Stakeholder analysis of clinical trials in China: a structural equation model

Stakeholder analysis was conducted to define stakeholders and their role in clinical trials; a conceptual model and hypotheses regarding the relationship of each stakeholder were then constructed based on pharmaceutical regulations in China and interviews with experts; Amos 17.0 was utilized to test the model and path analysis. We found that government and hospital are the most powerful stakeholders, while the public and sponsor have little impact on clinical trials. Further measures should be taken by sponsors to promote the development of clinical trials, and the public should be more involved in clinical research. 展开更多

With the expanding enrollments in higher education,the quality of col-lege education and the learning gains of students have attracted much attention.It is important to study the influencing factors and mechanisms of individual stu-dents’acquisition of learning gains to improve the quality of talent cultivation in colleges.However,in the context of information security,the original data of learning situation surveys in various universities involve the security of educa-tional evaluation data and daily privacy of teachers and students.To protect the original data,data feature mining and correlation analyses were performed at the model level.This study selected 12,181 pieces of data from X University,which participated in the Chinese College Student Survey(CCSS)from 2018 to 2021.A confirmatory factor analysis was conducted and a structural equation modeling was conducted using AMOS 24.0.Through hypothesis testing,this study explored the mechanisms that influence learning gains from the per-spectives of student involvement,teacher involvement,and school support.The results indicated that the quality of student involvement has an important mediat-ing effect on learning gains and that a supportive campus environment has the greatest influence on learning gains.Establishing positive emotional communica-tions between teachers and students is a more direct and effective method than improving the teaching level to improve the quality of student involvement.This study discusses the implications of these results on the research and practice of connotative development in higher education. 展开更多

This paper discusses the utilization of latent variable modeling related to occupational health and safety in the mining industry.Latent variable modeling,which is a statistical model that relates observable and latent variables,could be used to facilitate researchers’understandings of the underlying constructs or hypothetical factors and their magnitude of effect that constitute a complex system.This enhanced understanding,in turn,can help emphasize the important factors to improve mine safety.The most commonly used techniques include the exploratory factor analysis(EFA),the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)and the structural equation model with latent variables(SEM).A critical comparison of the three techniques regarding mine safety is provided.Possible applications of latent variable modeling in mining engineering are explored.In this scope,relevant research papers were reviewed.They suggest that the application of such methods could prove useful in mine accident and safety research.Application of latent variables analysis in cognitive work analysis was proposed to improve the understanding of human-work relationships in mining operations. 展开更多

Perturbation Analysis of the Attached Water Mass Effect on Offshore Platform Dynamic Response

Theoretically speaking, it is impossible to make the differential equation of motion uncoupled for the natural modes of a system in consideration of the attached water. The hydro-elastic structure is equal to the non-proportional damping system. In this paper a perturbation analysis method is put forward. The structure motion equation is strictly solved mathematically, and the non-proportional damping problem is transformed into a series of proportional damping ones in the superposition form. The paper also presents the calculation formula of the dynamic response of the structure being subjected to harmonic and arbitrary load. The convergence of the proposed method is also studied in this paper, and the corresponding convergence conditions are given. Finally, the proposed method is used to analyze the displacement response of a real offshore platform. The calculation results show that this method has the characteristics of high accuracy and fast convergence. 展开更多

A detailed fracture mechanics analysis of bridge-toughening in a fiber reinforced composite is presented in this paper. The integral equation governing bridge-toughening as well as crack opening displacement (COD) for the composite with interfacial layer is derived from the Castigliano's theorem and interface shear-lag model. A numerical result of the COD equation is obtained using the iteration solution of the second Fredholm integral equation. In order to investigate the effect of various parameters on the toughening, an approximate analytical solution of the equation is present and its error analysis is performed, which demonstrates the approximate solution to be appropriate. A parametric study of the influence of the crack length, interfacial shear modules, thickness of the interphase, fiber radius, fiber volume fraction and properties of materials on composite toughening is therefore carried out. The results are useful for experimental demonstration and toughening design including the fabrication process of the composite. 展开更多

This model contains a non-linear term related to reversible Michaelies-Menten kinetics. Analytical expression pertaining to the substrate concentration was reported for all possible values of Thiele module φ and α . In this work, we report the theoretically evaluated steady-state effectiveness factor for immobilized enzyme systems in porous spherical particles. These analytical results were found to be in good agreement with numerical results. Moreover, herein we employ new “Homotopy analysis method” (HAM) to solve non-linear reaction/diffusion equation. 展开更多

