Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of standardized patient scenario simulation teaching in geriatric medicine clinical education and provide references for improving teaching methods in geriatrics.Methods:Sixt...Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of standardized patient scenario simulation teaching in geriatric medicine clinical education and provide references for improving teaching methods in geriatrics.Methods:Sixty-five clinical physicians from other departments who rotated into the Geriatric Medicine Department for training between August 2024 and July 2025 were randomly divided into a control group(n=32)and an observation group(n=33).The control group received traditional centralized theoretical lectures combined with instructor-led clinical mentoring,while the observation group underwent standardized patient scenario simulation training.The two groups were compared on post-rotation examination scores and teaching satisfaction metrics.Results:The observation group achieved significantly higher post-rotation examination scores(88.37±3.04)than the control group(80.17±3.29)(p<0.01).Teaching satisfaction surveys revealed that trainees in the observation group demonstrated significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(p<0.05)regarding the teaching method’s effectiveness in enhancing learning interest,independent learning ability,comprehensive clinical problem-solving skills,patient communication skills,teamwork capabilities,and research conceptualization abilities.Conclusion:Standardized patient scenario simulation teaching effectively improves clinical teaching quality in geriatric medicine,enhances trainees’comprehensive clinical competencies,and holds value for broader application.展开更多

文摘Curriculum ideological and political education is an important direction of higher education reform in the new era,aiming to realize the organic integration of professional knowledge imparting and ideological and political education.Taking preliminary landscape design course as an example,this paper expounded in detail the implementation of teaching reform from three aspects:the formulation of teaching objectives,the integration of teaching contents and the innovation of teaching methods.This paper systematically summarized the implementation effect of ideological and political education reform,and reflected on the excavation of ideological and political elements,integration degree,innovation of teaching methods,teachers’ideological and political ability and practical teaching.The exploration on curriculum ideological and political teaching provides useful reference and thinking for similar courses,and promotes the sustainable development of curriculum ideological and political education.

文摘Under the background of competency-based transformation of higher education,bioengineering major urgently needs to solve the problems such as the disconnect between practical teaching and industry needs and the lack of resources.This paper proposed supplementing traditional experimental teaching with video resources to construct a closed-loop model of"theoretical instruction,case analysis,video demonstration,and reflective application".Through the development of instructional videos covering core techniques such as PCR,Western blot,CRISPR-Cas9,cell culture,HPLC,GMP operations,and bioinformatics analysis,teaching costs can be reduced,spatiotemporal constraints can be overcome,and process visualization can be enhanced,thereby supporting students in mastering the entire workflow of modern biomanufacturing.The paper further explored resource development pathways,university-enterprise collaboration mechanisms,and curriculum integration strategies,offering actionable solutions for practical teaching reform.

文摘Based on the study of the Mechanical Design and Automation major and its relevance to teaching reform in higher education engineering programs,a project-based teaching model was introduced.This approach integrates teaching design,scheme argumentation,and the implementation of teaching activities with the project serving as the central framework.Course knowledge points are derived from the project topics,forming the foundation for a structured knowledge framework.The course content is modularized in alignment with the project design,enabling students to engage with professional courses on a module-by-module basis,guided by the project.Each course utilizes the project topic as a practical case,facilitating project-led teaching.A teaching system tailored to the research project is proposed,establishing a professional course structure closely linked to the project objectives.
