Reducing water consumption in rice production in China without affecting grain yield and quality is a significant challenge.This study explored how various dry cultivation methods could improve rice quality while bala...Reducing water consumption in rice production in China without affecting grain yield and quality is a significant challenge.This study explored how various dry cultivation methods could improve rice quality while balancing yield to maintain sustainable rice production.A japonica upland rice cultivar and a japonica paddy rice cultivar were cultivated in the field with three cultivation methods:plastic film mulching dry cultivation(PFMC),bare dry cultivation(BC),and continuous flooding cultivation(CF)as control.There was no significant difference in upland rice yield between PFMC and BC,nor in paddy rice yield between PFMC and CF.Compared with CF,the two varieties'yields decreased significantly with BC.Dry cultivation,especially PFMC,could decrease the active filling period,chalky rice rate,chalkiness,amylose content,gel consistency,breakdown viscosity,the ratio of glutelin to prolamin,and leaf senescence while increasing water use efficiency,protein components content,setback viscosity,grain starch branching enzyme(Q-enzyme)activity,and average filling rate.Compared with paddy rice,upland rice had a lower yield,shorter active filling period,lower chalkiness grain rate and gel consistency,higher amylose content,breakdown viscosity,protein components content,and average filling rate.Grain Q-enzyme activity and grain-filling parameters were closely related to rice quality.Reasonable dry cultivation methods could balance yield and quality,especially by improving rice's nutritional and appearance quality.展开更多

[Objectives]Amygdalus tangutica is a new and excellent tree species for afforestation in arid areas of central China for soil and water conservation.It has the characteristics of drought resistance,cold resistance and...[Objectives]Amygdalus tangutica is a new and excellent tree species for afforestation in arid areas of central China for soil and water conservation.It has the characteristics of drought resistance,cold resistance and tolerance to poor soil,and has strong ecological,landscape and economic value.To provide a theoretical basis for the propagation and application of A.tangutica in Minqin and similar arid sandy areas of Northwest China,this paper explored its introduction and cultivation technology through field experiments,considering the natural geographical conditions of the study area.[Methods]High-quality seeds were introduced from forest farms of Chankou Town,Anding District,Dingxi City,and Dian ga Town,Diebu County,Gannan Prefecture,and the introduction and cultivation experiments of A.tangutica were carried out in the greenhouse of Wuwei Oasis Station.[Results](1)Soaking treatment at different temperatures combined with gibberellin treatment and stratification germination could effectively break the dormancy of A.tangutica seeds,thereby accelerating germination and shortening the germination cycle.The germination peak appeared 15-20 d after sowing,and the final germination rate could reach about 50%.(2)In the introduction and cultivation of A.tangutica in arid areas,large fruit seeds with higher thousand-grain weight should be given priority.The emergence rate of large fruit seeds was significantly higher than that of small fruit seeds,with the highest reaching 57%,while the highest of small fruit seeds was only 20%.Soaking treatment at different temperatures had no significant difference in the germination performance and germination potential of A.tangutica seeds,but the germination index of large fruit seeds was higher than that of small fruit seeds.(3)Under the current conditions,seedling propagation is a reliable way to propagate A.tangutica in arid areas.The cutting propagation technology,particularly hardwood cutting which exhibits an extremely low survival rate,is not yet mature and is currently unsuitable for large-scale production.Consequently,future efforts should prioritize more in-depth research on softwood cutting techniques.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical foundation for the propagation and broader application of A.tangutica in Minqin and similar arid sandy areas of Northwest China.展开更多

文摘Through literature analysis and case study, the introduction history, variety selection (high bush, half high bush, low bush) and regional cultivation techniques of blueberry in China were summarized, and the practical effects of precision cultivation (water and fertilizer integration, wild planting) and under-forest economic model (forest-blueberry-fungus system, ecological tourism) were evaluated. It provided a technical reference for expanding the planting scale of blueberry and improving the fruit quality.
文摘‘Xiangchundou 36’is a new high-yield spring soybean cultivar bred by the Crop Research Institute of Hunan Province.This cultivar was bred in 2014 by the pedigree method with‘Xiangchundou V7’as the male parent and‘Youchun 1204’as the female parent.The cultivar showed high yields and excellent comprehensive traits in all levels of tests carried out from 2019 to 2023.In 2024,it was approved by Hunan Provincial Crop Variety Certification Committee,with the certification number Xiangshendou 20241004.‘Xiangchundou 36’was suitable for planting as a spring soybean cultivar in Hunan Province.

