First, the rough set theory is used to remove the redundant factors that affect the performance evaluation of ...The rough set-genetic support vector machine(SVM) model is applied to supply chain performance evaluation. First, the rough set theory is used to remove the redundant factors that affect the performance evaluation of supply chain to obtain the core influencing factors. Then the support vector machine is used to extract the core influencing factors to predict the level of supply chain performance. In the process of SVM classification, the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the SVM algorithm to obtain the best parameter model, and then the supply chain performance evaluation level is predicted. Finally, an example is used to predict this model, and compared with the result of using only rough set-support vector machine to predict. The results show that the method of rough set-genetic support vector machine can predict the level of supply chain performance more accurately and the prediction result is more realistic, which is a scientific and feasible method.展开更多

Unli...This paper proposes a novel approach, Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) sampling approximation, to deal with intractable high-dimension integral in the evidence framework applied to Support Vector Regression (SVR). Unlike traditional variational or mean field method, the proposed approach follows the idea of MCMC, firstly draws some samples from the posterior distribution on SVR's weight vector, and then approximates the expected output integrals by finite sums. Experimental results show the proposed approach is feasible and robust to noise. It also shows the performance of proposed approach and Relevance Vector Machine (RVM) is comparable under the noise circumstances. They give better robustness compared to standard SVR.展开更多

全面提升应急保障能力是统筹高质量发展与高水平安全的必然要求,也是提升我国物流业韧性的前提。实践中,面对管理环境与技术环境的双重变革,强化供应链成员之间的应急联动响应和释放数字技术赋能潜力成为完善应急物流体系的抓手。为了...全面提升应急保障能力是统筹高质量发展与高水平安全的必然要求,也是提升我国物流业韧性的前提。实践中,面对管理环境与技术环境的双重变革,强化供应链成员之间的应急联动响应和释放数字技术赋能潜力成为完善应急物流体系的抓手。为了阐明联动响应和数字技术赋能对应急运作决策的影响,本文构建由一个物流服务集成商(logistics service integrator,LSI)和一个物流服务提供商(logistics service provider,LSP)组成的物流服务供应链,分析需求和成本扰动下的最优应急运作决策结果。研究结果表明:第一,物流服务供应链中的集成商引领联动程度和提供商引领联动程度对应急服务定价、应急保障能力等最优决策以及消费者剩余具有正向影响。与直觉相反,即使联动响应成本被控制在合理水平,若无法设置恰当的价格分成比例,增强联动响应程度依然会导致供应链成员利润受损。第二,数字技术赋能程度对成员最优决策以及消费者剩余具有正向影响,其对LSI利润的影响取决于数字技术赋能的投资系数,对LSP利润的影响与消费者价格敏感程度相关。当消费者价格敏感程度相对较高时,LSP更有动力采用数字技术赋能实现降本增效。第三,应急情境下的需求扰动对最优决策、成员利润以及消费者剩余具有正向影响,成本扰动则对最优决策、LSI利润和消费者剩余具有负向影响。若消费者的价格敏感程度较低,LSP的利润反而会随成本扰动程度递增。展开更多
