The advanced stochastic imperfection method is used to research the imperfection sensitive region of single-layer latticed domes. Taking a K6 single-layer latticed dome with a diameter of 50 m as an example, its imperfection sensitive region is made up of the first 12 kinds of joints. The influence of the imperfections of support joints on the stability of the K6 single-layer latticed dome is negligible. Influences of the joint imperfections of the main rib and the secondary rib on the structural stability are similar. The initial deviations of these joints all greatly lower the critical load of the dome. Results show that the method can analyze the structural imperfection sensitive region quantitatively and accurately. 展开更多

AIM: To clarify the usefulness of a new method for performing a pancreaticojejunostomy by using a fast-absorbable suture material irradiated polyglactin 910, and a temporary stent tube for a narrow pancreatic duct with a soft pancreatic texture.METHODS: Among 63 consecutive patients with soft pancreas undergoing a pancreaticoduodenectomy from 2003 to 2006, 35 patients were treated with a new reconstructive method. Briefly, after the pancreatic transaction, a stent tube was inserted into the lumen of the pancreatic duct and ligated with it by a fast-absorbable suture. Another tip of the stent tube was introduced into the intestinal lumen at the jejunal limb, where a purse-string suture was made by another fast-absorbable suture to roughly fix the tube. The pancreaticojejunostomy was completed by ligating two fast-absorbable sutures to approximate the ductal end and the jejunal mucosa, and by adding a rough anastomosis between the pancreatic parenchyma and the seromuscular layer of the jejunum. The initial surgical results with this method were retrospectively compared with those of the 28 patients treated with conventional duct-to-mucosa anastomosis.RESULTS: The incidences of postoperative morbidity including pancreatic fistula were comparable between the two groups (new; 3%-17% vs conventional; 7%-14% according to the definitions). There was no mortality and re-admission. Late complications were also rarely seen.CONCLUSION: A pancreaticojejunostomy using an irradiated polyglactin 910 suture material and a temporary stent is easy to perform and is feasible even in cases with a narrow pancreatic duct and a normal soft pancreas. 展开更多

The single-layer latticed cylindrical shell is one of the most widely adopted space-fl'amed structures.In this paper,free vibration properties and dynamic response to horizontal and vertical seismic waves of single-layer latticed cylindrical shells are analyzed by the finite element method using ANSYS software.In the numerical study,where hundreds of cases were analyzed,the parameters considered included rise-span ratio,length-span ratio,surface load and member section size.Moreover,to better define the actual behavior of single-layer latticed shells,the study is focused on the dynamic stress response to both axial forces and bending moments.Based on the numerical results,the effects of the parameters considered on the stresses are discussed and a modified seismic force coefficient method is suggested.In addition,some advice based on these research results is presented to help in the future design of such structures. 展开更多

Electronic structures and optical properties of single-layer In1-xGaxN are studied by employing Heyd-Scuseria-Ernzerh(HSE) method based on the first-principles. The band structure and density of states(DOS) of single-layer In1-xGaxN are calculated, and the band gap ranges from 1.8 eV to 3.8 eV as the ratio x changes, illustrating the potential for the tunability of band gap values via Ga doped. We also have investigated optical properties of single-layer In1-xGaxN such as dielectric function, refractive index and absorption coefficient, the main peak of dielectric function spectrum and the absorption edge are found to have a remarkable blue-shift as the concentration of Ga increases. Furthermore, the optical properties of single-layer In1-xGaxN are analyzed based on the band structures and DOS analysis. Such unique optical properties have profound application in nanoelectronics and optical devices. 展开更多

Observation on the Efficacy of One-Knot-Two-Wire Suture Bridge Method Technique in Treating Small and Medium-Sized Rotator Cuff Tears

