Analysis of Nuclear Track Parameters of CN-85 Detector Irradiated to Thermal Neutrons by Using MATLAB Program 被引量:1

CN-85 detector which covered with boric acid H3Bo3 pellete has been irradiated by thermal neutrons from (241Am-9Be) source with activity 12 Ci and neutron flux 105 n. cm-2. s-1. The irradiation times-TD for detector were 4 h, 8 h, 16 h and 24 h. The track detector has been etched with sodium hydroxide. After chemical etching of the irradiated CN-85 detector, the images have been taken from a digital camera connected to the optical microscope. Image processing for the output images has been performed using MATALB program, and these images were analyzed and we had found the following relations: a) The relation between summation of opened track or surface density for tracks (intensity-IT) varies with radius of opening (track radius-RT). b) The relation between the tracks number-NT varies with the tracks diameter-DT (in micrometer) and tracks area-AT. That analysis of image processing was obtained, and the track intensity-IT was decreased with increase of track radius-RT at all of the irradiation time-TD. And the track intensity-IT was increased with increasing irradiation time-TD (h) for different track radius-RT (0.4225, 0.845, 1.2675 and 1.69 μm). The study indicates the possibility of using the analysis of image processing to CN-85 detector for classification of α-particle emitters through limitation of radius of track-RT, in addition to the contribution of these techniques in preparation of nano-filters and nono-membrane in nanotechnology fields. 展开更多

The effect of gamma on nuclear track detector type PM-355 (at the dose range 200 to 1600 kGy) and thermal neutron (flux 105 n·cm-2·s-1) was calculated by using of two irradiation methods. First method (G + N) was an irradiation PM-355 detector by gamma radiation and then irradiation by thermal neutrons, and another method (N + G) was irradiated by thermal neutrons and then gamma radiation. FTIR-spectroscopy was used to measure the change in deferent of transmission percent ΔT% at the wavenumber 1260 cm-1 with wavenumber 2962 cm-1 [ΔT%]1260-2962 and wavenumber 1138 cm-1 [ΔT%]1260-1138. The values of [ΔT%]1260-2962 and [ΔT%]1260-1138 were increasing with the increase of gamma irradiation with maximum response at 820 kGy and then drop after this dose until to 1600 kGy. This study determined the linear equations relation between the effect of gamma radiation on PM-355 detector and the change of [ΔT%]1260-2962 and [ΔT%]1260-1138, and this change appeared in (N + G) irradiation method better than in (G + N) irradiation method. The appearance of wavenumber 2964 cm-1 in (G + N) irradiation method referred to alkyl asymmetry C-H bond stretched out of skelated plane after changes in chemical structure of PM-355 detector by gamma or neutrons radiation. 展开更多

1280×1024碲镉汞中波红外焦平面探测器组件在结构形式上为由1280×1024碲镉汞中波红外焦平面探测器芯片、硅读出电路、引线基板和杜瓦冷头组成的层状材料结构。当探测器从室温制冷至低温工作环境(90 K)时,各结构层间由于材料... 1280×1024碲镉汞中波红外焦平面探测器组件在结构形式上为由1280×1024碲镉汞中波红外焦平面探测器芯片、硅读出电路、引线基板和杜瓦冷头组成的层状材料结构。当探测器从室温制冷至低温工作环境(90 K)时,各结构层间由于材料热力学参数的差异会产生一定的热失配应力,导致探测器性能降低甚至破裂失效。为了解决1280×1024碲镉汞中波红外焦平面探测器组件低温可靠性问题,使用ANSYS WORKBENCH软件的多场耦合分析模块建立了该中波组件结构的有限元分析模型,分析了杜瓦封装过程中探测器热应力变化情况,通过合理选择基板和冷头的材料,并对基板厚度进行结构尺寸优化,在冷头为Invar,引线基板厚度大于2 mm的Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷材料体系下,获得了工程项目应用的1280×1024碲镉汞中波红外焦平面探测器组件封装结构,组件开关机次数达到300次以上。 展开更多

