A lot of previous experimental studies on ultramafic rocks(SiO2 unsaturated system)(Ringwood and Major, 1971;Irifune et al., 1986;Gasparik, 1989;Ono and Yasuda, 1996) have demonstrated that characteristics of Si-rich ...A lot of previous experimental studies on ultramafic rocks(SiO2 unsaturated system)(Ringwood and Major, 1971;Irifune et al., 1986;Gasparik, 1989;Ono and Yasuda, 1996) have demonstrated that characteristics of Si-rich and Al-deficient in garnet are resulted from coupled substitution of SiⅥ+MⅥ=AlⅥ+AlⅥ and SiⅥ+NaⅧ=AlⅥ+MⅧ(M=Mg, Fe, Ca) at ultrahigh pressures(UHP)(>5 GPa). The degree of substitution will be enhanced by increasing pressure which has a positive correlation with the content of SiⅥ, but a negative correlation with the content of AlⅥ in supersilic garnet. These experimental results established a theoretical foundation for further understanding the formation mechanism of the exsolution of pyroxene in garnet observed in deep mantle xenoliths and some ultrahigh pressure rocks, and also for estimating the pressure conditions of the formation of supersilic garnet before exsolution(Haggerty and Sautter, 1990;Sautter et al., 1991;van Roermund et al., 1998;Ye et al., 2000). Although some experimental studies on SiO2 saturated system have been reported(Irifune et al., 1994;Ono., 1998;Dobrazhinetskya and Green.,2007;Wu et al., 2009), the stability conditions of supersilic garnet are still lack of unified understanding. Therefore, HP-HT experiments were carried out on felsic rocks under conditions of 6–12 GPa and 1000℃–1400℃. Combined with previous experimental data, we try to figure out the minimum stable pressure and geological significants of supersilic garnet in SiO2 saturated system. Our experimental results from SiO2 saturated system show the minimum stable pressure of supersilic garnet should be ≥10 GP of stishovite stability field. These results are similar as that from experiments using starting composition similar to average upper continental crust reported by Irifune et al(1994) who yielded that garnet gradually became supersilic and Al-deficient as pressures increased above 10 GPa, especially in a pressure interval between 13 and 18 GPa. Moreover, experiments with different starting materials(Ono, 1998;Dobrazhinetskya and Green, 2007;Wu et al. 2009) also indicate the stable pressure condition of supersilic garnet is mainly ≥9 –10 GPa in SiO2 saturated system if data of small-size grains at low temperature are ignored due to measuring errors. Thus, it can be concluded that the minimum stable pressure of supersilic garnet in SiO2 saturated system is distinctly different from that in SiO2 unsaturated ultramafic rock system. The minimum pressure of the former is ≥9–10 GPa of stishovite stability field, while that of the latter is >5 GPa. Therefore, whether independent SiO2 phase exist or rock system is SiO2 saturated must be taken into considered when estimating the peak pressure of exsolutions in supersilic garnet in UHP rocks. Furthermore, pressure of >5 GPa directly estimated by supersilic garnet based on conclusion from SiO2 unsaturation system rather than SiO2 saturation in previous sdudies may have been underestimated and need to be re-estimated. Supersilic garnets have been recognized by interior exsolutions of clinopyroxene in garnet pyroxene from Yinggelisayi South Altyn(Liu et al., 2005), and exsolutions of rodlike quartz+rutile in felsic gneiss from Songshugou North Qinling(Liu et al., 2003). According to the experimental results from SiO2 unsaturated system, the peak metamorphic pressure of the both SiO2 saturated rocks have been estimated to be >7 Gpa and >5 Gpa, respectively. However, combined with the new experimental results above, we re-estimated that the peak metamorphic pressure of these SiO2 saturated rocks should be≥9–10 GPa at least, implying an ultra-deep subduction to mantle depth of stishovite stability field. This research, together with previous findings(Liu et al., 2007, 2018), shows that continental subduction to mantle depth(300 km) of stishovite stability field and then exhumation to the surface is obviously more common than previously thought, and the rock types are also diverse. At the same time, it provides a new indicator and thought for recognizing the subduction to the mantle depth of stishovite stability field in UHP metamorphic belt.展开更多

