For multi-vehicle networks,Cooperative Positioning(CP)technique has become a promising way to enhance vehicle positioning accuracy.Especially,the CP performance could be further improved by introducing Sensor-Rich Veh...For multi-vehicle networks,Cooperative Positioning(CP)technique has become a promising way to enhance vehicle positioning accuracy.Especially,the CP performance could be further improved by introducing Sensor-Rich Vehicles(SRVs)into CP networks,which is called SRV-aided CP.However,the CP system may split into several sub-clusters that cannot be connected with each other in dense urban environments,in which the sub-clusters with few SRVs will suffer from degradation of CP performance.Since Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)have been widely used to aid vehicular communications,we intend to utilize UAVs to assist sub-clusters in CP.In this paper,a UAV-aided CP network is constructed to fully utilize information from SRVs.First,the inter-node connection structure among the UAV and vehicles is designed to share available information from SRVs.After that,the clustering optimization strategy is proposed,in which the UAV cooperates with the high-precision sub-cluster to obtain available information from SRVs,and then broadcasts this positioning-related information to other low-precision sub-clusters.Finally,the Locally-Centralized Factor Graph Optimization(LC-FGO)algorithm is designed to fuse positioning information from cooperators.Simulation results indicate that the positioning accuracy of the CP system could be improved by fully utilizing positioning-related information from SRVs.展开更多
Attributed graph clustering plays a vital role in uncovering hidden network structures,but it presents significant challenges.In recent years,various models have been proposed to identify meaningful clusters by integr...Attributed graph clustering plays a vital role in uncovering hidden network structures,but it presents significant challenges.In recent years,various models have been proposed to identify meaningful clusters by integrating both structural and attribute-based information.However,these models often emphasize node proximities without adequately balancing the efficiency of clustering based on both structural and attribute data.Furthermore,they tend to neglect the critical fuzzy information inherent in attributed graph clusters.To address these issues,we introduce a new framework,Markov lumpability optimization,for efficient clustering of large-scale attributed graphs.Specifically,we define a lumped Markov chain on an attribute-augmented graph and introduce a new metric,Markov lumpability,to quantify the differences between the original and lumped Markov transition probability matrices.To minimize this measure,we propose a conjugate gradient projectionbased approach that ensures the partitioning closely aligns with the intrinsic structure of fuzzy clusters through conditional optimization.Extensive experiments on both synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate the superior performance of the proposed framework compared to existing clustering algorithms.This framework has many potential applications,including dynamic community analysis of social networks,user profiling in recommendation systems,functional module identification in biological molecular networks,and financial risk control,offering a new paradigm for mining complex patterns in high-dimensional attributed graph data.展开更多

As vehicular networks grow increasingly complex due to high node mobility and dynamic traffic conditions,efficient clustering mechanisms are vital to ensure stable and scalable communication.Recent studies have emphas...As vehicular networks grow increasingly complex due to high node mobility and dynamic traffic conditions,efficient clustering mechanisms are vital to ensure stable and scalable communication.Recent studies have emphasized the need for adaptive clustering strategies to improve performance in Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS).This paper presents the Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm for Vehicular Network Clustering(GOAVNET)algorithm,an innovative approach to optimal vehicular clustering in Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks(VANETs),leveraging the Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm(GOA)to address the critical challenges of traffic congestion and communication inefficiencies in Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS).The proposed GOA-VNET employs an iterative and interactive optimization mechanism to dynamically adjust node positions and cluster configurations,ensuring robust adaptability to varying vehicular densities and transmission ranges.Key features of GOA-VNET include the utilization of attraction zone,repulsion zone,and comfort zone parameters,which collectively enhance clustering efficiency and minimize congestion within Regions of Interest(ROI).By managing cluster configurations and node densities effectively,GOA-VNET ensures balanced load distribution and seamless data transmission,even in scenarios with high vehicular densities and varying transmission ranges.Comparative evaluations against the Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA)and Grey Wolf Optimization(GWO)demonstrate that GOA-VNET consistently outperforms these methods by achieving superior clustering efficiency,reducing the number of clusters by up to 10%in high-density scenarios,and improving data transmission reliability.Simulation results reveal that under a 100-600 m transmission range,GOA-VNET achieves an average reduction of 8%-15%in the number of clusters and maintains a 5%-10%improvement in packet delivery ratio(PDR)compared to baseline algorithms.Additionally,the algorithm incorporates a heat transfer-inspired load-balancing mechanism,ensuring equitable distribution of nodes among cluster leaders(CLs)and maintaining a stable network environment.These results validate GOA-VNET as a reliable and scalable solution for VANETs,with significant potential to support next-generation ITS.Future research could further enhance the algorithm by integrating multi-objective optimization techniques and exploring broader applications in complex traffic scenarios.展开更多

