Until recently,the paradigm held that na?ve T cells differentiated into distinct subsets under the guidance of environmental cues(e.g.,cytokines) and that once polarized,these cells were committed to a particular functional state. However,the existence of transdifferentiated T cell populations,which express signature transcription factors and cytokines associated with more than one Th subset,challenges the immutability of T helper subsets and suggests that plasticity is a feature of multifaceted immune responses. How this process impacts immune dysregulation in diseases such as inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD) and the machinery that underlies this process is far from fully understood. Interleukin(IL)-17 secreting helper T(Th17) cells have been heavily implicated in tissue-specific immune pathology including murine models of IBD,human Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Plasticity within this subset is suggested by the existence of IL-17 secreting cells,which,can also secrete interferon-γ,the signature cytokine for Th1 cells or,can co-express the anti-inflammatory transcription factor forkhead box p3,a signature transcription factor of regulatory T cells. In this review we mainly discuss evidence for Th17 plasticity,mechanisms,which govern it,and highlight the potential to therapeutically target this process in human IBD.展开更多
This study creates and combines the general maneuver libraries for fixed-wing aircraft to implement tactical maneuvers.First,the generalized maneuver libraries are established by analyzing the characteristics of tacti...This study creates and combines the general maneuver libraries for fixed-wing aircraft to implement tactical maneuvers.First,the generalized maneuver libraries are established by analyzing the characteristics of tactical maneuvers required in battlefields.The 7th order polynomial is applied to both the creation of the maneuver libraries and the generation of the trajectories or flight paths for modal inputs.To track the desired trajectory,we design the Attitude Command Attitude Hold(ACAH)system and the Rate Command Rate Hold(RCRH)system using Model Following Controller(MFC).Moreover,the Line-of-Sight(LOS)guidance law is designed.In particular,the CONDUIT~?is employed to optimize the gains so that the control systems meet the aircraft Handling Qualities(HQ)criteria.Finally,flight simulations are performed for the longitudinal loop,immelmann-turn,and climb-slalom-descent maneuvers to verify that tactical aggressive maneuvers are realizable via the combination of maneuver libraries.This study can contribute to the development of flight techniques for aircraft tactical maneuvers and to the revision of air force operational manuals.展开更多

The 7th Chinese Lost Foam Casting (LFC) Symposium & the 1st LFC Technology Exposition were held on May 21-23 at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), and the conference theme was "Recent ...The 7th Chinese Lost Foam Casting (LFC) Symposium & the 1st LFC Technology Exposition were held on May 21-23 at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), and the conference theme was "Recent development of lost foam casting technology". Prof. TAO Jie, the Executive Chairman of the conference and the Vice Director of LFC Committee of Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society(FICMES), chaired the inauguration. Prof. NIE Hong, the Vice President of NUAA, represented the host address and expressed welcome and gratitude to all the vips from home and abroad. He said the development of the technologies, environmental protection and the trade globalization require to continually improve the performance of products, and accurately select proper material and the manufacturing technology. As the revolutionary technology in casting development history, LFC technology has brought a brand-new change for the machine design and casting production. He hoped the conference would be beneficial to the development of Chinese LFC technololy and wished the symposium a complete success! Prof. YE Sheng-ping, the Executive Chairman of the conference and the Director of LFC Committee of FICMES, gave the opening address and read out the congratulations of F. J.
