To accomplish the reliability analyses of the correlation of multi-analytical objectives,an innovative framework of Dimensional Synchronous Modeling(DSM)and correlation analysis is developed based on the stepwise mode...To accomplish the reliability analyses of the correlation of multi-analytical objectives,an innovative framework of Dimensional Synchronous Modeling(DSM)and correlation analysis is developed based on the stepwise modeling strategy,cell array operation principle,and Copula theory.Under this framework,we propose a DSM-based Enhanced Kriging(DSMEK)algorithm to synchronously derive the modeling of multi-objective,and explore an adaptive Copula function approach to analyze the correlation among multiple objectives and to assess the synthetical reliability level.In the proposed DSMEK and adaptive Copula methods,the Kriging model is treated as the basis function of DSMEK model,the Multi-Objective Snake Optimizer(MOSO)algorithm is used to search the optimal values of hyperparameters of basis functions,the cell array operation principle is adopted to establish a whole model of multiple objectives,the goodness of fit is utilized to determine the forms of Copula functions,and the determined Copula functions are employed to perform the reliability analyses of the correlation of multi-analytical objectives.Furthermore,three examples,including multi-objective complex function approximation,aeroengine turbine bladeddisc multi-failure mode reliability analyses and aircraft landing gear system brake temperature reliability analyses,are performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods,from the viewpoints of mathematics and engineering.The results show that the DSMEK and adaptive Copula approaches hold obvious advantages in terms of modeling features and simulation performance.The efforts of this work provide a useful way for the modeling of multi-analytical objectives and synthetical reliability analyses of complex structure/system with multi-output responses.展开更多
AIM:To evaluate the three-dimensional(3-D)representation performance of 4 publicly available Shapefrom-Shading(SfS)algorithms in small-bowel capsule endoscopy(SBCE).METHODS:SfS techniques recover the shape of objects ...AIM:To evaluate the three-dimensional(3-D)representation performance of 4 publicly available Shapefrom-Shading(SfS)algorithms in small-bowel capsule endoscopy(SBCE).METHODS:SfS techniques recover the shape of objects using the gradual variation of shading.There are4 publicly available SfS algorithms.To the best of our knowledge,no comparative study with images obtained during clinical SBCE has been performed to date.Three experienced reviewers were asked to evaluate 54 twodimensional(2-D)images(categories:protrusion/inflammation/vascular)transformed to 3-D by the aforementioned SfS 3-D algorithms.The best algorithm was selected and inter-rater agreement was calculated.RESULTS:Four publicly available SfS algorithms were compared.Tsai’s SfS algorithm outperformed the rest(selected as best performing in 45/54 SBCE images),followed by Ciuti’s algorithm(best performing in 7/54images)and Torre o’s(in 1/54 images).In 26/54 images;Tsai’s algorithm was unanimously selected as the best performing 3-D representation SfS software.Tsai’s 3-D algorithm superiority was independent of lesion category(protrusion/inflammatory/vascular;P=0.678)and/or CE system used to obtain the 2-D images(MiroCam/PillCam;P=0.558).Lastly,the interobserver agreement was good(kappa=0.55).CONCLUSION:3-D representation software offers a plausible alternative for 3-D representation of conventional capsule endoscopy images(until optics technology matures enough to allow hardware enabled-"real"3-D reconstruction of the gastrointestinal tract).展开更多