Numerous wireless networks have emerged that can be used for short communication ranges where the infrastructure-based networks may fail because of their installation and cost.One of them is a sensor network with embe...Numerous wireless networks have emerged that can be used for short communication ranges where the infrastructure-based networks may fail because of their installation and cost.One of them is a sensor network with embedded sensors working as the primary nodes,termed Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs),in which numerous sensors are connected to at least one Base Station(BS).These sensors gather information from the environment and transmit it to a BS or gathering location.WSNs have several challenges,including throughput,energy usage,and network lifetime concerns.Different strategies have been applied to get over these restrictions.Clustering may,therefore,be thought of as the best way to solve such issues.Consequently,it is crucial to analyze effective Cluster Head(CH)selection to maximize efficiency throughput,extend the network lifetime,and minimize energy consumption.This paper proposed an Accelerated Particle Swarm Optimization(APSO)algorithm based on the Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy(LEACH),Neighboring Based Energy Efficient Routing(NBEER),Cooperative Energy Efficient Routing(CEER),and Cooperative Relay Neighboring Based Energy Efficient Routing(CR-NBEER)techniques.With the help of APSO in the implementation of the WSN,the main methodology of this article has taken place.The simulation findings in this study demonstrated that the suggested approach uses less energy,with respective energy consumption ranges of 0.1441 to 0.013 for 5 CH,1.003 to 0.0521 for 10 CH,and 0.1734 to 0.0911 for 15 CH.The sending packets ratio was also raised for all three CH selection scenarios,increasing from 659 to 1730.The number of dead nodes likewise dropped for the given combination,falling between 71 and 66.The network lifetime was deemed to have risen based on the results found.A hybrid with a few valuable parameters can further improve the suggested APSO-based protocol.Similar to underwater,WSN can make use of the proposed protocol.The overall results have been evaluated and compared with the existing approaches of sensor networks.展开更多

This clustering process is identified as the Non-deterministic Polynomial(NP)-hard optimization problems which has the maximized probability of being solved through metaheuristic algorithms.This adoption of hybrid metaheuristic algorithm concentrates on the identification of the optimal or nearoptimal solutions which aids in better energy stability during Cluster Head(CH) selection. In this paper,Hybrid Seagull and Whale Optimization Algorithmbased Dynamic Clustering Protocol(HSWOA-DCP)is proposed with the exploitation benefits of WOA and exploration merits of SEOA to optimal CH selection for maintaining energy stability with prolonged network lifetime. This HSWOA-DCP adopted the modified version of SEagull Optimization Algorithm(SEOA) to handle the problem of premature convergence and computational accuracy which is maximally possible during CH selection. The inclusion of SEOA into WOA improved the global searching capability during the selection of CH and prevents worst fitness nodes from being selected as CH, since the spiral attacking behavior of SEOA is similar to the bubble-net characteristics of WOA. This CH selection integrates the spiral attacking principles of SEOA and contraction surrounding mechanism of WOA for improving computation accuracy to prevent frequent election process. It also included the strategy of levy flight strategy into SEOA for potentially avoiding premature convergence to attain better trade-off between the rate of exploration and exploitation in a more effective manner. The simulation results of the proposed HSWOADCP confirmed better network survivability rate, network residual energy and network overall throughput on par with the competitive CH selection schemes under different number of data transmission rounds.The statistical analysis of the proposed HSWOA-DCP scheme also confirmed its energy stability with respect to ANOVA test.展开更多

