Fertilization schemes were as follows: The treatment without fertilizers(CK), the treatment with chemical fertilizers(C), the treatment with chemical fertilizers and bacterial fertilizer(CB), the treatment with organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizers(CM), and the treatment with chemical fertilizers, organic fertilizer and bacterial fertilizer(CMB). The results showed: Four fertilization treatments could improve the content of soil organic matter. CMB, CM and CB could significantly improve the soil respiration. Organic fertilizer and fertilizer could significantly improve soil enzyme activity, In different growth stages the CMB treatment had highest urease and phosphatase. The most significant in the treatment content of sucrose was CM. Organic fertilizer and microbial fertilizer can significantly improve the microbial carbon and nitrogen in soil. For the microbial biomass carbon, the CMB treatment increased by 11%-34% than CB treatment, and 35%-63% than C treatment. In terms of microbial nitrogen CMB, CM respectively increased by 31%-51% than CB treatment, and 52%-100% compared with C. In the process of land reclamation, we should combine the organic fertilizer, microbial fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer. Only in this way can soil biological activity be accelerated, soil microbial environment improved, and the ripening increased soil nutrient and soil cultivation be enhanced.展开更多

Immersion testing and potentiodynamic polarization were employed to introduce localized corrosion; scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize the alloy microstructure and corrosion morphology. It was found that the susceptibility of the alloy to severe localized corrosion was sensitive to thermomechanical treatments. Additionally, the state of alloying elements influenced the mechanism of localized corrosion propagation. Specifically, the alloy in T8 conditions showed higher susceptibility to severe localized corrosion than that in other conditions. During potentiodynamic polarization, the alloy in solution heat-treated and T3 conditions displayed crystallographic corrosion morphology while the alloy in T6 and T8 conditions exhibited selective attack of grain interiors and grain boundaries in local regions.展开更多

After hot rolling-quenching and cold rolling with 80% reduction, the alloy exhibited excellent resistance to recrystallization softening. The hardness and electrical conductivity of Cu-Fe-P alloy under different thermomechanical treatments were measured by hardness tester and double bridge tester, respectively, and the microstructure of the alloy was examined by optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the finished product of Cu-2.3Fe-0.03 P alloy was strengthened by work hardening, while the Fe precipitates with the size of about 25 nm stabilized the cold rolled structure. The conductivity decreased during cold rolling, especially for the pre-aged specimens, because the fine precipitates with the size smaller than 5 nm re-dissolved easily into the matrix. A Cu-Fe-P alloy with an electrical conductivity of 66% IACS and a hardness of HV 134 can be gained.展开更多

[Method] With Ioquat fruits of Qingzhong variety as materi- als, 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.8% PAA combined with 0.8% CaCI2 was used to soak Ioquat fruits for 4 min, 0.8% CaCl2 and water treatments were set as two controls; the fruits were dried and packaged by 0.02 mm PE bags, then stored under non-chilling low temperature of (7±1) ℃. The indicators related to storage quality of Ioquat fruits were randomly tested once every 3 d, and their variation situations were analyzed. [Result] Compared with two control treatments and 0.2% PAA, 0.8% PAA combined with calcium treatments, the treatment of 0.4% PAA combined with 0.8% CaCl2 could significantly inhibit rot index, weight loss rate, firmness and cell membrane permeability of Ioquat fruits during storage period, which could also effectively delay the reduction of titratable acid, vitamin C, soluble solid content and juice yield, and maintain respiration intensity of fruits at a low level; the appearance and flavor qual- ity of fruits were good after stored for 25 d. [Conclusion] 0.4% PAA combined with 0.8% CaCl2 treatment is an efficient, safe and economical practice technology in an- ti-corrosion and quality preservation for postharvest Ioquat fruits .展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND The optimal duration of antimicrobial treatment for acute cholangitis complicated by gram-positive coccus(GPC)bacteremia remains unclear. The Tokyo Guidelines 2018 recommended 14 days of antimicrobial treatment following adequate source control measures;however, evidence supporting this recommendation is limited, and deviations from real-world practice are often observed.AIM To evaluate the efficacy and safety of shorter antimicrobial treatments for acute cholangitis complicated by GPC bacteremia.METHODS Adult patients with acute cholangitis complicated by GPC bacteremia who underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography between July 2003 and December 2023 were included.Patients were categorized into two groups based on the duration of effective antimicrobial treatment:(1)Short-course treatment(SCT)(<14 days);and(2)Long-course treatment(LCT)(≥14 days). The outcomes assessed included mortality, recurrence, reinfection with the same organism related to the cholangitis, and length of hospital stay.RESULTS A total of 44 patients were included in the study:(1)19 patients in the SCT group;and(2)25 patients in the LCT group. The median duration of antimicrobial treatment was 9 days[interquartile range(IQR):2.5-11.0 days]and 16 days(IQR:15.0-19.0 days)in the SCT and LCT groups, respectively, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in 30-day mortality, cholangitis recurrence,or reinfection with the same organisms within 3 months. However, the length of hospital stay was shorter in the SCT group(median:12.0 days vs 14.0 days,P=0.092).CONCLUSION For acute cholangitis complicated by GPC bacteremia, shorter antimicrobial treatment may be a viable option following appropriate biliary drainage.Further studies with larger sample sizes are warranted.