Considering the idea of conjugate rays and making up missing data, we propose a three-dimensional(3D) weighting reconstruction algorithm for cone-beam CT. The 3D weighting function is added in the back-projection process to reduce the axial density drop and improve the accuracy of FDK algorithm. Having a simple structure, the algorithm can be implemented easily without rebinning the native cone-beam data into coneparallel beam data. Performance of the algorithm is evaluated using two computer simulations and a real industrial component, and the results show that the algorithm achieves better performance in reduction of axial intensity drop artifacts and has a wide range of application.展开更多
Two-dimensional(2D)fully compensated collinear magnetic materials ofer signifcant advantages for spintronic applications,including robustness against magnetic feld perturbations,no stray felds,and ultrafast dynamics.A...Two-dimensional(2D)fully compensated collinear magnetic materials ofer signifcant advantages for spintronic applications,including robustness against magnetic feld perturbations,no stray felds,and ultrafast dynamics.Among these materials,fully compensated ferrimagnets are particularly promising due to their unique characteristics such as the magneto-optical efect,completely spin-polarized currents,and the anomalous Hall efect.We performed a structural search on 2D unconventional stoichiometric Cr-I crystals using a global optimization algorithm.The most stable CrI-P21/m monolayer is a fully compensated ferrimagnetic semiconductor with a band gap of 1.57 eV and a high magnetic transition temperature of 592 K.The spontaneous spin splitting in CrI-P21/m originates from the inequivalent local coordination environments of Cr^(1)and Cr^(2)ions,yielding a mismatch in their 3d orbitals splitting.Notably,carrier doping at a concentration of 0.01 electrons or holes per atom enables reversible spin polarization,generating a fully spin-polarized current in CrI-P21/m.This performance makes it a highly promising candidate for spintronic devices.Our fndings not only provide a structural paradigm for discovering fully compensated ferrimagnets but also open a new avenue for designing zero-moment magnetic materials with intrinsic spin splitting.展开更多

The analysis of Cramer-Rao bound and simulation show that the method here has better statistical performance. The Internet of Things(IoT)is envisioned as a network of various wireless sensor nodes communicating with each other to offer state-of-the-art solutions to real-time problems.These networks of wireless sensors monitor...The Internet of Things(IoT)is envisioned as a network of various wireless sensor nodes communicating with each other to offer state-of-the-art solutions to real-time problems.These networks of wireless sensors monitor the physical environment and report the collected data to the base station,allowing for smarter decisions.Localization in wireless sensor networks is to localize a sensor node in a two-dimensional plane.However,in some application areas,such as various surveillances,underwater monitoring systems,and various environmental monitoring applications,wireless sensors are deployed in a three-dimensional plane.Recently,localization-based applications have emerged as one of the most promising services related to IoT.In this paper,we propose a novel distributed range-free algorithm for node localization in wireless sensor networks.The proposed three-dimensional hop localization algorithm is based on the distance error correction factor.In this algorithm,the error decreases with the localization process.The distance correction factor is used at various stages of the localization process,which ultimately mitigates the error.We simulated the proposed algorithm using MATLAB and verified the accuracy of the algorithm.The simulation results are compared with some of the well-known existing algorithms in the literature.The results show that the proposed three-dimensional error-correctionbased algorithm performs better than existing algorithms.展开更多

Being as unique nonlinear components of block ciphers,substitution boxes(S-boxes) directly affect the security of the cryptographic systems.It is important and difficult to design cryptographically strong S-boxes th...Being as unique nonlinear components of block ciphers,substitution boxes(S-boxes) directly affect the security of the cryptographic systems.It is important and difficult to design cryptographically strong S-boxes that simultaneously meet with multiple cryptographic criteria such as bijection,non-linearity,strict avalanche criterion(SAC),bits independence criterion(BIC),differential probability(DP) and linear probability(LP).To deal with this problem,a chaotic S-box based on the artificial bee colony algorithm(CSABC) is designed.It uses the S-boxes generated by the six-dimensional compound hyperchaotic map as the initial individuals and employs ABC to improve their performance.In addition,it considers the nonlinearity and differential uniformity as the fitness functions.A series of experiments have been conducted to compare multiple cryptographic criteria of this algorithm with other algorithms.Simulation results show that the new algorithm has cryptographically strong S-box while meeting multiple cryptographic criteria.展开更多
In aerodynamic optimization, global optimization methods such as genetic algorithms are preferred in many cases because of their advantage on reaching global optimum. However,for complex problems in which large number...In aerodynamic optimization, global optimization methods such as genetic algorithms are preferred in many cases because of their advantage on reaching global optimum. However,for complex problems in which large number of design variables are needed, the computational cost becomes prohibitive, and thus original global optimization strategies are required. To address this need, data dimensionality reduction method is combined with global optimization methods, thus forming a new global optimization system, aiming to improve the efficiency of conventional global optimization. The new optimization system involves applying Proper Orthogonal Decomposition(POD) in dimensionality reduction of design space while maintaining the generality of original design space. Besides, an acceleration approach for samples calculation in surrogate modeling is applied to reduce the computational time while providing sufficient accuracy. The optimizations of a transonic airfoil RAE2822 and the transonic wing ONERA M6 are performed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed new optimization system. In both cases, we manage to reduce the number of design variables from 20 to 10 and from 42 to 20 respectively. The new design optimization system converges faster and it takes 1/3 of the total time of traditional optimization to converge to a better design, thus significantly reducing the overall optimization time and improving the efficiency of conventional global design optimization method.展开更多