Meanwhile, T-S fuzzy neural network(TSFNN)is adopted to recognize the driving fatigue of drivers. For the structure identification of the TSFNN, subtractive clustering(SC) is used to confirm the fuzzy rules and their correlative parameters. Moreover, the particle swarm optimization (PSO)algorithm is improved to train the TSFNN. Simulation results and experiments on vehicles show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the convergence speed and the recognition accuracy of the TSFNN, as well as enhance the correct rate of driving fatigue detection.展开更多
Multi-cluster perforation and multi-staged fracturing of horizontal well is one of the main technologies in volumetric fracturing stimulation of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs,but unconventional reservoirs in C...Multi-cluster perforation and multi-staged fracturing of horizontal well is one of the main technologies in volumetric fracturing stimulation of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs,but unconventional reservoirs in China are generally of strong heterogeneity,which causes different fracture initiation pressures in different positions of lateral,making it difficult to ensure the balanced fracture initiation and propagation between clusters in multi-cluster perforating.It is in urgent need to precisely evaluate the difference in rock strength in lateral and determine the well section with similar rock strength to deploy fractures,so as to reach the goal of balanced stimulation.Based on the drilling and logging data,this paper establishes an unsupervised clustering model of mechanical specific energy of bit at the bottomhole the lateral.Then,the influence of drill string friction,composite drilling and jet-assisted rock breaking on the mechanical specific energy is analyzed,and the distribution and clustering categories of bottomhole mechanical specific energy with decimeter spatial resolution are obtained.Finally,a fracture deployment optimization method for horizontal well volumetric fracturing aiming balanced stimulation is developed by comprehensively considering inter-fracture interference,casing collar position,plug position,and clustering result of bottomhole mechanical specific energy.The following results are obtained.First,compared with brittleness index,Poisson's ratioandstressdifference,perforation erosion area isina strongercorrelationwith themechanical specific energy,andthemechanical specific energy can effectively characterize the difference in the amount of proppant injected into the perforation clusters in the lateral,so it can be served as one of the important indicators for the selection of fracture deployment position.Second,the drilling and logging data cleaning and smoothing and the clustering number selection by the elbow method are the key steps to obtain the clustering results of bottomhole mechanical specific energy,which can tell the difference in the mechanical specific energy with decimeter-level resolution.Third,the interval with mechanical specific energy within 10%of the averagevalue in the section is selected for deploying perforation clusters,and the compiled computer algorithm can automatically determine the optimal position of fracturing section and cluster,so as to realize the differential design of stage spacing and cluster spacing.In conclusion,the research results can further improve the fractures deployment efficiency and balanced stimulation of volumetric fracturing in unconventional oil andgasreservoirs,and this technology is expected to provide ideas andnew methods forthe fracturedeployment optimization of horizontal well volumetric fracturing in unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.展开更多

High fidelity analysis are utilized in modern engineering design optimization problems which involve expensive black-box models.For computation-intensive engineering design problems,efficient global optimization metho...High fidelity analysis are utilized in modern engineering design optimization problems which involve expensive black-box models.For computation-intensive engineering design problems,efficient global optimization methods must be developed to relieve the computational burden.A new metamodel-based global optimization method using fuzzy clustering for design space reduction(MGO-FCR) is presented.The uniformly distributed initial sample points are generated by Latin hypercube design to construct the radial basis function metamodel,whose accuracy is improved with increasing number of sample points gradually.Fuzzy c-mean method and Gath-Geva clustering method are applied to divide the design space into several small interesting cluster spaces for low and high dimensional problems respectively.Modeling efficiency and accuracy are directly related to the design space,so unconcerned spaces are eliminated by the proposed reduction principle and two pseudo reduction algorithms.The reduction principle is developed to determine whether the current design space should be reduced and which space is eliminated.The first pseudo reduction algorithm improves the speed of clustering,while the second pseudo reduction algorithm ensures the design space to be reduced.Through several numerical benchmark functions,comparative studies with adaptive response surface method,approximated unimodal region elimination method and mode-pursuing sampling are carried out.The optimization results reveal that this method captures the real global optimum for all the numerical benchmark functions.And the number of function evaluations show that the efficiency of this method is favorable especially for high dimensional problems.Based on this global design optimization method,a design optimization of a lifting surface in high speed flow is carried out and this method saves about 10 h compared with genetic algorithms.This method possesses favorable performance on efficiency,robustness and capability of global convergence and gives a new optimization strategy for engineering design optimization problems involving expensive black box models.展开更多

文摘For multi-vehicle networks,Cooperative Positioning(CP)technique has become a promising way to enhance vehicle positioning accuracy.Especially,the CP performance could be further improved by introducing Sensor-Rich Vehicles(SRVs)into CP networks,which is called SRV-aided CP.However,the CP system may split into several sub-clusters that cannot be connected with each other in dense urban environments,in which the sub-clusters with few SRVs will suffer from degradation of CP performance.Since Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)have been widely used to aid vehicular communications,we intend to utilize UAVs to assist sub-clusters in CP.In this paper,a UAV-aided CP network is constructed to fully utilize information from SRVs.First,the inter-node connection structure among the UAV and vehicles is designed to share available information from SRVs.After that,the clustering optimization strategy is proposed,in which the UAV cooperates with the high-precision sub-cluster to obtain available information from SRVs,and then broadcasts this positioning-related information to other low-precision sub-clusters.Finally,the Locally-Centralized Factor Graph Optimization(LC-FGO)algorithm is designed to fuse positioning information from cooperators.Simulation results indicate that the positioning accuracy of the CP system could be improved by fully utilizing positioning-related information from SRVs.

