Methods: A total of 102 patients with seborrheic dermatitis on the head and face admitted to our hospital (Jiangbei Hospital of Southwest Hospital) from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected for the study. The basic clinical data of all patients were labeled according to odd and even numbers, and then they were evenly divided into two groups, i.e. the control group (51 cases) and the observation group (51 cases). In the comparison of pharmacodynamic time between the two groups of patients, each index of pharmacodynamic time of the patients in the observation group is lower than that of the control group, and there is no statistical significance in the comparison of pharmacodynamic time between the two groups, and P > 0.05. The indexes of the patients in the observation group on the probability of adverse reactions after medication were lower than those in the control group, and the comparison of the two groups on the probability of adverse reactions after medication was not statistically significant, and P > 0.05. The indexes of cortex secretion rate of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in the second, fourth and third weeks after continuous medication, and P < 0.05. In addition, all patients were randomly interviewed, and it was found that the indicators of the relapse probability of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group within three months after medication, and P<0.05. Discussion: therefore, the method of applying fluticasone propionate cream and tanshinone to patients with seborrheic dermatitis on the head and face is very ideal in effect.展开更多
