As one of the 2D transition metal sulfides,1T phase MoS_(2) nanosheets(NSs)have been studied because of their distinguished conductivity and suitable electronic structure.Nevertheless,the active sites are limited to a small number of edge sites only,while the basal plane is catalytically inert.Herein,we report that boron(B)doped 1T phase MoS_(2) NSs can replace precious metals as a co-catalyst to assist in photocatalytic H_(2) production of 2D layered g-C_(3)N_(4) nanosheets(g-C_(3)N_(4) NSs).The H_(2) evolution rate of prepared B-MoS_(2)@g-C_(3)N_(4) composites with 15 wt%B-MoS_(2)(B-MoS_(2)@g-C_(3)N_(4)–15,1612.75μmol h^(−1) g^(−1))is 52.33 times of pure g-C_(3)N_(4) NSs(30.82μmol h^(−1) g^(−1)).Furthermore,the apparent quantum efficiency(AQE)of B-MoS_(2)@g-C_(3)N_(4)–15 composites under the light atλ=370 nm is calculated and reaches 5.54%.The excellent photocatalytic performance of B-MoS_(2)@g-C_(3)N_(4)–15 composites is attributed to the B ions doping inducing the distortion of 1T phase MoS_(2) crystal,which can activate more base planes to offer more active sites for H_(2) evolution reaction(HER).This work of B-MoS_(2)@g-C_(3)N_(4) composites offers experience in the progress of effective and low-price photocatalysts for HER. 展开更多

The water-quenched(WQ)2195 Al−Li alloy was subjected to stretching at different temperatures,from room temperature(RT)to−196℃(CT),to investigate the effect of cryogenic deformation on the aging precipitation behaviors and mechanical properties.The precipitation kinetics of the T1 phase and the microstructures in peak aging state were investigated through the differential scanning calorimetric(DSC)tests and electron microscopy observation.The results show that−196℃deformation produces a high dislocation density,which promotes the precipitation of the T1 phase and refines its sizes significantly.In addition,the grain boundary precipitates(GBPs)of−196℃-stretched samples are suppressed considerably due to the high dislocation density in the grain interiors,which increases the ductility.In comparison,the strength remains nearly constant.Thus,it is indicated that cryogenic forming has the potential to provide the shape and property control for the manufacture of critical components of aluminum alloys. 展开更多

Metallic(1T)phases of transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)are promising alternatives for Pt as efficient and practically applicable hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)catalysts.Group 61T TMDs are the most widely studied due to their impressively higher HER activity than that of their 2H counterparts.However,the mediocre electrochemical and thermal stability of these TMDs has limited their widespread application.Over the last decade,while immense attempts have been made to enhance the stability of group 61T TMDs,1T TMDs based on other transition metals have gained increasing attention.To address the great potential of the 1T TMD family for industry-scale HER and inspire future breakthroughs in realizing their scalable utilization,a critical overview of 1T TMDs for application in HER is presented in this work.With an emphasis on the recent progress,the main contents include the elucidation of the“structure–performance”relationship in 1T TMD-based HER,the approaches for the synthesis and morphology control of 1T TMDs,and the types of 1T TMD-based materials that have been explored for efficient and long-term water splitting.Before the main discussions,the reaction mechanism of HER and the evaluation indexes for HER catalysts are introduced.Moreover,future perspectives on overcoming the primary challenges that hinder the practical application of 1T TMDs for HER are provided. 展开更多

针对太阳能PV/T系统中相变流体存在的相变区间窄、导热系数低等问题,使用癸酸(CA)和二十二烷(DE)制备了一系列二元复合相变流体,并对其热物性、稳定性、流动性及微观形态进行了分析,以探究最佳制备方案。研究结果表明,CA与DE的最佳质量... 针对太阳能PV/T系统中相变流体存在的相变区间窄、导热系数低等问题,使用癸酸(CA)和二十二烷(DE)制备了一系列二元复合相变流体,并对其热物性、稳定性、流动性及微观形态进行了分析,以探究最佳制备方案。研究结果表明,CA与DE的最佳质量比为5∶5,流体相变温度区间为21.2~42.7℃,潜热为34.75 J/g。此外,采用Tween 80与Span 80/乙二醇作为复合乳化剂及助乳化剂,其HLB值为12,添加质量分数为8%的复合乳化剂能够有效解决二元复合相变流体的不稳定性。当癸酸-二十二烷(CA-DE)的质量分数为20%时,复合相变流体的稳定性、流动性和热物性综合表现达到最优。研究为推动相变流体在太阳能PV/T系统中的应用提供了理论基础,并为研发具有宽相变区间和高导热系数的复合相变流体提供了实验依据。 展开更多