文摘Attributed graph clustering plays a vital role in uncovering hidden network structures,but it presents significant challenges.In recent years,various models have been proposed to identify meaningful clusters by integrating both structural and attribute-based information.However,these models often emphasize node proximities without adequately balancing the efficiency of clustering based on both structural and attribute data.Furthermore,they tend to neglect the critical fuzzy information inherent in attributed graph clusters.To address these issues,we introduce a new framework,Markov lumpability optimization,for efficient clustering of large-scale attributed graphs.Specifically,we define a lumped Markov chain on an attribute-augmented graph and introduce a new metric,Markov lumpability,to quantify the differences between the original and lumped Markov transition probability matrices.To minimize this measure,we propose a conjugate gradient projectionbased approach that ensures the partitioning closely aligns with the intrinsic structure of fuzzy clusters through conditional optimization.Extensive experiments on both synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate the superior performance of the proposed framework compared to existing clustering algorithms.This framework has many potential applications,including dynamic community analysis of social networks,user profiling in recommendation systems,functional module identification in biological molecular networks,and financial risk control,offering a new paradigm for mining complex patterns in high-dimensional attributed graph data.
文摘Reliable Cluster Head(CH)selectionbased routing protocols are necessary for increasing the packet transmission efficiency with optimal path discovery that never introduces degradation over the transmission reliability.In this paper,Hybrid Golden Jackal,and Improved Whale Optimization Algorithm(HGJIWOA)is proposed as an effective and optimal routing protocol that guarantees efficient routing of data packets in the established between the CHs and the movable sink.This HGJIWOA included the phases of Dynamic Lens-Imaging Learning Strategy and Novel Update Rules for determining the reliable route essential for data packets broadcasting attained through fitness measure estimation-based CH selection.The process of CH selection achieved using Golden Jackal Optimization Algorithm(GJOA)completely depends on the factors of maintainability,consistency,trust,delay,and energy.The adopted GJOA algorithm play a dominant role in determining the optimal path of routing depending on the parameter of reduced delay and minimal distance.It further utilized Improved Whale Optimisation Algorithm(IWOA)for forwarding the data from chosen CHs to the BS via optimized route depending on the parameters of energy and distance.It also included a reliable route maintenance process that aids in deciding the selected route through which data need to be transmitted or re-routed.The simulation outcomes of the proposed HGJIWOA mechanism with different sensor nodes confirmed an improved mean throughput of 18.21%,sustained residual energy of 19.64%with minimized end-to-end delay of 21.82%,better than the competitive CH selection approaches.

文摘As vehicular networks grow increasingly complex due to high node mobility and dynamic traffic conditions,efficient clustering mechanisms are vital to ensure stable and scalable communication.Recent studies have emphasized the need for adaptive clustering strategies to improve performance in Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS).This paper presents the Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm for Vehicular Network Clustering(GOAVNET)algorithm,an innovative approach to optimal vehicular clustering in Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks(VANETs),leveraging the Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm(GOA)to address the critical challenges of traffic congestion and communication inefficiencies in Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS).The proposed GOA-VNET employs an iterative and interactive optimization mechanism to dynamically adjust node positions and cluster configurations,ensuring robust adaptability to varying vehicular densities and transmission ranges.Key features of GOA-VNET include the utilization of attraction zone,repulsion zone,and comfort zone parameters,which collectively enhance clustering efficiency and minimize congestion within Regions of Interest(ROI).By managing cluster configurations and node densities effectively,GOA-VNET ensures balanced load distribution and seamless data transmission,even in scenarios with high vehicular densities and varying transmission ranges.Comparative evaluations against the Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA)and Grey Wolf Optimization(GWO)demonstrate that GOA-VNET consistently outperforms these methods by achieving superior clustering efficiency,reducing the number of clusters by up to 10%in high-density scenarios,and improving data transmission reliability.Simulation results reveal that under a 100-600 m transmission range,GOA-VNET achieves an average reduction of 8%-15%in the number of clusters and maintains a 5%-10%improvement in packet delivery ratio(PDR)compared to baseline algorithms.Additionally,the algorithm incorporates a heat transfer-inspired load-balancing mechanism,ensuring equitable distribution of nodes among cluster leaders(CLs)and maintaining a stable network environment.These results validate GOA-VNET as a reliable and scalable solution for VANETs,with significant potential to support next-generation ITS.Future research could further enhance the algorithm by integrating multi-objective optimization techniques and exploring broader applications in complex traffic scenarios.

