With the increasingly widespread application of titanium alloys in aerospace and marine fields,the high cost of raw materials and complex production processes have become key factors limiting their large-scale use.In ...With the increasingly widespread application of titanium alloys in aerospace and marine fields,the high cost of raw materials and complex production processes have become key factors limiting their large-scale use.In this study,low-cost,short-flow titanium alloy plates were synthesized by incorporating a large proportion of TC4 return material,combined with electron beam cold furnace melting and flat-ingot direct rolling processes.An alloy with a lamellar bimodal microstructure was successfully obtained through solution and aging treatments.Due to the synergistic effect between primary and secondaryαphases,the contribution of geometrically necessary dislocations to work hardening results in achieving a room-temperature yield strength of 933 MPa,a room-temperature tensile strength of 1071 MPa,and an elongation of 14.5%.Meanwhile,the alternating distribution of soft and hard phases enhances the alloy's ability to adapt to deformation,and the alloy exhibited a static fracture toughness of 101 MPa·m1/2.展开更多