Vertical hot ring rolling(VHRR) process has the characteristics of nonlinearity,time-variation and being susceptible to disturbance.Furthermore,the ring's growth is quite fast within a short time,and the rolled ri...Vertical hot ring rolling(VHRR) process has the characteristics of nonlinearity,time-variation and being susceptible to disturbance.Furthermore,the ring's growth is quite fast within a short time,and the rolled ring's position is asymmetrical.All of these cause that the ring's dimensions cannot be measured directly.Through analyzing the relationships among the dimensions of ring blanks,the positions of rolls and the ring's inner and outer diameter,the soft measurement model of ring's dimensions is established based on the radial basis function neural network(RBFNN).A mass of data samples are obtained from VHRR finite element(FE) simulations to train and test the soft measurement NN model,and the model's structure parameters are deduced and optimized by genetic algorithm(GA).Finally,the soft measurement system of ring's dimensions is established and validated by the VHRR experiments.The ring's dimensions were measured artificially and calculated by the soft measurement NN model.The results show that the calculation values of GA-RBFNN model are close to the artificial measurement data.In addition,the calculation accuracy of GA-RBFNN model is higher than that of RBFNN model.The research results suggest that the soft measurement NN model has high precision and flexibility.The research can provide practical methods and theoretical guidance for the accurate measurement of VHRR process.展开更多

Simulation of those five localization algorithms is done by MATLAB. The simulation results show that the positioning error of Amorphous algorithm is the minimum. Moth Flame Optimization(MFO)is a nature-inspired optimization algorithm,based on the principle of navigation technique of moth toward moon.Due to less parameter and easy implementation,MFO is used in various field to ...Moth Flame Optimization(MFO)is a nature-inspired optimization algorithm,based on the principle of navigation technique of moth toward moon.Due to less parameter and easy implementation,MFO is used in various field to solve optimization problems.Further,for the complex higher dimensional problems,MFO is unable to make a good trade-off between global and local search.To overcome these drawbacks of MFO,in this work,an enhanced MFO,namely WF-MFO,is introduced to solve higher dimensional optimization problems.For a more optimal balance between global and local search,the original MFO’s exploration ability is improved by an exploration operator,namely,Weibull flight distribution.In addition,the local optimal solutions have been avoided and the convergence speed has been increased using a Fibonacci search process-based technique that improves the quality of the solutions found.Twenty-nine benchmark functions of varying complexity with 1000 and 2000 dimensions have been utilized to verify the projected WF-MFO.Numerous popular algorithms and MFO versions have been compared to the achieved results.In addition,the robustness of the proposed WF-MFO method has been evaluated using the Friedman rank test,the Wilcoxon rank test,and convergence analysis.Compared to other methods,the proposed WF-MFO algorithm provides higher quality solutions and converges more quickly,as shown by the experiments.Furthermore,the proposed WF-MFO has been used to the solution of two engineering design issues,with striking success.The improved performance of the proposed WF-MFO algorithm for addressing larger dimensional optimization problems is guaranteed by analyses of numerical data,statistical tests,and convergence performance.展开更多
This paper focuses on the unsupervised detection of the Higgs boson particle using the most informative features and variables which characterize the“Higgs machine learning challenge 2014”data set.This unsupervised ...This paper focuses on the unsupervised detection of the Higgs boson particle using the most informative features and variables which characterize the“Higgs machine learning challenge 2014”data set.This unsupervised detection goes in this paper analysis through 4 steps:(1)selection of the most informative features from the considered data;(2)definition of the number of clusters based on the elbow criterion.The experimental results showed that the optimal number of clusters that group the considered data in an unsupervised manner corresponds to 2 clusters;(3)proposition of a new approach for hybridization of both hard and fuzzy clustering tuned with Ant Lion Optimization(ALO);(4)comparison with some existing metaheuristic optimizations such as Genetic Algorithm(GA)and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).By employing a multi-angle analysis based on the cluster validation indices,the confusion matrix,the efficiencies and purities rates,the average cost variation,the computational time and the Sammon mapping visualization,the results highlight the effectiveness of the improved Gustafson-Kessel algorithm optimized withALO(ALOGK)to validate the proposed approach.Even if the paper gives a complete clustering analysis,its novel contribution concerns only the Steps(1)and(3)considered above.The first contribution lies in the method used for Step(1)to select the most informative features and variables.We used the t-Statistic technique to rank them.Afterwards,a feature mapping is applied using Self-Organizing Map(SOM)to identify the level of correlation between them.Then,Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO),a metaheuristic optimization technique,is used to reduce the data set dimension.The second contribution of thiswork concern the third step,where each one of the clustering algorithms as K-means(KM),Global K-means(GlobalKM),Partitioning AroundMedoids(PAM),Fuzzy C-means(FCM),Gustafson-Kessel(GK)and Gath-Geva(GG)is optimized and tuned with ALO.展开更多

