The purpose of this study is to gain perspectives on introducing IBCTL(International Baccalaureate Certificate in Teaching and Learning)into graduate school of teacher education in Japan,which are currently providing ...The purpose of this study is to gain perspectives on introducing IBCTL(International Baccalaureate Certificate in Teaching and Learning)into graduate school of teacher education in Japan,which are currently providing advanced teacher training programs aimed at cultivating student agency,a comprehensive set of skills necessary for children living in the future,as advocated by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)Education 2030 Project.To achieve this goal,I examined the curriculum and structure that are important for IB teacher training and the introduction of IBCTL.I attempted to achieve this goal by examining the curriculum being developed at a graduate school of teacher education attempting to implement IBCTL and the creation of a syllabus based on that curriculum through lesson planning.As a result,I examined the curriculum and structure as a perspective for introducing IBCTL into graduate school of teacher education in Japan,where advanced teacher training is required.I found that a core curriculum and structure that incorporates the core of the IBCTL into the core of graduate school of teacher education programs is important for implementing an IB education that is aligned with the advancement of teacher training and the development of student agency.展开更多
Aiming at the problems of lagging curriculum,weak practice,and single evaluation in the cultivation of HarmonyOS Development talents,this study constructs a“teacher-machine-student”ternary interactive teaching model...Aiming at the problems of lagging curriculum,weak practice,and single evaluation in the cultivation of HarmonyOS Development talents,this study constructs a“teacher-machine-student”ternary interactive teaching model based on the Congyou platform.Through the building block curriculum system,the HarmonyOS technology stack is decoupled into dynamic capability units,and a multi-disciplinary cross-case library is jointly built with Huawei,which significantly improves the synchronization of teaching content and industrial technology.This paper innovatively designs an AI collaborative teaching system,which employs knowledge graphs to plan learning paths,utilizes virtual equipment clusters to simulate development environments,and establishes a“diagnosis-feedback-enhancement”closed loop through AI-based review,thereby effectively improving students’development efficiency and code reuse rate.A three-dimensional evaluation model integrating task outcomes,process performance,and innovation is constructed,incorporating indicators such as code standardization and an innovation index to strengthen the cultivation of engineering thinking and innovative ability.Furthermore,a data-driven support platform is built to generate student competency profiles,open up the“credit-competency-certification”pathway,promote the transformation of course achievements into contributions to the Huawei ecosystem,and significantly shorten the job adaptation cycle for graduates.The research results provide a replicable paradigm for the cultivation of domestic operating system talents.展开更多
Objectives:The climate crisis demands urgent action from all sectors of society,including young people in higher education.While previous research has explored individual and contextual predictors of pro-environmental...Objectives:The climate crisis demands urgent action from all sectors of society,including young people in higher education.While previous research has explored individual and contextual predictors of pro-environmental behaviour(PEB),the contribution of Positive Youth Development(PYD)remains underexplored.This study investigates the relationship between PYD dimensions(Competence,Confidence,Connection,Character,and Caring)and two environmental outcomes:environmental habits and climate change awareness,considering gender differences.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted with a sample of 1779 students from 10 universities in Andalusia(Spain).Data were collected through an online survey assessing PYD indicators,PEB,and sociodemographic variables.Descriptive statistics,t-tests,correlation analyses,and multiple mediation models were performed.Results:Descriptive analyses indicated moderate levels of PYD dimensions and PEB across the sample.Among the 5 Cs,Caring had a positive association with environmental habits(r 0.22,p 0.001)and climate change awareness(r=<=0.30,p 0.001).Character also had a positive effect on both environmental habits(r 0.23,p 0.001)and climate<=<change awareness(r 0.30,p 0.001).Competence and Confidence were not significantly associated,and Connection=<demonstrated limited predictive value,potentially influenced by contextual or social factors.Gender differences were also identified,with women showing higher scores in Character(d 0.29,p 0.001),Caring(d 0.63,p 0.001),=<=<environmental habits(d 0.20,p 0.001)and climate change awareness(d 0.40,p 0.001),while men scored higher in=<=<Competence(d 0.57,p 0.001)and Confidence(d 0.22,p 0.001).Mediation analyses indicated that the association=<=<between gender and environmental habits was totally explained by Character(β95%CI:and=-0.02;-0.04;-0.01)Caring(β95%CI:Furthermore,the relationship between gender and climate change awareness=-0.04;-0.05,-0.02).was partially mediated by Character(β95%CI:and Caring(β95%CI:=-0.03;-0.05;-0.02)=-0.05;-0.07,-0.03).Conclusions:Females showed more environmental habits and climate change awareness than males,because of their greater scores in both Caring and Character dimensions of PYD.These findings highlight the importance of the PYD for promoting PEB and engaged citizens among young adults.Gender-sensitive and interdisciplinary interventions,such as environmental volunteering and community-based programmes,are recommended for university contexts to enhance sustainable development behaviours and values.展开更多

