Methods: 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research object, and the patients were given staged nursing. Results: after nursing, the patient's body index tended to be normal and the inflammation disappeared. Conclusion: in the process of nursing the patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, the nursing effect of stage nursing is remarkable. After nursing, the inflammation of the patients has obvious improvement trend, the quality of life has been significantly improved, and the anxiety, depression and panic degree of the patients have been reduced. Therefore, the stage nursing measures have application value in the process of nursing the patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.展开更多

Methods: 128 schizophrenic patients treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the experimental objects. They were divided into management group and reference group, with 64 cases in each group. They received staged rehabilitation nursing measures and routine rehabilitation nursing respectively, and the nursing effects were compared. Results: the medication compliance of the management group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05);The rehabilitation of the management group was better than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: schizophrenic patients receiving stage rehabilitation nursing scheme is conducive to the rehabilitation of the disease and is suitable for clinical nursing.展开更多

Methods: 45 cases of AMI patients who underwent PCI in our hospital from January ...Objective: to explore the nursing effect of early staged rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI. Methods: 45 cases of AMI patients who underwent PCI in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group for early staged rehabilitation nursing, and 45 cases of patients undergoing routine nursing were selected as the contrast group. Cardiac function index level, incidence of adverse events and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: the levels of LVEF and LVEDV in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of coronary artery restenosis and heart failure between the two groups and the control group (P > 0.05). The incidence of arrhythmia and angina pectoris in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The SAQ index scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the early implementation of staged rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI is helpful to improve cardiac function, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve the quality of life, which has clinical value of promotion and application.展开更多
