However, most of these methods did not conside... Classification of multi-dimension time series(MTS) plays an important role in knowledge discovery of time series. Many methods for MTS classification have been presented. However, most of these methods did not consider the kind of MTS whose discriminative subsequence was not restricted to one dimension and dynamic. In order to solve the above problem, a method to extract new features with extended shapelet transformation is proposed in this study. First, key features is extracted to replace k shapelets to calculate distance, which are extracted from candidate shapelets with one class for all dimensions. Second, feature of similarity numbers as a new feature is proposed to enhance the reliability of classification. Third, because of the time-consuming searching and clustering of shapelets, distance matrix is used to reduce the computing complexity. Experiments are carried out on public dataset and the results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Moreover, anode current signals(ACS) in the aluminum reduction cell are the aforementioned MTS, and the proposed method is successfully applied to the classification of ACS. 展开更多

The work principle of all fiber optical current transducer (AFOCT) was introduced. By analyzing the characteristic of photo-detector's output, a measurement and signal processing scheme based on sine wave modulation and demodulation was put forward for eliminating the influence of light intensity change and modulation degree change. A digital signal processing system and a calibration scheme were also advanced. The experimental data show that the mean ratio error is 0.016 74% for direct current and 0.035% for alternating current, and the correlation coefficient of linearity is up to 0.999 982 4, meeting the precision requirement of 0.2 grade. Stability experiments and temperature drift experiments show the AFOCT has a better stable capability. 展开更多

The form of drain current model is based on semi-empirical MESFET model, and all parameters in this model are determined by physical parameters of 4H-SiC MESFET. The verification of the present model embedded in CAD tools is made, which shows a good agreement with measured data of large signal DC I-V characteristics, PAE (power added efficiency), output power and gain. 展开更多

The proposed technique needs no passive devices (a resistor and a capacitor) but the well-known SCR technique needs, thus the proposed technique is very suitable for an IC process. An example application as a new current-controlled-power CMOS fullwave rectifier is also given. The example application is simulated by using the SPICE program. Simulation results show that the proposed technique can work well;the controlled-current from 0 μA to 5.5 μA produces the peak area amplitude from 100 mV to 0 mV to the load. 展开更多

牙本质敏感症是口腔常见疾病,暴露的牙本质在受到外界刺激时会产生短暂而尖锐的疼痛,严重影响患者生活质量。然而,其机制长期受限于流体动力学假说,难以解释刺激快速致痛、镇痛效果不佳等关键临床现象。基于此,笔者创新性地从生物电化... 牙本质敏感症是口腔常见疾病,暴露的牙本质在受到外界刺激时会产生短暂而尖锐的疼痛,严重影响患者生活质量。然而,其机制长期受限于流体动力学假说,难以解释刺激快速致痛、镇痛效果不佳等关键临床现象。基于此,笔者创新性地从生物电化学视角提出离子电流传导机制,将牙本质小管重新定义为具备离子选择与整流特性的功能型生物纳米通道。本文系统回顾了传统理论的贡献并剖析其局限,重点阐述新机制的理论基础与实验证据:通过高分辨电化学测量证实了牙本质小管内的非对称电势分布与微安级刺激响应电流,构建了完整的“刺激-电流-疼痛”信号传导模型,验证了该机制在解释毫秒级痛觉传递中的优越性,并展示了基于该机制开发的聚阳离子脱敏材料在实现精准“电化学调控”中的临床应用潜力。这一突破性视角不仅为解决牙本质敏感症提供了新路径,更推动了该领域从“单纯封堵”到“调控电学微环境”的治疗范式转变,为开发新型脱敏材料提供了全新视角。 展开更多

