With the rapid development of social economy, the pharmaceutical industry is also making continuous progress, and the corresponding demand for pharmaceutical talents is also expanding. However, pharmaceutical products are special and production requirements are strict, so pharmaceutical enterprises cannot make students from relevant universities participate in the production process to carry out systematic practical training. Therefore, it is necessary for relevant majors in higher vocational colleges to establish training bases to meet their own needs, so as to be able to complete the corresponding practical learning tasks, enrich the learning plan and improve the students skilled application of professional skills. This paper analyzes the current situation of pharmaceutical specialty training bases in higher vocational schools, and puts forward relative solutions to improve the training bases in higher vocational schools. 展开更多

In 1979, unavailability of MFWS (Main Feedwater System) in TMI (Three Mile Island) Unit-2 happened in the United States. To make it worse, due to malfunction of Isolation Control Valves in AFWS (Auxiliary Feedwater System), the supply of cooling water to SGs (Steam Generators) was delayed approximately 8 minutes compared to AOP (Abnormal Operating Procedure). In the long run, on account of deferred heat sink provision to SGs, the reactor core was melted partially. It was the first critical accident in the US commercial NPP (Nuclear Power Plant) history. Hence, after TMI Accident, US NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Committee) suggested more than one hundred alternatives to improve safety and reliability of NPP. Among these countermeasures, one proposal was related to training area. It was SAT (Systematic Approach to Training) methodology. Therefore, the goal of SAT is the enhancement of NPP stability through training point of view. Since the appearance of SAT in the nuclear industry, it has acquired the unwavering position in the US NPP training field. Meanwhile, significance of NPP decommissioning has been soared up in South Korea since the announcement of Kori Unit-1 decommissioning decision. According to the proclaimed plan from Korean government, Kori Unit-1 is scheduled to be decommissioned from June, 2017. Under this circumstance, nurturing sufficient number of NPP decommissioning engineers is one of the most urgent issues in South Korean nuclear industry. Hence, to elevate efficiency and consistency of training quality, SAT methodology can be a reliable solution for the training of decommissioning engineers. For this reason, the present study aims to design SAT based NPP decommissioning engineer training in South Korea. 展开更多

Objective: the theme of this study is to explore the clinical effect of systematic rehabilitation training for children with various types of cerebral palsy. Methods: all the children involved in this study were 130 children with cerebral palsy aged 6 to 16 years old who were adopted by our hospital from 2012 to 2019, including 62 children with spasmodic cerebral palsy (47 of whom underwent tendon release), 13 children with athetosis of hand and foot, and the rest 55 children with mixed type. Review the children's participation in rehabilitation training, whether to adhere to rehabilitation training was divided into two equal groups: control group and experimental group. 65 children in the control group received intermittent rehabilitation training due to foster care and other reasons, and 65 children in the experimental group received continuous rehabilitation training. At the same time, the differences of movement, posture and self-care ability between the two groups were observed and compared. Results: after using different rehabilitation training methods, the movement, posture and self-care ability of children in the two groups changed, but the total effective rate of children in the control group after intermittent rehabilitation training was 78.5%, while the total effective rate of children in the experimental group after continuous and systematic rehabilitation training was 95.4%. The data between the two groups were processed by statistical tools, and the results showed significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: according to the above description, the application of continuous rehabilitation training in children with cerebral palsy can significantly improve movement disorders and poor posture, prevent joint stiffness and muscle atrophy, and effectively improve self-care ability. 展开更多

The concept of leadership emerged relatively late in China, especially in the academic medical field, and has not been widely emphasized.Currently, only a few medical schools in China offer leadership education programs for medical students.1,2 For practicing doctors, there is a lack of systematic leadership discussions and training for potential future leaders.3 Preparing and Advancing Women Leadership in Health Science(PAWLHS),jointly initiated by the University of Michigan and Peking University Health Science Center, and funded by the China Medical Board,is the first female leadership development program specifically for women in the academic medicine field in China. 展开更多