A three-dimensional (3-D) approach based on the state space method is proposed to study size-dependent mechanical properties of ultra-thin plate-like elastic structures considering surface effects. The structure is modeled as a laminate composed of a bulk bounded with upper and bottom surface layers, which are allowed to have different material properties from the bulk layer. State equations, including the surface properties of the structure, can be established on the basis of 3-D fundamental elasticity to analyze the size-dependent static characteristics of the thin plate-like structure. Compared with two-dimensional plate theories based size-dependent models for thin film structures in literature, the present 3-D approach is exact, which can provide benchmark results to assess the accuracy of 2-D plate theories and various numerical approaches. To show the feasibility of the proposed approach, a 3-D analytical solution for a simply supported plate-like thin structure including surface layers is derived. An algorithm is proposed for the calculation of the state equations obtained to ensure that the numerical results can reveal the surface effects clearly even for extremely thin surface layers. Numerical examples are carried out to exhibit the surface effects and some discussions are provided based on the results obtained. 展开更多

应对方式与过敏性鼻炎患儿照顾者家庭关怀度与心理韧性的关系分析

目的探讨应对方式在过敏性鼻炎(AR)患儿照顾者家庭关怀度与心理韧性间的中介效应。方法选取AR患儿照顾者为研究对象,采用家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)及心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评估照顾者家庭关怀度、应对方式及... 目的探讨应对方式在过敏性鼻炎(AR)患儿照顾者家庭关怀度与心理韧性间的中介效应。方法选取AR患儿照顾者为研究对象,采用家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)及心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评估照顾者家庭关怀度、应对方式及心理韧性。采用Pearson线性相关分析探讨家庭关怀度、应对方式和心理韧性之间的关联性;采用结构方程模型分析变量间的中介效应,并使用Bootstrap法进行检验。结果103名AR患儿照顾者APGAR评分为(7.85±1.43)分;SCSQ积极应对维度Z值为(2.18±0.61)分,消极应对维度Z值为(1.82±0.53)分,Z值差值为(0.36±0.18)分;CD-RISC评分为(69.61±9.74)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,家庭关怀度与心理韧性、积极应对方式均呈显著正相关,与消极应对方式呈显著负相关(P<0.05);心理韧性与积极应对方式呈显著正相关,与消极应对方式呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。AR患儿照顾者应对方式在家庭关怀度和心理韧性间起部分中介效应,中介效应占比55.90%。结论AR患儿照顾者应对方式在家庭关怀度和心理韧性间起部分中介效应。临床工作中应注重强化家庭支持,促进成员间共情合作,营造积极的照护氛围。 展开更多

为研究建筑工人职业健康行为的影响机制,在能力(capability)、动机(motivation)、机会(opportunity)构建形成的COM-B模型框架基础上,分析各要素对目标行为的作用关系。根据职业健康行为的影响路径,提出7个研究假设,利用结构方程模型获... 为研究建筑工人职业健康行为的影响机制,在能力(capability)、动机(motivation)、机会(opportunity)构建形成的COM-B模型框架基础上,分析各要素对目标行为的作用关系。根据职业健康行为的影响路径,提出7个研究假设,利用结构方程模型获得整合的COM-B模型和模块间的作用路径,通过Bootstrap重复采样分析能力和机会对目标行为间接作用关系,全面解析COMB模型结构。研究结果表明:基于统计学方法可解释能力、机会、动机对建筑工人职业健康行为的影响路径和相对重要程度。动机对行为有最显著的直接正向影响,影响路径系数β=0.41(p<0.001),能力和机会对动机的直接正向影响路径系数分别为β=0.21(p<0.001)和β=0.18(p<0.001)。能力完全通过动机来影响行为,而机会通过动机的部分中介影响行为。研究结果可为科学系统防控职业健康和安全风险提供参考。 展开更多

在区域经济发展不平衡、院校资源分配不均、高水平师资分布失衡等问题严重制约高职教育公平进程的背景下,如何依托生成式人工智能赋能高职教育公平成为破局关键。以社会认知理论为分析框架,基于2 622份问卷调查数据,综合采用结构方程模... 在区域经济发展不平衡、院校资源分配不均、高水平师资分布失衡等问题严重制约高职教育公平进程的背景下,如何依托生成式人工智能赋能高职教育公平成为破局关键。以社会认知理论为分析框架,基于2 622份问卷调查数据,综合采用结构方程模型(SEM)和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,探究了生成式人工智能对高职学生教育公平感的影响机制及其赋能高职教育公平的组态路径。研究发现,高职院校GenAI生态、高职学生GenAI支持和GenAI素养均对教育公平感有显著正向影响,而GenAI使用无显著影响。GenAI生态可以通过促进GenAI使用、加大GenAI支持、提高GenAI素养间接产生作用。fsQCA进一步识别出四条可以提升高职学生教育公平感的路径,其中高职学生GenAI素养作为核心条件发挥作用。 展开更多

