However, the method can’t pay attention to the randomness in factors. To remedy the problem, this paper proposes a clouded-base fuzzy approach which combines advantages of cloud transform and fuzzy synthetic evaluation. The cloud transform considers the randomness in the factors and product the higher concept layer for data mining. At the same time, the check mechanism controls the quality of partitions in factors. Then the fuzzy approach was used to get final evaluation value with randomness and fuzziness. It make the final result is optimization. Finally, performance evaluations show that this approach spent less runtime and got more accuracy than the fuzzy synthetic. The experiments prove that the proposed method is faster and more accuracy than the original method.展开更多

Hydrates always are considered as a threat to petroleum industry due to the operational problems it can cause.These problems could result in reducing production performance or even production stoppage for a long time....Hydrates always are considered as a threat to petroleum industry due to the operational problems it can cause.These problems could result in reducing production performance or even production stoppage for a long time.In this paper, we were intended to develop a LSSVM algorithm for prognosticating hydrate formation temperature(HFT) in a wide range of natural gas mixtures. A total number of 279 experimental data points were extracted from open literature to develop the LSSVM. The input parameters were chosen based on the hydrate structure that each gas species form. The modeling resulted in a robust algorithm with the squared correlation coefficients(R^2) of 0.9918. Aside from the excellent statistical parameters of the model, comparing proposed LSSVM with some of conventional correlations showed its supremacy, particularly in the case of sour gases with high H_2S concentrations, where the model surpasses all correlations and existing thermodynamic models. For detection of the probable doubtful experimental data, and applicability of the model, the Leverage statistical approach was performed on the data sets. This algorithm showed that the proposed LSSVM model is statistically valid for HFT prediction and almost all the data points are in the applicability domain of the model.展开更多
The first part of the article provides an overview of the theoretical evidence, the main provisions, and the implementation strategy of information support for bioresource and ecosystem research in the north-west Paci...The first part of the article provides an overview of the theoretical evidence, the main provisions, and the implementation strategy of information support for bioresource and ecosystem research in the north-west Pacific, which has been conducted over the past 20 years in the Russian Far East Research Institute TINRO-Center. In short, the concept consists of a combination of the following four assertions: 1) For the steady and sustainable development of the Russian Far East, the entire Russian Federation and the Asia-Pacific Region in general, environmental, food, economic, and other security is required, which cannot be achieved without the rational use of bioresources based on the ecosystem approach to the management of aquatic bioresources. 2) For the inventory, appraisal, monitoring, forecasting of the state of and management the natural water resources when applying this approach, statistically relevant quantitative information is required on the greatest possible number of constituents of marine biocenosis of the north-western Pacific for the longest possible period of time, which is only available at the TINRO-Center. 3) This valuable data should be organized into databases, based on which geo-information and other electronic information systems are prepared, and based on these map atlases and reference books on natural water resources, using automated workplaces created especially for this. 4) The resulting unique information support will be of great value not only for practical purposes, but also for science, both applied and fundamental. Next comes a summary of the many years of work on the practical implementation of this concept and the key achievements in this field obtained by the TINRO-Center by the end of 2015 are reviewed. Based on two environmental health decision suppo...The complexity we take into account when dealing with complex issues and the way we deal with that complexity is not given or self-evident, it is framed and negotiated. Based on two environmental health decision support case studies we address a set of key methodological choices, crucial in shaping the multi-criteria decision support and illuminate how they followed from transdisciplinary collaboration and negotiation: diversity tolerance, dealing with uncertainty and difference of opinion, weight of information and the epistemological divide between traditional closed and alternative open paradigms. The case studies exemplify the growing conviction amongst methodologists that, especially regarding complex issues, best methods do not exist as such: methods are chosen and tailored in practice and the quality to a large extent is dependent on the process in which methodological development is embedded. We hope to contribute to making explicit the importance of methodological decision making regarding environmental health complexity.展开更多

Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 16 nurses who ...The purpose of this study was to explore the process of family support provided by nurses to families with a borderline personality disorder (BPD) patient. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 16 nurses who had provided care to BPD patients. Data obtained from the interviews were qualitatively analyzed using a modified grounded theory approach. As an overall core category of family support processes practiced by nurses for families with BPD patients, family support practiced without awareness that the nurses were supporting families was extracted. Through this process, nurses held perceptions that were premises for family support, which were formed through their individual nursing experiences and perspectives. Nurses also had diverse perceptions concerning the image of families. Through the integration of perceptions that were premises for family support and perceptions of an image of the family, nurses underwent a process of “determination and ambivalence about the need for family support.” Then, nurses provided “family support practice” when they acknowledged the need for family support. During the “family support practice,” nurses had difficulties in providing family support. When family support was not successfully provided, nurses provided “family support practice with seeking more effective ways through trial and error.” For cases in which nurses did not acknowledge the need for intervention, they intentionally chose “not to provide family support.” Furthermore, during the “family support practice,” nurses had contradictory perspectives of family support. Such family support processes ultimately led to an awareness of the same family support required for the future. Family support was provided with “family support practice” and “family support practice with seeking more effective ways through trial and error.” In some cases, however, the process ended in “not to provide family support intentionally.” Experiences and perspectives in providing family support are important factors in carrying out future family support. Developing the positive implications of these factors and reducing psychological strain on nurses may ensure smooth implementation of family support. Nowadays,wireless communication devices turn out to be transportable owing to the execution of the current technologies.The antenna is the most important component deployed for communication purposes.The antenna plays...Nowadays,wireless communication devices turn out to be transportable owing to the execution of the current technologies.The antenna is the most important component deployed for communication purposes.The antenna plays an imperative role in receiving and transmitting the signals for any sensor network.Among varied antennas,micro strip fractal antenna(MFA)significantly contributes to increasing antenna gain.This study employs a hybrid optimization method known as the elephant clan updated grey wolf algorithm to introduce an optimized MFA design.This method optimizes antenna characteristics,including directivity and gain.Here,the factors,including length,width,ground plane length,height,and feed offset-X and feed offset-Y,are taken into account to achieve the best performance of gain and directivity.Ultimately,the superiority of the suggested technique over state-of-the-art strategies is calculated for various metrics such as cost and gain.The adopted model converges to a minimal value of 0.2872.Further,the spider monkey optimization(SMO)model accomplishes the worst performance over all other existing models like elephant herding optimization(EHO),grey wolf optimization(GWO),lion algorithm(LA),support vector regressor(SVR),bacterial foraging-particle swarm optimization(BF-PSO)and shark smell optimization(SSO).Effective MFA design is obtained using the suggested strategy regarding various parameters.展开更多