For the modelling of ventilated cavitation, the minimum speed of the pressure wave is a crucial parameter for the closure of the pressure-density coupling relationship. In this study, the minimum wave speed is determined based on a theoretical model coupling the wave equation and the bubble interface motion equation. The influences of several paramount parameters (e.g., frequency, bubble radius and void fraction) on the minimum wave speed are quantitatively demonstrated and discussed. Compared with the minimum wave speed in the traditional cavitation, values for the ventilated cavitation are much higher. The physical mechanisms for the above difference are briefly discussed with the suggestions on the usage of the present findings.展开更多

However, in a low porosity and low permeability formation, the supercharge pressure effect exists, since the mudcake has a poor sealing ability. The mudcake cannot isolate the hydrostatic pressure of the formation around the borehole and the mud seeps into the formations, leading to inaccurate formation pressure measurement. At the same time, the tool can be easily stuck in the low porosity/low permeability formation due to the long waiting and testing time. We present a method for determining the minimum testing time for the wireline formation tester. The pressure distribution of the mudcake and the formation were respectively calculated with the finite element method (FEM). The radius of the influence of mud pressure was also computed, and the minimum testing time in low porosity/low permeability formations was determined within a range of values for different formation permeabilities. The determination of the minimum testing time ensures an accurate formation pressure measurement and minimizes possible accidents due to long waiting and testing time.展开更多

A theoretical method for static analysis of naturally curved and twisted beams under complicated loads was presented, with special attention devoted to the solving process of governing equations which take into accoun...A theoretical method for static analysis of naturally curved and twisted beams under complicated loads was presented, with special attention devoted to the solving process of governing equations which take into account the effects of torsion-related warping as well as transverse shear deformations. These governing equations, in special cases, can be readily solved and yield the solutions to the problem. The solutions can be used for the analysis of the beams, including the calculation of various internal forces, stresses, strains and displacements. The present theory will be used to investigate the stresses and displacements of a plane curved beam subjected to the action of horizontal and vertical distributed loads. The numerical results obtained by the present theory are found to be in very good agreement with the results of the FEM results. Besides, the present theory is not limited to the beams with a double symmetric cross-section, it can also be extended to those with arbitrary cross-sectional shape.展开更多
Aiming at the problem that the vehicles always turn left in advance which causes heavy conflicts in the intersection and effected traffic efficiency,the solution of the left-turn lane’s stop line backwards setting wa...Aiming at the problem that the vehicles always turn left in advance which causes heavy conflicts in the intersection and effected traffic efficiency,the solution of the left-turn lane’s stop line backwards setting was proposed,and the critical conditions on the stop line’s setting were studied.Firstly,we studied the characteristics of trajectories distribution in the release process of turning left in advance vehicles.Based on that,we proposed to move the stop line backwards to solve the problem of turning left in advance.Considering the intersection’s geometric features and the vehicle operation features,the geometric critical condition was given for setting the position of left-turn lane’s stop line.And then the model of left-turn vehicles’queuing length was established based on queuing theory and traffic wave theory.By using queuing length model,the flow restrictions of stop line backwards could be found.Assuming left-turn vehicles’arrival rate is stable in a certain period of time,the minimum green time and the maximum red time of left-turn phase were given after the stop line was set up.According to the changes of the vehicles’turning paths,the shortest yellow setting recommendation was given.Finally,the application of the critical limits used in stop line backwards setting was demonstrated.The research result could provide a theoretical basis for traffic signs and markings’setting and perfect the relevant laws and regulations.展开更多

The choice of the symbol mapping is the crucial design parameter. This paper indicates that the Harmonic Mean of the Minimum Squared Euclidean (HMMSE) distance is the best criterion for the mapping design. Based on the design criterion of the HMMSE distance, a new search algorithm to find the optimized labeling maps for BICM-ID system is proposed. Numerical results and performance comparison show that the new labeling search method has a low complexity and outperforms other labeling schemes using other design criterion in BICM-ID system, therefore it is an optimized labeling method.展开更多

