4,4',4''-三(咔唑-9-基)-三苯胺(TCTA)是光电器件中常见的有机半导体材料,其结晶行为对器件的光电特性至关重要。然而,研究人员目前对TCTA多晶型结构及其晶体生长动力学过程尚缺乏深入的认识。本研究利用偏光显微镜(POM)及... 4,4',4''-三(咔唑-9-基)-三苯胺(TCTA)是光电器件中常见的有机半导体材料,其结晶行为对器件的光电特性至关重要。然而,研究人员目前对TCTA多晶型结构及其晶体生长动力学过程尚缺乏深入的认识。本研究利用偏光显微镜(POM)及原子力显微镜(AFM),系统研究了TCTA薄膜中多晶型结构的形成条件及晶体生长动力学。结果表明,TCTA薄膜中存在两种熔点差异显著的晶型结构,但当薄膜厚度小于80 nm时,仅观察到熔点较低的晶型I。晶体生长动力学分析表明,低熔点晶型的晶体生长速率更快,活化能更低。本工作深化了对TCTA薄膜结晶行为的理解,为调控其微观结构及其均匀性,进而提升器件性能提供了重要依据。 展开更多

制备了三苯胺化合物4,4′,4″-三(咔唑-9-基)三苯胺(TCTA)的单层器件ITO/MoO3/TCTA/LiF/Al和TCTA/TPBi双层异质结器件ITO/NPB/TCTA/TPBi/Bphen/LiF/Al,研究了TCTA的双分子发光现象。通过测试器件的光电性能和薄膜的稳态光谱,得出以下结... 制备了三苯胺化合物4,4′,4″-三(咔唑-9-基)三苯胺(TCTA)的单层器件ITO/MoO3/TCTA/LiF/Al和TCTA/TPBi双层异质结器件ITO/NPB/TCTA/TPBi/Bphen/LiF/Al,研究了TCTA的双分子发光现象。通过测试器件的光电性能和薄膜的稳态光谱,得出以下结论:(1)单层器件的电致发光光谱有425 nm和600 nm两个发光峰。与TCTA薄膜的光致发光光谱对比,可知425 nm附近的蓝色发光峰来源于TCTA单体发光,而600 nm附近的橙色发光应为TCTA二聚体electromer的发光。蓝色和橙色发光混合,使单层器件发光颜色表现为白色,对应色坐标为(0.381,0.343)。(2)TCTA/TPBi双层异质结器件的电致发光光谱为440 nm的单峰,器件的最大发光亮度为930 cd/m2,发光性能明显优于单层器件。结合薄膜TCTA、TPBi和TCTA/TPBi的光致发光光谱和紫外-可见光吸收光谱,可知双层器件的发光来自TCTA+TPBi-电致激基复合物。双层器件表现出良好的色稳定性,电压在6~11 V范围,CIE色坐标为(0.18±0.01,0.14±0.01)。 展开更多

In 2009, we demonstrated that a peptide, which we named “Peptide A”, derived from the extracellular domain of T-cell leukemia translocation-associated gene (TCTA) protein, inhibited both RANKL-induced human osteoclastogenesis and pit formation of mature human osteoclasts. Here, we examined the effect of Peptide A on the cell proliferation of cell lines of small-cell lung carcinoma, breast cancer, and prostate cancer: RERF-LC-MA, MCF-7, and PC-3, respectively. Peptide A inhibited the proliferation of RERF-LC-MA, but not MCF-7 or PC-3. TCTA protein was immunohistologically detected in RERF-LC-MA and MCF-7. Thus, Peptide A may provide a novel strategy for the therapy of the patients with small-cell lung carcinoma, especially with bone metastasis. In addition, Peptide A may be useful for the treatment of various cancer patients with bone metastasis. 展开更多

With the aim of drawing valuable lessons for the management and planning of similar business transformation initiatives, this paper critically evaluates a change project at an organization in South Africa, from three inter-woven dimensions: creating the climate for change, engaging and enabling the organization, and sustaining change. Firstly, a key achievement demonstrates that attempts to create a conducive climate for change should recognize that the unit of change in any organization is, ultimately, the individual. Levers for such initiatives should navigate the macro-organizational change narrative and translate change generalities into specific individual actions and behaviors. Secondly, learning from an implementation gap, similar efforts would gain better traction in engagement and empowerment by leveraging on an influential cross-functional team made up of enthusiastic supporters of the required change, to foster ownership and to embrace change across the organization. Key characteristics that should be represented on the team include leadership skills, expertise, credibility, effective communication, and a sense of urgency. Thirdly, in terms of sustaining change, twin lessons surge to the fore. On a positive note, by progressing its values-set into an annual staff award, there is a pointer to the potential of innovatively encouraging and rewarding employees to live the value qualities. And, on the flip side, a need is underscore of the critical role of seamless executive leadership, providing ongoing co-creating windows for instilling positive attitudes and creating synergies among related strategic initiatives. 展开更多

基于荧光材料的有机电致白光发光器件

基于荧光材料的有机电致白光发光器件。以DPVBi荧光材料为蓝色荧光发光层,以DPVBi:DCJTB作为第二层发光层,制备了双层荧光材料的白色有机电致发光器件。器件结构为ITO/MoO3/TCTA/DPVBi/DPVBi:DCJTB/TPBi/LiF/CdS/Al。实验过程首先研究... 基于荧光材料的有机电致白光发光器件。以DPVBi荧光材料为蓝色荧光发光层,以DPVBi:DCJTB作为第二层发光层,制备了双层荧光材料的白色有机电致发光器件。器件结构为ITO/MoO3/TCTA/DPVBi/DPVBi:DCJTB/TPBi/LiF/CdS/Al。实验过程首先研究了不同掺杂浓度的单层DPVBi:DCJTB有机电致发光器件,发现制备出的器件均显橙黄色,且1%浓度较好,为了获得白光,在此器件结构基础上又加入了一层蓝色荧光材料DPVBi蓝色荧光发光层,并改变DPVBi的位置,同时通过能及匹配的方法调节DPVBi层与DPVBi:DCJTB层厚度,获得的器件均以蓝光为主,为了进一步获得白光,把掺杂浓度变为3%,并重复了第二次实验,发现DPVBi蓝色发光层在掺杂层前面,并且DPVBi层与DPVBi:DCJTB层厚度为15nm和10nm时获得了白光。本内容的创新点为使用TCTA作为空穴传输层,使能级更加匹配,增加了空穴的注入,同时使用CdS作为电子注入层,增加了电子的注入,很好地解决了空穴和电子注入不平衡而带来的效率低的问题,并且通过使用改变掺杂浓度的方法和交换发光层位置的方法获得了CIE坐标为(0.38,0.32)的白光器件。 展开更多