文摘Considering the uncertainty of grid connection of electric vehicle charging stations and the uncertainty of new energy and residential electricity load,a spatio-temporal decoupling strategy of dynamic reactive power optimization based on clustering-local relaxation-correction is proposed.Firstly,the k-medoids clustering algorithm is used to divide the reduced power scene into periods.Then,the discrete variables and continuous variables are optimized in the same period of time.Finally,the number of input groups of parallel capacitor banks(CB)in multiple periods is fixed,and then the secondary static reactive power optimization correction is carried out by using the continuous reactive power output device based on the static reactive power compensation device(SVC),the new energy grid-connected inverter,and the electric vehicle charging station.According to the characteristics of the model,a hybrid optimization algorithm with a cross-feedback mechanism is used to solve different types of variables,and an improved artificial hummingbird algorithm based on tent chaotic mapping and adaptive mutation is proposed to improve the solution efficiency.The simulation results show that the proposed decoupling strategy can obtain satisfactory optimization resultswhile strictly guaranteeing the dynamic constraints of discrete variables,and the hybrid algorithm can effectively solve the mixed integer nonlinear optimization problem.

文摘Offboard active decoys(OADs)can effectively jam monopulse radars.However,for missiles approaching from a particular direction and distance,the OAD should be placed at a specific location,posing high requirements for timing and deployment.To improve the response speed and jamming effect,a cluster of OADs based on an unmanned surface vehicle(USV)is proposed.The formation of the cluster determines the effectiveness of jamming.First,based on the mechanism of OAD jamming,critical conditions are identified,and a method for assessing the jamming effect is proposed.Then,for the optimization of the cluster formation,a mathematical model is built,and a multi-tribe adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm based on mutation strategy and Metropolis criterion(3M-APSO)is designed.Finally,the formation optimization problem is solved and analyzed using the 3M-APSO algorithm under specific scenarios.The results show that the improved algorithm has a faster convergence rate and superior performance as compared to the standard Adaptive-PSO algorithm.Compared with a single OAD,the optimal formation of USV-OAD cluster effectively fills the blind area and maximizes the use of jamming resources.

文摘Bottleneck stage and reentrance often exist in real-life manufacturing processes;however,the previous research rarely addresses these two processing conditions in a scheduling problem.In this study,a reentrant hybrid flow shop scheduling problem(RHFSP)with a bottleneck stage is considered,and an elite-class teaching-learning-based optimization(ETLBO)algorithm is proposed to minimize maximum completion time.To produce high-quality solutions,teachers are divided into formal ones and substitute ones,and multiple classes are formed.The teacher phase is composed of teacher competition and teacher teaching.The learner phase is replaced with a reinforcement search of the elite class.Adaptive adjustment on teachers and classes is established based on class quality,which is determined by the number of elite solutions in class.Numerous experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of new strategies,and ETLBO has a significant advantage in solving the considered RHFSP.
文摘Rapid development in Information Technology(IT)has allowed several novel application regions like large outdoor vehicular networks for Vehicle-to-Vehicle(V2V)transmission.Vehicular networks give a safe and more effective driving experience by presenting time-sensitive and location-aware data.The communication occurs directly between V2V and Base Station(BS)units such as the Road Side Unit(RSU),named as a Vehicle to Infrastructure(V2I).However,the frequent topology alterations in VANETs generate several problems with data transmission as the vehicle velocity differs with time.Therefore,the scheme of an effectual routing protocol for reliable and stable communications is significant.Current research demonstrates that clustering is an intelligent method for effectual routing in a mobile environment.Therefore,this article presents a Falcon Optimization Algorithm-based Energy Efficient Communication Protocol for Cluster-based Routing(FOA-EECPCR)technique in VANETS.The FOA-EECPCR technique intends to group the vehicles and determine the shortest route in the VANET.To accomplish this,the FOA-EECPCR technique initially clusters the vehicles using FOA with fitness functions comprising energy,distance,and trust level.For the routing process,the Sparrow Search Algorithm(SSA)is derived with a fitness function that encompasses two variables,namely,energy and distance.A series of experiments have been conducted to exhibit the enhanced performance of the FOA-EECPCR method.The experimental outcomes demonstrate the enhanced performance of the FOA-EECPCR approach over other current methods.

