prospect...Fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites(FRCMCs)are the preferred materials for safety critical components in the fields of aerospace,nuclear engineering,and transportation,with broad market and application prospects.However,due to the characteristics of multiphase,heterogeneity,and anisotropy,key issues such as poor adhesion,high porosity,and crack propagation urgently need to be addressed in the fabrication and machining of FRCMCs.With the increasing demand for FRCMCs parts,high-quality and reliable design and fabrication,performance evaluation,and precision manufacturing have become a series of hot issues.There is a lack of systematic review in capturing the current research status and development direction of FRCMCs fabrication and machining.This research aims to comprehensively review and critically evaluate the existing understanding of the fabrication and machining of FRCMCs.This study can provide scientists with a deeper understanding of the shape control mechanism of FRCMCs fabrication and machining,the theoretical basis of material synchronous removal,machining performance,and development direction.Firstly,the basic characteristics and application background of FRCMCs are introduced.Secondly,by comparing and analyzing the typical fabrication process of FRCMCs,the advantages,disadvantages,and performance evaluation of different processes are comprehensively evaluated.Thirdly,the material removal mechanisms and machining performance evaluation standards of traditional mechanical machining technologies(drilling,milling,grinding)and non-traditional mechanical machining technologies(ultrasonic,laser,water jet,discharge,wire saw,and multi-field hybrid machining)are discussed and analyzed.Finally,the challenges,development trends,and prospects faced by FRCMCs in the fields of fabrication,machining,and application are analyzed.This study not only elucidates the basic processes and key difficulties in the fabrication of FRCMCs,but also provides valuable insights for low-damage machining.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the research hotspots of nursing related to lactation acute mastitis in China and provide guidance and reference for nursing researchers.Methods:Papers from China National Knowledge Infrastructure...Objective:To analyze the research hotspots of nursing related to lactation acute mastitis in China and provide guidance and reference for nursing researchers.Methods:Papers from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data,VIP Data,and SinoMed are collected.All papers were imported into Noteexpress software in the form of bibliography to check again and delete duplicate references.The remaining literature was screened by reading the title and abstract and finally included by reading the full text.The paper’s information was analyzed using SPSS 22.0.Results:1275 papers are searched and 531 papers are included at last.Periodical literature accounted for the highest proportion,96.80%.Moreover,the journal with the largest number of entries is China Health Care and Nutrition.In 2007,the number of literatures related to acute mastitis nursing began to increase rapidly,and the most articles were published in Henan.Among the literature types,the majority are literatures expert experience.Only 18 literature reports were funded.Conclusions:Papers on acute mastitis nursing are increasing year by year and gradually become a research hotspot.However,the development of this study is uneven in different regions,with little financial support,and randomized controlled trials are still to be carried out.展开更多

文摘Acute mastitis is one of the common diseases of postpartum lactating women,also known as lactational mastitis,which can occur during breastfeeding,especially in the postpartum 3–4 weeks.Acute mastitis can lead to the cessation of breastfeeding.Improving breastfeeding behavior and extending breastfeeding duration have become a global strategy to promote maternal and child health.Manual lactation traditional Chinese medicine technology is one of the important measures to improve the rate of breastfeeding,which can solve the problems of breast swelling,pain,and reduction of milk production.This article introduces the definition,indications,standard operating procedures,precautions,and treatment of adverse events of manual lactation in traditional Chinese medicine technology,so as to provide more comprehensive guidance for clinical workers to carry out manual lactation operations.
文摘Objective: to explore the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure treated by traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology. Method: from July 2019 to July 2020 as the time period for the implementation of the study, 74 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital were selected, and the grouping method was random number table method, 37 cases for each. The reference group received basic nursing intervention, and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology. The scores of quality of life, sleep status, complications and clinical effects were calculated. Results: there was no significant difference between the quality of life scores and sleep status scores of the two groups before the intervention (p > 0.05). After the intervention, the data of the reference group was used as a reference. The quality of life score and sleep status score of the experimental group were better, and the differences between the groups were significant (p < 0.05);taking the experimental group data as a reference, the reference group had more complications and lower clinical effects, and there was a comparison of data between groups Statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology treatment for patients with chronic renal failure can improve the quality of life of patients and improve the insomnia symptoms, which is of high safety and has significant clinical application value.
