Hyperpolarization of nuclear spins is crucial for advancing nuclear magnetic resonance and quantum information technologies,as nuclear spins typically exhibit extremely low polarization at room temperature due to their small gyromagnetic ratios.A promising approach to achieving high nuclear spin polarization is transferring the polarization of electrons to nuclear spins.The nitrogen-vacancy(NV)center in diamond has emerged as a highly effective medium for this purpose,and various hyperpolarization protocols have been developed.Among these,the pulsed polarization(PulsePol)method has been extensively studied due to its robustness against static energy shifts of the electron spin.In this work,we present a novel polarization protocol and uncover a family of magic sequences for hyperpolarizing nuclear spins,with PulsePol emerging as a special case of our general approach.Notably,we demonstrate that some of these magic sequences exhibit significantly greater robustness compared to the PulsePol protocol in the presence of finite half𝜋pulse duration of the protocol,Rabi and detuning errors.This enhanced robustness positions our protocol as a more suitable candidate for hyper-polarizing nuclear spins species with large gyromagnetic ratios and also ensures better compatibility with high-efficiency readout techniques at high magnetic fields.Additionally,the generality of our protocol allows for its direct application to other solid-state quantum systems beyond the NV center. 展开更多

This paper studies the dynamic responses of SDOF system under pulse-dominant excitations.The purpose of the study is to prepare for scrutiny of some near-field pulse-dominantground motions and their potential to cause structural damage.Extending the single pulse dynamics,we consider the effect of pulse sequences.This kind of excitation was particularly obvious in some of previous earthquakes such as Northridge (1994) and Chi-Chi (1995).Based on the duration, peak and rise and decay era of the main pulse as well as its relationship with the predecessor and successor pulses,we propose a classification for the pulse sequences.Consequent studies have been canied out for acceleration,velocity and displacement response spectra of the main pulse with either a predecessor or a successor pulse.The analysis also includes general response behaviors in different fundamental period segments and special aspects of response at certain points (e.g.,the corresponding peak points). 展开更多

A modified DBSCAN algorithm is presented for deinterleaving of radar pulses in modern EW environments.A main characteristic of the proposed method is that using only time of arrival of pulses,the method can sort the pulses efficiently.Other PDW information such as rise time,carrier frequency,pulse width,modulation on pulse,fall time and direction of arrival are not required.To identify the valid PRIs in a set of interleaved pulses,an innovative modification of the DBSCAN algorithm is introduced which is accurate and easy to implement.The proposed method determines valid PRIs more accurately and neglects the spurious ones more efficiently as compared to the classical histogram based algorithms such as SDIF.Furthermore,without specifying any input parameter,the proposed method can deinterleave radar pulses while up to 30%jitter is present in the associated PRI.The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method are verified by computer simulations and real data results.Experimental simulations are based on different real and operational scenarios where the presence of missing and spurious pulses are also considered.So,the simulation results can be of practical significance. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)modulated by various exogenous signals have been applied extensively in regenerative medicine research.Notably,nanosecond pulsed electric fields(nsPEFs),characterized by short duration and high strength,significantly influence cell phenotypes and regulate MSCs differentiation via multiple pathways.Consequently,we used transcriptomics to study changes in messenger RNA(mRNA),long noncoding RNA(lncRNA),microRNA(miRNA),and circular RNA expression during nsPEFs application.AIM To explore gene expression profiles and potential transcriptional regulatory mechanisms in MSCs pretreated with nsPEFs.METHODS The impact of nsPEFs on the MSCs transcriptome was investigated through whole transcriptome sequencing.MSCs were pretreated with 5-pulse nsPEFs(100 ns at 10 kV/cm,1 Hz),followed by total RNA isolation.Each transcript was normalized by fragments per kilobase per million.Fold change and difference significance were applied to screen the differentially expressed genes(DEGs).Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses were performed to elucidate gene functions,complemented by quantitative polymerase chain reaction verification.RESULTS In total,263 DEGs were discovered,with 92 upregulated and 171 downregulated.DEGs were predominantly enriched in epithelial cell proliferation,osteoblast differentiation,mesenchymal cell differentiation,nuclear division,and wound healing.Regarding cellular components,DEGs are primarily involved in condensed chromosome,chromosomal region,actin cytoskeleton,and kinetochore.From aspect of molecular functions,DEGs are mainly involved in glycosaminoglycan binding,integrin binding,nuclear steroid receptor activity,cytoskeletal motor activity,and steroid binding.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction confirmed targeted transcript regulation.CONCLUSION Our systematic investigation of the wide-ranging transcriptional pattern modulated by nsPEFs revealed the differential expression of 263 mRNAs,2 miRNAs,and 65 lncRNAs.Our study demonstrates that nsPEFs may affect stem cells through several signaling pathways,which are involved in vesicular transport,calcium ion transport,cytoskeleton,and cell differentiation. 展开更多

