Currently, various nursing theories exist to describe and explain the phenomena of nursing. Often, the development of nursing theory is in response to advancing ontologies and epistemologies of nursing. The advent of technology is one of these advances challenging the professional practice of nursing. How will nursing practice be made visible and realistic in the face of traditional nursing care practice? Nursing practice processes, derived from theories of nursing, provide opportunities for demonstrating practice grounded in the science of nursing. The purpose of this article is to describe the development of the emergent theory of Aesthetic Nursing Practice, focus on illuminating caring for person through the process of encountering, co-creating caring relationships, and meaningful engaging between the nurse and nursed through caring encounters occurring in caring situations. In this paper, with a case study of Tianjin, China. we employ catastrophe theory and models to integrate Tianjin's sustainable development indicators, and then deduce the catastrophe risk index ( CRI) to present the level of catastrophic possibility in the city. Applying catastrophe theory, is a new strategy to assess sustainable development and shows great practical significance, especially for those developing regions or countries, who always give more priority to their economy and therefore have more obligation to make sure whether their social economic activities might bring forth any ecological environment catastrophe. Besides, being both qualitative and quantitative, the approach could be employed to explore not only static characteristics bat also dynamic mechanism of man-land system. The Zhaotong national shale gas demonstration area in Yunnan(hereinafter referred to as demonstration area)is China's third largest national shale gas production base after ChangningeWeiyuan in Sichuan and Fuling ...The Zhaotong national shale gas demonstration area in Yunnan(hereinafter referred to as demonstration area)is China's third largest national shale gas production base after ChangningeWeiyuan in Sichuan and Fuling in Chongqing.And after more than ten years of deep and careful cultivation,a series of important achievements have been obtained in the exploration and development.From the perspective of exploration and development history,theory and technology,this paper systematically summarizes the exploration discovery process and productivity construction progress of shale gas in the demonstration area,expounds the geological exploration theories and key technologies of mountain shale gas,and predicts their development prospect and direction.And the following research results are obtained.First,the exploration and development in the demonstration area has gone through five development stages,and so far,three major productivity construction zones have been formed,including Huangjinba and Zijinba middleedeep shale gas zones and Taiyang shallow shale gas zone,with cumulative proved geological reserves more than 3100×10^(8) m^(3) and cumulative gas production more than 72×10^(8) m^(3).It has been constructed into the third largest green shale gas demonstration base in China.Second,the“multi-field coordination and multi-element coupling”mountain shale gas enrichment,accumulation and occurrence theory of“sedimentary background controlling source rock and reservoir,reworking intensity controlling preservation,and three-dimensional sealing controlling enrichment”is put forward innovatively,and the“three-dimensional sealing system”accumulation model of extrabasinal shallow shale gas is established.Third,a series of zone selection and evaluation technologies for mountain shale gas in strongly reworked complex structural areas have been developed,and the concept of geologyeengineering integration has first been adopted to create transparent shale gas reservoirs and cultivate high-yield wells.A major exploration breakthrough has been achieved from marginal basin medium deep shale gas layers to extrabasin ultra shallow to medium shallow ones,and domestic first large-scale monoblock shallow shale gas field with reserves over 2570×10^(8) m^(3) has been discovered.Fourth,a landmark technological achievement and efficient development model with geologyeengineering integration and shale geomechanical evaluation as the core has been formed,which leads the clean,green and efficient exploration and development of mountain shale gas.In conclusion,it is necessary to implement the exploration strategic idea of“two outgoing”in the demonstration area,i.e.,“walking out of the stable area of the basin and marching into the complex structure areas in the Dianqianbei Depression”and“walking out of the WufengeLongmaxi Formation and exploring other layers for breakthrough”.What's more,it is recommended to carry out the double-layer stereoscopic horizontal well pattern deployment of“Leping Formation CBM(coal measure gas)þLongmaxi Formation shale gas”appropriately in a large scale,so as to establish a new integrated development model for the three-dimensional efficient development of mountain shale gas and CBM.展开更多

In addition, the task was to develop a model ...The aim of this study was to develop an adequate mathematical model for long-term forecasting of technological progress and economic growth in the digital age (2020-2050). In addition, the task was to develop a model for forecast calculations of labor productivity in the symbiosis of “man + intelligent machine”, where an intelligent machine (IM) is understood as a computer or robot equipped with elements of artificial intelligence (AI), as well as in the digital economy as a whole. In the course of the study, it was shown that in order to implement its goals the Schumpeter-Kondratiev innovation and cycle theory on forming long waves (LW) of economic development influenced by a powerful cluster of economic technologies engendered by industrial revolutions is most appropriate for a long-term forecasting of technological progress and economic growth. The Solow neoclassical model of economic growth, synchronized with LW, gives the opportunity to forecast economic dynamics of technologically advanced countries with a greater precision up to 30 years, the time which correlates with the continuation of LW. In the information and digital age, the key role among the main factors of growth (capital, labour and technological progress) is played by the latter. The authors have developed an information model which allows for forecasting technological progress basing on growth rates of endogenous technological information in economics. The main regimes of producing technological information, corresponding to the eras of information and digital economies, are given in the article, as well as the Lagrangians that engender them. The model is verified on the example of the 5<sup>th</sup> information LW for the US economy (1982-2018) and it has had highly accurate approximation for both technological progress and economic growth. A number of new results were obtained using the developed information models for forecasting technological progress. The forecasting trajectory of economic growth of developed countries (on the example of the USA) on the upward stage of the 6<sup>th</sup> LW (2018-2042), engendered by the digital technologies of the 4<sup>th</sup> Industrial Revolution is given. It is also demonstrated that the symbiosis of human and intelligent machine (IM) is the driving force in the digital economy, where man plays the leading role organizing effective and efficient mutual work. Authors suggest a mathematical model for calculating labour productivity in the digital economy, where the symbiosis of “human + IM” is widely used. The calculations carried out with the help of the model show: 1) the symbiosis of “human + IM” from the very beginning lets to realize the possibilities of increasing work performance in the economy with the help of digital technologies;2) the largest labour productivity is achieved in the symbiosis of “human + IM”, where man labour prevails, and the lowest labour productivity is seen where the largest part of the work is performed by IM;3) developed countries may achieve labour productivity of 3% per year by the mid-2020s, which has all the chances to stay up to the 2040s.展开更多

