The electrical properties of high-entropy ceramics(HECs)have been extensively studied in recent years due to their unique structural characteristics and fascinating functional properties induced by entropy engineering.Novel high-entropy(Sm_(0.2)Eu_(0.2)Gd_(0.2)Ho_(0.2)Yb_(0.2))CrO_(3)(HE-RECrO_(3))nanofibers were prepared by electro spinning.This work demonstrates that HE-RECrO_(3)nanofibe rs were successfully synthesized at a low temperature(800℃),which is approximately 400℃lower than the temperatures at which chromate ceramics were synthesized via the sol-gel method and the solid-state reaction method.The resistivity of HE-RECrO_(3)nanofibers decreases exponentially with increasing temperature from 25 to600℃.The logarithm of the resistivity is linearly related to the inverse of the temperature,confirming the negative temperature coefficient property of HE-RECrO_(3)nanofibers.The B_(25/50)value of the HERECrO_(3)nanofibers reaches 4072 K.In conclusion,HE-RECrO_(3)nanofibers are expected to be potential candidates for negative-temperature-coefficient(NTC)thermistors. 展开更多

Dense nano-grained Ni_(0.7)Mn_(2.3O4) negative temperature coefficient(NTC) thermistors were fabricated by a novel two-step sintering approach that combines rapid sintering and principle of conventional two-step sintering technique.Samples were sintered at 1042℃ for 30 s in the first rapid step and then at 850-950℃ for 20 h in the second soaking step.Crystal phase,microstructure and electrical properties of sintered samples were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),resistance temperature relationship and aging performance.Sintered samples show a single-phase cubic spinel structure and indicate a high relative density ranging from 84% to 91% of the theoretical density.Moreover,average grain sizes of sintered samples under SEM are distributed between 254 and 570 nm.Meanwhile,the resistivity and the aging coefficient significantly decrease when soaking sintering temperature rises.In addition,the obtained material constant(B) ranges from 3931 to 3981 K.Ni_(0.7)Mn_(2.3)O_(4)-3(soaking at 900℃) and Ni_(0.7)Mn_(2.3O4)-4(soaking at 950℃) present little aging behavior,implying great electrical stability. 展开更多

Characteristics of a Type of NTC Thermistors for Cryogenic Applications

The automatic calibration apparatus as well as thermometric characteristics, stability, calibration equations and interchangeability of the manufactured thermistors were investigated. Bleeding from thermistor connector indicates entrapment of pulmonary artery catheter

We report a case of PA... Several complications of insertion and use of pulmonary artery catheter (PAC), including catheter entrapment, are recognized during or after cardiac surgery. Early detection is very important. We report a case of PAC entrapment because the the catheter was accidentally su- tured to the superior vena cava. Bleeding from the thermistor connector was initially detected after surgery because the needle punctured the lumen of thermistor connector. The PAC was removed through re-exploration. Therefore, bleeding from the thermistor connector could early indicate the PAC entrapment. We suggest that abnormal bleeding from the non-injectate lumen ports of PAC should be checked before sternal closure. 展开更多

Negative temperature coefficient(NTC)thermistor plays a crucial role in science research and engineering applications for precise temperature monitoring.Although great progress has been achieved in NTC materials,enhancing sensitivity and maintaining this high sensitivity along with linearity across extensive temperature ranges remain a significant challenge.In this study,we introduce a diamondbased thermistor(DT)characterized by its outstanding sensitivity,swift response time,and broad temperature monitoring capabilities.The temperature constant B for this DT,measured from 30 to 300°C(B30/300),achieves an exceptional value of 8012 K,which notably exceeds the temperature sensing capabilities of previously reported NTC thermistors within this extensive range.Moreover,diamond’s unique thermal conductivity and stability significantly boost the response speed and durability of the DT,offering substantial advantages over traditional ceramic thermistors.The enhanced temperature-sensitive properties of the DT are attributed to the presence of impurity elements in polycrystalline diamond.Impedance analysis indicates a hopping conduction mechanism,likely involving C-H or C-N dipoles at the diamond grain boundaries.This study marks a significant leap forward in diamond thermistor technology and sheds light on the mechanisms of thermal active conduction in diamond materials. 展开更多

校准点数量分布对CTD(温度)校准结果的影响研究

针对8点(0~35℃)温盐深测量仪CTD(测量精度±2 mK)校准周期长、成本高的现状,基于高精度海水恒温槽校准装置统计了30台CTD校准结果,初步探索了CTD校准点数量(4、6、8)分布对其校准结果影响。4点分布校准结果基本可以满足其测量精度&... 针对8点(0~35℃)温盐深测量仪CTD(测量精度±2 mK)校准周期长、成本高的现状,基于高精度海水恒温槽校准装置统计了30台CTD校准结果,初步探索了CTD校准点数量(4、6、8)分布对其校准结果影响。4点分布校准结果基本可以满足其测量精度±2 mK,但约占1/3的CTD总有部分温度点拟合残差超出测量精度,无法满足高精度的CTD校准。6点(35、25、15、10、5、0℃)校准结果全部在其测量精度±2 mK范围内,满足测量精度±2mK的CTD校准。选择CTD(№11858)评估其校准重复性和校准偏差,6点和8点的校准重复性分别为0.8、0.5 mK,校准偏差都在0.5 mK内。实验结果表明6点校准替代8点校准具有可行性。CTD校准结果不确定度优于U=1.5 mK(k=2)。研究结果可在保障海洋调查数据质量前提下,缩短CTD校准周期,提高海洋调查效率。 展开更多