基于结构方程模型的高龄产妇产褥期疲乏影响路径分析

目的基于结构方程模型分析高龄产妇产褥期疲乏的影响路径。方法选取2021年1月至2024年11月赣州市妇幼保健院产科产后42 d复查的250例高龄产妇作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、中文版产后疲乏量表(PFS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、... 目的基于结构方程模型分析高龄产妇产褥期疲乏的影响路径。方法选取2021年1月至2024年11月赣州市妇幼保健院产科产后42 d复查的250例高龄产妇作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、中文版产后疲乏量表(PFS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、心理韧性量表简版(CD-RISC-10)、家庭关怀度指数量表(APGAR)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对产褥期高龄产妇进行调查。采用单因素分析及多元线性回归分析高龄产妇产褥期疲乏发生的影响因素,使用AMOS软件构建结构方程模型,分析高龄产妇产褥期疲乏的作用路径。结果250例高龄产妇产褥期的疲乏得分为(16.85±2.44)分。单因素分析结果显示,不同饮酒情况与吸烟情况的高龄产妇PFS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,疲乏与家庭关怀度、心理韧性、社会支持呈负相关,而与睡眠质量呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,心理韧性(β=-0.481,B=-0.351,95%CI:-0.401~-0.301)、家庭关怀度(β=-0.231,B=-0.454,95%CI:-0.602~-0.307)、社会支持(β=-0.254,B=-0.133,95%CI:-0.174~-0.092)、睡眠质量(β=0.136,B=0.321,95%CI:0.145~0.497)是高龄产妇产褥期疲乏的影响因素(P<0.05)。结构方程模型拟合较好[卡方自由度比(χ^(2)/df)=0.857,拟合优度指数(GFI)=0.997,调整拟合优度指数(AGFI)=0.976,规范拟合指数(NFI)=0.997,比较拟合指数(CFI)=1.000,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)<0.001],其中睡眠质量对疲乏具有直接正向效应(β=0.427,P<0.05),家庭关怀度、社会支持与心理韧性对疲乏具有直接负向效应(β=-0.193、-0.285、-0.232,P<0.05),并且家庭关怀度通过社会支持、心理韧性及睡眠质量产生间接效应,心理韧性通过社会支持及睡眠质量产生间接效应,社会支持通过睡眠质量产生间接效应。结论高龄产妇产褥期疲乏受心理韧性、家庭关怀度等因素影响,提高睡眠质量、心理韧性与社会水平、促进家庭和睦是缓解疲乏的有效途径。 展开更多

为探究政策对边境农户生计韧性的影响及其作用机制,本研究以云南边境地区589户农户的有效调查数据为基础,依托可持续生计分析框架构建涵盖人力资本、自然资本等的6维生计韧性评价体系。采用熵值法确定各维度权重,测算综合韧性指数,并运... 为探究政策对边境农户生计韧性的影响及其作用机制,本研究以云南边境地区589户农户的有效调查数据为基础,依托可持续生计分析框架构建涵盖人力资本、自然资本等的6维生计韧性评价体系。采用熵值法确定各维度权重,测算综合韧性指数,并运用结构方程模型(SEM)揭示“兴边富民”政策对农户生计韧性的影响路径。结果表明:(1)研究区生计韧性整体水平不高,指数集中于0~0.35之间,均值为0.2045,最高值为0.6480;(2)政策感知对生计韧性具有显著正向影响(路径系数0.62),参与行为对韧性提升亦具有较强作用(0.53),而参与意识的影响相对有限(0.10);(3)政策作用机制主要体现为通过提高农户政策感知水平与行为参与程度形成联动效应,从而增强生计韧性。基于上述结果,从生计资本结构优化、政策支持体系完善以及农户主体能动性激发三个方面的对策建议,为促进边境地区乡村韧性发展、推动“兴边富民”战略落地实施提供理论支撑与实践参考。 展开更多

基于结构方程模型的城市道路交通事故风险度研究

为预防和减少城市道路交通事故发生风险,提高道路交通安全水平。以A市537起城市道路交通事故为基础,通过描述统计分析,甄选16个因素作为5个潜变量的观测变量。采用探索性因子分析方法检验所选测量变量对相关问题的解释能力,基于结构方... 为预防和减少城市道路交通事故发生风险,提高道路交通安全水平。以A市537起城市道路交通事故为基础,通过描述统计分析,甄选16个因素作为5个潜变量的观测变量。采用探索性因子分析方法检验所选测量变量对相关问题的解释能力,基于结构方程模型提出假设,构建城市道路交通事故风险度模型。通过分析适配度良好的模型运算结果,提出对应的防控措施与建议。结果表明:对事故风险度影响最显著的潜在变量是驾驶人特性,对应的路径系数为0.328。车辆状况、道路条件和环境特征等潜变量影响较小,对应的路径系数分别为0.265、0.235和0.162。驾驶人特性和道路条件之间的相互影响作用最大,相关系数为0.334。 展开更多