文摘The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) set "respecting and ensuring human rights" as an important goal of development and reform in China, thus siniciz ing the latest Marxist human rights theories and reflecting major in novations and developments made by the CPC in the field of human rights theory. I. Human Rights as a Core Idea and Important Goal of Social Development Human rights are integral to the pursuit of the core value of socialism and to the core idea of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The report of the 18th CPC National Congress summarized the new progress and experience of human rights advance ment in recent years in China by setting "respecting and ensuring hu man rights" as an important goal of China as it completes the building of a moderately prosperous society.

文摘After the 18th CPC National Congress,urbanization regained its importance.As villages become heterogeneously urbanized,rural industrialization is reiterated for town urbanization.Yet all the historically famous models for Zhujiang,Sunan and Wenzhou in the progress of rural industrialization encountered dilemmas.Is the modernization theory sound in dictating that latecomers cannot achieve urbanization through rural industrialization?The author discusses the origination of the industrialization and urbanization of Hebei villages which is considered to represent the vision of British industrial revolution.There are two implications:(1)Town urbanization requires rural industrialization as its base,which must not rely completely on external industries and being urbanized top-down,but rather on the development of internal economic and social forces;(2)Urbanization cannot evolve spontaneously on the basis of rural industrialization.Instead,it is the result of conscious common planning and construction pushed by multiple forces.Therefore,the government should,in accordance with the law of development,provide guidance that mitigates various issues in the process of development.

文摘The hot accretion flow model was re-discovered in 1994 by Narayan and collaborators.Intensive theoretical works have been conducted and significant progresses have been achieved.In this paper,we review several developments in the past ten years.This mainly includes the finding of outflow and convection and its dynamical effect on inflow;the direct electron heating by viscous dissipation;the effect of large scale toroidal magnetic fields in the inner region of the accretion flow;and the effect of global Compton scattering.Their observational applications are also introduced very briefly.
文摘The aim of this study was to develop an adequate mathematical model for long-term forecasting of technological progress and economic growth in the digital age (2020-2050). In addition, the task was to develop a model for forecast calculations of labor productivity in the symbiosis of “man + intelligent machine”, where an intelligent machine (IM) is understood as a computer or robot equipped with elements of artificial intelligence (AI), as well as in the digital economy as a whole. In the course of the study, it was shown that in order to implement its goals the Schumpeter-Kondratiev innovation and cycle theory on forming long waves (LW) of economic development influenced by a powerful cluster of economic technologies engendered by industrial revolutions is most appropriate for a long-term forecasting of technological progress and economic growth. The Solow neoclassical model of economic growth, synchronized with LW, gives the opportunity to forecast economic dynamics of technologically advanced countries with a greater precision up to 30 years, the time which correlates with the continuation of LW. In the information and digital age, the key role among the main factors of growth (capital, labour and technological progress) is played by the latter. The authors have developed an information model which allows for forecasting technological progress basing on growth rates of endogenous technological information in economics. The main regimes of producing technological information, corresponding to the eras of information and digital economies, are given in the article, as well as the Lagrangians that engender them. The model is verified on the example of the 5<sup>th</sup> information LW for the US economy (1982-2018) and it has had highly accurate approximation for both technological progress and economic growth. A number of new results were obtained using the developed information models for forecasting technological progress. The forecasting trajectory of economic growth of developed countries (on the example of the USA) on the upward stage of the 6<sup>th</sup> LW (2018-2042), engendered by the digital technologies of the 4<sup>th</sup> Industrial Revolution is given. It is also demonstrated that the symbiosis of human and intelligent machine (IM) is the driving force in the digital economy, where man plays the leading role organizing effective and efficient mutual work. Authors suggest a mathematical model for calculating labour productivity in the digital economy, where the symbiosis of “human + IM” is widely used. The calculations carried out with the help of the model show: 1) the symbiosis of “human + IM” from the very beginning lets to realize the possibilities of increasing work performance in the economy with the help of digital technologies;2) the largest labour productivity is achieved in the symbiosis of “human + IM”, where man labour prevails, and the lowest labour productivity is seen where the largest part of the work is performed by IM;3) developed countries may achieve labour productivity of 3% per year by the mid-2020s, which has all the chances to stay up to the 2040s.