文摘Rate of penetration(ROP)is the key factor affecting the drilling cycle and cost,and it directly reflects the drilling efficiency.With the increasingly complex field data,the original drilling parameter optimization method can't meet the needs of drilling parameter optimization in the era of big data and artificial intelligence.This paper presents a drilling parameter optimization method based on big data of drilling,which takes machine learning algorithms as a tool.First,field data is pre-processed according to the characteristics of big data of drilling.Then a formation clustering model based on unsupervised learning is established,which takes sonic logging,gamma logging,and density logging data as input.Formation clusters with similar stratum characteristics are decided.Aiming at improving ROP,the formation clusters are input into the ROP model,and the mechanical parameters(weight on bit,revolution per minute)and hydraulic parameters(standpipe pressure,flow rate)are optimized.Taking the Southern Margin block of Xinjiang as an example,the MAPE of prediction of ROP after clustering is decreased from 18.72%to 10.56%.The results of this paper provide a new method to improve drilling efficiency based on big data of drilling.

文摘Cardiovascular disease prediction is a significant area of research in healthcare management systems(HMS).We will only be able to reduce the number of deaths if we anticipate cardiac problems in advance.The existing heart disease detection systems using machine learning have not yet produced sufficient results due to the reliance on available data.We present Clustered Butterfly Optimization Techniques(RoughK-means+BOA)as a new hybrid method for predicting heart disease.This method comprises two phases:clustering data using Roughk-means(RKM)and data analysis using the butterfly optimization algorithm(BOA).The benchmark dataset from the UCI repository is used for our experiments.The experiments are divided into three sets:the first set involves the RKM clustering technique,the next set evaluates the classification outcomes,and the last set validates the performance of the proposed hybrid model.The proposed RoughK-means+BOA has achieved a reasonable accuracy of 97.03 and a minimal error rate of 2.97.This result is comparatively better than other combinations of optimization techniques.In addition,this approach effectively enhances data segmentation,optimization,and classification performance.

文摘In the era of big data,personalised recommendation systems are essential for enhancing user engagement and driving business growth.However,traditional recommendation algorithms,such as collaborative filtering,face significant challenges due to data sparsity,algorithm scalability,and the difficulty of adapting to dynamic user preferences.These limitations hinder the ability of systems to provide highly accurate and personalised recommendations.To address these challenges,this paper proposes a clustering-based recommendation method that integrates an enhanced Grasshopper Optimisation Algorithm(GOA),termed LCGOA,to improve the accuracy and efficiency of recommendation systems by optimising cluster centroids in a dynamic environment.By combining the K-means algorithm with the enhanced GOA,which incorporates a Lévy flight mechanism and multi-strategy co-evolution,our method overcomes the centroid sensitivity issue,a key limitation in traditional clustering techniques.Experimental results across multiple datasets show that the proposed LCGOA-based method significantly outperforms conventional recommendation algorithms in terms of recommendation accuracy,offering more relevant content to users and driving greater customer satisfaction and business growth.

