The large global outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has seriously endangered the health care system in China and globally.The sudden surge of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 in...The large global outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has seriously endangered the health care system in China and globally.The sudden surge of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection has revealed the shortage of critical care medicine resources and intensivists.Currently,the management of non-critically ill patients with COVID-19 is performed mostly by non-intensive care unit(ICU)physicians,who lack the required professional knowledge,training,and practice in critical care medicine,especially in terms of continuous monitoring of the respiratory function,intervention,and feedback on treatment effects.This clinical problem needs an urgent solution.Therefore,here,we propose a series of clinical strategies for non-ICU physicians aimed at the standardization of the management of non-critically ill patients with COVID-19 from the perspective of critical care medicine.Isolation management is performed to facilitate the implementation of hierarchical monitoring and intervention to ensure the reasonable distribution of scarce critical care medical resources and intensivists,highlight the key patients,timely detection of disease progression,and early and appropriate intervention and organ function support,and thus improve the prognosis.Different management objectives are also set based on the high-risk factors and the severity of patients with COVID-19.The approaches suggested herein will facilitate the timely detection of disease progression,and thus ensure the provision of early and appropriate intervention and organ function support,which will eventually improve the prognosis.展开更多

Methods The loaner instruments were collected and categorized into the control group( 2 639 pieces during the period of January 2013 to December 2014) and the observation group( 2 418 pieces during the period of January 2015 to December 2016). The possible causes of the challenges were carefully investigated and analyzed. Results After the implementation of standardized management procedures,the efficiency and qualified care of the loaner instruments was significantly improved by measuring qualified rate. The difference in the qualified rate between control and observation groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The implementation of the standardized management procedures is important for central sterilization supply departments in guarantee of safe supplies of the loaner instruments,reducing operation risks,and ultimately ensuring patient safety.展开更多

Content and methods: to develop strategies for education and management of gout patients;Education and training of primary health workers;A gout management team with the linkage of "superior hospital specialties, grassroots medical institutions and patients" is preliminarily constructed. Results: based on our own unit and the medical community unit, we preliminarily constructed a gout management team, which reduced the average annual acute attacks of gout patients by 3.54 times, improved renal function of 66.7% patients, and reduced the use rate of antibiotics by 100%. Conclusion: through the standardized management and education of patients and grassroots health personnel, the establishment of a gout management team with the linkage of "superior hospital-primary medical institutions-patients" can effectively control the condition of patients with gout, reduce the acute attack of gout and the abuse of antibiotics in the acute period, and improve the prognosis.展开更多

Methods: a total of 80 pati...Objective: in order to improve the nursing effect of blood transfusion patients with hematological diseases, the effect of standardized management of blood transfusion nursing was analyzed. Methods: a total of 80 patients with hematological diseases detected in our cooperative hospital from October 2018 to August 2020 were selected. After random numbering, they were divided into two groups by single and even number grouping, namely, the control group using routine nursing and the research group using standardized management. The occurrence of adverse events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: in terms of the incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction, the data of the study group were lower and higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing of blood transfusion patients with hematological diseases, the application of standardized management of blood transfusion nursing can reduce the occurrence of adverse events, have a positive impact on ensuring the treatment effect of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients.展开更多

Based on this, this paper summarizes the safety concept, laws and regulations, cases and management standardization of mechanical products to provide some reference for many staff.
文摘Objective: in order to improve the nursing effect of blood transfusion patients with hematological diseases, the effect of standardized management of blood transfusion nursing was analyzed. Methods: a total of 80 patients with hematological diseases detected in our cooperative hospital from October 2018 to August 2020 were selected. After random numbering, they were divided into two groups by single and even number grouping, namely, the control group using routine nursing and the research group using standardized management. The occurrence of adverse events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: in terms of the incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction, the data of the study group were lower and higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing of blood transfusion patients with hematological diseases, the application of standardized management of blood transfusion nursing can reduce the occurrence of adverse events, have a positive impact on ensuring the treatment effect of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients.

As a key role in the "three standards" (standardized team, standardized post, standardized site) system construction in state-owned enterprises, especially the grass-roots management, is undoubtedly an important means to realize the value of state-owned enterprises public service under the new situation. Based on this, this paper combines with the work practice, and detailed expounds the creation and practice of the "three standards" management and promotion system in the public service of state-owned enterprises under the new normal.
文摘With the continuous increase of peoples actual demand for electric power, the generator set of thermal power plant becomes very important. Only by ensuring the stable operation of generating units in thermal power plants can thermal power plants continuously provide power resources. Therefore, it is necessary to actively formulate the overhaul and maintenance plan for the generating units in thermal power plants, implement the corresponding standardized management methods, and carry out all-round training for the relevant overhaul and maintenance personnel, so that the overhaul and maintenance personnel can establish a consistent operation goal, ensure the long-term operation of the generating units in thermal power plants, and lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of standardized management methods for overhaul and maintenance of generating units in thermal power plants. Based on this, taking 600MW generator set as an example, this paper first briefly describes the significance of standardized management, then discusses the drawbacks of standardized management of generator set overhaul and maintenance in thermal power plants, and finally analyzes the effective measures to improve standardized management of generator set overhaul and maintenance in thermal power plants, which can be used for reference by relevant scholars.
