Methods: from February 2018 to February 2020, 38 six-year-teeth children of appropriate age who received fissure sealing in our hospital were selected as the observation group. 38 children who refused fissure sealing but received routine nursing care during the same period were selected as the control group. Two groups of children were followed up to observe the incidence of dental caries between the two groups, compared with the two groups of children's quality of life and treatment satisfaction. Results: the incidence rate of dental caries in six-year-teeth was 5.26% and 11.84% in the observation group after intervention one year and two years, which was lower than that in the control group 17.71% and 27.63%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: fissure sealing can effectively prevent the occurrence of dental caries in six-year-teeth, ensure the functional integrity of children's teeth, improve their quality of life, reduce the probability of caries, the therapeutic effect is better, the satisfaction is better. It is worthy of clinical application.展开更多