操动机构机械故障和电气回路故障属于断路器最主要的故障,研究其诊断方法对保障电力系统安全具有重要意义。目前国内外在断路器故障诊断领域中,主要针对单源信号进行识别诊断,存在识别范围小、诊断精度低等缺点。鉴于此,研究提出一种基... 操动机构机械故障和电气回路故障属于断路器最主要的故障,研究其诊断方法对保障电力系统安全具有重要意义。目前国内外在断路器故障诊断领域中,主要针对单源信号进行识别诊断,存在识别范围小、诊断精度低等缺点。鉴于此,研究提出一种基于电流及振动信号的多源特征融合断路器故障诊断方法。首先,搭建故障模拟实验平台,模拟多种常见的断路器故障;其次,选择断路器运行过程中的电流信号以及振动信号作为监测物理量,对原始数据滤波之后进行特征提取;最后,分别使用支持向量机、K-最近邻、决策树、轻量级梯度提升机(LightGBM)、随机森林等5种机器学习算法建立故障诊断模型,并采用拼接融合和线性判别分析(LDA)两种方法进一步提高诊断准确率。经过验证,电流-振动多源特征融合诊断率达99.40%,该方法能够及时发现潜在的威胁,具有重要的工程应用价值。 展开更多

面向冰区流场分布式观测的应用场景并结合冰下水声信道特性,本文研究了通信与感知一体化信号设计及信号处理方法。首先,重点设计了通信感知一体化信号的前导码信号。为满足信号到达时刻高精度估计的需求,提出了一种将ZadoffChu(ZC)序列... 面向冰区流场分布式观测的应用场景并结合冰下水声信道特性,本文研究了通信与感知一体化信号设计及信号处理方法。首先,重点设计了通信感知一体化信号的前导码信号。为满足信号到达时刻高精度估计的需求,提出了一种将ZadoffChu(ZC)序列分别与线性调频(LFM)信号、双曲调频(HFM)信号组合的前导信号形式,表示为LFM-ZC信号和HFMZC信号。由于所设计的两种前导信号具有更窄的自相关主瓣,其具有更好的抗多径干扰能力和更高的时延分辨率。同时,提出了一种基于信道估计的到达时刻测准方法:利用所设计前导信号,先采用双向最小二乘粗估计出最大相关峰对应时刻和信号到达时刻的位置差;再采用正交匹配追踪算法估计信道冲激响应,准确搜索首条到达声线以确定信号到达时刻。仿真结果表明在多径时延差较小的冰下水声信道中,所设计的前导信号能准确地估计信号到达时刻,且LFM-ZC信号和HFM-ZC信号具有更好的多普勒因子估计和信道估计性能。 展开更多

The existing LCC-HVDC transmission project adopts the fixed-time delay restarting method.This method has disadvantages such as non-selectivity,long restart process,and high probability of restart failure.These issues cause a secondary impact on equipment and system power fluctuation.To solve this problem,an adaptive restarting method based on the principle of fault location by current injection is proposed.First,an additional control strategy is proposed to inject a current detection signal.Second,the propagation law of the current signal in the line is analyzed based on the distributed parameter model of transmission line.Finally,a method for identifying fault properties based on the principle of fault location is proposed.The method fully considers the influence of the long-distance transmission line with earth capacitance and overcomes the influence of the increasing effect of the opposite terminal.Simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately identify the fault properties under various complex fault conditions and subsequently realize the adaptive restarting process. 展开更多

In order to improve the accuracy of rolling bearing fault diagnosis when the motor is running under non-stationary conditions,an AC motor rolling bearing fault diagnosis method was proposed based on heterogeneous data fusion of current and infrared images.Firstly,VMD was used to decompose the motor current signal and extract the low-frequency component of the bearing fault signal.On this basis,the current signal was transformed into a two-dimensional graph suitable for convolutional neural network,and the data set was classified by convolutional neural network and softmax classifier.Secondly,the infrared image was segmented and the fault features were extracted,so as to calculate the similarity with the infrared image of the fault bearing in the library,and further the sigmod classifier was used to classify the data.Finally,a decision-level fusion method was introduced to fuse the current signal with the infrared image signal diagnosis result according to the weight,and the motor bearing fault diagnosis result was obtained.Through experimental verification,the proposed fault diagnosis method could be used for the fault diagnosis of motor bearing outer ring under the condition of load variation,and the accuracy of fault diagnosis can reach 98.85%. 展开更多