文摘Objective: To analyze the clinical application effect of TCM nursing technology in the rehabilitation nursing of cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 70 patients with cerebral infarction who participated in nursing in our hospital were selected. The research time was from January 2020 to January 2022. The 70 samples were divided into groups according to the random number table method, of which 35 samples represented the control group and 35 samples represented the inquiry group. The control group was given routine intervention, and the nursing effect, incidence of adverse events, neurological deficit score, daily living ability and patient satisfaction were evaluated. At first, the inquiry group adopted continuous nursing intervention, followed by traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology, and made statistics and evaluation on neurological deficit score, nursing effect, daily living ability, incidence of adverse events, quality of life and patient satisfaction. Then, the nursing effect, incidence of adverse events, neurological deficit score, daily living ability, patient satisfaction and quality of life of the study group and the control group were compared, and the actual effect and clinical value of TCM nursing technology in clinical nursing of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence were clarified. Results: The neurological deficit score of the two groups showed that the neurological deficit score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, that is, the neurological recovery of the study group was better than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Incidence of adverse events in the two groups: The statistical results show that the incidence of adverse events in the control group is higher than that in the inquiry group (P < 0.05). Activity of daily living: After comparing the activity of daily living between the inquiry group and the control group, the score of the former is higher, P < 0.05. Nursing effect: After statistics and comparison of some data, the nursing effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the inquiry group (P < 0.05). After comparing the quality of life, the scores of psychological quality, health cognition and life function of the two groups were significantly higher in the study group (P < 0.05). Patient satisfaction was compared: the satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the inquiry group, and there was a significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in the rehabilitation nursing of cerebral infarction has obvious clinical application effect and safety. After nursing, patients' neurological function and daily living ability are obviously improved, and the quality of life is generally improved. The satisfaction of patients' families is high, which is worthy of being widely used for reference in clinical nursing.
文摘Objective To understand the development status of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology,so as to provide a reference for enterprises and scientific research institutions to determine the direction of technological innovation.Besides,the government can formulate scientific and technological innovation strategies.Methods Based on patent information,statistical methods were applied to analyze the development of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology.Then,the core technology was identified by constructing a patent citation network.Finally,the main path analysis method was applied to discover the technological evolution path.Results and Conclusion The extraction technology of traditional Chinese medicine is still in the growth stage.At present,its R&D is based on enterprises,supplemented by scientific research institutions.The core technologies are ultrasonic extraction and enzymatic extraction.The main path represented by enzymatic extraction technology reveals the evolution process of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology.Based on this,relevant suggestions are put forward.Firstly,technological innovation cooperation should be strengthened to explore new models of achievement transformation and cooperation.Secondly,key enterprises of technology clusters should be cultivated to accelerate breakthroughs in core technologies.Thirdly,combined technologies can achieve high-efficiency enzyme-assisted extraction and open up new ways of extracting traditional Chinese medicine.Fourthly,traditional techniques should be improved to develop innovative modern techniques.

文摘Objective:To analyze the application value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technology in obstetrics.Methods:204 patients with obstetrics were enrolled in the study and entered into the Chinese medicine group and thereference group according to the random number(n=102).The reference group received routine care,and the Chinesemedicine group received Chinese medicine nursing.The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patientsand the patient's nursing satisfaction status were compared.Results:There was no difference in the scores betweenthe pre-treatment groups.The value of the reduction in anxiety and depression scores in the TCM group wassignificantly higher than that in the reference group.The numerical comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the Chinese medicine group was 99.02%,and the comprehensivenursing satisfaction rate of the reference group was 80.39%.The numerical comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM nursing technology in obstetrics helps to improve the negativeemotions of patients and improve the overall satisfaction rate of patients.The value of nursing intervention is higher
文摘Objective: to analyze the application value of Chinese medicine processing in Chinese medicine technology and the curative effect in clinical application. Methods: a total of 130 patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to their clinical medication. The traditional Chinese medicines taken by patients in the control group were not processed with traditional Chinese medicine, while those taken by patients in the observation group were processed with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical medication types, efficacy and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were collected. Results: the medication types of patients in the two groups mainly included alkaloids, volatile oils, and glycosides, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The patients in the observation group had better clinical treatment efficiency and treatment time than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in Chinese medicine treatment, the use of Chinese medicine processing to produce drugs can effectively improve the efficacy and safety of the drugs, in order to improve the quality of patients' prognosis, which has high application value.

