Liquid carboxyl-terminated poly(butadiene-co-acrylonitrile)(CTBN)-epoxy resin(EP) prepolymers were prepared with different contents of CTBN.The chemical reactions between EP and CTBN were characterized by Fourier ransform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The scanning electron micrograph(SEM) and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) of curing films showed phase separation,and the rubber particles were finely dispersed in the epoxy matrix.Mechanical properties analysis of curing films showed that impact strength and elongation at break increased significantly upon the addition of CTBN,indicating good toughness of the modified epoxy resins.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) showed that the incorporation of CTBN had little effect on the thermal stability of EP.Fusion-bonded-epoxy(FBE) powder coatings modified with CTBN-EP prepolymers were prepared.The experimental results demonstrate the ability of CTBN-EP prepolymers,toughening technology to dramatically enhance the flexibility and impact resistance of FBE coatings without compromising other key properties such as corrosion protection. 展开更多

A novel UV-curable prepolymer polypropyleneglycol diglycidyl ether diacrylate (PPGGEA) was synthesized by utilizing polypropyleneglycol diglycidyl ether (PPGGE) and acrylic acid (AA) as starting materials, N, N-dimethylbenzylamine as catalyst and p-hydroxyanisole as inhibitor. The optimum synthetic conditions were in the following: the concentration of N, N-dimethylbenzylamine was 0.80 wt% of reactants, the concentration of p-hydroxyanisole was 0.3 wt% of reactants, the reaction temperature was 90-110 ~C, and the molar ratio of PPGGE to AA was 1:2.2. Meanwhile, 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone of a UV-cured initiator was added to the synthesized PPGGEA to prepare a kind of UV-cured coating. The mechanical properties of the UV-cured films were determined, giving 29.99 MPa of tensile strength, 834.27 MPa of the Young's modulus and 5.66% of elongation at tear. 展开更多

CTBN-EP prepolymers were synthesized from CTBN and epoxy resin under the catalysis of HTMAB. FTIR analyses indicate the formation of ester group between the carboxyl group of CTBN and the oxirane group of epoxy resin.... CTBN-EP prepolymers were synthesized from CTBN and epoxy resin under the catalysis of HTMAB. FTIR analyses indicate the formation of ester group between the carboxyl group of CTBN and the oxirane group of epoxy resin. The viscosity of modified prepolymer increases with CTBN content increasing, but the epoxy value of the prepolymer decreases greatly. DSC analyses verify that CTBN affects the curing process of CTBN-EP/PEA system. Mechanical testing presents the improved toughness of CTBN-EP/PEA curings for the decrease of tensile strength, flexural strength and compressive strength, and increase of impact strength and elongation-at-break with the CTBN content increasing. SEM micrographs show the rubber phase with many holes in diameter about 0.5-1.5 μm is formed when CTBN content is lower than 10 phr. However, the pattern of SEM graph shows some stalactite-like strips when CTBN content is higher than 15 phr. Furthermore, the SEM image of 25 phr CTBN sample forms a kind of co-continuous structure. 展开更多

The Chinese fir wood was impregnated using a cyclic increasingpressure method(CIPM)with phenolic prepolymers as the impregnating modifier.Unmodified Chinese fir and progressive increasing-pressure method(PIPM)impregnated Chinese fir were used as reference samples and were compared and analyzed.The product’s chemical structure,internal morphology,crystal structure,and heat resistance were characterized.The transversal and longitudinal sections showed better filling effects,so that it bore greater external loading and reduced the water storage space.CIPM infused more phenolic prepolymer into the Chinese fir.Not only producing more physical filling but also forming more hydrogen bond associations and chemical bond combinations.Compared with PIPM and unmodi-fied Chinese fir,the CIPM impregnated Chinese fir had better mechanical strength and water resistance.The cellulose chains in CIPM impregnated Chinese fir were more closely linked and their crystallinity were clearly improved.Changes in internal morphology and crystal structure explained the reason why the mechanical properties and water resistance of CIPM impregnated Chinese fir were improved significantly.This Chinese fir had lower thermal decomposition rates,higher decomposition residual rates,and smaller combustion flames,which confirmed that it possessed improved heat and fire resistance. 展开更多

The optimum synthetic conditions were taken as follows: The concentration of N,N-dimethylbenzylamine, 0.80% of reactants; the concentration of p-hydroxyanisole, 0.3% of reactants; the reaction temperature, 90-110 ; the molar ratio of NPGGE to AA, 1:2.2. Meanwhile, 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone of a UV-cured initiator was added to the synthesized NPGGEA to prepare a kind of UV-cured coating. 含主链和末端炔基交联位点聚酰亚胺树脂的制备与表征