文摘According to the data from the 7th national population census, the population aged 65 and above in China has reached 13.50%,indicating that the country has entered a deeply aging society. The health issues of the elderly have become a significant concern for society.Common brain diseases among the elderly, including cerebrovascular diseases, genetic factors,or long-term solitary living, can all lead to dementia, with Alzheimer’s disease(AD)being the most common.Early symptoms of AD mainly include memory loss and difficulty concentrating, which are often mistaken for normal aging or stress-related issues and thus overlooked.AD lacks specific biomarkers and effective auxiliary diagnostic methods, making it difficult to accurately diagnose with existing imaging and neuroprotein indicators. Therefore, early detection of AD is very challenging. This article explores community-based early detection and intervention strategies from the perspectives of existing mechanism research, clinical manifestations, modern drug treatments, innovative explorations in traditional medicine, and community-appropriate technologies, aiming to construct an ecological management strategy.
文摘Background and Objective:Ischemic optic neuropathy(ION)is one of the main causes of sudden vision loss, categorized into anterior ION(AION)and posterior ION(PION)forms, each with non-arteritic and arteritic subtypes.Patients typically present with abrupt, painless vision loss.Optic disc swelling is common in AION,while PION may initially show a normal disc with later atrophy. The purpose of this article is to provide a comprehensive and updated review that integrates advances in clinical diagnosis, imaging, preclinical experimental models, and treatment strategies of ION,thereby offering both clinicians and researchers an in-depth perspective on current challenges and opportunities. Methods:A literature search was conducted using PubMed and Web of Science databases for English-language publications from January 2020 to April 2025.Search terms included combinations of MeSH terms and free-text keywords, such as“ischemic optic neuropathy”,“ION”,“diagnosis”,“imaging”,“treatment”,“management”,“pathophysiology”,and“animal model”.The title and abstract screening was followed by a full-text review to identify relevant articles.Key Content and Findings:Accurate diagnosis and differentiation of ION subtypes rely on clinical assessment and non-invasive advanced imaging modalities such as computed tomography(CT),optical coherence tomography(OCT),and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).They help evaluate different ION subtypes, providing structural and functional insights.Invasive techniques like fluorescein angiography(FA)help assess vascular perfusion, differentiating arteritic from non-arteritic forms.Treatment strategies vary by subtype and include pharmacologic, surgical, and neuroprotective approaches.Corticosteroids commonly used in arteritic forms remain of limited therapeutic value, underscoring the need for continued exploration of novel treatment approaches using various animal models.Rodent and primate models of non-arteritic AION(NA-AION),arteritic AION(A-AION),and PION-created through targeted vascular injury-have enabled detailed investigation of pathophysiology and therapeutic interventions. However, these models have limitations, including anatomical and physiological differences from humans.Ongoing efforts aim to develop more accurate and clinically relevant models. Conclusions:We present a comprehensive review of IONs.This review integrates clinical diagnosis and preclinical research(experimental models)in contrast to previous reviews, thereby offering readers a more comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of both the challenges and emerging strategies in ION research and management.

文摘The effects of various heat treatments on the microstructures and mechanical properties of as-built selective laser melted Inconel 718 alloy were investigated through conventional and quasi-in-situ tensile tests. The corresponding heat treatment processes include direct aging(DA),solution+aging(SA),and homogenization+aging(HA).The DA and SA samples preserve the melt pool configuration and grain size stability, while the precipitated phase characteristics reveal the refinement of the long-strip Laves phase and the appearance of theδphase, respectively. The HA process induces recrystallization and grain coarsening. The specimens exhibit enhanced strength concomitant with diminished elongation, which is likely attributed to the reduction of the geometrically necessary dislocation density and the intensified precipitation of theγ′′phase after heat treatment.Tensile plastic deformation displays notable strain concentration along grain boundaries. The dimensional alterations in precipitated phases were measured to quantitatively determine the impact of grain boundary, dislocation and precipitation strengthening on the yield strength after heat treatment.Precipitation strengthening encompasses coherent, order, and Orowan strengthening.A remarkable agreement is revealed between theoretical predictions and experimental results.Insights are offered for optimizing heat treatment processes to comprehend microstructural evolution effect on the mechanical properties of additive-manufactured metals.