文摘Fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites(FRCMCs)are the preferred materials for safety critical components in the fields of aerospace,nuclear engineering,and transportation,with broad market and application prospects.However,due to the characteristics of multiphase,heterogeneity,and anisotropy,key issues such as poor adhesion,high porosity,and crack propagation urgently need to be addressed in the fabrication and machining of FRCMCs.With the increasing demand for FRCMCs parts,high-quality and reliable design and fabrication,performance evaluation,and precision manufacturing have become a series of hot issues.There is a lack of systematic review in capturing the current research status and development direction of FRCMCs fabrication and machining.This research aims to comprehensively review and critically evaluate the existing understanding of the fabrication and machining of FRCMCs.This study can provide scientists with a deeper understanding of the shape control mechanism of FRCMCs fabrication and machining,the theoretical basis of material synchronous removal,machining performance,and development direction.Firstly,the basic characteristics and application background of FRCMCs are introduced.Secondly,by comparing and analyzing the typical fabrication process of FRCMCs,the advantages,disadvantages,and performance evaluation of different processes are comprehensively evaluated.Thirdly,the material removal mechanisms and machining performance evaluation standards of traditional mechanical machining technologies(drilling,milling,grinding)and non-traditional mechanical machining technologies(ultrasonic,laser,water jet,discharge,wire saw,and multi-field hybrid machining)are discussed and analyzed.Finally,the challenges,development trends,and prospects faced by FRCMCs in the fields of fabrication,machining,and application are analyzed.This study not only elucidates the basic processes and key difficulties in the fabrication of FRCMCs,but also provides valuable insights for low-damage machining.
文摘Objective:To analyze the research hotspots of nursing related to lactation acute mastitis in China and provide guidance and reference for nursing researchers.Methods:Papers from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data,VIP Data,and SinoMed are collected.All papers were imported into Noteexpress software in the form of bibliography to check again and delete duplicate references.The remaining literature was screened by reading the title and abstract and finally included by reading the full text.The paper’s information was analyzed using SPSS 22.0.Results:1275 papers are searched and 531 papers are included at last.Periodical literature accounted for the highest proportion,96.80%.Moreover,the journal with the largest number of entries is China Health Care and Nutrition.In 2007,the number of literatures related to acute mastitis nursing began to increase rapidly,and the most articles were published in Henan.Among the literature types,the majority are literatures expert experience.Only 18 literature reports were funded.Conclusions:Papers on acute mastitis nursing are increasing year by year and gradually become a research hotspot.However,the development of this study is uneven in different regions,with little financial support,and randomized controlled trials are still to be carried out.
文摘Pricking-cupping therapy is a Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing technology that can adjust the viscera of the human body,make the meridians smooth,and Yin and Yang balanced mainly by means of relieving heat and detoxification,harmonizing Qi and blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dredging meridians and activating collaterals,reducing swelling and pain,purging heat and calming shock,clearing heat,and opening orifices.Pricking-cupping therapy has a long history and wide application.After thousands of years of development,it has made great progress.They are widely used to treat lumbar disc herniation,herpes zoster,acute arthritis,migraine,and other diseases in China.Through the clinical practice and theoretical exploration of physicians of past dynasties,the therapeutic mechanism and application scope of pricking-cupping therapy have been greatly enriched.Modern TCM practitioners have conducted in-depth researches on the operation norms of the therapy on the basis of the ancients,hoping to grasp the essence of the disease more accurately and make the rational use of the operation technology of the therapy.