【目的】通过调控Cr、Mn原子的掺杂比(x)和YCr_(x)Mn_(1-x)O_(3)相的物质的量比(y),研究共沉淀法对yYCr_(x)Mn_(1-x)O_(3)-(1-y)Y_(2)O_(3)体系产物特征值的影响。【方法】采用固相法制备8组不同x、y配比的稀土钙钛矿负温度系数(negativ... 【目的】通过调控Cr、Mn原子的掺杂比(x)和YCr_(x)Mn_(1-x)O_(3)相的物质的量比(y),研究共沉淀法对yYCr_(x)Mn_(1-x)O_(3)-(1-y)Y_(2)O_(3)体系产物特征值的影响。【方法】采用固相法制备8组不同x、y配比的稀土钙钛矿负温度系数(negative temperature coefficient,NTC)热敏电阻,通过X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)和电性能分析粗选出性能较优异组(x=0.3,y=0.6),在此基础上,对yYCr_(0.3)Mn_(0.7)O_(3)-(1-y)Y_(2)O_(3)体系用化学共沉淀法制备4组不同y值的粒径更小、均匀性更高的粉体,通过煅烧压片得到NTC陶瓷,探讨共沉淀法对产物性能的影响。【结果】在共沉淀法制备的yYCr_(0.3)Mn_(0.7)O_(3)-(1-y)Y_(2)O_(3)体系中,当y≥0.6时,热敏常数B25/85≥2180 K,活化能为Ea≥0.19 eV;通过增加Mn4+的质量分数,降低Y_(2)O_(3)的质量分数,可以增加YCr_(0.3)Mn_(0.7)O_(3)相,提高电阻对温度改变的敏感度,即热敏常数B。【结论】在共沉淀法制备的yYCr_(0.3)Mn_(0.7)O_(3)-(1-y)Y_(2)O_(3)体系中,通过调控x和y,可以降低材料的电阻率。 展开更多

微电子技术的发展和对电子产品微型化的需求引领着热敏电阻朝着小型化、高可靠性的方向发展,对热敏电阻的材料及封装技术也提出了更高的要求。表面绝缘化处理是影响叠层片式热敏电阻封装尺寸及可靠性的关键工艺,然而传统的玻璃喷涂工艺... 微电子技术的发展和对电子产品微型化的需求引领着热敏电阻朝着小型化、高可靠性的方向发展,对热敏电阻的材料及封装技术也提出了更高的要求。表面绝缘化处理是影响叠层片式热敏电阻封装尺寸及可靠性的关键工艺,然而传统的玻璃喷涂工艺难以适应小尺寸元件的生产。为此针对叠层片式热敏电阻为抑制电镀时产生爬镀、降低镀液侵蚀的风险及提高环境耐受性而常用的几种表面绝缘处理技术进行了调研,对近年来片式元件行业厂商广泛使用的喷涂、印刷、沉积、浸渍工艺进行综述,从生产成本及效率、环境保护等方面对比分析了各工艺特点。同时从绝缘材料本身特点剖析,为相应工艺的匹配提供了理论支撑。最后,分析了叠层片式热敏电阻表面绝缘处理工艺发展所面临的挑战,并从高效环保的浸渍工艺优化、高性能耐高温材料研发及现有工艺创新升级等方面,探讨了未来的发展方向。 展开更多

In the present study, Zn-doped CaTiO_3 nanocrystalline was synthesized to study the thermistor behavior with temperature. The X-ray powder diffraction analysis showed the formation of a single-phase orthorhombic structure at room temperature. The electrical resistance of the Zn-doped CaTiO_3 increased with increasing doping concentration and decreased at higher measuring temperature, showing a negative temperature coefficient of resistance(NTCR) behavior. Different thermistor parameters were calculated using Steinhart–Hart equations, whilst time domain analysis confirmed faster response towards applied voltage. 展开更多

