Methods: 82 conscious patients in ICU of our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into observation group (n=42) and control group (n=42) according to the different admission time. The basic group received routine nursing. The observation group applied targeted nursing evaluate the effect. Results: before nursing, there was no difference in SDS score, SAS score, quality of life and APACHE-II score between the two groups (P > 0.05);After nursing, the SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the basic group (P < 0.05);After nursing, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the basic group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (97.62%) was higher than that of the basic group (80.95%), (P < 0.05). The treatment compliance rate of the observation group (97.62%) was higher than that of the basic group (83.33%), (P < 0.05). After nursing, APACHE-II score of the observation group was lower than that of the basic group (P < 0.05). Methods: 90 patients with mania in our hospital were selected as the research object, from September 2020 to September 2021. All patients were divided into the reference group (receiving routine care) and the research group (receiving targeted care) with 45 patients in each group by randomly selecting color balls. Compliance, risk factors, bad mood, aggressive behavior and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: the patients' compliance and family satisfaction in the research group were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P < 0.05), the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those in the reference group (P < 0.05), and the BRMS scores were significantly lower than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). The main risk factors of aggressive behavior in manic patients included social interest, social ability and psychiatric performance. The patients in the research group had a lower risk after nursing. Conclusion: targeted nursing has a high application value. By analyzing the causes of the disease and giving nursing intervention, it can effectively improve the negative emotions of manic patients, improve patients' compliance with nursing work, and obtain a satisfactory nursing effect. It has promotion value.展开更多

Methods: 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were included in our gynecology department from January 2020 to January 2021. The patients who received routine care were set as Group A (30 cases) and the patients who received targeted care were set as Group B (30 cases). The intervention effects were compared, including resilience level, health belief, relapse rate and compliance behavior. The resilience level and health belief were evaluated by resilience scale (CD-RISC) and health belief scale respectively. Results: after the intervention, ① The level of psychological elasticity (CD-RISC score): Group B was lower than Group A (p < 0.05);② Health belief: Group B was higher than Group A (p < 0.05);③ Compliance behavior: 96.67% in Group B was higher than 80.0% in Group A ((2= 4.043, p < 0.05);④ Relapse rate: 3.33% in Group B was lower than 23.33% in Group A ((2 = 5.192, p < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of targeted nursing is relatively high. For this research object, it can improve the level of psychological elasticity, strengthen health belief, improve compliance behavior, and reduce recurrence rate, which is worthy of optimization.展开更多

Methods: 100 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease who received treatment in Zigong Fourth Peoples Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were randomly selected as the observation objects, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing mode, while the observation group received targeted nursing intervention. The clinical symptoms before and after the changes of breast-feeding indicators were compared between the two groups. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups before breastfeeding (P > 0.05). After breastfeeding, the blood pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the blood lipid level of the patients was also lower than that of the control group. There was a difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Comparing the negative emotions of the two groups, the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was also significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: targeted nursing measures for elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease are more ideal, and can play a certain role in improving the negative emotions of patients, which is worthy of being vigorously promoted in clinic.展开更多

Methods: The research objectives were 66 brain tumor patients admitted to our hospital from 2021.1 to 2022.2. The target patients were divided into control group (N33) and observation group (N33). All patients were treated by gamma therapy and different clinical care schemes during the treatment of the observation group and the control group. Results: in the observation group and control group patients after different scheme of nursing, compare patients intracranial pressure level, complication rate, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction and other aspects of evaluation, the results show that all patients indicators compared to nursing are improved, including the observation group patients indicators are better than the control group of patients. Conclusion: The introduction of targeted nursing intervention in patients with brain tumor surgery can affect the intracranial pressure level, help patients quickly recover various signs and physical functions, reduce the incidence of complications, and have clinical promotion value.展开更多