The purpose of this study is to explore the mental health status of college students in Beijing and develop a scientific assessment scale.First,a systematic review of domestic and international literature related to c...The purpose of this study is to explore the mental health status of college students in Beijing and develop a scientific assessment scale.First,a systematic review of domestic and international literature related to college students’mental health was conducted,and a three-dimensional model covering adaptation,distress,and resilience was proposed.Then,open-ended questionnaire surveys were carried out based on the literature review to collect data,and a preliminary scale was developed through factor analysis.This study further tested and optimized the preliminary scale to ensure its reliability and validity,so as to form a formal scale.As a result,a formal scale is devised after three testing processes that consist of 134 items.The scale primarily consists of three subscales:adaptation,distress,and resilience.The adaptation subscale covers six points:interpersonal relationships,learning,career choice,emotions,self-adaptation,and satisfaction.The distress subscale includes seven aspects:depression,anxiety,somatization,compulsion,Internet addiction,withdrawal and aggression.The resilience subscale consists of four features:self-confidence,positive cognition,problem-solving,and social support.The results show that all three subscales have good reliability and validity.This scale enables mental health assessment from three distinct levels:adaptation,distress,and resilience,thus objectively reporting the developmental characteristics of college students’mental health.The division of these three levels not only remedies the deficiencies of previous mental health measurements but also meets the practical needs of developmental psychological counseling in universities,clarifying the tasks of mental health education.展开更多
The development of interest can improve the efficiency and quality of students’learning activities.Previous research mainly explored professional interest,but less on subject interest.This study designed and validate...The development of interest can improve the efficiency and quality of students’learning activities.Previous research mainly explored professional interest,but less on subject interest.This study designed and validated a subject interest questionnaire for primary school students to assess their potential to predict academic performance and offer reference for educational assessment and counseling.A sample of 545 students from two primary schools in Beijing was selected.The questionnaire consisted of 138 questions involving eight major courses,such as Chinese,mathematics and English.Through analysis,questions with good discrimination and social desirability were screened out,and nine questions of each sub-scale were finally retained.According to the result,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire reached an acceptable level.Further analysis of exploratory and confirmatory factors revealed that the subject interest can be summarized into two dimensions:“humanities-related factor”and“mathematics-related factor”.The two dimensions are consistent with the“human and material dimensions”proposed by ACT.As a preliminary exploration,this study lays a foundation for further research on the relationship between subject interest and basic interest and provides a practical evaluation tool for primary education.展开更多

Background:Mental health concerns among doctoral students have become increasingly prominent,with consistently low levels of well-being making this issue a critical focus in higher education research.This study aims t...Background:Mental health concerns among doctoral students have become increasingly prominent,with consistently low levels of well-being making this issue a critical focus in higher education research.This study aims to synthesize existing evidence on the mental health and well-being of doctoral students and to identify key factors and intervention strategies reported in the literature.Methods:A systematic review was conducted to examine the determinants and interventions related to doctoral students’mental health and well-being.Relevant studies were comprehensively searched in Web of Science,PubMed,Scopus,and EBSCO,with the final search conducted on September 19,2025.Records were screened according to predefined criteria:empirical studies on doctoral students’mental health or well-being published in English were included,while non-empirical,non-English,and non-doctoral-student-focused studies were excluded.A total of 56 studies were included after rigorous screening.Results:Doctoral students’mental health and well-being are shaped by multiple interacting factors across individual,academic,interpersonal,organizational,and environmental levels.Moreover,variations in gender,identity,discipline,study stage,and institutional context may further exacerbate or mitigate psychological distress.Existing intervention studies primarily focus on three approaches:psychologically oriented training,practice-based behavioral and learning programs,and relationship-or support network-based initiatives.Conclusion:This review offers integrated evidence on doctoral students’mental health and well-being and highlights the need for universities to assume greater responsibility in developing systematic and responsive support mechanisms.Current research remains limited by insufficient cross-cultural comparison,a lack of intersectional perspectives,and a scarcity of large-scale,long-term evaluations of intervention effectiveness.Future studies should give greater attention to institutional contexts and vulnerable groups while expanding the scope and rigor of intervention research.展开更多