文摘The construction of new medicine is a strategic plan proposed by the Party and the state for the development of medical education in the new era,which brings new opportunities and challenges to the cultivation of general medical talents.Based on the connotation of the new medical construction,we will promote the construction of a comprehensive medical talent training system.By creating a characteristic general education curriculum system,building a high-level clinical practice teaching base,creating an innovation and entrepreneurship education platform for the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University,and reforming and improving the internal incentive mechanism for teachers,we aim to cultivate comprehensive medical talents who are“useful,competent,capable,and able to stay,”and contribute to the construction of a healthy China.

文摘In the context of the new quality productive forces,the advancement of finance and economics institutions relies heavily on the support of engineering disciplines to foster synergies between new engineering and business innovation.Based on the requirements for skilled manpower for the new financial development,we have initiated an initial inquiry into establishing artificial intelligence(AI)major in economic universities under the framework of the new engineering paradigm.From the national policies and the development rules of traditional advantageous majors in universities,we analyze the current challenges and opportunities in the construction of artificial intelligence majors and explore the talent cultivation model of artificial intelligence majors in economic universities under the framework of the integrated development of“New Engineering”and“New Finance”.In conclusion,we propose some viable solutions by giving a case study at Hubei University of Economics.

文摘Soybeans are rich in protein,fats,vitamins,and minerals,serving as an important source of plant-based protein for humans.Summer soybean is widely cultivated in China,and improving its yield and quality is of great significance for ensuring food security and promoting agricultural economic development.This paper elaborated on the high-quality and high-yield cultivation techniques for summer soybean,including variety selection,seed treatment,field selection and land preparation,sowing techniques,field management,pest and disease control,and harvesting,aiming to provide scientific cultivation guidance for summer soybean growers to achieve both superior quality and high yield.

文摘Chinese medicine,as a treasure of China’s traditional culture,has a long history and deep cultural heritage,and talents are the first resource for the development of Chinese medicine.In ancient times,there were many famous Chinese medicine practitioners with excellent medical skills and fame,and their main ways of success were through teaching and family tradition.The cultivation of high medical ethics,benevolence and love,and helping the world and the people is the source of motivation for success;familiarizing oneself with the classics,understanding the humanities,and being knowledgeable about things past and present is an important way for success;practicing diligently,learning from all the strengths,and observing the right and innovating is the key to success.This paper analyzes the growth path of ancient Chinese medicine masters and discusses the advantages and shortcomings of contemporary Chinese medicine talent training,with a view to providing certain references for the cultivation of Chinese medicine talents.

文摘The rapid advancement of the bioeconomy imposes increasingly stringent demands on bioengineering education.Drawing on data from the 2025 Chinese Undergraduate Employment Report and related sources,this study revealed that while employment placement rates for bioengineering graduates remain stable,starting salaries exhibit limited growth and career trajectories lack clarity.These challenges originate from a curriculum lagging behind technological progress,inadequate practical training,and a mismatch between student competencies and industry expectations.To address these issues,this paper proposed a strategic framework grounded in"demand-driven design,industry-education integration,and competence-centered development".Key strategies include dynamic curriculum renewal,collaborative university-industry training,holistic competency development,and personalized student support,which collectively aim at enhancing graduates employment competitiveness and long-term professional sustainability.

文摘This paper proposes a multivariate data fusion based quality evaluation model for software talent cultivation.The model constructs a comprehensive ability and quality evaluation index system for college students from a perspective of engineering course,especially of software engineering.As for evaluation method,relying on the behavioral data of students during their school years,we aim to construct the evaluation model as objective as possible,effectively weakening the negative impact of personal subjective assumptions on the evaluation results.