采用两步法制备了(1-x)NiCo_(0.2)Mn_(1.8)O_(4)-xBaBiO_(3)(x=0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4)系列负温度系数(Negative Temperature Coefficient,NTC)复相陶瓷材料。系统研究了BaBiO_(3)(BB)含量对NiCo_(0.2)Mn_(1.8)O_(4)(NCM)基复相陶瓷的相结... 采用两步法制备了(1-x)NiCo_(0.2)Mn_(1.8)O_(4)-xBaBiO_(3)(x=0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4)系列负温度系数(Negative Temperature Coefficient,NTC)复相陶瓷材料。系统研究了BaBiO_(3)(BB)含量对NiCo_(0.2)Mn_(1.8)O_(4)(NCM)基复相陶瓷的相结构、显微结构及电学性能的影响。结果表明,当x=0.1时,复相陶瓷内部均为细小均匀的三棱锥结构的尖晶石NiCo_(0.2)Mn_(1.8)O_(4)相。当x=0.2时,钙钛矿BaBiO_(3)相开始增多,且尖晶石晶粒开始长大、棱边开始变得圆润。当x达到0.3及以上时,内部晶粒继续长大,而且晶界明显增宽和变得模糊,呈现液相烧结特征,此外有第二相BaMnO_(3)开始生成并增多。阻抗分析表明,复相陶瓷的电阻主要决定于内部的晶界电阻。电阻分析表明室温电阻率ρ_(25℃)、温度敏感常数B、电导活化能E_(a)均呈现出随着BaBiO_(3)含量先降低后升高的趋势,且极小值出现在x=0.2时。该体系复合陶瓷的B值、ρ_(25℃)和E_(a)分别在4151~4374 K、4930~26206Ω·cm和0.357~0.376 eV的范围可调,拓宽了尖晶石体系热敏陶瓷的应用范围。 展开更多

It is possible to fabricate highly sensitive NTCR(negative temperature coefficient of resistance)thermistor using nano crystalline CaTiO_(3) synthesized by high energy ball milling.Disc shaped green pellets were prepared and effects of sintering on the disc pellets were studied as thermistor by sintering the samples at 1000℃,1100℃and 1200℃.The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),impedance analysis and electrical measurement.The resistivity of the prepared samples varies predictably with temperature:this makes them promising material for temperature sensor.The experimental results prove that nano crystalline CaTiO_(3) ceramic is one kind of thermistor with exponential negative temperature coefficient of resistance in the temperature range of 300-500℃.The samples have the advantages of rapid response,high sensitivity and capability to withstand thermal surges over the temperature range of 300-500℃.Resistance-temperature characteristics are described by thermistor equation with thermistor constant around 4003 K to 10795 K and thermal coefficient of resistanceαaround-1%/℃to-13%/℃.The activation energy is in the range of 0.34-0.93 eV.The observed thermistor parameters are found to be comparable with many of the known thermistor materials.This suggests that the electrical properties can be adjusted to desirable values by controlling the temperature parameter.The influence of fabrication process of disc thermistor and electrical properties are discussed.The study shows the potential of nano crystalline CaTiO_(3) to act as an NTCR material for thermistor applications. 展开更多

精密设备设施如动力电池、精密化学反应器、机电设备等的区域温度监测和超温预警一直是提高其热管理效率的一大难题。为解决这一问题,文章以Ni(Al_(x)Mn_(1-x))_(2)O_(4)为热敏介质原料,制备了一种直径0.8 mm的超细连续热电偶,并研究了... 精密设备设施如动力电池、精密化学反应器、机电设备等的区域温度监测和超温预警一直是提高其热管理效率的一大难题。为解决这一问题,文章以Ni(Al_(x)Mn_(1-x))_(2)O_(4)为热敏介质原料,制备了一种直径0.8 mm的超细连续热电偶,并研究了其电学性能和测温性能。该热敏介质在0~400℃范围内表现出典型的NTC热敏特性,随Al含量的提高,室温电阻和材料常数B值均升高,室温电阻从0.61 MΩ升高到41.23 MΩ,B值从4655.97 K升高到6542.13 K。超细连续热电偶整体测温精度可达到±2℃以内,加热长度不超过15 cm时,测温精度随加热温度的提高而提高,同时,随着热敏介质材料常数的增加,达到±2℃测温精度所需的温度有所降低,可以很好地完成布设区域的最高温监测。 展开更多

硅化钼(MoSi_(2))熔点高,导电导热性好,耐高温氧化,工艺兼容性好,且在中长波红外波段呈现出强吸收特性,在红外热探测领域有重要的应用价值.本文先运用直流磁控溅射法沉积MoSi_(2)薄膜,通过梯度调整生长温度、退火温度以及生长时间,制得... 硅化钼(MoSi_(2))熔点高,导电导热性好,耐高温氧化,工艺兼容性好,且在中长波红外波段呈现出强吸收特性,在红外热探测领域有重要的应用价值.本文先运用直流磁控溅射法沉积MoSi_(2)薄膜,通过梯度调整生长温度、退火温度以及生长时间,制得一系列MoSi_(2)薄膜.借助XRD、XPS、SEM、FT-IR等多种分析测试手段,对薄膜的化学组成、晶体结构、薄膜厚度及红外吸收性能展开表征.最终,将优选的MoSi_(2)薄膜沉积至负温度系数(NTC)热敏电阻型红外探测单元表面,以优化器件的红外探测性能.结果显示,在生长温度为250℃、退火温度为600℃的条件下,生长时间为20 min的MoSi_(2)薄膜对中长波红外的反射显著降低,器件的红外探测性能得以显著提升.沉积有MoSi_(2)薄膜的探测单元,对黑体辐射红外光源的平均响应率提高了17.6 V/W,且维持了较快的响应速度,探测器的响应时间为52.7 ms. 展开更多