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of shoulder arthroscopic one-knot-two-wire suture bridge technique in the treatment of small and medium-sized rotator cuff tears. Methods: The clinical data of 22 patients with small and medium-sized rotator cuff injuries treated with the one-knot-two-wire suture bridge technique from February 2022 to June 2023 in the Department of Orthopaedics of Jingzhou Hospital Affiliated to Yangtze University were retrospectively analysed, among which 14 cases were male and 8 cases were female;the age ranged from 35 to 68 years old, with an average of (50.86 ± 10.80) years old. All cases underwent an MRI examination of the shoulder joint to understand the type and degree of injury. The duration of the disease ranged from 120 to 166 d, with a mean of (141.23 ± 13.46) d. The evaluation of the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, visual analogue scale (VAS) of pain, Constant-Murley score and Sugaya grading of shoulder MRI were performed at the last follow-up. Results: All 22 patients were followed up for 12 - 18 months, with a mean of (14.68 ± 1.89 d). The operation time was 38 - 58 min, mean (48.18 ± 5.92) min;intraoperative bleeding was 5 - 15 mL, mean (10.00 ± 3.45) mL. All patients achieved normal healing without re-tear, vascular and nerve injury, incision infection, anchor nail loosening and dislodgement and other complications. At the last follow-up, both shoulders were normal in shape and symmetrical on both sides. The VAS score was 0 - 1.2 points, with an average of 0.61 ± 0.42 points, and the Constant-Murley score was 70 - 98 points, with an average of 86.09 ± 8.56 points. The Sugaya classification of MRI examination was 17 cases of grade I, 4 cases of grade II, and 1 case of grade III. Conclusion: One-knot-two-wire suture bridge technique is used for the treatment of small and medium-sized rotator cuff tears with short operative time, low bleeding, and good clinical outcome. 展开更多

2D multi-scale hybrid optimization method for geophysical inversion and its application 被引量:2

Local and global optimization methods are widely used in geophysical inversion but each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The combination of the two methods will make it possible to overcome their weaknesses. Based on the simulated annealing genetic algorithm (SAGA) and the simplex algorithm, an efficient and robust 2-D nonlinear method for seismic travel-time inversion is presented in this paper. First we do a global search over a large range by SAGA and then do a rapid local search using the simplex method. A multi-scale tomography method is adopted in order to reduce non-uniqueness. The velocity field is divided into different spatial scales and velocities at the grid nodes are taken as unknown parameters. The model is parameterized by a bi-cubic spline function. The finite-difference method is used to solve the forward problem while the hybrid method combining multi-scale SAGA and simplex algorithms is applied to the inverse problem. The algorithm has been applied to a numerical test and a travel-time perturbation test using an anomalous low-velocity body. For a practical example, it is used in the study of upper crustal velocity structure of the A'nyemaqen suture zone at the north-east edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The model test and practical application both prove that the method is effective and robust. 展开更多

Histner (1975) discribed primary valvular incompetency and the effect of valvuloplasty. By the usage of phlebographe, we found that the cause of valvular incompetence was the dilatation of venous lumen, which made the valve relatively smaller. The function of valve may be restored by the circular suture of femoral vein wall below the first valve so as to reduce the dilated venous lumen. during the period from 1984 to 1994, 151 cases have been treated by this new technique. This report presents our experience in using encircling constricting suture method of the femoral venous wall. 展开更多

目的 评估单层缝合技术用于预防性末端回肠造口术的有效性。方法 选取2016年1月—2023年6月期间接受腹腔镜下直肠前切除术并进行预防性末端回肠造口的142例患者进行回顾性分析。剔除2例未进行造口还纳的患者,并根据手术方法将患者分为... 目的 评估单层缝合技术用于预防性末端回肠造口术的有效性。方法 选取2016年1月—2023年6月期间接受腹腔镜下直肠前切除术并进行预防性末端回肠造口的142例患者进行回顾性分析。剔除2例未进行造口还纳的患者,并根据手术方法将患者分为观察组(单层缝合,70例)和对照组(传统缝合,70例)。观察指标包括:患者的一般临床特征、造口手术时间(不包括直肠癌手术时间)、造口相关并发症(如造口狭窄、皮炎、旁疝、分离、脱垂、回缩及坏死)、造口还纳时间、腹腔内粘连程度及造口还纳术后并发症(切口感染、切口疝、肠梗阻)等。结果 两组在基线数据上没有显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组的造口缝合时间、还纳操作时间、造口还纳时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的腹腔内粘连程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在造口相关并发症、造口还纳术后切口感染及肠梗阻发生率的比较中,两组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组造口还纳术后切口疝发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相较于传统缝合方法,单层缝合技术在直肠癌前切除术中能够有效缩短造口缝合及还纳手术时间,并减轻腹腔内粘连的发生。 展开更多