文摘Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs)are a collection of sensor nodes distributed in space and connected through wireless communication.The sensor nodes gather and store data about the real world around them.However,the nodes that are dependent on batteries will ultimately suffer an energy loss with time,which affects the lifetime of the network.This research proposes to achieve its primary goal by reducing energy consumption and increasing the network’s lifetime and stability.The present technique employs the hybrid Mayfly Optimization Algorithm-Enhanced Ant Colony Optimization(MFOA-EACO),where the Mayfly Optimization Algorithm(MFOA)is used to select the best cluster head(CH)from a set of nodes,and the Enhanced Ant Colony Optimization(EACO)technique is used to determine an optimal route between the cluster head and base station.The performance evaluation of our suggested hybrid approach is based on many parameters,including the number of active and dead nodes,node degree,distance,and energy usage.Our objective is to integrate MFOA-EACO to enhance energy efficiency and extend the network life of the WSN in the future.The proposed method outcomes proved to be better than traditional approaches such as Hybrid Squirrel-Flying Fox Optimization Algorithm(HSFLBOA),Hybrid Social Reindeer Optimization and Differential Evolution-Firefly Algorithm(HSRODE-FFA),Social Spider Distance Sensitive-Iterative Antlion Butterfly Cockroach Algorithm(SADSS-IABCA),and Energy Efficient Clustering Hierarchy Strategy-Improved Social Spider Algorithm Differential Evolution(EECHS-ISSADE).
文摘Numerous wireless networks have emerged that can be used for short communication ranges where the infrastructure-based networks may fail because of their installation and cost.One of them is a sensor network with embedded sensors working as the primary nodes,termed Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs),in which numerous sensors are connected to at least one Base Station(BS).These sensors gather information from the environment and transmit it to a BS or gathering location.WSNs have several challenges,including throughput,energy usage,and network lifetime concerns.Different strategies have been applied to get over these restrictions.Clustering may,therefore,be thought of as the best way to solve such issues.Consequently,it is crucial to analyze effective Cluster Head(CH)selection to maximize efficiency throughput,extend the network lifetime,and minimize energy consumption.This paper proposed an Accelerated Particle Swarm Optimization(APSO)algorithm based on the Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy(LEACH),Neighboring Based Energy Efficient Routing(NBEER),Cooperative Energy Efficient Routing(CEER),and Cooperative Relay Neighboring Based Energy Efficient Routing(CR-NBEER)techniques.With the help of APSO in the implementation of the WSN,the main methodology of this article has taken place.The simulation findings in this study demonstrated that the suggested approach uses less energy,with respective energy consumption ranges of 0.1441 to 0.013 for 5 CH,1.003 to 0.0521 for 10 CH,and 0.1734 to 0.0911 for 15 CH.The sending packets ratio was also raised for all three CH selection scenarios,increasing from 659 to 1730.The number of dead nodes likewise dropped for the given combination,falling between 71 and 66.The network lifetime was deemed to have risen based on the results found.A hybrid with a few valuable parameters can further improve the suggested APSO-based protocol.Similar to underwater,WSN can make use of the proposed protocol.The overall results have been evaluated and compared with the existing approaches of sensor networks.
文摘Energy efficiency is the prime concern in Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs) as maximized energy consumption without essentially limits the energy stability and network lifetime. Clustering is the significant approach essential for minimizing unnecessary transmission energy consumption with sustained network lifetime. This clustering process is identified as the Non-deterministic Polynomial(NP)-hard optimization problems which has the maximized probability of being solved through metaheuristic algorithms.This adoption of hybrid metaheuristic algorithm concentrates on the identification of the optimal or nearoptimal solutions which aids in better energy stability during Cluster Head(CH) selection. In this paper,Hybrid Seagull and Whale Optimization Algorithmbased Dynamic Clustering Protocol(HSWOA-DCP)is proposed with the exploitation benefits of WOA and exploration merits of SEOA to optimal CH selection for maintaining energy stability with prolonged network lifetime. This HSWOA-DCP adopted the modified version of SEagull Optimization Algorithm(SEOA) to handle the problem of premature convergence and computational accuracy which is maximally possible during CH selection. The inclusion of SEOA into WOA improved the global searching capability during the selection of CH and prevents worst fitness nodes from being selected as CH, since the spiral attacking behavior of SEOA is similar to the bubble-net characteristics of WOA. This CH selection integrates the spiral attacking principles of SEOA and contraction surrounding mechanism of WOA for improving computation accuracy to prevent frequent election process. It also included the strategy of levy flight strategy into SEOA for potentially avoiding premature convergence to attain better trade-off between the rate of exploration and exploitation in a more effective manner. The simulation results of the proposed HSWOADCP confirmed better network survivability rate, network residual energy and network overall throughput on par with the competitive CH selection schemes under different number of data transmission rounds.The statistical analysis of the proposed HSWOA-DCP scheme also confirmed its energy stability with respect to ANOVA test.
文摘In Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs),Clustering process is widely utilized for increasing the lifespan with sustained energy stability during data transmission.Several clustering protocols were devised for extending network lifetime,but most of them failed in handling the problem of fixed clustering,static rounds,and inadequate Cluster Head(CH)selection criteria which consumes more energy.In this paper,Stochastic Ranking Improved Teaching-Learning and Adaptive Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm(SRITL-AGOA)-based Clustering Scheme for energy stabilization and extending network lifespan.This SRITL-AGOA selected CH depending on the weightage of factors such as node mobility degree,neighbour's density distance to sink,single-hop or multihop communication and Residual Energy(RE)that directly influences the energy consumption of sensor nodes.In specific,Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm(GOA)is improved through tangent-based nonlinear strategy for enhancing the ability of global optimization.On the other hand,stochastic ranking and violation constraint handling strategies are embedded into Teaching-Learning-based Optimization Algorithm(TLOA)for improving its exploitation tendencies.Then,SR and VCH improved TLOA is embedded into the exploitation phase of AGOA for selecting better CH by maintaining better balance amid exploration and exploitation.Simulation results confirmed that the proposed SRITL-AGOA improved throughput by 21.86%,network stability by 18.94%,load balancing by 16.14%with minimized energy depletion by19.21%,compared to the competitive CH selection approaches.

文摘In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the driving fatigue detection based on a single feature, a new detection algorithm based on multiple features is proposed. Two direct driver's facial features reflecting fatigue and one indirect vehicle behavior feature indicating fatigue are considered. Meanwhile, T-S fuzzy neural network(TSFNN)is adopted to recognize the driving fatigue of drivers. For the structure identification of the TSFNN, subtractive clustering(SC) is used to confirm the fuzzy rules and their correlative parameters. Moreover, the particle swarm optimization (PSO)algorithm is improved to train the TSFNN. Simulation results and experiments on vehicles show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the convergence speed and the recognition accuracy of the TSFNN, as well as enhance the correct rate of driving fatigue detection.

