Effective intervention plays an important role in promoting patients' recovery, and the application effect of stimulant rehabilitation nursing is analyzed. Methods: Time: 2019.11-2020.11, object: 78 patients with persistent vegetative state after traumatic brain injury. Grouping method: Random method, applying conventional nursing methods to the control group, applying stimulant rehabilitation nursing to the research group, and analyzing the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients. Results: the effective rate of nursing and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. The indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of stimulant rehabilitation nursing to patients with persistent vegetative state after brain injury can promote the relief of vegetative state, avoid the occurrence of various complications such as joint spasm, falling pneumonia, pressure sore, urinary system infection, etc., and promote the early recovery of patients.展开更多

The experimental subjects were 20 patients with persistent nutritional status after receiving treatment for brain injury in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group, with 10 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional nursing, and the observation group was treated with stimulation rehabilitation nursing. We compared clinical efficacy and complications between the two patient groups. Compared with the obtained data, the effective rate of observation group 8 (80.0%) was significantly better than that of control group 3 (30.0%), and the complication rate of observation group 2 (20.0%) was significantly lower than that of observation group. For group control 7 (70%), the difference between groups was significant and statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the stimulation rehabilitation nursing for patients with persistent vegetative state after traumatic brain injury can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, but also effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients. It has significant clinical application value and can be widely promoted.展开更多