The objective is to coordinate the impact time of a group of interceptor missiles against ...The paper presents a new three-dimensional (3D) cooperative guidance approach by the receding horizon control (RHC) technique. The objective is to coordinate the impact time of a group of interceptor missiles against the stationary target. The framework of a distributed RHC scheme is developed, in which each interceptor missile is assigned its own finite-horizon optimal control problem (FHOCP) and only shares the information with its neighbors. The solution of the local FHOCP is obtained by the constrained particle swarm optimization (PSO) method that is integrated into the distributed RHC framework with enhanced equality and inequality constraints. The numerical simulations show that the proposed guidance approach is feasible to implement the cooperative engagement with satisfied accuracy of target capture. Finally, the computation efficiency of the distributed RHC scheme is discussed in consideration of the PSO parameters, control update period and prediction horizon. 文摘Two-dimensional(2D)fully compensated collinear magnetic materials ofer signifcant advantages for spintronic applications,including robustness against magnetic feld perturbations,no stray felds,and ultrafast dynamics.Among these materials,fully compensated ferrimagnets are particularly promising due to their unique characteristics such as the magneto-optical efect,completely spin-polarized currents,and the anomalous Hall efect.We performed a structural search on 2D unconventional stoichiometric Cr-I crystals using a global optimization algorithm.The most stable CrI-P21/m monolayer is a fully compensated ferrimagnetic semiconductor with a band gap of 1.57 eV and a high magnetic transition temperature of 592 K.The spontaneous spin splitting in CrI-P21/m originates from the inequivalent local coordination environments of Cr^(1)and Cr^(2)ions,yielding a mismatch in their 3d orbitals splitting.Notably,carrier doping at a concentration of 0.01 electrons or holes per atom enables reversible spin polarization,generating a fully spin-polarized current in CrI-P21/m.This performance makes it a highly promising candidate for spintronic devices.Our fndings not only provide a structural paradigm for discovering fully compensated ferrimagnets but also open a new avenue for designing zero-moment magnetic materials with intrinsic spin splitting.
文摘On the conditions of low-resolution radar, a parametric model for two-dimensional radar target is described here according to the theory of electromagnetic scattering and the geometrical theory of diffraction. A high resolution estimation algorithm to extract the model parameters is also developed by building the relation of the scattering model and Prony model. The analysis of Cramer-Rao bound and simulation show that the method here has better statistical performance. The simulated analysis also indicates that the accurate extraction of the diffraction coefficient of scattering center is restricted by signal to noise ratio, radar center frequency and radar bandwidth.

