Methods: 60 cases of puerpera in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group without protection perineal midwifing nursing, control group routine nursing, compare its curative effect. Results: the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of perineal laceration, integrity, blood loss after delivery and satisfaction, P<0.05.