文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness of the combined use of 7 commonly used Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment methods and rehabilitation training in improving limb function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage through a network Meta-analysis.METHODS:A computer-based search was conducted in 8 databases, including China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database,Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Scopus, and Embase, from their inception until February 19,2023.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)investigating the effectiveness of the combined use of 7 commonly used Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment methods and rehabilitation training in improving limb function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage were included. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data from the included studies, and performed quality assessment using the Cochrane Collaboration's standards. The software Stata 17.0 was used to create a network evidence graph for each combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment methods and rehabilitation training, and to generate a publication bias funnel plot.Network Meta-analysis was conducted using Rev Man 5.3 to assess the risk of bias in the included studies, with mean difference(MD)used for continuous variables and odds ratio(OR)used for dichotomous variables. If there was good consistency among the included studies(P>0.05),a consistency model was applied for data analysis. If there was poor consistency among the included studies(P<0.05),an inconsistency model was used.RESULTS:A total of 27 studies involving 2113 patients with limb dysfunction caused by cerebral hemorrhage were included. The results of the network Meta-analysis indicated that the combined use of 7 Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment methods and rehabilitation training was more effective in improving limb function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage compared to rehabilitation training alone. In terms of improving simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scores, the effectiveness ranking was as follows:acupuncture+rehabilitation training>Acupoint sticking therapy+rehabilitation training>massage+rehabilitation training>electroacupuncture+rehabilitation training>moxibustion+rehabilitation training>Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy+rehabilitation training>Chinese herbal fumigation+rehabilitation training. In terms of improving Barthel Index(BI)scores, the effectiveness ranking was as follows:electroacupuncture+rehabilitation training>Acupoint sticking therapy+rehabilitation training>acupuncture+rehabilitation training>massage+rehabilitation training>moxibustion+rehabilitation training>Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation+rehabilitation training>Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy+rehabilitation training.CONCLUSION:Based on existing literature evidence, our findings suggest the following:(a)The combination of the seven commonly used external treatment methods with rehabilitation training is superior to using rehabilitation training alone for the treatment of hemiplegia resulting from cerebral hemorrhage.(b)In terms of improving FMA scores, the combination of acupuncture and rehabilitation training shows the most significant effectiveness.(c)In terms of improving BI scores, the combination of electro-acupuncture and rehabilitation training demonstrates the most significant effectiveness. Therefore,we still need more multicenter,large-sample,high-quality randomized controlled trials to further validate the findings of this study.
文摘Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic condition consisting of two main types:Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.Conventional treatments for these diseases include aminosalicylates, corticosteroids, immunomodulators, and biologics. However, these treatments have several drawbacks, including high costs for patients and numerous side effects.Recently, advanced treatments have been developed, such as small-molecule therapies, targeted biologics, innovative drug delivery systems, and microbiome-based interventions.Emerging therapies like anti-interleukin-23 monoclonal antibody inhibitors,sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor modulators, and Janus kinase inhibitors are more specialized in reducing immune activity. They enhance bioavailability, reduce side effects, and specifically target the gastrointestinal tract without affecting other systems.Innovative drug delivery systems for IBD,such as nanoparticles, hydrogels, and microgrippers, improve bioavailability and prolong drug release. The combination of conventional and advanced therapies may benefit from the synergistic effects of both.Furthermore, fecal microbiota transplantation and probiotics can help restore the balance of gastrointestinal microbiota, reducing disease flare-ups.Advances in artificial intelligence, endoscopic techniques, and stem cell therapies have shown great potential in treating IBD,although several significant challenges remain.Treating this disease requires multidisciplinary integration and the application of technology and telemedicine.

文摘Fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva(FOP)is a rare genetic disorder characterized by congenital bilateral malformation of the large toe and progressive, extensive, and irreversible heterotopic ossification(HO)of soft tissues throughout the body, leading to severe disabilities.FOP is caused primarily by mutations in activin A receptor type 1(ACVR1),also known as activin-like kinase 2(ALK2),which encodes a receptor belonging to the bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)type I family. However, the continuous and complex process of HO in FOP is not yet fully understood, which has impeded the development of therapeutic drugs.Despite surgical removal of HO,which often results in recurrence and expansion of ossification, there is currently no definitive drug treatment available to completely prevent, halt,or reverse the progression of HO in FOP.Currently, researchers are intensively studying the pathogenesis of FOP at various stages and developing promising drug candidates, including saracatinib, palovarotene, and rapamycin. This review provides an overview of progress in understanding the mechanism of FOP and the development of therapeutic drugs, with the goal of providing insights for further research and the development of new treatment methods.