北山造山带位于中亚造山带南缘中段,包含多个近东西向展布的古生代增生单元、洋壳俯冲残余以及大型韧性剪切带,是研究古亚洲洋闭合以及中亚造山带形成过程的关键部位.其中,南天山—索伦克缝合带在北山地区的位置厘定直接影响到对古亚洲... 北山造山带位于中亚造山带南缘中段,包含多个近东西向展布的古生代增生单元、洋壳俯冲残余以及大型韧性剪切带,是研究古亚洲洋闭合以及中亚造山带形成过程的关键部位.其中,南天山—索伦克缝合带在北山地区的位置厘定直接影响到对古亚洲洋最后闭合位置以及中亚造山带南缘边界的认识,但目前仍存在较大争议.本研究基于一条已有的经过青藏高原北部祁连山—北山南侧的近南北向的大地电磁剖面,沿剖面继续向北补充测点,形成横穿北山及邻区各构造单元的长剖面,利用大地电磁方法对横向电性变化敏感的特性来探测研究区内古缝合带的痕迹.采用多阶段的三维各向异性反演方法获取了沿剖面及邻近区域的地下电性结构,进而分析与造山带后期活动相关的韧性剪切带规模.研究发现北山自南向北存在三个规模依次减小的各向异性条带(DSZ1—DSZ3),分别对应了地表的大型韧性剪切带.结合地质研究结果,我们认为这三个各向异性条带指示了早期古亚洲洋消减、微陆块缝合以及造山后期剪切变形的位置.其中,北山南缘的DSZ1条带规模最大,可能代表古亚洲洋在北山地区最后闭合的位置. 展开更多

目的:比较不同缝合方法对会阴侧切产妇疼痛感、皮下硬结发生率的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年8月于山西省汾阳医院顺产并行会阴侧切的108例产妇为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为连续组和间断组,每组各54例。连续组行连续缝合,间断... 目的:比较不同缝合方法对会阴侧切产妇疼痛感、皮下硬结发生率的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年8月于山西省汾阳医院顺产并行会阴侧切的108例产妇为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为连续组和间断组,每组各54例。连续组行连续缝合,间断组行间断缝合。比较两组手术指标(会阴侧切术中出血量、缝合时间)、术后疼痛程度[疼痛数字评分法(NRS)]、术后恢复情况(伤口愈合时间、疼痛时间、住院时间)、血清相关因子[白细胞介素8(IL-8)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b-FGF)]水平,记录两组术后不良反应(感染、皮下硬结、瘢痕触痛)发生情况。结果:连续组会阴侧切术中出血量、缝合时间、术后伤口愈合时间、疼痛时间和住院时间均少于间断组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后72 h,两组疼痛程度减轻,连续组NRS评分低于间断组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血清IL-8水平低于术后24 h,且连续组低于间断组;两组血清VEGF、b-FGF水平高于术后24 h,连续组高于间断组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。连续组皮下硬结发生率低于间断组,连续组不良反应总发生情况低于间断组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与间断缝合方法比较,会阴侧切术后采用连续缝合方法能明显减轻产妇疼痛感,帮助患者产后快速恢复,并减少皮下硬结等不良反应的发生。 展开更多