The high-pressure (HP) eclogite in the western Dabie Mountain encloses numerous hornblendes, mostly barroisite. Opinions on the peak metamorphic P-T condition, PT path and mineral paragenesis of it are still in dispute. Generally, HP eclogite involves garnet, omphacite, hornblendes and quartz, with or without glaucophane, zoisite and phengite. The garnet has compositional zoning with XMg increase, XCa and XMn decrease from core to rim, which indicates a progressive metamorphism. The phase equilibria of the HP eclogite modeled by the P-T pseudosection method developed recently showed the following: (1) the growth zonation of garnet records a progressive metamorphic PT path from pre-peak condition of 1.9-2.1 GPa at 508~C-514~C to a peak one of 2.3-2.5 GPa at 528~C-531~C for the HP eclogite; (2) the peak mineral assemblage is garnet+omphacite+glaucophane+quartz_+phengite, likely paragenetic with lawsonite; (3) the extensive hornblendes derive mainly from glaucophane, partial omphacite and even a little garnet due to the decompression with some heating during the post-peak stage, mostly representing the conditions of about 1.4-1.6 GPa and 580~C-640~C, and their growth is favored by the dehydration of lawsonite into zoisite or epidote, but most of the garnet, omphacite or phengite in the HP eclogite still preserve their compositions at peak condition, and they are not obviously equilibrious with the hornblendes. 展开更多

In this study, we report newly found strongly retrograded eclogite blocks in the Kekesu Valley, eastern segment of southwestern Tianshan, northwestern China. Based on detailed petrographi- cal studies and mineral chemistry analyses, we constrain P-T evolution of two representative samples via phase equilibrium modeling method using THERMOCALC software. The peak stage is evidenced by the primary inclusions of omphacite+glaucophane+lawsonite (inferred)+chlorite+white mica in garnet. Using grossular and pyrope isopleth thermobarometry in garnet, the P peak conditions for this stage were con- strained to be -23 kbar, 480-500℃ and the T peak conditions were constrained to be 19-20 kbar, 500-520℃. Subsequent exhumation led to the transformation of lawsonite to epidote. Using Si-in- phengite barometry, the P was constrained to be 16-20 kbar at T of 500-520 ℃ for this stage. Further retrograde stage was evidenced by the mineral assemblages of glaucophane+garnet+epidote+paragonite+ chlorite+white mica+quartz. Later stage retrogression is evidenced by glaucophane+epidote+chlorite+ quartz+white mica+albite+aetinolite with P of 5-9 kbar when T〈490 ~C, indicating the eclogite may have been exhumed to the middle crust level and overprinted by blueschist-greenschist facies metamorphism. The results show that eclogite at the eastern segment of SW Tianshan shares similar P-T path to the HP rocks from the western segment, implying a similar P-T evolution for these rocks. 展开更多

The alloys were prepared in Mg-rich corner of Mg-Zn-Ce system. Partial phase equilibrium relationships of these alloys at 350 ℃ were identified by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), electron probe microanalysis(EPMA), X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis and selected area electron diffraction(SAED) pattern analysis of transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Partial isothermal section of Mg-Zn-Ce system in Mg-rich corner was identified. The results show that there is one ternary compound (T-phase) in Mg-Zn-Ce system. The T-phase is a linear ternary compound in which the content of Ce is about 7.7% (molar fraction); while the content of Zn is changed from 19.3% to 43.6% (molar fraction). The crystal structure of T-phase is C-centered orthorhombic. In addition, one two-phase region of Mg+T-phase and one three-phase region of Mg+T-phase+MgZn(Ce) exist in the Mg-rich corner of Mg-Zn-Ce system at 350 ℃. 展开更多

功率开关开路故障是影响逆变器可靠性的关键因素之一。有效的故障诊断方法有利于保障容错控制的精准实施,对系统的安全运行至关重要。针对现有三相四线制T型逆变器功率开关开路故障诊断策略诊断变量多、流程复杂的问题,提出基于共模电... 功率开关开路故障是影响逆变器可靠性的关键因素之一。有效的故障诊断方法有利于保障容错控制的精准实施,对系统的安全运行至关重要。针对现有三相四线制T型逆变器功率开关开路故障诊断策略诊断变量多、流程复杂的问题,提出基于共模电压残差单类型诊断变量的开路故障定位方法。首先,分析三相四线制T型逆变器单管故障特征,并基于其简化电路,构建故障共模电压残差;同时,通过研究故障模态,引入“脉冲面积”度量,对不同开关故障下逆变器的共模电压残差进行精准量化;此外,为区分各开关故障下的差异性,刻画自适应阈值诊断区域并设计故障检测变量以实现故障开关精准定位。最后,搭建一台10 kW的三相四线制T型逆变器样机进行实验,结果验证了所提诊断方法的有效性与鲁棒性。 展开更多

Alloys of Mg-Zn-La system in Mg rich corner were prepared, and the phase relationship was investigated at different temperatures such as 200, 300 and 350 ℃ by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and electron probe microanalysis with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EPMA). Two types of phase equilibrium were identified at the different temperatures. One is two-phase equilibrium contained the Mg solid solution and T-phase. The other is three-phase equilibrium which contained the Mg solid solution, MgZn phase and T-phase. T-phase was stable as the temperature changed. The La content in T-phase is constant which is about 8±0.3% (atom fraction); but the Mg content and Zn content of that is changed, and the Zn content in T-phase was from 16.1% to 44%. The solubility of La in MgZn phase was increased from 1.2% to 1.6% as the temperature increasing from 200 to 350 ℃. 展开更多