文摘This paper presents the first application of the bees algorithm to the optimisation of parameters of a two-dimensional (2D) recursive digital filter. The algorithm employs a search technique inspired by the foraging behaviour of honey bees. The results obtained show clear improvement compared to those produced by the widely adopted genetic algorithm (GA).

文摘The Internet of Things(IoT)is envisioned as a network of various wireless sensor nodes communicating with each other to offer state-of-the-art solutions to real-time problems.These networks of wireless sensors monitor the physical environment and report the collected data to the base station,allowing for smarter decisions.Localization in wireless sensor networks is to localize a sensor node in a two-dimensional plane.However,in some application areas,such as various surveillances,underwater monitoring systems,and various environmental monitoring applications,wireless sensors are deployed in a three-dimensional plane.Recently,localization-based applications have emerged as one of the most promising services related to IoT.In this paper,we propose a novel distributed range-free algorithm for node localization in wireless sensor networks.The proposed three-dimensional hop localization algorithm is based on the distance error correction factor.In this algorithm,the error decreases with the localization process.The distance correction factor is used at various stages of the localization process,which ultimately mitigates the error.We simulated the proposed algorithm using MATLAB and verified the accuracy of the algorithm.The simulation results are compared with some of the well-known existing algorithms in the literature.The results show that the proposed three-dimensional error-correctionbased algorithm performs better than existing algorithms.
文摘This paper uses the concept of algorithmic efficiency to present a unified theory of intelligence. Intelligence is defined informally, formally, and computationally. We introduce the concept of dimensional complexity in algorithmic efficiency and deduce that an optimally efficient algorithm has zero time complexity, zero space complexity, and an infinite dimensional complexity. This algorithm is used to generate the number line.

文摘Being as unique nonlinear components of block ciphers,substitution boxes(S-boxes) directly affect the security of the cryptographic systems.It is important and difficult to design cryptographically strong S-boxes that simultaneously meet with multiple cryptographic criteria such as bijection,non-linearity,strict avalanche criterion(SAC),bits independence criterion(BIC),differential probability(DP) and linear probability(LP).To deal with this problem,a chaotic S-box based on the artificial bee colony algorithm(CSABC) is designed.It uses the S-boxes generated by the six-dimensional compound hyperchaotic map as the initial individuals and employs ABC to improve their performance.In addition,it considers the nonlinearity and differential uniformity as the fitness functions.A series of experiments have been conducted to compare multiple cryptographic criteria of this algorithm with other algorithms.Simulation results show that the new algorithm has cryptographically strong S-box while meeting multiple cryptographic criteria.

文摘In aerodynamic optimization, global optimization methods such as genetic algorithms are preferred in many cases because of their advantage on reaching global optimum. However,for complex problems in which large number of design variables are needed, the computational cost becomes prohibitive, and thus original global optimization strategies are required. To address this need, data dimensionality reduction method is combined with global optimization methods, thus forming a new global optimization system, aiming to improve the efficiency of conventional global optimization. The new optimization system involves applying Proper Orthogonal Decomposition(POD) in dimensionality reduction of design space while maintaining the generality of original design space. Besides, an acceleration approach for samples calculation in surrogate modeling is applied to reduce the computational time while providing sufficient accuracy. The optimizations of a transonic airfoil RAE2822 and the transonic wing ONERA M6 are performed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed new optimization system. In both cases, we manage to reduce the number of design variables from 20 to 10 and from 42 to 20 respectively. The new design optimization system converges faster and it takes 1/3 of the total time of traditional optimization to converge to a better design, thus significantly reducing the overall optimization time and improving the efficiency of conventional global design optimization method.