超低温下TSV热应力分析及其结构优化

南昌市城市形态对热环境的影响

城市规模扩大和区域气候变暖使得城市热岛问题愈发严重,分析城市形态对热环境的影响对于优化城市空间结构以改善热环境具有重要意义。以南昌市主城区为研究区域,基于GEE平台反演得出2010—2023年南昌市主城区热环境的时空演变过程,共选... 城市规模扩大和区域气候变暖使得城市热岛问题愈发严重,分析城市形态对热环境的影响对于优化城市空间结构以改善热环境具有重要意义。以南昌市主城区为研究区域,基于GEE平台反演得出2010—2023年南昌市主城区热环境的时空演变过程,共选取10个指标分析南昌市城市形态的演变特征,使用地理探测器探究城市形态对热环境的影响程度,并构建XGBoost模型和SHAP解释模型分析城市形态与热环境间的非线性关系。结果发现:(1)南昌市主城区平均地表温度在2010—2023年间上升了0.53℃,热环境整体呈现由中心向四周递减的空间格局,低温区的重心逐渐向东北方向迁移,高温区的重心由东南迁移转变为向东北方向迁移。(2)2010—2023年间,南昌市主城区土地利用和建筑分布的集中化和紧凑化加剧,景观多样性有所下降,建筑物空间分布更为均匀化。(3)2010—2023年间,影响南昌市主城区热环境的主要指标为建筑体积密度和建筑分布均匀度,建筑立体形态对热环境的影响更大,城市形态指标对热环境的交互作用表现为双因子增强或非线性增强。(4)各项城市形态指标与热环境之间的关系均表现为非线性,景观斑块平均大小、景观散布与并列指数、Shannon多样性指数、天空可视度对热环境主要起到降温作用,景观斑块密度、景观形状指数、平均建筑高度、建筑体积密度、建筑体型系数和建筑分布均匀度则主要起到增温作用。研究结果可为城市发展规划和改善城市热环境提供一定依据。 展开更多

A variety of long-wavelength infrared detectors have been made based on thermal resistive effect, photoelectric effect, etc., in the past few decades. Remarkable achievements have been made in infrared materials, device fabrication,readout circuit, and device package. However, high performance long-wavelength infrared detectors, especially those for large format long-wavelength infrared detector focus plane array, are still unsatisfactory. An equation has been obtained for a bi-material reflector by considering the neutron diffusion equation. The bi-material reflector consists of binary combinations of water, graphite, lead, and polyethylene. An experimental measurement of thermal neutron albedo has also been conducted for mono-material and bi-material reflectors by using a^(241) Am–Be(5.2 Ci) neutron source and a BF3 detector. The maximum value of thermal neutron albedo was obtained for a polyethylene–water combination(0.95 ± 0.02). 展开更多

Au/Ni/n-type 4H-SiC Schottky alpha particle detectors are fabricated and annealed at temperatures between 400℃ and 700 ℃ to investigate the effects of thermal stability of the Schottky contact on the structural and electrical properties of the detectors. At the annealing temperature of 500 ℃, the two nickel silicides (i.e., Ni31Sil2 and Ni2Si) are formed at the interface and result in the formation of an inhomogeneous Schottky barrier. By increasing the annealing temperature, the Ni31Sil2 transforms into the more stable Ni2Si. The structural evolution of the Schottky contact directly affects the electrical properties and alpha particle energy resolutions of the detectors. A better energy resolution of 2.60% is obtained for 5.48-MeV alpha particles with the detector after being annealed at 600 ℃. As a result, the Au/Ni/n-type 4H-SiC Schottky detector shows a good performance after thermal treatment at temperatures up to 700℃. 展开更多

Providing solutions to reduce thermal IR intensity radiation is one of the appropriate actions in passive defense for identifying power and targeting enemy. Therefore, questions are brought up: How much is the thermal IR intensity radiation of surface of the hall’s vessel? How much is the effect of each parameter? This thesis tries to provide the software to answer these questions. The provided software measures thermal IR intensity radiation of the surface of the hall’s vessel by the material substance, the temperature of the surface of the hall’s vessel, the situation and characteristic of the thermal detector, noticing the coefficient of environment atmospheric transmittal. This software by changing the effective parameters on thermal IR radiation calculates the thermal radiation on thermal detector in different situations. 展开更多

