Methods: 84 cases of head and neck radiotherapy in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (standardized nutritional nursing). The nutritional index and nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results: after nursing, the nutritional index of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion: through the implementation of nutrition standardized nursing measures for patients with head and neck radiotherapy, good clinical application effect can be obtained, the nutritional status of patients can be improved, and the nursing satisfaction degree can be improved, which is worthy of clinical application.展开更多
Background:Portal vein tumor thrombosis(PVTT)is regarded as a contraindication for liver transplantation(LT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,some of these patients may have a favorable prognosis after LT.In th...Background:Portal vein tumor thrombosis(PVTT)is regarded as a contraindication for liver transplantation(LT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,some of these patients may have a favorable prognosis after LT.In this study,we evaluated the biological behavior of HCC with PVTT using tumor biomarker(alpha-fetoprotein,AFP)and 18 F-FDG positron emission tomography(tumor standard uptake value)to identify a subset of patients who may be suitable for LT.Methods:Seventy-five HCC-PVTT liver recipients transplanted during February 2016 and June 2018 were analyzed.Different pre-transplant prognostic factors were identified by univariate and multivariate analyses.PVTT status was identified following Vp classification(Vp1-Vp4).Results:Three-year recurrence-free survival and overall survival rates were 40%and 65.4%in Vp2-Vp3 PVTT patients,21.4%and 30.6%in Vp4 PVTT patients(P<0.05).Total tumor diameter>8 cm,pretransplant AFP level>1000 ng/m L and intrahepatic tumor maximal standard uptake value(SUVmaxtumor>5)were independent risk factors for HCC recurrence and overall survival after LT in Vp2-3 PVTT patients.Low risk patients were defined as total tumor diameter≤8 cm;or if total tumor diameter more than 8 cm,with both pre-transplant AFP level less than 1000 ng/m L and intrahepatic tumor SUVmax less than 5,simultaneously.Twenty-two Vp2-3 PVTT HCC patients(46.8%)were identified as low risk patients,and their 3-year recurrence-free and overall survival rates were 67.6%and 95.2%,respectively.Conclusions:Patients with segmental or lobar PVTT and biologically favorable tumors defined by AFP and 18 F-FDG SUVmax might be suitable for LT.展开更多

Current non-invasive diagnostic tools for adre...Introduction: In the setting of an extra-adrenal malignancy, it is a recognized clinical challenge to try and distinguish a benign adrenal mass from a metastatic deposit. Current non-invasive diagnostic tools for adrenal gland evaluation include CT, MRI, PET and PET-CT. Diagnostic interpretative error can occur as evaluations rarely have complete cytologic or histologic correlation for concordance purposes. Aims: To establish the performance characteristics of non-contrast CT attenuation values (Hounsfield units-HU) and the optimal PET-CT maximum standard uptake value (SUVmax) for predicting adrenal malignancy when correlated with adrenal gland endoscopic ultrasound fine needle aspiration (EUS FNA) cytology results. Methods: A prospectively maintained EUS database was reviewed to identify consecutive patients who underwent a left adrenal gland FNA. Non-contrast CT attenuation values and SUVmax scores were calculated. EUS FNA cytology results were used as the reference standard for determining the presence of benign versus malignant adrenal gland status. Results: Sixty-two patients (69 ± 11 years) underwent adrenal EUS FNA, 34 (54.8%) of whom had a clinically suspected or established extra-adrenal malignancy. Non-invasive imaging was suggestive of abnormal adrenal morphology or altered PET-CT FDG activity in 45 (72.6%) patients. Elevated attenuation values (≥10 HU) by non-enhanced CT had a sensitivity and specificity of 100% and 34.6%, respectively. The SUVmax for malignant altered morphology was significantly higher than that for benign lesions [(8.5 ± 3.1 vs 3.3 ± 0.7;(p = 0.0001)]. ROC curve analysis indicated that an optimum cutoff SUVmax of ≥4.1 (AUC 0.92) yielded the best power distinction for malignancy with a sensitivity and specificity of 89% and 100%. Conclusion: When evaluating altered adrenal morphology by non-invasive methods, the performance characteristics of elevated CT attenuation values are suboptimal. But by adopting a SUVmax cut-off value of ≥4.1 could potentially improve such characteristics to detect malignancy.展开更多

First we consider the Burgers equations with initial conditions admitting two and three shocks and use the HOPF-COLE transformation to linearize the problems and explicitly solve them. Next we study the Burgers equation and solve the initial value problem for it. We study the asymptotic behavior of solutions and we show that the exact solution of boundary value problem for viscid Burgers equation as viscosity parameter is sufficiently small approach the shock type solution of boundary value problem for inviscid Burgers equation. We discuss both confluence and interacting shocks. In this article a new approach has been developed to find the exact solutions. The results are formulated in classical mathematics and proved with infinitesimal technique of non standard analysis.展开更多
Chinese and international studies on agricultural ecological compensation standards fall into two categories:While some focus on the cost of ecological protection,others proceed from the value of ecological services.C...Chinese and international studies on agricultural ecological compensation standards fall into two categories:While some focus on the cost of ecological protection,others proceed from the value of ecological services.Cost and value are two aspects of an integrated input-output system,but most existing studies on both types of compensation standards are independent of each other.Drawing upon the reasonable elements from both types of studies to overcome each other’s one-sidedness,this paper has created a“model of consistent compensation standards for the ecosystem and ecological value,”integrating the research approaches for both types of compensation standards under the same analytical framework.Through the application and analysis of this model,this paper has verified the model’s theoretical and practical significance in correcting the one-sidedness of each type of research.The principles and methodologies for creating the model may be further extended to research on agricultural ecological compensation standards under different conditions.In some circumstances,the ability of relatively redundant resources to create ecological value is overlooked.To address this problem,this paper employs a linear programming(LP)sensitivity analysis instrument to correct the model’s initial optimal solutions and arrive at consistent compensation standards that satisfy the consistency between ecosystem and ecological value,thus perfecting the theoretical and methodological system created by this paper for research on agricultural ecological compensation standards.展开更多

Under this basis, this paper proposes the educational evaluation standard value based on the normative perspective. The technical standard for anti floating of Building Engineering (jgj476-2019) issued and implemented by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development on March 1, 2020 is timely and effective, which provides a powerful and reliable technical implementation standard for anti floating design, construction, monitoring and detection.The author studies and uses this standard, compares other standards and combines with the engineering practice, and finds that when the group piles in the anti floating standard are damaged as a whole, it is necessary to further discuss the calculation formula in the corresponding clauses of the standard value of the ultimate bearing capacity of a single anti floating pile.In order to ensure the safety of the design, at the same time, make the theoretical concept clear and clear, but also take into account the principle of economy, this paper discusses this problem as follows.展开更多

Methods: 82 patients with acute attack of bronchitis received in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected for sputum bacterial test.Based on the order of admission, 41 cases in the reference group were given routine expectoration collection method;41 cases in the observation group were treated with improved standard collection method, and the test results of the two groups were compared. Results: ① The qualified rate of sputum samples in the observation group was statistically different from that in the reference group (P < 0.05).② The positive rate of sputum culture in the observation group was significantly different from that in the reference group (P < 0.05).③ There were differences in the collection time of samples and the operation time of sputum bacteriological test between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion: the application of improved standard collection method in sputum bacterial test can improve the positive rate and shorten the time of practical operation.展开更多
