Target post-evaluation of China's“12th Five-Year”oil and gas exploration and development planning and its“13th Five-Year”target prediction

In the turn of 12th and 13th“Five-Year Plan”of China,the global oil and gas market changes greatly.In this regard,the target post-evaluation of the“12th Five-Year”oil and gas exploration and development planning was conducted,which is of significant importance to scientifically and reasonably making the specific“13th Five-Year”oil and gas exploration and development target planning.The post-evaluation results indicate that,in the period of“12th Five-Year Plan”,the oil and gas exploration and development targets of China were satisfactorily completed,but some deficiencies still existed.For example,the target of oil production(2×10^(8)t)was overfulfilled,while the target of oil reserves(65×10^(8)t)remained 6.4%outstanding.The target of gas reserves(3.5×10^(12)m^(3))was overfulfilled,while the target of gas production(1385×10^(8)m^(3))remained 6.2%outstanding.Moreover,the targets of unconventional gases were not satisfactorily completed-shale gas being better than coalbed methane(CBM).Failures to fulfill some targets in“12th Five-Year Plan”were primarily attributed to the slowdown of oil and gas consumption growth,sharp drop of oil price,downgrading of resources,and changes of statistic basis under the new normal.The forecast results suggest that,in the period of“13th Five-Year Plan”,given USD50e70/bbl of world oil price,China's annual average incremental conventional oil and gas in place will be 10.0×10^(8)-12.0×10^(8)t and 6000×10^(8)-8000×10^(8)m^(3)respectively,annual average incremental shale gas and CBM in place will be 1000×10^(8)e2000×10^(8)m^(3)and 500×10^(8)e1000×10^(8)m^(3)respectively,and annual oil production will be about 2.0×10^(8)t.By 2020,China's annual gas production will approach 1800×10^(8)-2000×10^(8)m^(3)(shale gas:200×10^(8)m^(3),and CBM:150×10^(8)m^(3)). 展开更多

Targeted genome modifications with the Cas9/gRNA system derived from the clustered regularly interspaced short palin- dromic repeat/CRISPR-associated (CRISPR/Cas) system have been successfully used in cultured human cells as well as in most model organisms, including zebrafish (Danio rerio), mouse, and fruit fly (Chang et al., 2013; Cong et al., 2013; Gratz et al., 2013; Hwang et al., 2013; Jao et al., 2013; Shen et al., 2013; Wei et al., 2013). Its application in zebrafish is particu- larly attractive due to the ease of handling this organism and the simple application of this method by direct injection of Cas9/ gRNA. However, the information about its specificity in this organism is very limited and needs further evaluation. An equivalent target plate damage probability calculation mathematics model and damage evaluation method

Aiming at the requirement of damage testing and evaluation of equivalent target plate based on the explosion of intelligent ammunition, this paper proposes a novel method for damage testing and evaluation method of circumferential equivalent target plate. Leveraging the dispersion characteristics parameters of fragment, we establish a calculation model of the fragment power situation and the damage calculation model under the condition of fragment ultimate penetration equivalent target plate. The damage model of equivalent target plate involves the fragment dispersion density, the local perforation damage criterion, the tearing damage model, and the damage probability. We use the camera to obtain the image of the equivalent target plate with fragment perforation, and research the algorithm of fragment distribution position recognition and fragment perforation area calculation method on the equivalent target plate by image processing technology. Based on the obtained parameters of the breakdown position and perforation area of fragments on equivalent target plate, we apply to damage calculation model of equivalent target plate, and calculate the damage probability of each equivalent target plate, and use the combined probabilistic damage calculation method to obtain the damage evaluation results of the circumferential equivalent target plate in an intelligent ammunition explosion experiment. Through an experimental testing, we verify the feasibility and rationality of the proposed damage evaluation method by comparison, the calculation results can reflect the actual damage effect of the equivalent target plate. 展开更多