Objective:To determine the prevalence of bullying among university students in Jordan.The study also aims to identify potential predictors of bullying within the context of university students in Jordan.Methods:A cros...Objective:To determine the prevalence of bullying among university students in Jordan.The study also aims to identify potential predictors of bullying within the context of university students in Jordan.Methods:A cross-sectional study using a convenience sampling method was conducted with 350 university students from 3 institutions(2 public and 1 private),who par ticipated in this study.Data were collected through a self-repor ted questionnaire.Data analysis employed descriptive statistics,and multivariate linear regression was executed through the SPSS program(version 26)(IBM Corporation,Armonk,New York,United States)at 5% level of significance.Results:The findings revealed that 30% of the surveyed students reported never experiencing bullying,41.1% indicated rare exposure,20% reported occasional bullying,4.3% noted frequent exposure,and 4.6% reported constant exposure.Statistical analysis identified university and academic year as significant predictors of bullying.The university exhibited significance(B=-0.403,P≤0.05),while the academic year was also a significant predictor(B=0.213,P≤0.05).Conclusions:Given the prevalence and predictors identified,this study recommends the implementation of policies in universities to safeguard students from bullying.These policies should specifically target the most affected individuals.展开更多
Objectives:Healthcare students experience significant stress due to their rigorous graduate school curricula.These levels of stress are associated with higher risks of depression,self-harm,and exhaustion.Coping interv...Objectives:Healthcare students experience significant stress due to their rigorous graduate school curricula.These levels of stress are associated with higher risks of depression,self-harm,and exhaustion.Coping interventions have been shown to help students develop healthy stress coping strategies.The purpose of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to examine the diverse array of coping interventions and what characteristics of coping interventions were most effective at decreasing stress among healthcare students.Methods:Any intervention designed to address coping for academic stress was included among medical,dental,nursing,physician assistant,allied health,veterinary,psychology,etc.students.A comprehensive literature search was completed to include multiple databases,Ancestry,and hand-searching from EBSCO and Google Scholar articles.A final total of 17 studies were included.Standardized mean difference effect sizes(ES)were synthesized across studies using a random-effects model in the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Software for changes in coping levels in healthcare students.Moderator analyses were performed to explore the study,intervention,and participants’characteristics.The risk of bias was assessed by RoB2 and ROBINS-I.Results:Coping interventions significantly reduced stress outcomes among healthcare students(d=0.74;95%CI[0.48–1.01],95%PI[−0.41–1.90],p<0.001,Q=228.49,I^(2)=93.0%,T=0.52,T^(2)=0.28,p<0.001).Moderator analysis showed that interventions with stress education,established professional guidance,and fewer hours led to better stress management outcomes.Conclusions:This study demonstrates that coping interventions produce an overall moderate-to-large effect on stress reduction.Future research investigating coping interventions on academic and long-term outcomes would be beneficial.展开更多

Method: Using the convenience sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 292 nursing students from a medical college in Jiangxi Province, using the Peer Caring Behavior Scale and the Jefferson Scale of Empathy. Results: The score for peer caring behavior among undergraduate nursing students was 85.00 (78.00-92.00), and the score for empathy was 101.00 (92.00-110.00). A positive correlation was found between the two (r = 0.362, p < 0.05). Conclusion: The level of peer caring behavior among undergraduate nursing students is above average, while their empathy level is moderate, with a positive correlation between the two. This suggests that nursing educators should strengthen the development of peer caring behavior, which may help enhance the empathy of undergraduate nursing students.展开更多

文摘This study examines the current state of informatization education among county high school students.While students demonstrate a strong demand for informatization education,they face significant challenges,including inadequate hardware,limited access to online learning resources,and insufficient teacher proficiency in informatization education.Through a questionnaire survey,the research reveals an urgent need for expanded information technology courses and specialized training programs.In response,this paper proposes strategies such as increasing investment in IT education,optimizing teaching methodologies,and providing additional learning opportunities to enhance student engagement and comprehensively improve the quality of IT education and learning outcomes in county high schools.

