Methods The loaner instruments were collected and categorized into the control group( 2 639 pieces during the period of January 2013 to December 2014) and the observation group( 2 418 pieces during the period of January 2015 to December 2016). The possible causes of the challenges were carefully investigated and analyzed. Results After the implementation of standardized management procedures,the efficiency and qualified care of the loaner instruments was significantly improved by measuring qualified rate. The difference in the qualified rate between control and observation groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The implementation of the standardized management procedures is important for central sterilization supply departments in guarantee of safe supplies of the loaner instruments,reducing operation risks,and ultimately ensuring patient safety.展开更多

Content and methods: to develop strategies for education and management of gout patients;Education and training of primary health workers;A gout management team with the linkage of "superior hospital specialties, grassroots medical institutions and patients" is preliminarily constructed. Results: based on our own unit and the medical community unit, we preliminarily constructed a gout management team, which reduced the average annual acute attacks of gout patients by 3.54 times, improved renal function of 66.7% patients, and reduced the use rate of antibiotics by 100%. Conclusion: through the standardized management and education of patients and grassroots health personnel, the establishment of a gout management team with the linkage of "superior hospital-primary medical institutions-patients" can effectively control the condition of patients with gout, reduce the acute attack of gout and the abuse of antibiotics in the acute period, and improve the prognosis.展开更多

Methods: a total of 80 patients with hematological diseases detected in our cooperative hospital from October 2018 to August 2020 were selected. After random numbering, they were divided into two groups by single and even number grouping, namely, the control group using routine nursing and the research group using standardized management. The occurrence of adverse events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: in terms of the incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction, the data of the study group were lower and higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing of blood transfusion patients with hematological diseases, the application of standardized management of blood transfusion nursing can reduce the occurrence of adverse events, have a positive impact on ensuring the treatment effect of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients.展开更多

The large global outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has seriously endangered the health care system in China and globally.The sudden surge of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 in...The large global outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has seriously endangered the health care system in China and globally.The sudden surge of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection has revealed the shortage of critical care medicine resources and intensivists.Currently,the management of non-critically ill patients with COVID-19 is performed mostly by non-intensive care unit(ICU)physicians,who lack the required professional knowledge,training,and practice in critical care medicine,especially in terms of continuous monitoring of the respiratory function,intervention,and feedback on treatment effects.This clinical problem needs an urgent solution.Therefore,here,we propose a series of clinical strategies for non-ICU physicians aimed at the standardization of the management of non-critically ill patients with COVID-19 from the perspective of critical care medicine.Isolation management is performed to facilitate the implementation of hierarchical monitoring and intervention to ensure the reasonable distribution of scarce critical care medical resources and intensivists,highlight the key patients,timely detection of disease progression,and early and appropriate intervention and organ function support,and thus improve the prognosis.Different management objectives are also set based on the high-risk factors and the severity of patients with COVID-19.The approaches suggested herein will facilitate the timely detection of disease progression,and thus ensure the provision of early and appropriate intervention and organ function support,which will eventually improve the prognosis.展开更多

Objective: to explore the application of the target management model based on the standardized metabolic disease management center (MMC) in the care of patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods: sixty Dr patien...Objective: to explore the application of the target management model based on the standardized metabolic disease management center (MMC) in the care of patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods: sixty Dr patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and study group (30 cases). The control group used routine nursing, and the research group used routine nursing based on MMC management model, continuous intervention for 6 months. The attainment rate of five goals, self-management behavior, health knowledge and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups. Results: after intervention, the rate of glucose and lipid metabolism, diet, exercise, weight reaching standard and DR knowledge awareness rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the scores of self-management behavior and health knowledge awareness were higher than those in the control group, and the total compliance rate was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the objective management model based on MMC is used in DR nursing, which is beneficial to improve patients' disease cognition level and self-management level, improve compliance behavior, and effectively control disease risk factors.展开更多

文摘The purchasement and development as well as the benefit of utilization for the large equipment in universities of China are analyzed in this paper, the paper in dicates that in utilization of large equipment the contradictions such as urgency and necessity for the purchasement and development of large equipment and serious waste in resources since inadequacy of annual utilization rate of large equipment are existed, it also raises that the key step of giving full play to the benefit of large equipment is to strengthen management and development after the equipment are purchased, the paper regards through stressing standardized management and maintenance、opening the laboratory、improving the functions of equipment、renovating technology、fully examining and scientifically deciding before purchasement, the investment benefit for the large equipment can be raised effectively.

ISO has paid attention to the issue of the integrated management systems since the ISO 9000family standards for quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 14000 series standards for environmentmanagement system (EMS) were published. ISO/TAG (Technical Advisory Group) 12 was formed by theISO/TM (Technical Management Board) in early 1997 with the mandate to achieve greater compatibilitybetween the relevant ISO/TC 176 and ISO/TC 207 standards in the field of management systems,auditing, terms and definitions. The report was submitted to TMB by TAG 12 in 1999.

文摘Objective: to explore the application of the target management model based on the standardized metabolic disease management center (MMC) in the care of patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods: sixty Dr patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and study group (30 cases). The control group used routine nursing, and the research group used routine nursing based on MMC management model, continuous intervention for 6 months. The attainment rate of five goals, self-management behavior, health knowledge and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups. Results: after intervention, the rate of glucose and lipid metabolism, diet, exercise, weight reaching standard and DR knowledge awareness rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the scores of self-management behavior and health knowledge awareness were higher than those in the control group, and the total compliance rate was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the objective management model based on MMC is used in DR nursing, which is beneficial to improve patients' disease cognition level and self-management level, improve compliance behavior, and effectively control disease risk factors.