以间苯二胺(m-PDA)和4,4′-(六氟异丙烯)二酞酸酐(6FDA)为二胺、二酐单体,4,4′-(乙炔-1,2-二基)二酞酸酐(EBPA)为主链交联剂,4-苯基乙炔基邻苯二甲酸酐(PEPA)为封端剂,采用化学亚胺化法在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)中合成了一系列重复单元数... 以间苯二胺(m-PDA)和4,4′-(六氟异丙烯)二酞酸酐(6FDA)为二胺、二酐单体,4,4′-(乙炔-1,2-二基)二酞酸酐(EBPA)为主链交联剂,4-苯基乙炔基邻苯二甲酸酐(PEPA)为封端剂,采用化学亚胺化法在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)中合成了一系列重复单元数为2、具有不同含量主链交联活性位点的聚酰亚胺预聚体,并对其结构和性能进行了表征分析。结果表明,由于低分子量以及空间位阻和扭曲结构的贡献,所制备的聚酰亚胺预聚体在一定温度范围内具有良好的熔体流动性,并在330~340℃附近出现最低熔体黏度(5.04~6.80 Pa·s);随着温度的升高,主链和末端炔基都将发生固化反应。经过370℃/2h固化处理的聚酰亚胺树脂具有高玻璃化转变温度(T_(g)=353~380℃),并随着预聚体中主链交联活性位点含量的增加而逐渐升高;在经过380℃/1h后固化处理之后,含主链炔基的预聚体对应树脂的T_(g)出现了6~11℃的提高(高达391℃)。经过热固化处理的聚酰亚胺树脂具有优异的热稳定性,5%热失重温度介于538~546℃之间,10%热失重温度介于563~571℃之间,850℃时的残炭率超过59%。此外,通过对预聚体粉末洗涤工艺的探究,提供了一种可有效去除产物中残留有机杂质的方法。 展开更多

利用蟹壳这种常见的水产废弃物与生物降解性聚己内酯(PCL)熔融共混可以制得新的环境友好型复合材料,符合可持续发展理念,在复合材料的研究中拥有广阔的前景.但是蟹壳的主要成分碳酸钙具有亲水性,而PCL具有疏水性,两者结合后会出现界面... 利用蟹壳这种常见的水产废弃物与生物降解性聚己内酯(PCL)熔融共混可以制得新的环境友好型复合材料,符合可持续发展理念,在复合材料的研究中拥有广阔的前景.但是蟹壳的主要成分碳酸钙具有亲水性,而PCL具有疏水性,两者结合后会出现界面相容性差的情况.实验发现,通过加入聚己内酯基聚氨酯预聚体(PCLPU)增容剂,可以解决两者界面相容性差的问题,并可通过控制PCLPU的添加比例,制成不同的蟹壳粉-PCL复合材料.再利用红外光谱、SEM、力学性能的测试数据,研究PCLPU的添加量对蟹壳粉-PCL复合材料的性能影响.实验结果表明,通过添加PCLPU,不仅可以提高蟹壳粉-PCL复合材料的界面相容性,也能够制得力学性能优良的蟹壳粉-PCL复合材料. 展开更多

聚酰亚胺改性三聚氰胺泡沫的制备及性能

为提高三聚氰胺泡沫的热稳定性及力学强度,介绍了三聚氰胺树脂与水溶性聚酰亚胺(PI)共混改性方法,研究了PI增韧三聚氰胺树脂预聚体的合成配方和发泡工艺,同时也探讨了PI的添加方式及添加量对三聚氰胺泡沫性能的影响。采用万能电子试验... 为提高三聚氰胺泡沫的热稳定性及力学强度,介绍了三聚氰胺树脂与水溶性聚酰亚胺(PI)共混改性方法,研究了PI增韧三聚氰胺树脂预聚体的合成配方和发泡工艺,同时也探讨了PI的添加方式及添加量对三聚氰胺泡沫性能的影响。采用万能电子试验机、极限氧指数仪、扫描电子显微镜、导热系数仪等对改性前后三聚氰胺泡沫的力学性能、阻燃性、微观形貌、耐热性进行了测试和分析。结果表明,通过添加水溶性PI,在泡沫内部引入含两个与氮键合的酰基基团,并形成网络互穿结构,其热稳定性、表观密度、极限氧指数、烟密度、隔热性能均有显著提高。为了改善PI改性三聚氰胺泡沫的总体性能,进一步研究发现,PI添加量为三聚氰胺树脂预聚体总质量的5%时,泡沫失重速率最高温度峰值由369.69℃提高到383.66℃、拉伸强度提高了11.17%、撕裂强度提高了21.82%、断裂伸长率提高了12.51%,改性泡沫的各项性能最佳。 展开更多