文摘The purpose of this study is to explore the mental health status of college students in Beijing and develop a scientific assessment scale.First,a systematic review of domestic and international literature related to college students’mental health was conducted,and a three-dimensional model covering adaptation,distress,and resilience was proposed.Then,open-ended questionnaire surveys were carried out based on the literature review to collect data,and a preliminary scale was developed through factor analysis.This study further tested and optimized the preliminary scale to ensure its reliability and validity,so as to form a formal scale.As a result,a formal scale is devised after three testing processes that consist of 134 items.The scale primarily consists of three subscales:adaptation,distress,and resilience.The adaptation subscale covers six points:interpersonal relationships,learning,career choice,emotions,self-adaptation,and satisfaction.The distress subscale includes seven aspects:depression,anxiety,somatization,compulsion,Internet addiction,withdrawal and aggression.The resilience subscale consists of four features:self-confidence,positive cognition,problem-solving,and social support.The results show that all three subscales have good reliability and validity.This scale enables mental health assessment from three distinct levels:adaptation,distress,and resilience,thus objectively reporting the developmental characteristics of college students’mental health.The division of these three levels not only remedies the deficiencies of previous mental health measurements but also meets the practical needs of developmental psychological counseling in universities,clarifying the tasks of mental health education.

文摘The development of interest can improve the efficiency and quality of students’learning activities.Previous research mainly explored professional interest,but less on subject interest.This study designed and validated a subject interest questionnaire for primary school students to assess their potential to predict academic performance and offer reference for educational assessment and counseling.A sample of 545 students from two primary schools in Beijing was selected.The questionnaire consisted of 138 questions involving eight major courses,such as Chinese,mathematics and English.Through analysis,questions with good discrimination and social desirability were screened out,and nine questions of each sub-scale were finally retained.According to the result,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire reached an acceptable level.Further analysis of exploratory and confirmatory factors revealed that the subject interest can be summarized into two dimensions:“humanities-related factor”and“mathematics-related factor”.The two dimensions are consistent with the“human and material dimensions”proposed by ACT.As a preliminary exploration,this study lays a foundation for further research on the relationship between subject interest and basic interest and provides a practical evaluation tool for primary education.

文摘The mechanistic target of rapamycin(m TOR) is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a pivotal role in cellular growth, proliferation, survival, and metabolism. In the central nervous system(CNS), the mTOR pathway regulates diverse aspects of neural development and function. Genetic mutations within the m TOR pathway lead to severe neurodevelopmental disorders, collectively known as “mTORopathies”(Crino, 2020). Dysfunctions of m TOR, including both its hyperactivation and hypoactivation, have also been implicated in a wide spectrum of other neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative conditions, highlighting its importance in CNS health.
文摘The United Nations Sustainable Development Goal(SDG) 2 aims to achieve Zero Hunger by 2030.However,global hunger and food insecurity have continued to rise at an alarming rate(UN 2023).Subtropical regions are home to more than 30% of the world's population,predominantly in developing countries where per capita farmland and food supply are only 40% of those in developed nations(FAO 2018).Meeting the Zero Hunger target amid ongoing population growth in these regions requires a substantial increase in agricultural production while minimizing soil degradation and adverse ecological impacts.This challenge is shared by many countries across South Asia,Africa,and Central and South America.