目的探讨宫颈残端不同缝合方式在宫颈冷刀锥切术(CKC)中的应用及对患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2023年12月潢川县人民医院收治的112例... 目的探讨宫颈残端不同缝合方式在宫颈冷刀锥切术(CKC)中的应用及对患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2023年12月潢川县人民医院收治的112例宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变患者,根据宫颈残端不同缝合方式分为A组(53例)和B组(59例)。A组采用改良的Sturmdorf缝合法,B组采用宫颈四点“U”字缝合法。两组术后均随访6个月。比较两组手术相关指标[手术时间、术中、术后出血量、术后住院时间],术前、术后1 d的应激指标[皮质醇(Cor)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)]、血清MMP-9、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6,术后6个月的子宫颈塑形满意度,随访期间的并发症。结果B组手术时间短于A组,术中出血量、术后出血量少于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与术前比较,术后1 d,两组血清Cor、AngⅡ、ALD及CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均升高,但B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清MMP-9水平均降低,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组术后6个月的子宫颈塑形满意度高于A组,随访期间的并发症发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用宫颈四点“U”字缝合能够减少CKC术中出血量,缩短手术时间,改善患者宫颈形态,显著减轻患者炎症反应及应激反应,并减少并发症的发生。 展开更多

目的:探究改良缝线法与皮肤眼轮匝肌部分切除术对儿童下眼睑内翻倒睫疗效及美观度影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2023年7月收治的下眼睑内翻倒睫患儿82例进行研究,依据治疗方法不同,将采用改良缝线法治疗44例的分为缝线组(73只眼),采用皮肤... 目的:探究改良缝线法与皮肤眼轮匝肌部分切除术对儿童下眼睑内翻倒睫疗效及美观度影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2023年7月收治的下眼睑内翻倒睫患儿82例进行研究,依据治疗方法不同,将采用改良缝线法治疗44例的分为缝线组(73只眼),采用皮肤眼轮匝肌部分切除术治疗的分为切除组38例(64只眼)。比较两组治疗效果,比较术前、术后1周两组眼健康状态[眼表疾病指数(OSDI)问卷、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)]、眼部微环境[泪河高度(TMH)、非侵入性泪膜破裂时间(NIBUT)和干眼症状评估问卷(SPEED)]和美观度[温哥华瘢痕量表美观度问卷(VSS)],随访并发症与复发情况。结果切除组治疗总有效率(90.63%)显著高于缝线组(78.08%)(P<0.05);术后,两组OSDI明显降低(P<0.05),BCVA明显提高(P<0.05),切除组与缝线组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组NIBUT和TMH均明显提高(P<0.05),SPEED明显降低(P<0.05);且切除组与缝线组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,切除组瘢痕色泽、下睑睫毛自然度和双下睑对称度评分显著高于缝线组(P<0.05),瘢痕厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);切除组并发症发生率(4.69%)与缝线组(13.70%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),复发率(3.13%)显著低于缝线组(12.33%)(P<0.05)。结论:相较于改良缝线法,皮肤眼轮匝肌部分切除术远期疗效更佳,对眼部微环境和眼健康状况改善效果更好,美观度较高,未增加不良并发症,复发率低,临床可根据病情实际选择合适术式。 展开更多

目的:探讨“8”字缝合锚着技术在矫正上睑下垂中的应用效果。方法:回顾分析笔者医院2021年7月-2023年12月收治的不同程度上睑下垂患者133例(258只眼)的临床数据,术中解剖梳理上睑层次,复位组织并酌情增减;按术中上睑提肌肌力检测结合术... 目的:探讨“8”字缝合锚着技术在矫正上睑下垂中的应用效果。方法:回顾分析笔者医院2021年7月-2023年12月收治的不同程度上睑下垂患者133例(258只眼)的临床数据,术中解剖梳理上睑层次,复位组织并酌情增减;按术中上睑提肌肌力检测结合术前评估情况,采用不同手术方式结合“8”字缝合锚着技术,重建上睑动力学结构。术后随访观察视野改善程度及稳定性,抬眉程度,眼睑闭合功能、重睑弧度与瘢痕,及并发症发生情况。结果:随访观察6~24个月,矫正有效率100%,视野增加,效果稳定,抬眉症状缓解,眼睑闭合良好,上睑形态自然,无并发症。结论:“8”字缝合锚着技术,上睑层次梳理清晰,复位精准,固定确切,力学结构稳定,术后上睑形态自然,在矫正上睑下垂矫正中具有较高临床应用价值。 展开更多