文摘DV-Hop localization algorithm has greater localization error which estimates distance from an unknown node to the different anchor nodes by using estimated average size of a hop to achieve the location of the unknown node.So an improved DV-Hop localization algorithm based on correctional average size of a hop,HDCDV-Hop algorithm,is proposed.The improved algorithm corrects the estimated distance between the unknown node and different anchor nodes based on fractional hop count information and relatively accurate coordinates of the anchor nodes information,and it uses the improved Differential Evolution algorithm to get the estimate location of unknown nodes so as to further reduce the localization error.Simulation results show that our proposed algorithm have lower localization error and higher localization accuracy compared with the original DV-Hop algorithm and other classical improved algorithms.

文摘Vertical hot ring rolling(VHRR) process has the characteristics of nonlinearity,time-variation and being susceptible to disturbance.Furthermore,the ring's growth is quite fast within a short time,and the rolled ring's position is asymmetrical.All of these cause that the ring's dimensions cannot be measured directly.Through analyzing the relationships among the dimensions of ring blanks,the positions of rolls and the ring's inner and outer diameter,the soft measurement model of ring's dimensions is established based on the radial basis function neural network(RBFNN).A mass of data samples are obtained from VHRR finite element(FE) simulations to train and test the soft measurement NN model,and the model's structure parameters are deduced and optimized by genetic algorithm(GA).Finally,the soft measurement system of ring's dimensions is established and validated by the VHRR experiments.The ring's dimensions were measured artificially and calculated by the soft measurement NN model.The results show that the calculation values of GA-RBFNN model are close to the artificial measurement data.In addition,the calculation accuracy of GA-RBFNN model is higher than that of RBFNN model.The research results suggest that the soft measurement NN model has high precision and flexibility.The research can provide practical methods and theoretical guidance for the accurate measurement of VHRR process.
文摘In this paper, the self-localization problem is studied. It is one of the key technologies in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). And five localization algorithms: Centroid algorithm, Amorphous algorithm, DV-hop algorithm, APIT algorithm and Bounding Box algorithm are discussed. Simulation of those five localization algorithms is done by MATLAB. The simulation results show that the positioning error of Amorphous algorithm is the minimum. Considering economy and localization accuracy, the Amorphous algorithm can achieve the best localization performance under certain conditions.
文摘Moth Flame Optimization(MFO)is a nature-inspired optimization algorithm,based on the principle of navigation technique of moth toward moon.Due to less parameter and easy implementation,MFO is used in various field to solve optimization problems.Further,for the complex higher dimensional problems,MFO is unable to make a good trade-off between global and local search.To overcome these drawbacks of MFO,in this work,an enhanced MFO,namely WF-MFO,is introduced to solve higher dimensional optimization problems.For a more optimal balance between global and local search,the original MFO’s exploration ability is improved by an exploration operator,namely,Weibull flight distribution.In addition,the local optimal solutions have been avoided and the convergence speed has been increased using a Fibonacci search process-based technique that improves the quality of the solutions found.Twenty-nine benchmark functions of varying complexity with 1000 and 2000 dimensions have been utilized to verify the projected WF-MFO.Numerous popular algorithms and MFO versions have been compared to the achieved results.In addition,the robustness of the proposed WF-MFO method has been evaluated using the Friedman rank test,the Wilcoxon rank test,and convergence analysis.Compared to other methods,the proposed WF-MFO algorithm provides higher quality solutions and converges more quickly,as shown by the experiments.Furthermore,the proposed WF-MFO has been used to the solution of two engineering design issues,with striking success.The improved performance of the proposed WF-MFO algorithm for addressing larger dimensional optimization problems is guaranteed by analyses of numerical data,statistical tests,and convergence performance.
文摘This paper focuses on the unsupervised detection of the Higgs boson particle using the most informative features and variables which characterize the“Higgs machine learning challenge 2014”data set.This unsupervised detection goes in this paper analysis through 4 steps:(1)selection of the most informative features from the considered data;(2)definition of the number of clusters based on the elbow criterion.The experimental results showed that the optimal number of clusters that group the considered data in an unsupervised manner corresponds to 2 clusters;(3)proposition of a new approach for hybridization of both hard and fuzzy clustering tuned with Ant Lion Optimization(ALO);(4)comparison with some existing metaheuristic optimizations such as Genetic Algorithm(GA)and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).By employing a multi-angle analysis based on the cluster validation indices,the confusion matrix,the efficiencies and purities rates,the average cost variation,the computational time and the Sammon mapping visualization,the results highlight the effectiveness of the improved Gustafson-Kessel algorithm optimized withALO(ALOGK)to validate the proposed approach.Even if the paper gives a complete clustering analysis,its novel contribution concerns only the Steps(1)and(3)considered above.The first contribution lies in the method used for Step(1)to select the most informative features and variables.We used the t-Statistic technique to rank them.Afterwards,a feature mapping is applied using Self-Organizing Map(SOM)to identify the level of correlation between them.Then,Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO),a metaheuristic optimization technique,is used to reduce the data set dimension.The second contribution of thiswork concern the third step,where each one of the clustering algorithms as K-means(KM),Global K-means(GlobalKM),Partitioning AroundMedoids(PAM),Fuzzy C-means(FCM),Gustafson-Kessel(GK)and Gath-Geva(GG)is optimized and tuned with ALO.