Phase Equilibria Modeling and P-T Evolution of the Mafic Lower-Crustal Xenoliths from the Southeastern Margin of the North China Craton 被引量:3

The Precambrian lower crust rocks at the southeastern margin of the North China Craton (NCC) are mainly exposed as granulite xenoliths hosted by Mesozoic dioritic porphyry and metamorphic terrains in the Xuzhou-Suzhou area. Garnet amphiholites and garnet granulites are two kinds of typical lower-crustal xenoliths and were selected to reconstruct different stages of the metamorphic process. In this study, in view of multistage metamorphic evolution and reworking, phase equilibria modeling was used for the first time to better constrain peak P-T conditions of the xenoliths. Some porphyroblastic garnets have a weak zonal structure in composition with homogeneous cores and were surrounded by thin rims with an increase in XMg and a decrease in X Ca (or X Mg)- Clinopyroxene contain varying amounts of Na2O and Al2O3 as well as amphibole of TiO2, while plagioclases are different in calcium contents. Peak metamorphic P-T conditions are calculated by the smallest garnet x(g) (Fe2+/(Fe2++Mg)) contours and the smallest plagioclase ca(pl) (Ca/(Ca+Na)) contours in NCFMASHTO (Na2O-CaO-FeO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2- H20-TiO2-Fe2O3) system, which are consistent with those estimated by conventional geothermobarometry. The new results show that the peak and decompressional P-T conditions for the rocks are 850-900 ℃/ 1.4-1.6 GPa and 820-850 ℃/0.9-1.3 GPa, respectively, suggestive of high and middle-low pressure granulite-facies metamorphism. Combined with previous zircon U-Pb dating and conventional geothermobarometry data, it is indicated that the xenoliths experienced a clockwise P-T-t evolution with nearisothermal deeompressional process, suggestive of the Paleoproterozoic subduction-collision setting. In this regard, the studied region together with Jiao-Liao-Ji belt is further documented to make up a Paleopro- terozoic collisional orogen in the eastern block of the NCC. 展开更多

The microstructures of Mg-2Nd-4Zn-1Zr alloy in the as-cast state and after heat treatment were investigated. Several kinds of secondary phases were found and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). In the as-cast alloy, the existing eutectic compounds are Mg-Nd-Zn ternary phases: T phases and W phases. After the heat treatment, with increasing the temperature or time, it was found that T phase almost dissolved into the α-Mg matrix, while a large amount of W phase remained in the matrix. On the other hand, with prolonging the time, the morphology of the phase changed from continuous network to the spherical shape along the grain boundary. The density of the W phase gradually decreased and finally it was coarsened and stabilized in the treatment process. 展开更多

针对海杂波背景下恒虚警算法检测不同尺寸的目标参数设置的难题,提出一种基于参考单元筛选的多目标POSGLT-CFAR检测器。在多目标环境下,该方法使用大、小目标检测模块同时处理回波数据,最终目标为大、小目标检测结果集合:大目标模块采用... 针对海杂波背景下恒虚警算法检测不同尺寸的目标参数设置的难题,提出一种基于参考单元筛选的多目标POSGLT-CFAR检测器。在多目标环境下,该方法使用大、小目标检测模块同时处理回波数据,最终目标为大、小目标检测结果集合:大目标模块采用POS-CFAR检测器,即排序统计类恒虚警算法(OS-CFAR)与相位线性度特征相结合,先将参考单元中的干扰目标筛选,修正k值,得到更准确的背景功率水平估计;小目标模块则根据实测海杂波数据服从对数正态分布,采用GLT-CFAR检测器,即Log-t恒虚警检测算法与Grubbs准则结合,实现对参考单元中干扰目标的有效剔除,形成新的检测门限。经过仿真与实测数据的验证,基于参考单元筛选的POSGLT-CFAR检测器能够保持较高的检测概率,相比于传统单一CFAR检测器有很大的检测概率提升,在多目标环境下具备良好的应用潜力。 展开更多

利用跨尺度T型通道实现两相流相分离可大幅度削弱相变热阻、提高弹状流相变换热性能,此气液分离调控的关键在于精准控制相分离压差。通过高速摄像以及压力测量系统同步监测T型微通道内弹状流相界面的运动以及主通道和分液支管通道的压力... 利用跨尺度T型通道实现两相流相分离可大幅度削弱相变热阻、提高弹状流相变换热性能,此气液分离调控的关键在于精准控制相分离压差。通过高速摄像以及压力测量系统同步监测T型微通道内弹状流相界面的运动以及主通道和分液支管通道的压力,定义实现液相分离的最大压差为临界压差,获得两相流流速(v_(l)=2.5~4.2 cm/s,v_(g)=2.5~6.3 cm/s)、通道尺寸(0.10、0.20和0.30 mm)对临界压差、压力波动及分液效果的影响规律;基于Ergun多孔材料内流动压降公式,以实现相分离的临界压差为依据,拟合相分离单孔结构参数设计模型,模型误差约为8%;此工作可为相分离高效相变换热器的结构设计及其工业应用提供指导。 展开更多