探究了原位回针多重减张缝合联合双负压引流法治疗难愈性创面的效果。将北海市人民医院烧伤整形外科2021年1月-2024年1月收治的74例难愈性创面病例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各37例。对照组实施传统缝合法+双负压引... 探究了原位回针多重减张缝合联合双负压引流法治疗难愈性创面的效果。将北海市人民医院烧伤整形外科2021年1月-2024年1月收治的74例难愈性创面病例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各37例。对照组实施传统缝合法+双负压引流法治疗,实验组实施原位回针多重减张缝合+双负压引流法治疗。比较两组患者的创面愈合情况。结果显示,实验组与对照组在术后并发症发生率(5.41%VS 13.51%)差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组与对照组创面愈合时间与住院时间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后瘢痕遗留情况各个维度评分与总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对难愈性创面患者,采取原位回针多重减张缝合联合双负压引流的修复方式,能够促进创面更好地愈合,可在临床实践中推广。 展开更多

为研究缝合皮肤术后伤口界面的几何结构对创面拉伸破坏行为的作用机制,开展了基于分形互锁机制的皮肤缝合界面拉伸破坏行为研究。参考Koch互锁模型对皮肤界面进行分形设计,对直线及正弦中心线分布的界面构建等效力学模型;结合数值模拟... 为研究缝合皮肤术后伤口界面的几何结构对创面拉伸破坏行为的作用机制,开展了基于分形互锁机制的皮肤缝合界面拉伸破坏行为研究。参考Koch互锁模型对皮肤界面进行分形设计,对直线及正弦中心线分布的界面构建等效力学模型;结合数值模拟和数字图像相关法对制备的各类缝合结构进行拉伸试验研究,聚焦分析了二阶齿皮肤缝合结构的渐进破坏行为,同时进一步探究了齿尖角度、分形阶数及中心线分布形式对该结构拉伸性能的影响规律;最后,以拉伸强度为评价指标,构建了各敏感因素的参数映射模型。研究结果表明,二阶齿界面的破坏行为表现为载荷由两侧齿向中间齿界面层传递,导致二级齿的均匀脱落。较小的齿尖角度以及较高的分形阶数均会提高皮肤界面的拉伸性能,同时正弦中心线分布使结构拥有较大的拉伸强度。研究结果可为后续提高临床缝合术后皮肤创面愈合率提供参考。 展开更多

目的探讨可旋转重复开闭软组织夹联合外科尼龙缝合线法(ROLM)闭合结直肠内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)后黏膜缺损的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2024年1月-2024年6月15例在南京医科大学附属常州市第二人民医院因早期结直肠肿瘤行ESD,并采用ROLM闭... 目的探讨可旋转重复开闭软组织夹联合外科尼龙缝合线法(ROLM)闭合结直肠内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)后黏膜缺损的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2024年1月-2024年6月15例在南京医科大学附属常州市第二人民医院因早期结直肠肿瘤行ESD,并采用ROLM闭合黏膜缺损患者的临床资料。观察患者病灶相关情况(病灶部位、缺损最大径和术后病理)、手术相关情况(术后缺损成功闭合率、钛夹使用数量、ROLM缝合时间和住院时间)、术后并发症发生情况和术后随访情况。结果术后缺损成功闭合率为100%。病灶长径3.0~6.0 cm,平均(3.7±0.8)cm。缺损部位:回盲部1例,升结肠6例,横结肠肝曲1例,降结肠2例,乙状结肠3例,直肠2例。术后病理为:管状腺瘤8例,黏膜下囊肿1例,管状绒毛状腺瘤5例,胃肠道间质瘤1例。钛夹使用数量为7~20枚,中位数为11(10,13)枚。ROLM缝合时间为13~37 min,平均(19.3±6.5)min。住院时间4~9 d,平均(6.5±1.2)d。术后无出血、穿孔、感染和消化道狭窄等并发症发生。术后3~6个月复查肠镜,手术创面均愈合良好。结论ROLM能够安全、有效地闭合结直肠ESD后黏膜缺损。值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