We study in this paper the possible influence of vacuum fluctuations on photo detection and its background noise in Bell tests. We analyze its consequences on the standard statistical analysis of data showing that it is not fulfilled anymore the conventional hypothesis of a Poisson like probability density distribution of single photodetection events. We assume that vacuum fluctuations are due to real and measurable fluctuating fields, as recently confirmed experimentally, and that their non null correlations outside the light cone contribute to photon coincidence rates making them time dependent. We introduce a generalized Bell like correlation function which contains a new term due to supposed vacuum induced photon counting events. We deduce then a generalization of CH-inequality which takes in account the effect of these vacuum electric fields on detector efficiency. We predict an apparatus temperature fluctuations during photon detection which we suggest could be observed by looking for colored noise thermal emission of the photodetectors, generalizing the standard white noise prediction of C.S.L. models on wave function collapse postulate. We discuss an experimental test of this prediction, based on the idea of inducing a thermal wave on the whole quantum detectors, aimed to observe time dependent deviations from standard stationary statistical predictions of Quantum Mechanics. 展开更多

A gradient refractive structured NiCr film that has a high extinction coefficient at far infrared range(8-μm–24 μm) is presented as an absorber for pyroelectric infrared detectors. The absorber features high absorption efficiency due to the low reflection off the structured surface and high absorption across the film thickness. The refractive index and extinction coefficient are extracted using spectroscopic ellipsometry. It is found that the single NiCr film exhibits an increasing refractive index as the gas atmosphere pressure increases, hence the three-layer gradient NiCr absorber can be fabricated by adjusting the gas atmosphere pressure during sputtering deposition. Essential Macleod software has been used to generate an efficient film structure design and the calculations show similar absorptance trend compared to the experimental measurement result. The results indicate that the gradient refractive structured metal thin film absorber can provide high absorption for applications in thermal sensing. 展开更多

基于D-D中子源的中子毒物材料检测技术研究

随着核能技术的不断发展,燃料元件的运行寿命和安全性面临着更高的要求。通过在燃料元件芯体中添加中子毒物可以有效提升反应堆系统的安全性与稳定性,而准确检测中子毒物的含量则成为关键环节。利用中子毒物的高中子吸收截面特性,采用... 随着核能技术的不断发展,燃料元件的运行寿命和安全性面临着更高的要求。通过在燃料元件芯体中添加中子毒物可以有效提升反应堆系统的安全性与稳定性,而准确检测中子毒物的含量则成为关键环节。利用中子毒物的高中子吸收截面特性,采用模拟与实验相结合的方法,开展了基于D-D中子源的中子毒物含量无损检测方法研究,并对其可靠性进行了评估。采用Geant4蒙特卡罗模拟软件,建立燃料元件中子毒物含量与透射热中子强度的响应模型,获得毒物元素含量与中子透射率的演化规律。基于紧凑型DD中子源建立硼材料中子毒物的检测方法,设计专用的中子慢化体将2.45 MeV的快中子慢化到He-3探测器探测灵敏的热中子,通过模拟计算获得He-3探测器的效率曲线,并利用高效He-3探测器对透射热中子进行探测。通过与EJ-309液体闪烁体探测器监测的中子产额进行归一化计算得到中子透射率,进而确定实验中子透射率与中子毒物含量之间的关系。研究结果表明,不同B4C质量分数的Geant4模拟计算结果与实验结果偏差不超过3%。采用破坏性化学分析方法对检测精度进行验证,基于D-D中子源的检测方法对中子毒物含量的检测精度优于5%,验证了本技术方法的可靠性与准确性。作为一种新型的核燃料芯块中子毒物含量非破坏性分析技术,该方法可应用于燃料芯块中子毒物含量及空间均匀性在线检测,助力我国核能的安全高效发展。 展开更多

随着640×512红外探测器作为核心电子元器件产品在军用与民用领域的广泛应用,红外探测器的启动时间成为研究的重点。本文以中国电子科技集团公司第十一研究所研制的640×512红外探测器为研究对象,在不改变现有组件光、机、电接... 随着640×512红外探测器作为核心电子元器件产品在军用与民用领域的广泛应用,红外探测器的启动时间成为研究的重点。本文以中国电子科技集团公司第十一研究所研制的640×512红外探测器为研究对象,在不改变现有组件光、机、电接口的前提下,对该型号的红外探测器杜瓦结构进行优化设计,具体优化涉及冷指、结构件、框架和冷屏四个维度。优化后的结构,冷头热负载得到大幅下降。对优化后的红外探测器进行可靠性试验和启动时间的测试,发现在保证红外探测器可靠性的基础上,640×512红外探测器的启动时间由原来的6.5 min变为启动时间≤4 min,启动时间缩短了38.5%以上。该研究对红外探测器的快启动研究具有一定的参考意义。 展开更多

