In this paper, we developed the theory and algorithm of an elastic one-way boundary element method(BEM) and a corresponding hybrid elastic thin-slab propagator for earth media with sharp boundaries between strong contrast media. This approach can takes the advantage of accurate boundary condition of BEM and completely overcomes the weak contrast limitation of the perturbationtheory based one-way operator approach. The one-way BEM is a smooth boundary approximation, which avoids huge matrix operations in exact full BEM. In addition, the one-way BEM can model the primary-only transmitted and reflected waves and therefore is a valuable tool in elastic imaging and inversion. Through numerical tests for some simple models,we proved the validity and efficiency of the proposed method. 展开更多

A 3D viscoelastic-plastic thermal-mechanical coupled finite element model was built on the basis of the secondary development of the commercial software MSC.Marc. Numerical simulations were performed to study slab broadening in the secondary cooling zone. The effects of slab width and thickness on slab broadening were considered. The obtained results reveal that the width broadening is noticeable, and the ratio of ultimate broadening slightly increases with the increase of slab width. This agrees well with the measured data in practice. There is no obvious increase in ultimate broadening when the thickness of slabs increases. 展开更多

Hollow core slabs are becoming of increasing interest as the construction industry attempts to minimise the impact of its activities on the environment. By forming voids in the interior of a concrete slab, the amount of concrete used can be reduced without significantly altering the capacity of the structure. In this study, we examined the inner force transfer mechanism of a column-supported cast-in-situ hollow core slab using finite element analysis. Both a hollow core slab and the corresponding solid slab were analysed using ANSYS and the results were compared. The orientation of the tube fillers causes the stiffness of the hollow slab to be orthotropic, potentially changing the distribution of load carried in the two orthogonal directions. Both the cross-section’s moments in the column strip and near the columns in the hollow core slab become larger than that in the solid floor. As well, the cross-section’s stiffness along the tube arrangement direction is larger than that of the radial cross-section, which causes the direction along the hole of the hollow core slab to carry more moment than the radial direction. The conversion factors of the two directions are proposed from the comparison for four typical areas of the hollow core slab, as are the moment distribution coefficients. 展开更多

In order to solve the camber problem of intermediate slab in a domestic conventional hot rolling mill, a three dimensional elastic-plastic dynamic model was built through finite element method to quantitatively calculate the influence of lateral flow factors in different entry thicknesses, reductions, reduction ratios differences on both sides and width factors. Thus, the extending difference at outlet of intermediate slab in length was transformed into thickness difference on both sides by the results, and then the tilting value of roll gap reduction to control the camber was calculated. Based on the above results, the camber control model of intermediate slab in rough rolling was estab- lished. The practical application on the rough rolling mill obtained a decent control effect, and it proved that this model had a high accuracy. 展开更多

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the suitability of out-of-codes tall slab-column and shearwall structure and to popularize the structure in seismic region.In the research,flat-plate floor was used in slab-column and shearwall structure in the practical engineering,the key parameters of slab-column and shearwall structure and frame-shearwall structure such as deflection,punching shear behavior,story drift and capability curve were worked out by static plastic analysis,elastic-plastic time history analysis and pushover analysis,then the suitability of out-of-codes tall slab-column and shearwall structure was evaluated.The results show that the out-of-codes tall slab-column and shearwall structure studies could satisfy the require of deflection and punching shear behavior,the story drift under 7 degree expected rare earthquake waves could satisfy the limit value in the codes and the seismic design spectrum was crossed by the capability curve of the structure and the structure could not collapse.The conclusion is that slab-column and shearwall structure with reasonable design built in Ⅱ soil site of intensity 7 seismic fortification zone can be designed higher than the limit height in the codes. 展开更多

This program uses the finite element method. Program codes were written to solve the temperature distribution of slabs that are put into furnace at 25 ℃ and removed at about 1 250℃. To obtain the optimum slab exit temperature variation, the necessary air temperature inside the furnace was calculated to be 1 390℃. Effect of the Shear Reinforcement Type on the Punching Resistance of Concrete Slabs

Due to these reasons, the application of appropriate punching shear reinforcement in the slabs could be essential. To obtain the required structural strength and performance in slab-column junctions, the effect of the shear reinforcement type on the punching resistance must be known. For this purpose, numerous nonlinear finite element simulations were carried out to determine the behavior and punching shear strength of flat concrete slabs with different punching shear reinforcement types. The efficiency of different reinforcement types was also determined and compared. Accuracy of the numerical simulations was verified by experimental results. Based on the comparison of numerical results,?the partial factor for the design formula used in Eurocode 2 was calculated and was found to be higher than the actual one. 展开更多

