Objective:To explore and analyze the effectiveness of targeted nursing in children with severe viral encephalitis complicated with respiratory failure.Methods:From April 2021 to April 2023,74 children with severe viral encephalitis complicated with respiratory failure admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into the target group(n=37)and the reference group(n=37).Targeted nursing was given to the target group,while general nursing was given to the reference group.Physical rehabilitation,motor scores,and lung function were compared between the groups.Results:The recovery time of limb abnormalities,convulsions,abnormal consciousness,and cranial nerve disorders in the target group was significantly better than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The motor function,joint activity and pain,sensory function,and total score of the target group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After the intervention,lung function indicators including VC(vital capacity),FVC(forced vital capacity),and MVV(maximum voluntary ventilation)of the target group were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing can shorten the recovery period of severe viral encephalitis complicated with respiratory failure in children,speed up the recovery of motor function,and improve lung function.This nursing model has a significant application effect in children with severe viral encephalitis complicated with respiratory failure. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the nursing effects of targeted care for children with nutritional iron-deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods:A total of 88 children with IDA admitted to the hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected(each child included one accompanying family member).Using a random number table,the participants were divided into two groups:the observation group,which received targeted nursing care,and the reference group,which received standard nursing care.The anemia correction rate,nutritional indicators,and family knowledge level were compared.Results:The anemia correction rate in the observation group was higher than in the reference group,with post-nursing nutritional indicators superior to those in the reference group.Additionally,family members in the observation group had a higher level of knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing can effectively correct anemia symptoms in children with IDA,improve nutritional indicators,and increase family members’knowledge,demonstrating high nursing effectiveness. 展开更多

Objective: in this paper, the impact of targeted nursing intervention on the prevention and compliance of patients with orthopedic high-risk stress injury was analyzed. Methods: from October 2018 to July 2021, 98 patients with high risk of orthopedic stress injury in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=49) and control group (n=49) according to different nursing methods. There was no significant difference between control group and observation group in compliance rate, anxiety and depression before and after nursing (P<0.05), with comparability. Results: the complete coincidence rate of observation group was 96.88%, which was significantly higher than that of control group 94.38%. The anxiety and depression of the observation group were better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference (P<0.05). It is comparable. Conclusion: targeted nursing measures for patients with high-risk orthopedic pressure injury can effectively improve patients' compliance with prevention and treatment of disease problems, which is conducive to promoting the improvement of the condition. 展开更多

Methods: the subjects of this study were selected from our hospital from February 2016 to October 2018, a total of 66 cases, according to the double-blind method of patients, 33 cases were set as group A and the implementation of routine nursing, the remaining 33 cases as group B and carry out targeted nursing intervention. Results: after nursing, the improvement of cardiac function and clinical symptoms in group B was better than that in group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion: targeted nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease combined with chronic heart failure has a very exact effect, not only can control the clinical symptoms of patients, but also can significantly improve the heart function of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion. 展开更多

Objective: Pediatric pneumonia affects the growth and development of children, study the application significance of targeted nursing, and explore the satisfaction of parents of children. Methods: Start and end times are 2020.05 and 2021.12, respectively. A total number of children with pneumonia disease, including 74 cases, were included. The children were divided into two groups according to the parity grouping method. Routine care: 37 cases, formed the reference group. Targeted care: 37 cases, constitute the test group. The symptom points, sleep, quality of life, and parental satisfaction of each group were observed. Results: (1) After the intervention, the parents of the test group were more satisfied, the symptoms such as cough and shortness of breath were lower, and the scores of sleep efficiency and daytime function decreased more significantly. The results of PF, RP, MH and GH in the two groups showed that the test group showed a more significant increase trend, with P <0.05. Conclusion: The significance of targeted nursing in pediatric pneumonia deserves recognition. The improvement of sleep quality and the relief of symptoms all reflect the application value of this nursing program. This also improves the satisfaction of parents and the cooperation degree of children, which is conducive to improving the prognosis of children and improving their quality of life. 展开更多

Objective: to consider the practical effect of choosing targeted nursing mode during the treatment of dermatomyositis patients with interstitial pneumonia. Methods: a total of 100 cases of related patients admitted to our hospital between January 2020 and December 2020 were randomly screened. In combination with the difference of nursing mode, the patients were divided into two groups: the control group (general nursing) and the experimental group (targeted nursing), with the number of patients in each group being 50. Then statistics, observation and comparison of the two groups of patients application effect, quality of life status, etc. Results: in terms of clinical efficacy of patients, the experimental group and the control group were 96.00% and 82.00% respectively. In addition, in terms of the quality of life score of patients, the results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). According to the changes of these two indicators, we can see that the differences are prominent. Conclusion: targeting nursing can play a positive role in the clinical application of patients with dermatomyositis with interstitial pneumonia, and has a certain practical effect and application value in enhancing the prognosis of patients and improving the quality of life of patients. 展开更多