为满足热电离质谱仪(TIMS)测定低丰度同位素的要求,在TIMS上配置二次电子倍增器(SEM)或Daly检测器离子计数检测器很有必要。与SEM相比,Daly具有高增益、低噪声、线性好、使用寿命长、光电倍增管位于仪器真空系统外且易于更换等特点,性... 为满足热电离质谱仪(TIMS)测定低丰度同位素的要求,在TIMS上配置二次电子倍增器(SEM)或Daly检测器离子计数检测器很有必要。与SEM相比,Daly具有高增益、低噪声、线性好、使用寿命长、光电倍增管位于仪器真空系统外且易于更换等特点,性价比更高。研制的Daly检测器由检测腔体、离子转换打拿极、塑料闪烁体、快响应光电倍增管、前置放大器、单光子计数器、供电电源和测控软件组成。Daly检测器的响应门控可在0.1~2 V间调节,光电倍增管高压坪介于800~900 V之间,离子计数本底低于0.1 cps,最高计数率为40 Mcps。通过铀同位素组成测定对制作的Daly检测器进行性能验证,结果表明,Daly对CRM0002同位素丰度的测试内精密度^(235)U/^(238)U为0.073%,UTB500同位素丰度的测试内精密度^(234)U/^(238)U、^(235)U/^(238)U和236U/^(238)U分别为0.139%、0.056%和0.214%,满足ASTM C1625—19要求。 展开更多

基于YOLO目标检测器的热红外对抗样本攻击方案

目前基于AI的目标检测器在各领域发挥了重要作用,但研究表明,其易受对抗样本攻击。本文针对当前先进YOLO11目标检测器设计了一种热红外对抗样本攻击方案。该方案通过对训练数据集应用红外增强策略,使对抗样本在不同温度环境下都能实现... 目前基于AI的目标检测器在各领域发挥了重要作用,但研究表明,其易受对抗样本攻击。本文针对当前先进YOLO11目标检测器设计了一种热红外对抗样本攻击方案。该方案通过对训练数据集应用红外增强策略,使对抗样本在不同温度环境下都能实现有效攻击;在训练过程中,引入随机移动优化策略以减轻不同人体姿势对对抗样本位置的影响,引入ShakeDrop正则化方法,提升对抗样本对不同目标检测器的攻击泛化能力。实验结果表明,在数字域中,本攻击方案使YOLO11目标检测器的平均精度降低了75%,实现了对多个版本YOLO的有效攻击,在三个数据集进行交叉攻击测试,取得了较高的攻击成功率;在物理域中,利用发热贴与制冷贴制作的物理对抗样本实物,能在不同物理场景中实现显著的攻击效果,验证了本攻击方案具有较强实用性。 展开更多

为了解决光学元件在连续激光辐照下的实时损伤不易判别问题,根据表面热透镜效应提出了一种新的基于四象限探测器的连续激光损伤实时判别方法。根据SPIE国际激光损伤竞赛的相关标准,搭建了波长915 nm,聚焦光斑φ0.8 mm的连续激光损伤测... 为了解决光学元件在连续激光辐照下的实时损伤不易判别问题,根据表面热透镜效应提出了一种新的基于四象限探测器的连续激光损伤实时判别方法。根据SPIE国际激光损伤竞赛的相关标准,搭建了波长915 nm,聚焦光斑φ0.8 mm的连续激光损伤测试系统。通过对四象限探测器产生剧烈变化的时刻进行捕捉,可以有效地判别样片是否发生损伤。同时,以硅片为例进行了连续激光损伤测试,并将测试结果与传统非实时的图像法进行了对比。研究结果表明:以恒定功率35 W辐照硅片18 s后,辐照点产生损伤的同时探测器信号出现剧烈变化;当以40 W激光辐照时,12 s后发生损伤同时产生同样剧烈变化。与传统非实时图像法相比,该方法能够在激光辐照过程中进行损伤判别,避免不必要的长时间照射,单次测试效率提升25%~80%,且误判率小于5%,可以为连续激光损伤阈值在线测试系统的实时判别提供理论依据及方法指导。 展开更多
