In order to carry out the comprehensive reform of the professional master’s degree training mode of clinical pharmacy, we carried out interviews among 91 persons on the professional master’s degree of clinical pharm...In order to carry out the comprehensive reform of the professional master’s degree training mode of clinical pharmacy, we carried out interviews among 91 persons on the professional master’s degree of clinical pharmacy in Peking University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences and collected extensive feedback. We preliminaries explore the mode of Doctor of Pharmacy（Pharm. D.） Education, laying the foundation for Doctor’s education of professional clinical pharmacy in China. We conducted investigations and interviews among 91 clinical pharmacists and students of Peking University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences on the training of professional master’s degree and Pharm. D. education mode, which includes 67 postgraduates and 24 clinical pharmacists. Respondents put forward the problems of training mode and corresponding suggestions and opinions from different aspects during the investigation and interview. The results mainly divide into four aspects： curriculum setting, clinical practice, assessme nt system and teaching resources. Respondents put forward effective feedback on the above four aspects, which are beneficial to the comprehensive reform of the training mode of professional master degree in clinical pharmacy and preliminary exploration of Pharm. BACKGROUND Patients with knee arthroplasty often have problems such as slow recovery of knee function,which may cause negative emotions and affect their postoperative rehabilitation.The application of sensory and moto...BACKGROUND Patients with knee arthroplasty often have problems such as slow recovery of knee function,which may cause negative emotions and affect their postoperative rehabilitation.The application of sensory and motor training in the Acknowledge,Introduce,Duration,Evaluation,Thank You(AIDET)communication mode in patients after knee arthroplasty can provide reference for the selection of postoperative rehabilitation training measures.AIM To explore the sensory and motor training effects in AIDET communication mode on knee function recovery and resilience of patients after knee arthroplasty.METHODS One hundred patients who underwent knee arthroplasty at our hospital between January 2022 and January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=50)received routine rehabilitation training.In the observation group(n=50),the AIDET communication mode was used to perform sensory and motor training,in addition to routine rehabilitation training.The rehabilitation training was administered for 8 weeks.After surgery,knee function,balance ability,walking ability,proprioception,and resilience were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The New York Hospital for Special Surgery knee scores of the observation group at the time of discharge and 8 weeks after intervention were(65.23±6.84,84.53±5.27),which was higher than those of the control group(61.03±7.15,74.92±6.52)(P<0.05).The balance ability of the observation group at the time of discharge and 8 weeks after the intervention was higher than that of the control group,the time of time up to go test was shorter than that of the control group,and proprioceptive function was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The resilience level in the observation group after the intervention was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Sensory and motor training in AIDET communication mode promotes knee function recovery of patients after knee arthroplasty,improves their limb walking ability and balance function,and increases their resilience level.展开更多

Several imple- mentation issues such as matching attributes selection, similarity measure calculation, weights learning and training evaluation policies are carefully studied. The testing applications illustrate that an accuracy of 74.67 % can be achieved with 75 balanced-distributed failure cases covering 3 failure modes, and that the resulting learning weight vector can be well applied to the other 2 failure modes, achieving 73.3 % of recognition accuracy. 文摘The development of innovation and entrepreneurship education is gaining momentum.With the arrival of the Internet era,innovation and entrepreneurship have a better development platform.The tourist industry,as a “sunrise industry”,has great potential for development and has become a new economic growth point.In many areas,tourism has been identified as a pillar industry,a leading industry,and an industry receiving priority in developing.In the face of increasingly fierce competitive markets,it is particularly important to cultivate high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents in tourism management.For this purpose,this study analyzes the current situation of talent demand in China’s tourist industry and the problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education,draws on the successful experience of foreign colleges and universities in talent cultivation,and proposes and constructs a training mode for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in tourism management in the era of Internet Plus.

文摘This study takes the human resource management major of Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology as an example to discuss the factors influencing the applied talent training mode and improvement paths under digital informatization.The research points out that digital informatization poses new challenges and opportunities to higher education and requires the applied talent training mode to practice and innovate.This study identified five key influencing factors of the applied talent training mode under digital informatization:curriculum setting,teaching methods,faculty structure,practical teaching,and student training.This research presents the improvement paths,including optimizing curriculum settings,innovating teaching methods,adjusting teacher structure,improving practical teaching,and creating student training.Implementing these paths will help students master the latest knowledge and skills of digital informatization,improve their practical ability and innovative thinking to meet the social demand for human resource management professionals,and promote the development of higher education system.

文摘Against the backdrop of global climate change and China’s“dual carbon”goals,the green transformation of the construction industry is imperative,and completing the transformation requires many dual carbon talents to support it.This article focuses on the construction engineering technology major in higher vocational education.It explores in depth the specific requirements for construction engineering technology talents in terms of professional knowledge,vocational skills,and literacy under the dual carbon mode.Based on this,corresponding dual carbon talent training courses are proposed,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for cultivating high-quality dual carbon talents that meet the needs of the new era.
文摘Since Jimei navigation College of Fujian Province started five-year junior college education in 1984,five-year higher vocational education has become one of the important forms of Higher Vocational Education in China.In the 1960s,with the rapid development of Japan's economy,there was a shortage of technical personnel.In order to cultivate a large number of technical personnel in a short period of time,Japan's specialized colleges and universities recruited junior high school graduates,studied in school for five years,and obtained an associate's degree after graduation,which provided a large number of technical personnel for the development of Japan's basic industry manufacturing industry.By combing the development process of Japan's colleges and universities,this paper studies Japan's colleges and universities from the aspects of school running subjects,talent training objectives,training methods and evaluation methods.It can provide the basis and implementation methods for China to better promote the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education,strengthen the training of secondary and higher vocational education,and provide theoretical basis and practical experience for improving the quality of five-year higher vocational education.

文摘As a prominent branch of computer science,computer software focuses on technology development and practical application,and it is of great importance in modern social and economic life.Universities need to train postgraduate students that master software engineering to satisfy the needs of high-level talents,preparing for the rapid development of the software industry.Postgraduate is an important stage to cultivate talented students in software engineering.Mentors in relevant majors need to combine advantages of their team while establishing an innovative mode for training talents,mining most potentials of students,and cultivating their ability.We have explored the team-based training mode of computer software major and scientific evaluation methods of innovation ability,shared critical importance in fulfilling fruitions of research,and proposed solutions to real problems especially under the background of“Double First-Class”.This paper decomposes and quantifies the evaluation indicators of the innovation ability of computer software graduate students through literature research and questionnaire surveys.Consequently,we establish a talent evaluation indexing system and build a team-based evaluation system for the innovation ability of graduate student in computer software major.
文摘An approach of training working staff of power system operation mode based on state evaluation is proposed. In terms of knowledge features of power system operation mode, we studied a training method based on evaluation of learning state. This training method makes individual learning for different individual condition to give them ability to grasp learning points quickly, evaluate real-time learning effect, update learning style in time and summarize problems after one learning stage, so that learners can master professional knowledge in constant summaries and feedbacks. Obvious effects can be obtained on discontinuous learning time that trainees can master basic theories associated with their working and operations adapted to practical work quickly.