Methods:100 patients with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into groups according to the order of admission. 50 patients in the control group received routine care, while 50 patients in the experimental group received targeted care. The improvement of pulmonary function indexes and the difference of recurrence rate of pneumonia between the two groups were analyzed. Results: the improvement of pulmonary function index in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group. The relapse rate of pneumonia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the targeted nursing method is effective for the improvement of pulmonary function index of patients with pneumonia, and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of pneumonia and improve the prognosis effect, which can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice. 展开更多

Methods: 90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group and targeted nursing group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional routine nursing and the targeted nursing group was given targeted nursing. The changes of nutritional indexes, sputum negative conversion rate and cavity closure rate were compared between the two groups. Results: the levels of serum total protein (STP), serum albumin (ALB), RBC and Hb in the targeted nursing group were higher than those in the control group;The sputum negative conversion rate and cavity closure rate were 84.4% and 88.9% respectively, which were higher than 62.2% and 66.7% in the control group;The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status, sputum negative conversion rate and cavity closure rate of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. 展开更多

Methods: 76 patients with multiple cerebral infarction complicated with mental disorders treated from February 2018 to March 2020 were divided into experimental group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given targeted nursing. Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score and activity of daily living (ADL) score were recorded before and after intervention, and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results: after the intervention, the depression score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the ADL score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: targeted nursing is helpful to improve the negative emotion and daily self-care ability of patients with multiple cerebral infarction with mental disorder. 展开更多

The methods used are that 78 cases of primipara were selected from our hospital as the research subjects who worked from May, 2019 to June, 2020. They were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given targeted nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction and success rate of pure breastfeeding were compared between the two groups. The results are that the success rate of breast-feeding in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of primipara in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was a difference (P < 0.05). The conclusion is that targeted nursing intervention can effectively promote the nursing satisfaction of primipara and improve the success rate of pure breastfeeding. 展开更多

Methods: a total of 80 patients with severe aplastic anemia infection who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as subjects in this study. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the observation group received targeted nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared. Results: after the comparison of experimental data, the medication compliance of observation group was 38 (95.0%), and that of control group was 33 (82.5%), the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The WH0Q0L-100 score and NODIE score of the observation group were (12.34±3.24) and (85.21±10.32), while the WH0Q0L-100 score and NODIE score of the control group were (9.12±2.41) and (100.13±10.82), indicating that the observation group was significantly better than the control group. There was statistically significant difference between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: targeted nursing for patients with severe aplastic anemia can not only effectively control the infection situation, but also improve the quality of life of patients, and significantly improve the medication compliance of patients, which can be widely promoted in clinical practice. 展开更多

Methods: 80 children with pneumonia in our hospital were selected as the analysis object. The diagnosis and treatment time range was from January 2019 to January 2020. The children were equally divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group by random number table. The control group was given routine nursing care of pneumonia during the treatment, while the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention according to the physiological and psychological needs of children and combined with medical resources. The medical compliance and intervention effect (fever, cough and asthma, pulmonary rales disappearance time and hospitalization time) of the two nursing modes were compared. Results: the compliance rate of the observation group was 87.5% (35 / 40), and that of the control group was 70.0% (28 / 40), with significant difference (P < 0.05). The time required for the intervention effect indexes of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: to provide targeted nursing services to meet the needs of children during the treatment and intervention for children with pneumonia can effectively improve the compliance of children with medical measures, ensure the positive intervention effect on the disease, shorten the impact time of the disease on children, and reduce the probability of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion. 展开更多

Objective: to analyze the clinical application effect of targeted nursing in pediatric pneumonia nursing. Methods: according to the order of treatment in our hospital, 78 cases of pediatric pneumonia patients from December 2018 to December 2020 were divided into average groups. The control group (n=39) was combined with routine nursing and the experimental group (n=39) was combined with targeted nursing. The improvement of the clinical symptoms of the children was analyzed, and the total effective rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions were calculated and the differences were analyzed. Results: in terms of improvement of clinical symptoms, the retreat of high fever (4.15±1.62), cessation of cough (5.19±1.22) and time of rale disappearance (5.72±1.31) in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in control group (t=7.354, 8.924, 9.391, P < 0.05). In terms of adverse reactions, there was significant difference between data groups (χ2=8.446, P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.13% (2/39) significantly lower than that in the control group (15.38%, 6/39). In terms of clinical efficacy, 94.87% (37/39) of the experimental group was significantly better than 87.18% (34/39) of the control group, the difference was significant (χ2=8.318, P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical symptoms of children with pneumonia can be improved rapidly after the application of targeted nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia, and the adverse reactions are relatively less and the clinical effect is better. 展开更多

