This article examines the transmission and influence of Tang-period foreign astrology in China through two representative texts:the Futian Calendar(Futian li符天历)and the Yusi Scripture(Yusi jing聿斯经).The Tang and ...This article examines the transmission and influence of Tang-period foreign astrology in China through two representative texts:the Futian Calendar(Futian li符天历)and the Yusi Scripture(Yusi jing聿斯经).The Tang and Song official and private bibliographies,which record numerous works belonging to the Futian system and the Yusi system,indicate that,after the Futian Calendar and the Yusi Scripture were introduced into China in the Jianzhong and Zhenyuan eras,respectively,they were widely disseminated through the practices and manipulations of folk diviners.An analysis of the surviving scattered records that reflect the contents of these two texts suggests that the Futian Calendar and the Yusi Scripture represent two sides of the same coin in the foreign astrology introduced to China:the Futian Calendar supplied the mathematical methods for calculating planetary positions for the fortune-telling aspect of astrology,which is mathematically demanding,while the Yusi Scripture provided the rules for astrological calculations,predicting an individual’s fate based on the configuration of celestial bodies in the ecliptic at the time of the person’s birth as determined by the Futian Calendar.The Yusi Scripture likely underwent multiple translations,reintroductions,and localizations,transforming the practice from predicting fate based on the seven luminaries to doing so with the eleven luminaries.The Tangperiod foreign astrology represented by the Futian Calendar and the Yusi Scripture exerted a profound influence on China’s indigenous astronomy and even its indigenous culture.This influence not only functioned at the broad social and cultural levels but also permeated from the civilian to the official sphere,eventually becoming an integral part of traditional Chinese culture.The study highlights how knowledge exchange and transmission drive civilizational development,and argues that necessary encounters and fusion between local culture and foreign knowledge constitute a healthy condition for preserving cultural independence and diversity.展开更多

A Diamonsil C18(2) column(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the stationary phase and the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and aqueous phosphate acid(0.05%, v/v). Gradient elution was carried out at the flow rate of 1 m L/min. The detection wavelength was set at 276 nm and an evaporative light scattering detector was also used. Good linearity for all the seven active components was observed. The established method is simple, fast, reliable, and suitable for the quality control of n-butanol effective fraction of Xiao Chai Hu Tang.展开更多

Sprague–Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided ...Danggui Buxue Tang(DBT) is a famous Chinese medicinal decoction. Mechanism of DBT action is wide ranging and unclear. Exploring new ways of treatment with DBT is useful. Sprague–Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into 3 groups including control(NC, Saline), the DBT(at a dose of 8.10 g?kg–1), and blood deficiency(BD)(Cyclophosphamide(APH)-and Cyclophosphamide(CTX)-induced anaemia). A metabolomics approach using Liquid Chromatography-Quadrupole-Time-of-Flight/Mass Spectrometry(LC/Q-TOFMS) was developed to perform the plasma metabolic profiling analysis and differential metabolites were screened according to the multivariate statistical analysis comparing the NC and BD groups, and the hub metabolites were outliers with high scores of the centrality indices. Anaemia disease-related protein target and compound of DBT databases were constructed. The TCMSP, Chem Mapper and STITCH databases were used to predict the protein targets of DBT. Using the Cytoscape 3.2.1 to establish a phytochemical component–target protein interaction network and establish a component, protein and hub metabolite protein–protein interaction(PPI) network and merging the three PPI networks basing on BisoGenet. The gene enrichment analysis was used to analyse the relationship between proteins based on the relevant genetic similarity by ClueGO. The results shown DBT effectively treated anaemia in vivo. 11 metabolic pathways are involved in the therapeutic effect of DBT in vivo; S-adenosyl-L-methionine, glycine, L-cysteine, arachidonic acid(AA) and phosphatidylcholine(PC) were screened as hub metabolites in APH-and CTX-induced anaemia. A total of 288 targets were identified as major candidates for anaemia progression. The gene-set enrichment analysis revealed that the targets are involved in iron ion binding, haemopoiesis, reactive oxygen species production, inflammation and apoptosis. The results also showed that these targets were associated with iron ion binding, haemopoiesis, ROS production, apoptosis, inflammation and related signalling pathways. DBT can promote iron ion binding and haemopoiesis activities, restrain inflammation, production of reactive oxygen, block apoptosis, and contribute significantly to the DBT treat anaemia.展开更多

In the feudal autocratic rule, any system implemented by the state will have an important influence on all aspects of the whole society~ especially it is related with the imperial examination system of education and talents. Once it becomes a "basic national policy" , the role in social development is incalculable. This paper takes the relationship between imperial examination system and Tang and Song prose development as the breakthrough point, analyzing the influence of thesis writing of imperial examination on the prose in Tang and Song Dynasty and "Eight great men in Tang and Song Dynasty" .
文摘目的:探讨Tang缝合法在手指屈肌腱断裂治疗中的效果。方法:回顾性分析手指屈肌腱断裂患者96例临床资料,随机分为两组,Tang缝合法组48例(研究组)、Kessler缝合法组48例(对照组),分别采用Tang缝合法和Kessler缝合法修复手指屈肌腱,应用透明质酸钠填充治疗,24 h后开始手指功能锻炼,术后3周内采用Kleinert橡皮筋牵引疗法(动态支具保护),并定期随访,术后6个月手指功能采用主动活动度(Total active movement,TAM)法评定。结果:研究组TAM优良率为91.6%;对照组TAM优良率为54.1%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Tang缝合法在手指屈肌腱断裂治疗中获得满意的修复效果。

文摘Danggui Buxue Tang(DBT) is a famous Chinese medicinal decoction. Mechanism of DBT action is wide ranging and unclear. Exploring new ways of treatment with DBT is useful. Sprague–Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into 3 groups including control(NC, Saline), the DBT(at a dose of 8.10 g?kg–1), and blood deficiency(BD)(Cyclophosphamide(APH)-and Cyclophosphamide(CTX)-induced anaemia). A metabolomics approach using Liquid Chromatography-Quadrupole-Time-of-Flight/Mass Spectrometry(LC/Q-TOFMS) was developed to perform the plasma metabolic profiling analysis and differential metabolites were screened according to the multivariate statistical analysis comparing the NC and BD groups, and the hub metabolites were outliers with high scores of the centrality indices. Anaemia disease-related protein target and compound of DBT databases were constructed. The TCMSP, Chem Mapper and STITCH databases were used to predict the protein targets of DBT. Using the Cytoscape 3.2.1 to establish a phytochemical component–target protein interaction network and establish a component, protein and hub metabolite protein–protein interaction(PPI) network and merging the three PPI networks basing on BisoGenet. The gene enrichment analysis was used to analyse the relationship between proteins based on the relevant genetic similarity by ClueGO. The results shown DBT effectively treated anaemia in vivo. 11 metabolic pathways are involved in the therapeutic effect of DBT in vivo; S-adenosyl-L-methionine, glycine, L-cysteine, arachidonic acid(AA) and phosphatidylcholine(PC) were screened as hub metabolites in APH-and CTX-induced anaemia. A total of 288 targets were identified as major candidates for anaemia progression. The gene-set enrichment analysis revealed that the targets are involved in iron ion binding, haemopoiesis, reactive oxygen species production, inflammation and apoptosis. The results also showed that these targets were associated with iron ion binding, haemopoiesis, ROS production, apoptosis, inflammation and related signalling pathways. DBT can promote iron ion binding and haemopoiesis activities, restrain inflammation, production of reactive oxygen, block apoptosis, and contribute significantly to the DBT treat anaemia.