为分析地铁列车运行引起的振动对精密仪器的影响,以广州地区某精密仪器实验室为研究对象,基于多体动力学软件和有限元软件建立振动响应分析模型,并用实测数据加以验证,分析不同运行速度、隧道埋深及浮置板轨道作用下的实验室内振动响应... 为分析地铁列车运行引起的振动对精密仪器的影响,以广州地区某精密仪器实验室为研究对象,基于多体动力学软件和有限元软件建立振动响应分析模型,并用实测数据加以验证,分析不同运行速度、隧道埋深及浮置板轨道作用下的实验室内振动响应特性。研究结果表明:地铁列车运行速度对实验室内振动有较大影响,随着车速由80km/h降低至40 km/h,列车运行引起的室内振动能够满足“l~3μm (小于3μm)的精密加工及检测装置”等精密仪器的规范限值;隧道埋深对实验室内振动影响较小,埋深由30 m增大至40 m并不能有效地将地铁振动降低至精密仪器的限值要求,同时还会增加经济成本;采用钢弹簧浮置板轨道可以使实验室内的振动满足“0.1~0.3μm的超精密加工及检测装置、电子束装置、电子显微镜”等精密仪器的限值要求;对于容许振动值不超过3μm/s的精密仪器,可以通过在仪器基座处设置隔振器等措施,确保仪器能够正常工作。 展开更多

俯冲带作为地球最大的物质循环系统,通过板块俯冲将地表物质/元素输送至深部地幔,同时通过熔流体迁移、火山/地幔柱作用等将深俯冲物质/元素重新循环回地表,深刻影响地球多圈层物质循环、岩浆活动、成矿作用及宜居性演化。本文系统综述... 俯冲带作为地球最大的物质循环系统,通过板块俯冲将地表物质/元素输送至深部地幔,同时通过熔流体迁移、火山/地幔柱作用等将深俯冲物质/元素重新循环回地表,深刻影响地球多圈层物质循环、岩浆活动、成矿作用及宜居性演化。本文系统综述了俯冲带挥发分(H_(2)O、C、S、N、卤素)、主量元素(Si、Ca、Mg、P)、微量元素(LILE、REE、HFSE)、金属元素(Cu、Au、Os、Mo、W)及轻元素(Li、Be、B)的循环规律,具体如下:H_(2)O通过含水矿物俯冲脱水引发弧岩浆作用,部分进入地幔过渡带甚至核幔边界,调控地幔熔融与火山活动;碳循环以多机制协同为特征,岛弧火山CO_(2)释放仅占板片脱碳量的40%~70%,未释放碳通过深俯冲形成金刚石或地幔柱重返地表,构成跨圈层闭环;硫循环受流体氧化还原状态控制,冷俯冲以还原性流体(HS^(-)、H_(2)S)主导,热俯冲可能释放SO^(2-)_(4),硫海沟输入通量显著高于岛弧输出,循环效率不足10%;氮循环受载体矿物(如云母)稳定性与氧逸度调控,俯冲板片-岛弧循环效率低于50%;卤素中Cl、Br优先进入流体,而F滞留固相,反映流体-矿物分配差异。主微量元素迁移受流体类型与矿物残留制约:富水流体迁移LILE,超临界流体可携带HFSE及HREE,高效迁移这些传统不活动性元素。金属元素中Cu、Au通过硫络合物迁移,Os同位素揭示地壳物质再循环,Mo-W同位素分馏为示踪板片熔/流体氧化还原提供新工具。轻元素循环中Li同位素动力学分馏、^(10)Be示踪年轻沉积物俯冲、B同位素分馏均揭示流体-岩石相互作用特征。此外,还整合了天然样品解析、高温高压实验、同位素示踪及数值模拟等多学科成果,阐述了俯冲带元素循环的综合框架。最后,本文提出俯冲带元素循环研究未来需聚焦超临界流体性质识别、挥发分资源-环境效应、地球物理成像技术创新及深时循环与宜居性关联,通过多学科交叉深化俯冲带元素循环理论,为全球物质通量评估与行星宜居性研究提供基础支撑。 展开更多

为揭示高温环境下简支梁桥上CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道无缝线路温度场与温度应力变化规律,采用间接热-应力耦合分析方法,建立热-无砟轨道无缝线路结构耦合系统有限元分析模型,分析高温环境下温度场的分布及变化规律,并对高温环境下轨道结构... 为揭示高温环境下简支梁桥上CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道无缝线路温度场与温度应力变化规律,采用间接热-应力耦合分析方法,建立热-无砟轨道无缝线路结构耦合系统有限元分析模型,分析高温环境下温度场的分布及变化规律,并对高温环境下轨道结构层间纵向力/应力与位移分布规律进行分析.结果表明:无砟轨道各结构层温度随气温呈现波浪式变化;一日之中,轨道结构最高温53.1℃和最低温26.4℃均出现在轨道板顶部,各轨道结构温度时程曲线幅度随轨道结构垂向深度的增大而减小,温度峰值出现的时间具有滞后性;夏季高温状态下,轨道板温度梯度在约11:00、21:00接近于零,在15:00正温度梯度达到峰值85.5℃/m,凌晨3:00负温度梯度达到峰值-43.8℃/m,轨道结构深度逐渐增大时,温度梯度会逐渐减小;单日高温条件下,每日18:00前后钢轨纵向力与轨道结构位移达到最大值,为最不利状态,每日14:00~16:00轨道板与自密实混凝土层纵向应力达到最大值.研究结果可为夏季高温地区对轨道结构的监测与养护提供理论参考. 展开更多