Single-layer reticulated shells(SLRSs)find widespread application in the roofs of crucial public structures,such as gymnasiums and exhibition center.In this paper,a new neural-network-based method for structural damage identification in SLRSs is proposed.First,a damage vector index,NDL,that is related only to the damage localization,is proposed for SLRSs,and a damage data set is constructed from NDL data.On the basis of visualization of the NDL damage data set,the structural damaged region locations are identified using convolutional neural networks(CNNs).By cross-dividing the damaged region locations and using parallel CNNs for each regional location,the damaged region locations can be quickly and efficiently identified and the undamaged region locations can be eliminated.Second,a damage vector index,DS,that is related to the damage location and damage degree,is proposed for SLRSs.Based on the damaged region identified previously,a fully connected neural network(FCNN)is constructed to identify the location and damage degree of members.The effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method are verified by considering a numerical case of a spherical SLRS.The calculation results showed that the proposed method can quickly eliminate candidate locations of potential damaged region locations and precisely determine the location and damage degree of members. 展开更多

目的:比较Bunnell缝合法和Kessler缝合法在急诊手部肌腱损伤修复中的效果及对手功能恢复的影响,以期为临床选择合适的缝合技术提供参考依据。方法:回顾性分析2022年5月—2024年5月于福州市第二总医院接受急诊手部肌腱损伤治疗的101例患... 目的:比较Bunnell缝合法和Kessler缝合法在急诊手部肌腱损伤修复中的效果及对手功能恢复的影响,以期为临床选择合适的缝合技术提供参考依据。方法:回顾性分析2022年5月—2024年5月于福州市第二总医院接受急诊手部肌腱损伤治疗的101例患者的临床资料。依据治疗方法不同,将患者分为两组:观察组(n=50,采用Kessler缝合法)和对照组(n=51,采用Bunnell缝合法)。比较两组治疗效果、手功能、肌腱疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果:观察组的总有效率为98.00%,显著高于对照组的70.59%(P<0.05)。观察组术后12周近端和远端指间关节、掌指关节的活动范围优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后各时间点,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的15.69%(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊手部肌腱损伤修复中,Kessler缝合法较Bunnell缝合法的效果好。 展开更多

目的:比较不同缝线方法在翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年12月本院收治的150例翼状胬肉患者的临床资料,按照缝线方法不同将其分为A组(n=50)、B组(n=50)、C组(n=50)。所有患者均给予翼状... 目的:比较不同缝线方法在翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年12月本院收治的150例翼状胬肉患者的临床资料,按照缝线方法不同将其分为A组(n=50)、B组(n=50)、C组(n=50)。所有患者均给予翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植术治疗,A组采用埋线缝合法,B组采用连续缝合法,C组采用间断缝合法,比较三组手术相关指标(手术时间、拆线时间、住院时间)水平,术后恢复指标(充血水肿消退时间、切口愈合时间、愈合率)水平,手术前后泪膜功能指标[泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)]水平、视力水平、角膜散光度,并发症发生率,以及复发率。结果:A组手术时间、拆线时间、住院时间均短于B组、C组,且B组短于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组术后14 d愈合率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组充血水肿消退时间、切口愈合时间均短于B组、C组,且B组短于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7、14 d,三组BUT、SⅠt水平均高于术前,且A组>B组>C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7、14 d,三组视力水平均高于术前,且A组>B组>C组,三组角膜散光度均低于术前,且A组<B组<C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组并发症发生率低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:埋线缝合法应用于翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植术中可缩短充血水肿消退时间、切口愈合时间,提高泪膜功能指标和视力水平,改善手术相关指标水平,降低角膜散光度水平的效果优于连续缝合法或间断缝合法,且降低并发症发生率的效果优于间断缝合法。 展开更多