Pulse repetition interval(PRI)modulation recognition and pulse sequence search are significant for effective electronic support measures.In modern electromagnetic environments,different types of inter-pulse slide radars are highly confusing.There are few available training samples in practical situations,which leads to a low recognition accuracy and poor search effect of the pulse sequence.In this paper,an approach based on bi-directional long short-term memory(BiLSTM)networks and the temporal correlation algorithm for PRI modulation recognition and sequence search under the small sample prerequisite is proposed.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can recognize unilinear,bilinear,sawtooth,and sinusoidal PRI modulation types with 91.43% accuracy and complete the pulse sequence search with 30% missing pulses and 50% spurious pulses under the small sample prerequisite. 展开更多

We show that the amplitudes and time locations of p sequential impulses can be reconstructed from simultaneous measurement of the outputs from 2p cascaded identical RC filters. The parallel sampling scheme has a wide range of applications including the detection of the ultra wideband (UWB) impulses. The contrast agent concentration, the time of repetition (TR) and magnetic field strength are significant parameters that influence for the accurate signal intensity (SI) in quantitative Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate and refine the dependence and the optimal effect of Time of Repetition (TR) on the relationship between signal intensity and Gd-DTPA (Gadolinium-diethylene-triaminepenta-acetic acid) concentration, after applying two-dimensional (2D) Spin Echo (SE) pulse sequence under low-field MRI. In addition to that, the optimal concentration of Gd-DTPA at given sequence parameters at low-field MRI was also evaluated. A water-filled phantom was constructed for a range of Gd-DTPA concentrations (0 - 6 mmol/L) and the mean signal intensities (SIs) were assessed in the defined region of interest on T1-weighted images with different TR values (40 - 2000 ms). The generated signal-concentration curves for Gd-DTPA revealed that increasing TR was associated with the increase of the overall SIs and the maximum relationship between SI to concentration. Moreover, the required Gd-DTPA concentration to produce the maximum SI was associated to decrease with the increase of TR. In addition to this, the application of beyond 100 ms TR values in this study with relatively higher concentrations (beyond 1 - 2 mmol/L) has resulted predominantly non-linear patterns in the signal-concentration curves and it appears the saturation or decay of the SIs due to T2 effect. From these results, it can be suggested that the selection of relatively lower Gd-DTPA concentration ( mmol/L) with less than 800 ms (<800 ms) TR values can produce a better linear relationship between the concertation and SIs in T1-weighted SE low field contrast-enhanced MRI. Furthermore, this study also outlined the significance and necessity of the optimization of TR in SE sequence in low field MRI prior to a particular examination. 展开更多

Based on the model, this paper discusses the characteristics change of ship noise after through shallow-water waveguides. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation show that random waveguides and multi-path effects can bring much additional transmission loss for the noise line spectra, demonstrating the instability of ship radiated noise line spectra to a certain extent, and providing some theoretical support for advanced studies of ship radiated noise. 展开更多

超声红外热像法相较于其他无损检测方法,具有较大检测范围、结果直观、对裂纹损伤具有选择识别特性。针对超声红外热像检测技术检测铝合金试件的裂纹缺陷展开实验研究。首先,建立理论模型,以超声激励下的裂纹区域生热机理和热波扩散行... 超声红外热像法相较于其他无损检测方法,具有较大检测范围、结果直观、对裂纹损伤具有选择识别特性。针对超声红外热像检测技术检测铝合金试件的裂纹缺陷展开实验研究。首先,建立理论模型,以超声激励下的裂纹区域生热机理和热波扩散行为的有限元仿真分析结果为基础,介绍了调频脉冲超声激励形式,并针对表面热波信号的提取给出了主成分分析法和双路正交解调算法;其次,采用自主搭建的轻量化超声红外热像检测系统进行脉冲调频超声激励,获取温度序列并进行后处理;最后,在三个铝合金试件上制造大小不同的裂纹缺陷,通过实验验证了特征提取算法的正确性以及超声红外热像法在铝合金材料裂纹检测中的可行性,选用特征图像分辨率较高、能较好地呈现裂纹缺陷的双路正交解调算法的幅值图和主成分分析法的第一主成分,并探究不同脉冲调制参数对检测效果的影响。最终可知,在起始频率2 Hz、终止频率5 Hz、扫描周期6 s时具有最佳检测效果;采用特征值对比度和对比度波动百分比量化裂纹缺陷的检测效果,对于DOD幅值特征图像,相比平均情况,对比度依次提升了48.63%,47.27%以及35.22%;对于PCA第一主成分特征图像,对比度分别提升了41.45%,44.26%以及42.70%。 展开更多