文摘A study was conducted to determine the influences of initial planting densities, thinning intensities, exposures and slope sites on physical property (wood density) and mechanical properties such as modulus of elasticity (MOE), bending strength, impact strength, compression strength along grain and hardness) of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica plantation in Mao'ershan Forest Farm, Northeast China. Results show that the different initial planting densities (1.5 m×1.0 m, 1.5 m×2.0 m and 1.5 m×2.5 m) had significant effects on wood density and MOE, and the highest mean wood density and indexes of mechanical properties occurred in the stand with an initial planting density of 1.5 m×1.0 m. The indexes of mechanical properties such as hardness of end, bending strength, MOE and compression strength along grain of wood increased after mild thinning, but decreased after violent thinning. The exposures (sunny slope and shady slope) had a significant effect on MOE, and the highest mean MOE occurred on sunny slope. The slope sites (upper site and lower site) had a significant effect on wood density and main mechanical properties, except hardness. The highest mean wood density and mechanical properties occurred at lower site.
文摘According to different mechanisms of dormancy, seeds of Gagea nigra L.Z.Shue were treated with different methods so as to investigate the effects of different treatments on seed germination of G.nigra.The results showed that at 4 ℃,the seeds of G.nigra began to germinate on day 32 with germination period of 80 d and germination rate of 72%;room temperature(25 ℃) and acid and alkali treatments were all unsuitable for the germination of G.nigra seeds;no significant differences were found in germination rate of G.nigra seeds among warm water(50℃),ultrasound and 200 mg/L GA_3treatments(P 0.05);seed coat-removing treatment effectively promoted the germination of G.nigra seeds(P =0.002 0.01) with germination rate of 88%;seed coat piercing + 200 mg/L GA_3 and 500 mg/L GA_3+15% H_2O_2 treatments effectively promoted the germination of G.nigra seeds with germination rates of 84% and 82%,respectively(P0.05);the germination vigor of G.nigra seeds in the seed coat piercing + 200 mg/L GA_3 treatment was highest, and it was significantly higher than those in the other treatments.

文摘As per randomized block design, the research had different fertilizer treatments, and the organic matter, respiration, enzyme activity and microbial carbon and nitrogen in reclaimed soil were studied. Only in this way can soil biological activity be accelerated, soil microbial environment improved, and the ripening increased soil nutrient and soil cultivation be enhanced.

文摘In order to manifest the influence of specific microstructural component on the development of severe localized corrosion in an AA2099 aluminum-lithium alloy, the corrosion behavior of the alloy subjected to solution heat treatment, cold working and artificial ageing was investigated. During potentiodynamic polarization, the alloy in solution heat-treated and T3 conditions displayed crystallographic corrosion morphology while the alloy in T6 and T8 conditions exhibited selective attack of grain interiors and grain boundaries in local regions.

文摘A short process without solution treatment was developed to manufacture Cu-2.3Fe-0.03 P alloy strips. A Cu-Fe-P alloy with an electrical conductivity of 66% IACS and a hardness of HV 134 can be gained.
文摘The evaluation on the callus embryogenesis capacity of 15 genotypes of citrus showed that stress treatments were conducive to somatic embryogenesis and could enhance the recovery of the missed capacity of embryogenesis for some genotypes. Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and methylation sensitive amplified polymorphism (MSAP) analysis indicated that there existed significant differences in DNA methylation status between the callus capable of producing somatic embryoids and that which missed the embryogenesis capacity of the same genotype Newhall navel orange ( Citrus sinensis Osb. cv. Newhall). The DNA methylation level of the former was lower than that of the latter. However, RAPD profiles did not show any difference between these two kinds of callus.

文摘[Objective] The paper was to evaluate effects of peracetic acid (PAA) combined with calcium treatments on storage quality of Ioquat fruits, so as to pro- vide practical techniques to solve the problems of postharvest rot and quality deteri- oration for Ioquat fruits. [Conclusion] 0.4% PAA combined with 0.8% CaCl2 treatment is an efficient, safe and economical practice technology in an- ti-corrosion and quality preservation for postharvest Ioquat fruits .