Inductively coupled channels are based on the electromagnetic induction principle and realize long-distance current signal transmission through seawater.Due to a few difficulties in performing actual experiments,it is unclear how the seawater medium affects the frequency selectivity of the current signal.In this paper,a dual dipole model of the inductively coupled seawater transmission channel is established for the traditional short-distance current field transmission mode.The transmission characteristics of electrical signals in seawater are theoretically derived.A platform is used to measure the amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of the current signal transmission in seawater with transmission frequencies ranging from 30 kHz to 1 MHz,and transmission distances in the vertical range of 4 m.The COMSOL Multiphysics simulation and practical test analysis are carried out to analyze the frequency selectivity of seawater conductivity.It is proved that the seawater resistance increases as the frequency increases,which is the key problem that affects the current signal.This study provides an important theoretical support and experimental evidence for improving the transmission performance of long-distance underwater current signals. 展开更多

为了研究航空发动机轴对称喷管前向雷达散射特性,建立2种在不同巡航状态下的轴对称喷管物理模型,采用多层快速多级子算法仿真分析2种状态的喷管在L波段典型频点下水平极化与垂直极化的雷达散射截面(RCS)分布规律与感应电流分布。结果表... 为了研究航空发动机轴对称喷管前向雷达散射特性,建立2种在不同巡航状态下的轴对称喷管物理模型,采用多层快速多级子算法仿真分析2种状态的喷管在L波段典型频点下水平极化与垂直极化的雷达散射截面(RCS)分布规律与感应电流分布。结果表明:喷管处在不同工作状态下,外调节片倾斜角度及搭接状态的变化使雷达波照射后产生的反射波、表面波与绕射波的信号特征强度与方向发生变化,导致RCS震荡特性随之改变;随方位角的增大,反射波的信号特征逐渐增强,喷管前向RCS总体上均呈现震荡上升的趋势,且在水平极化方式下的上升趋势更为明显;在不同俯仰角下,雷达波照射的区域发生改变导致喷管前向RCS分布规律有较大差异。随俯仰角的增大,水平极化与垂直极化RCS均值变化幅度最大分别为19.1%与55.9%,显示出较强的角度敏感性。 展开更多

近年来高压电缆中缓冲层烧蚀导致的电缆本体击穿事故频发,严重影响了电网的安全稳定运行。缓冲层的含水率及外界压力是影响高压电缆缓冲层烧蚀故障发展的重要因素。基于此,搭建了缓冲层在不同含水率及不同受力下的烧蚀模拟试验平台,研... 近年来高压电缆中缓冲层烧蚀导致的电缆本体击穿事故频发,严重影响了电网的安全稳定运行。缓冲层的含水率及外界压力是影响高压电缆缓冲层烧蚀故障发展的重要因素。基于此,搭建了缓冲层在不同含水率及不同受力下的烧蚀模拟试验平台,研究不同条件下缓冲层烧蚀产生的温度、超声以及电信号,获得了烧蚀缺陷的多物理量演变规律。同时结合对烧蚀缓冲层的微观形貌特征以及烧蚀产物成分的表征,分析了不同条件下的缓冲层烧蚀信号产生的机理,发现电流径向集中引起的热效应和缓冲层内气隙放电是导致缓冲层温度升高的原因,而气隙放电是导致超声信号和电信号产生的原因。研究发现,相较干燥缓冲层烧蚀,含水情况下的缓冲层会和铝护套发生电化学腐蚀,会使得超声信号和电信号变大,且中间会有小的信号产生。该研究为高压电缆缓冲层烧蚀检测装置的开发提供了理论和实验基础。 展开更多

A method for estimating current harmonics of an induction motor is introduced which is used for sensorless monitoring of a mechanical system driven by the motor. The method is based on an adaptive signal representation and is proposed to extract weak harmonics from a noisy current signal, especially in the presence of additive interference caused by transient modulation waves. As an application, a rotor unbalance experiment of rotating machinery driven by an induction motor is carried out, The result shows that the eccentricity harmonic magnitude of a current signal obtained by the method represents the rotor unbalance conditions sensitively.
