Methods: fifty-eight nursing students in the open basic nursing laboratory of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different management methods, with 29 nursing students in each group. The control group adopted the conventional management method, and the observation group adopted the nursing community supervision management method, to observe and compare the laboratory management level of the two groups of nursing students. Results: after two groups of nursing students were managed in different ways, the management level of basic nursing laboratory in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the supervision of nursing community can effectively strengthen the management of the open basic nursing laboratory, can effectively improve the nursing students' laboratory management level, and has high promotional value.展开更多