针对非合作电磁环境中雷达脉冲信号因缺漏、失真及干扰导致的识别鲁棒性不足问题,提出一种自监督联合预训练的多尺度双重注意力网络方法。该方法将脉冲序列建模为自然语言,通过序列语义对比与序列排序任务的协同优化,驱动模型学习信号... 针对非合作电磁环境中雷达脉冲信号因缺漏、失真及干扰导致的识别鲁棒性不足问题,提出一种自监督联合预训练的多尺度双重注意力网络方法。该方法将脉冲序列建模为自然语言,通过序列语义对比与序列排序任务的协同优化,驱动模型学习信号深层语义关联及时序规律。数据预处理阶段采用词嵌入与位置编码技术,将离散脉冲参数转换为含时序依赖的高维动态特征;多尺度卷积模块通过解耦时间与通道维度,增强特征表达灵活性;预训练阶段利用序列语义对比任务和序列排序任务挖掘内隐时序特征。文中采用共计六类的雷达辐射源识别任务对于自监督训练的性能进行下游任务验证。实验表明,在50%脉冲缺漏率下,文中方法识别准确率达82.0%,较RNN、CNN、Transformer在识别正确率方面分别提升了37.3%、24.9%、35.7%。20%错误脉冲率时文中方法仍保持91.3%的识别准确率,较上述对比方法分别提升了8.3%、14.3%、14.2%。消融实验验证自监督联合预训练使识别准确率提升至96.9%,较无自监督训练有明显提高。 展开更多

星载合成孔径雷达(SAR)的未来发展趋势之一是具备高分辨率与宽测绘带成像能力,但受到最小天线面积约束的限制,高分辨率与宽测绘带之间存在着矛盾。为解决这一矛盾,多种先进的高分辨率、宽测绘带SAR工作体制被陆续提出。其中,Staggered ... 星载合成孔径雷达(SAR)的未来发展趋势之一是具备高分辨率与宽测绘带成像能力,但受到最小天线面积约束的限制,高分辨率与宽测绘带之间存在着矛盾。为解决这一矛盾,多种先进的高分辨率、宽测绘带SAR工作体制被陆续提出。其中,Staggered SAR将距离多波束技术与变脉冲重频(PRF)技术相结合,成为新一代SAR体制国内外学者关注的热点。距离多波束技术通过宽幅照射以及距离维多通道接收回波,实现了高分辨率和宽测绘带成像;PRF技术利用变化的脉冲重复间隔(PRI)持续改变盲区的位置,克服恒定PRI导致的子测绘带之间的固定距离盲区,实现了宽幅连续成像。文中基于星载高分宽幅Staggered SAR体制,对成像模式、关键技术、衍生模式进行了论述分析,并对未来发展趋势加以展望。 展开更多

基于分子分型监测的大肠埃希菌耐药性分析与公共卫生防控策略

目的采用多种分子分型技术联合分析细菌性感染相关大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli,E.coli)的特征,为临床用药安全性管理提供参考。方法收集2021年重庆市某区部分细菌性感染相关病例样本,采用完全随机方法选择30株E.coli进行phoA基因PCR鉴... 目的采用多种分子分型技术联合分析细菌性感染相关大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli,E.coli)的特征,为临床用药安全性管理提供参考。方法收集2021年重庆市某区部分细菌性感染相关病例样本,采用完全随机方法选择30株E.coli进行phoA基因PCR鉴定,采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed-field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)、多位点序列分析(multilocus sequence typing,MLST)分析菌株的分子分型,采用药敏试验分析菌株的耐药性,选择4种编码β-内酰胺酶的基因(blaCTX-M、blaTEM、blaSHV、blaZ)分析菌株的耐药基因携带情况。结果30株E.coli均出现phoA基因目的条带。PFGE带型图谱显示条带相似度为50%~98%,按照相似度分为8聚类,其中C聚类为优势菌群,占比达53.3%(16/30);C1/C2属于高度相关的菌株,存在亲缘关系。1株E.coli的MLST未分出型别,其余29株可分为16种ST型,呈多态性分布;其中10株(33.33%)为ST131,但进化分析显示同为ST131也存在不同分支,亲缘关系远近不一。药敏试验结果显示30株E.coli表现出不同程度耐药,对β-内酰胺类的氨苄西林耐药率(83.33%)最高;其中多重耐药菌(multidrug-resistant bacteria,MDRB)为18株(60.0%),表现出16种耐药谱型,其分布呈分散态势,无明显优势耐药谱型;MDRB中50.0%(9/18)为六重耐药,最严重的一株为八重耐药。30株E.coli中blaCTX-M基因携带率为86.67%(26/30),但无blaZ基因。结论重庆市某区细菌性感染相关E.coli的PFGE和MLST分子分型呈多态性分布,存在较严重的耐药情况。联合应用多种分型技术,可以揭示致病菌的遗传多样性、进化关系和耐药性等特征。对策建议通过强化致病菌分子分型与耐药监测网络、建立预警机制并分级管控抗菌药物,以提升对ST131等重点耐药菌的靶向防控与疫情溯源能力。 展开更多