In the current paper, this methodology was further developed for modeling anisotropic creep characteristics (i.e. minimum creep strain /~n, stress rupture life q and time to a specified strain t~) of four typical Ni-based directionally solidified (DS) and single crystal (SC) superalloys, where a simple orientation factor related to the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) was introduced. The application of these simplistic approaches showed that the anisotropic creep characteristics in a wide range of stress-temperature conditions can be accurately simulated. Meanwhile, during the application of the modified Wilshire equations, break points occurring at the specified stress levels agree well with the transition of creep deformation mechanisms occurring in different stress regions, which provides confidence for using this method.展开更多

文摘Aiming at the problem that the vehicles always turn left in advance which causes heavy conflicts in the intersection and effected traffic efficiency,the solution of the left-turn lane’s stop line backwards setting was proposed,and the critical conditions on the stop line’s setting were studied.Firstly,we studied the characteristics of trajectories distribution in the release process of turning left in advance vehicles.Based on that,we proposed to move the stop line backwards to solve the problem of turning left in advance.Considering the intersection’s geometric features and the vehicle operation features,the geometric critical condition was given for setting the position of left-turn lane’s stop line.And then the model of left-turn vehicles’queuing length was established based on queuing theory and traffic wave theory.By using queuing length model,the flow restrictions of stop line backwards could be found.Assuming left-turn vehicles’arrival rate is stable in a certain period of time,the minimum green time and the maximum red time of left-turn phase were given after the stop line was set up.According to the changes of the vehicles’turning paths,the shortest yellow setting recommendation was given.Finally,the application of the critical limits used in stop line backwards setting was demonstrated.The research result could provide a theoretical basis for traffic signs and markings’setting and perfect the relevant laws and regulations.

文摘Bit-Interleaved Coded Modulation with Iterative Decoding (BICM-ID) is a bandwidth ef- ficient transmission, where the bit error rate is reduced through the iterative information exchange between the inner demapper and the outer decoder. The choice of the symbol mapping is the crucial design parameter. This paper indicates that the Harmonic Mean of the Minimum Squared Euclidean (HMMSE) distance is the best criterion for the mapping design. Based on the design criterion of the HMMSE distance, a new search algorithm to find the optimized labeling maps for BICM-ID system is proposed. Numerical results and performance comparison show that the new labeling search method has a low complexity and outperforms other labeling schemes using other design criterion in BICM-ID system, therefore it is an optimized labeling method.

文摘Aiming at the existing problems in Leach algorithm,which has short network survival time and high energy consumption,a new location-based clustering topology control algorithm is proposed.Based on Leach algorithm,improvements have been done.Firstly,when selecting cluster head,node degree,remaining energy,and the number of being cluster head,these three elements are taken into consideration.Secondly,by running the minimum spanning tree algorithm,the tree routing is constructed.Finally,selecting the next hop between clusters is done by MTE algorithm.Simulation results show that the presented control algorithm has not only a better adaptability in the large-scale networks,but also a bigger improvement in terms of some indicators of performance such as network lifetime and network energy consumption.

文摘In this paper,a sequential algorithm computing the all vertex pair distance matrix D and the path matrix Pis given.On a PRAM EREW model with p,1≤p≤n^2,processors,a parallel version of the sequential algorithm is shown.This method can also be used to get a parallel algorithm to compute transitive closure arrayof an undirected graph.The time complexify of the parallel algorithm is O(n^3/p).If D,P andare known,it is shown that the problems to find all connected components, to compute the diameter of an undirected graph,to determine the center of a directed graph and to search for a directed cycle with the minimum(maximum)length in a directed graph can all be solved in O(n^2/p^+ logp)time.

文摘According to more recent work, the Wilshire equations have shown good prediction accuracy in a wide range of materials and stress-temperature conditions, particularly in extrapolation of short term results to long term predictions. In the current paper, this methodology was further developed for modeling anisotropic creep characteristics (i.e. minimum creep strain /~n, stress rupture life q and time to a specified strain t~) of four typical Ni-based directionally solidified (DS) and single crystal (SC) superalloys, where a simple orientation factor related to the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) was introduced. The application of these simplistic approaches showed that the anisotropic creep characteristics in a wide range of stress-temperature conditions can be accurately simulated. Meanwhile, during the application of the modified Wilshire equations, break points occurring at the specified stress levels agree well with the transition of creep deformation mechanisms occurring in different stress regions, which provides confidence for using this method.