These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, all of which were treated with this method. The control group was treated with routine nursing while the observation group was treated with targeted nursing. The adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared, as well as the nursing satisfaction of the patients' families. Results: the comparative study found that the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly reduced, and the satisfaction degree of nursing was significantly higher. The results were statistically significant. Therefore, targeted nursing was found to be of crucial significance in improving the adverse reactions of patients with hemolytic disease of sexual life and the satisfaction degree of nursing. BACKGROUND Febrile convulsions are a common pediatric emergency that imposes significant psychological stress on children and their families.Targeted emergency care and psychological nursing are widely applied in clinical practice,but their value and impact on the management of pediatric febrile convulsions are unclear.AIM To determine the impact of targeted emergency nursing combined with psychological nursing on satisfaction in children with febrile convulsions.METHODS Data from 111 children with febrile convulsions who received treatment at Nantong Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital between June 2021 and October 2022 were analyzed.The control group consisted of 44 children who received conventional nursing care and the research group consisted of 67 children who received targeted emergency and psychological nursing.The time to fever resolution,time to resolution of convulsions,length of hospital stays,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,patient compliance,nursing satisfaction of the parents,occurrence of complications during the nursing process,and parental anxiety and depression were compared between the control and research groups.Parental anxiety and depression were assessed using the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD)and the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety(HAMA).RESULTS The fever resolution,convulsion disappearance,and hospitalization times were longer in the control group compared with the research group(P<0.0001).The time to falling asleep,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep disturbance,sleep efficiency,and daytime status scores were significantly better in the research group compared with the control group(P<0.0001).The HAMD and HAMA scores for parents of children in the research group were lower than the scores in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Compliance with treatment of children in the research group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Parental satisfaction with nursing in the research group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of children in the control group was higher than in the research group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Combining psychological nursing with targeted emergency nursing improved the satisfaction of children’s families and compliance with treatment and promoted early recovery of clinical symptoms and improvement of sleep quality. 展开更多

Objective:To study the clinical effect of targeted infusion safety nursing during infusion of inpatients with cancer.Methods:From January 1,2020,to January 1,2023,a total of 6,614 infusion patients were treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University,and 300 inpatients with cancer were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 150 patients in each group.The control group received routine infusion nursing,and the observation group received targeted infusion safety nursing.The targeted infusion safety nursing was judged by comparing the nursing quality assessment,incidence of adverse events,patient compliance,and patients’mastery of infusion knowledge between the two groups.clinical effect.Results:After the targeted infusion safety nursing was given to the patients in the observation group,the patients in this group recognized the nursing quality,and the statistical score was higher than that in the control group;the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The mastery of health knowledge in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.02).Conclusion:After implementing targeted infusion safety nursing for inpatients with cancer,it can effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse events,improve patient compliance,and increase the mastery of relevant knowledge of patients. 展开更多

Methods: 60 cases were treated by pancreaticoduodenectomy in our hospital. The grouping method was randomly divided, the number of cases in the two groups was equal, and different nursing care was taken to observe the effect. Results: after nursing, the observation group had higher postoperative safety, shorter hospitalization time, postoperative exhaust time, bowel sound recovery time and gastric tube removal time, lower NRS score, good prognosis quality and high satisfaction with nursing (P 0.05). Conclusion: pertinent complication nursing in perioperative nursing of pancreaticoduodenectomy can prevent the occurrence of complications, reduce the pain degree of patients, optimize the prognosis of patients, and get high satisfaction of patients. 展开更多

Methods: 60 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups by numerical table. The control group was given routine intervention, while the experimental group was given targeted nutrition care. Hemoglobin index, serum albumin level and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: before the intervention, the hemoglobin index, serum albumin level and quality of life of the two groups were compared (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the hemoglobin index, serum albumin level and quality of life of the two groups were significantly increased, while the hemoglobin index, serum albumin level and quality of life of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of targeted nutrition care for patients with ulcerative colitis is definite, which can improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients and is worthy of promotion. 展开更多