文摘Background:Mental health concerns among doctoral students have become increasingly prominent,with consistently low levels of well-being making this issue a critical focus in higher education research.This study aims to synthesize existing evidence on the mental health and well-being of doctoral students and to identify key factors and intervention strategies reported in the literature.Methods:A systematic review was conducted to examine the determinants and interventions related to doctoral students’mental health and well-being.Relevant studies were comprehensively searched in Web of Science,PubMed,Scopus,and EBSCO,with the final search conducted on September 19,2025.Records were screened according to predefined criteria:empirical studies on doctoral students’mental health or well-being published in English were included,while non-empirical,non-English,and non-doctoral-student-focused studies were excluded.A total of 56 studies were included after rigorous screening.Results:Doctoral students’mental health and well-being are shaped by multiple interacting factors across individual,academic,interpersonal,organizational,and environmental levels.Moreover,variations in gender,identity,discipline,study stage,and institutional context may further exacerbate or mitigate psychological distress.Existing intervention studies primarily focus on three approaches:psychologically oriented training,practice-based behavioral and learning programs,and relationship-or support network-based initiatives.Conclusion:This review offers integrated evidence on doctoral students’mental health and well-being and highlights the need for universities to assume greater responsibility in developing systematic and responsive support mechanisms.Current research remains limited by insufficient cross-cultural comparison,a lack of intersectional perspectives,and a scarcity of large-scale,long-term evaluations of intervention effectiveness.Future studies should give greater attention to institutional contexts and vulnerable groups while expanding the scope and rigor of intervention research.

文摘Objective:To determine the prevalence of bullying among university students in Jordan.The study also aims to identify potential predictors of bullying within the context of university students in Jordan.Methods:A cross-sectional study using a convenience sampling method was conducted with 350 university students from 3 institutions(2 public and 1 private),who par ticipated in this study.Data were collected through a self-repor ted questionnaire.Data analysis employed descriptive statistics,and multivariate linear regression was executed through the SPSS program(version 26)(IBM Corporation,Armonk,New York,United States)at 5% level of significance.Results:The findings revealed that 30% of the surveyed students reported never experiencing bullying,41.1% indicated rare exposure,20% reported occasional bullying,4.3% noted frequent exposure,and 4.6% reported constant exposure.Statistical analysis identified university and academic year as significant predictors of bullying.The university exhibited significance(B=-0.403,P≤0.05),while the academic year was also a significant predictor(B=0.213,P≤0.05).Conclusions:Given the prevalence and predictors identified,this study recommends the implementation of policies in universities to safeguard students from bullying.These policies should specifically target the most affected individuals.
文摘Objectives:Healthcare students experience significant stress due to their rigorous graduate school curricula.These levels of stress are associated with higher risks of depression,self-harm,and exhaustion.Coping interventions have been shown to help students develop healthy stress coping strategies.The purpose of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to examine the diverse array of coping interventions and what characteristics of coping interventions were most effective at decreasing stress among healthcare students.Methods:Any intervention designed to address coping for academic stress was included among medical,dental,nursing,physician assistant,allied health,veterinary,psychology,etc.students.A comprehensive literature search was completed to include multiple databases,Ancestry,and hand-searching from EBSCO and Google Scholar articles.A final total of 17 studies were included.Standardized mean difference effect sizes(ES)were synthesized across studies using a random-effects model in the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Software for changes in coping levels in healthcare students.Moderator analyses were performed to explore the study,intervention,and participants’characteristics.The risk of bias was assessed by RoB2 and ROBINS-I.Results:Coping interventions significantly reduced stress outcomes among healthcare students(d=0.74;95%CI[0.48–1.01],95%PI[−0.41–1.90],p<0.001,Q=228.49,I^(2)=93.0%,T=0.52,T^(2)=0.28,p<0.001).Moderator analysis showed that interventions with stress education,established professional guidance,and fewer hours led to better stress management outcomes.Conclusions:This study demonstrates that coping interventions produce an overall moderate-to-large effect on stress reduction.Future research investigating coping interventions on academic and long-term outcomes would be beneficial.

文摘Objective: To understand the current status of peer caring behavior and empathy among undergraduate nursing students and to explore the relationship between the two. Method: Using the convenience sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 292 nursing students from a medical college in Jiangxi Province, using the Peer Caring Behavior Scale and the Jefferson Scale of Empathy. Results: The score for peer caring behavior among undergraduate nursing students was 85.00 (78.00-92.00), and the score for empathy was 101.00 (92.00-110.00). A positive correlation was found between the two (r = 0.362, p < 0.05). Conclusion: The level of peer caring behavior among undergraduate nursing students is above average, while their empathy level is moderate, with a positive correlation between the two. This suggests that nursing educators should strengthen the development of peer caring behavior, which may help enhance the empathy of undergraduate nursing students.