提出一种新型预应力钢筋混凝土叠合剪力墙,通过在预制板内布置水平预应力钢筋,降低板厚,方便运输和吊装。对剪跨比为1.5的现浇剪力墙和预应力叠合剪力墙进行了低周往复加载试验,对比分析了其破坏模式、承载力、延性和耗能能力,结果表明... 提出一种新型预应力钢筋混凝土叠合剪力墙,通过在预制板内布置水平预应力钢筋,降低板厚,方便运输和吊装。对剪跨比为1.5的现浇剪力墙和预应力叠合剪力墙进行了低周往复加载试验,对比分析了其破坏模式、承载力、延性和耗能能力,结果表明叠合剪力墙与现浇剪力墙的抗震性能一致。采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了剪力墙的非线性数值分析模型,基于试验结果验证了模型的正确性,并进行了轴压比、剪跨比、初始预应力等参数分析。结果表明,高轴压比及小剪跨比下叠合剪力墙的承载力及延性优于现浇剪力墙。随着初始预应力的增大,承载力提高,试件由剪切破坏转换为弯曲破坏。水平预应力筋延缓了叠合剪力墙斜向裂缝的发展,提高了抗剪承载力,改变了剪力墙的破坏模式,建议张拉控制应力取值为0.50 f ptk。 展开更多

为分析考虑行波效应的El-Centro地震波对轨道桥梁结构动力响应的影响,探究行波效应下扣件纵向阻力、固定支座墩/台顶纵向刚度变化时桥梁构件的受力和变形规律,以简支梁桥为研究对象,基于有限元法和梁-板-轨相互作用原理,在ABAQUS平台建... 为分析考虑行波效应的El-Centro地震波对轨道桥梁结构动力响应的影响,探究行波效应下扣件纵向阻力、固定支座墩/台顶纵向刚度变化时桥梁构件的受力和变形规律,以简支梁桥为研究对象,基于有限元法和梁-板-轨相互作用原理,在ABAQUS平台建立了11~32 m简支梁桥Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道模型,采用直接加速度法模拟行波效应,根据动力响应分析结果,给出了相应影响因素的建议值。研究结果表明:考虑地震行波效应时,不同工况下的桥梁结构沿纵桥向的受力和变形规律基本一致,但考虑行波效应的地震激励使轨道桥梁结构沿行波传播方向发生位移;随着视波速的增大,各构件纵向最大应力/力变化规律不一致,需要结合视波速进行分析;构件纵向最大位移随着视波速的减小而增加,其中墩/台顶纵向位移变化最显著,增幅达49.8%;采用15.0 kN·组^(-1)或10.0 kN·组^(-1)扣件时,构件的受力与变形基本相同,其中构件最大位移差均小于5.0%;使用4.1 kN·组^(-1)小阻力扣件时,增加了除钢轨外其余构件31.6%以上的拉应力,增加了236.0%的构件位移和948.0%的轨板相对位移,因此,建议选择纵向阻力高于10.0 kN·组^(-1)的扣件;固定支座墩/台顶纵向刚度与构件最大受力/变形呈正相关关系,其中轨道板纵向位移增幅最大,为87.2%,因此,桥上采用小于1.0倍系数值的支座纵向刚度。研究成果可为震区桥上Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道结构的抗震设计提供理论参考。 展开更多

型钢梁加固混凝土板结构抗弯性能数值模拟研究

由于建筑物老化或用途改变,现有楼板不能满足承载力要求,需进行加固处理。以某加固改造项目为背景,型钢梁与楼板的连接方式、是否在垂直型钢梁方向的楼板面粘钢加固为参数,利用有限元软件建立了5个分析模型,研究和比较不同参数对新增型... 由于建筑物老化或用途改变,现有楼板不能满足承载力要求,需进行加固处理。以某加固改造项目为背景,型钢梁与楼板的连接方式、是否在垂直型钢梁方向的楼板面粘钢加固为参数,利用有限元软件建立了5个分析模型,研究和比较不同参数对新增型钢梁加固楼板结构抗弯性能的影响规律。结果表明:各加固方式下的型钢梁与混凝土板均共同受弯,梁两侧楼板分别形成受拉塑性区,楼板在垂直型钢梁方向没有负弯矩;界面设胶黏剂或设栓钉连接情况下,加固后结构的抗弯承载力为原结构约2倍;界面不设胶黏剂或黏结失效情况下,加固后结构的屈服荷载仍达到设计荷载的3.11倍,在垂直型钢梁的板面粘钢对承载力没影响;界面设胶黏剂时型钢梁与楼板的接触应力分布最均匀,梁端锚栓应力最小,型钢梁与楼板的协同工作性能最优,其次是界面设栓钉连接的情况。 展开更多