文摘The special fingers of the gripper on the space robot have been developed based on genetic algorithmfor the space application.Therefore,the symmetrical wedgelike finger composed of the 4-1ink mechanismand the relevant track were designed.To decrease the weight and optimize the kinematics and grip force,the compositive fitness function for dynamics and kinematics was created.The calculation efficiency couldbe improved by novel methods which overcame the problem of too many constraints in the solution space,such as introducing the specialist's experience and punishment function and simplifying the variables.The solutions show that the optimized finger could perform well and the methods were effectual.
文摘The conventional two dimensional(2D)inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR)imaging fails to provide the targets'three dimensional(3D)information.In this paper,a 3D ISAR imaging method for the space target is proposed based on mutliorbit observation data and an improved orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP)algorithm.Firstly,the 3D scattered field data is converted into a set of 2D matrix by stacking slices of the 3D data along the elevation direction dimension.Then,an improved OMP algorithm is applied to recover the space target's amplitude information via the 2D matrix data.Finally,scattering centers can be reconstructed with specific three dimensional locations.Numerical simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed 3D imaging method.

文摘This paper presents the cooperative strategies for salvo attack of multiple missiles based on the classical proportional navigation(PN) algorithm.The three-dimensional(3-D) guidance laws are developed in a quite simple formulation that consists of a PN component for target capture and a coordination component for simultaneous arrival.The centralized algorithms come into effect when the global information of time-to-go estimation is obtained, whereas the decentralized algorithms have better performance when each missile can only collect information from neighbors.Numerical simulations demonstrate that the proposed coordination algorithms are feasible to perform the cooperative engagement of multiple missiles against both stationary and maneuvering targets.The effectiveness of the 3-D guidance laws is also discussed.

文摘Dithering optimization techniques can be divided into the phase-optimized technique and the intensity-optimized technique. The problem with the former is the poor sensitivity to various defocusing amounts, and the problem with the latter is that it cannot enhance phase quality directly nor efficiently. In this paper, we present a multi-objective optimization framework for three-dimensional(3D) measurement by utilizing binary defocusing technique. Moreover, a binary patch optimization technique is used to solve the time-consuming issue of genetic algorithm. It is demonstrated that the presented technique consistently obtains significant phase performance improvement under various defocusing amounts.

文摘The paper presents a new three-dimensional (3D) cooperative guidance approach by the receding horizon control (RHC) technique. The objective is to coordinate the impact time of a group of interceptor missiles against the stationary target. The framework of a distributed RHC scheme is developed, in which each interceptor missile is assigned its own finite-horizon optimal control problem (FHOCP) and only shares the information with its neighbors. The solution of the local FHOCP is obtained by the constrained particle swarm optimization (PSO) method that is integrated into the distributed RHC framework with enhanced equality and inequality constraints. The numerical simulations show that the proposed guidance approach is feasible to implement the cooperative engagement with satisfied accuracy of target capture. Finally, the computation efficiency of the distributed RHC scheme is discussed in consideration of the PSO parameters, control update period and prediction horizon.