文摘Multi-cluster perforation and multi-staged fracturing of horizontal well is one of the main technologies in volumetric fracturing stimulation of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs,but unconventional reservoirs in China are generally of strong heterogeneity,which causes different fracture initiation pressures in different positions of lateral,making it difficult to ensure the balanced fracture initiation and propagation between clusters in multi-cluster perforating.It is in urgent need to precisely evaluate the difference in rock strength in lateral and determine the well section with similar rock strength to deploy fractures,so as to reach the goal of balanced stimulation.Based on the drilling and logging data,this paper establishes an unsupervised clustering model of mechanical specific energy of bit at the bottomhole the lateral.Then,the influence of drill string friction,composite drilling and jet-assisted rock breaking on the mechanical specific energy is analyzed,and the distribution and clustering categories of bottomhole mechanical specific energy with decimeter spatial resolution are obtained.Finally,a fracture deployment optimization method for horizontal well volumetric fracturing aiming balanced stimulation is developed by comprehensively considering inter-fracture interference,casing collar position,plug position,and clustering result of bottomhole mechanical specific energy.The following results are obtained.First,compared with brittleness index,Poisson's ratioandstressdifference,perforation erosion area isina strongercorrelationwith themechanical specific energy,andthemechanical specific energy can effectively characterize the difference in the amount of proppant injected into the perforation clusters in the lateral,so it can be served as one of the important indicators for the selection of fracture deployment position.Second,the drilling and logging data cleaning and smoothing and the clustering number selection by the elbow method are the key steps to obtain the clustering results of bottomhole mechanical specific energy,which can tell the difference in the mechanical specific energy with decimeter-level resolution.Third,the interval with mechanical specific energy within 10%of the averagevalue in the section is selected for deploying perforation clusters,and the compiled computer algorithm can automatically determine the optimal position of fracturing section and cluster,so as to realize the differential design of stage spacing and cluster spacing.In conclusion,the research results can further improve the fractures deployment efficiency and balanced stimulation of volumetric fracturing in unconventional oil andgasreservoirs,and this technology is expected to provide ideas andnew methods forthe fracturedeployment optimization of horizontal well volumetric fracturing in unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.

文摘With the development of green data centers,a large number of Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS)resources in Internet Data Center(IDC)are becoming idle assets owing to their low utilization rate.The revitalization of these idle UPS resources is an urgent problem that must be addressed.Based on the energy storage type of the UPS(EUPS)and using renewable sources,a solution for IDCs is proposed in this study.Subsequently,an EUPS cluster classification method based on the concept of shared mechanism niche(CSMN)was proposed to effectively solve the EUPS control problem.Accordingly,the classified EUPS aggregation unit was used to determine the optimal operation of the IDC.An IDC cost minimization optimization model was established,and the Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization(QPSO)algorithm was adopted.Finally,the economy and effectiveness of the three-tier optimization framework and model were verified through three case studies.

文摘High fidelity analysis are utilized in modern engineering design optimization problems which involve expensive black-box models.For computation-intensive engineering design problems,efficient global optimization methods must be developed to relieve the computational burden.A new metamodel-based global optimization method using fuzzy clustering for design space reduction(MGO-FCR) is presented.The uniformly distributed initial sample points are generated by Latin hypercube design to construct the radial basis function metamodel,whose accuracy is improved with increasing number of sample points gradually.Fuzzy c-mean method and Gath-Geva clustering method are applied to divide the design space into several small interesting cluster spaces for low and high dimensional problems respectively.Modeling efficiency and accuracy are directly related to the design space,so unconcerned spaces are eliminated by the proposed reduction principle and two pseudo reduction algorithms.The reduction principle is developed to determine whether the current design space should be reduced and which space is eliminated.The first pseudo reduction algorithm improves the speed of clustering,while the second pseudo reduction algorithm ensures the design space to be reduced.Through several numerical benchmark functions,comparative studies with adaptive response surface method,approximated unimodal region elimination method and mode-pursuing sampling are carried out.The optimization results reveal that this method captures the real global optimum for all the numerical benchmark functions.And the number of function evaluations show that the efficiency of this method is favorable especially for high dimensional problems.Based on this global design optimization method,a design optimization of a lifting surface in high speed flow is carried out and this method saves about 10 h compared with genetic algorithms.This method possesses favorable performance on efficiency,robustness and capability of global convergence and gives a new optimization strategy for engineering design optimization problems involving expensive black box models.