聚丙二醇基可剥离双组分聚氨酯材料的制备及性能

以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和不同数均相对分子质量(M_(n))聚丙二醇(PPG)为原料,合成了一系列黏度的聚氨酯预聚体,然后以1,4-丁二醇为扩链剂,合成了不同R值〔n(—NCO)∶n(—OH),下同〕的可剥离双组分聚氨酯材料。考察了R值、PPG的M_(n)和温... 以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和不同数均相对分子质量(M_(n))聚丙二醇(PPG)为原料,合成了一系列黏度的聚氨酯预聚体,然后以1,4-丁二醇为扩链剂,合成了不同R值〔n(—NCO)∶n(—OH),下同〕的可剥离双组分聚氨酯材料。考察了R值、PPG的M_(n)和温度对聚氨酯预聚体黏度的影响。采用FTIR、DSC、TGA、万能拉伸试验机对可剥离双组分聚氨酯材料进行了表征和测试。结果表明,聚氨酯预聚体的黏度随着R值的增大和温度的升高而降低,随着PPG M_(n)的增大而增加,当R=3.0时,由M_(n)=400的PPG(PPG400)制备的聚氨酯预聚体黏度为800 mPa·s。随着R值的增大,可剥离双组分聚氨酯材料软段和硬段的玻璃化转变温度大体上呈增加趋势,初始分解温度先增大后减小,PPG400可剥离双组分聚氨酯材料最大初始热分解温度为300℃。随着R值的增大,可剥离双组分聚氨酯材料的剥离强度逐渐增大,断裂伸长率逐渐下降,抗拉强度先增大后减小,其中,PPG400可剥离双组分聚氨酯材料的2 h最大剥离强度为202.4 N/m,表干时间为10 min,固化时间为2 h,当R=1.4时,PPG400可剥离双组分聚氨酯材料抗拉强度最大,为35.90 MPa,断裂伸长率为383.90%。 展开更多

通过植物纤维改性塑化制备的复合材料具有环保可持续性,可减少人们对于合成塑料的依赖。本研究以桉木纤维为原料,利用低共熔溶剂(DES)进行预处理,在提高桉木纤维可及性的同时保留纤维素骨架结构及刚性,再通过接枝由1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、六... 通过植物纤维改性塑化制备的复合材料具有环保可持续性,可减少人们对于合成塑料的依赖。本研究以桉木纤维为原料,利用低共熔溶剂(DES)进行预处理,在提高桉木纤维可及性的同时保留纤维素骨架结构及刚性,再通过接枝由1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)合成的疏水改性聚氨酯预聚体(BDO-PU),制备具有可塑加工性的木质纤维基塑化改性薄膜。结果表明,当DES预处理桉木纤维与BDU-PU质量比为3∶1时,BDO-PU塑化改性薄膜的拉伸强度可达27 MPa、杨氏模量可达792 MPa,2 h浸泡处理后的湿拉伸强度和湿杨氏模量仍分别保持在22和483 MPa;此时,BDO-PU塑化改性薄膜的表面疏水性有所提升,水接触角为118°、平衡吸水率为63%,并展现出良好的热稳定性及优异的热可塑加工性能。 展开更多

Isocyanate and its products are playing an increasingly important role in the high-performance development of asphalt pavement,but researchers have always focused on polyurethane(PU),one of the isocyanate products,and neglected the other roles of isocyanate-based materials in asphalt pavement.The application of isocyanate-based materials in asphalt pavement is still in the exploratory stage,and the research direction is not clear.It is necessary to summarize and propose research directions for the application of isocyanate-based materials in asphalt pavement.Therefore,this paper reviews the application of isocyanate-based materials in asphalt pavement,classifies the products synthesized from isocyanate for asphalt binder,introduces the application effects of different isocyanate-based materials in asphalt binder,and analyzes the limitations of each material.Meanwhile,the other roles of isocyanate-based materials in asphalt pavement,such as coating materials and adhesive materials,are summarized.Finally,the development direction of isocyanate-based materials in asphalt pavement is prospected.Isocyanate-based materials are expected to significantly increase the service life of asphalt pavement because of their excellent properties.With the advancement of technology,the application of isocyanate-based materials will become more and more common,promoting the sustainable development of road construction.This paper can provide a reference for the development and application of isocyanate-based materials in asphalt pavement. 展开更多
