From a very early period,the Chinese already vaguely sensed that the cultivation of crops required an intricate system.The third century BCE work Master Lü’s Spring and Autumn Annals(Lüshi chunqiu吕氏春秋)states that crops were fed by heaven and raised by earth,and that harvests depended on the farmers who worked the land.Therefore,these three elements,that is,heaven,earth,and farmers,together with crops,jointly constituted a complex community.According to the ancient Chinese,moving a crop away from its native place could bring huge benefits to the new area to which the crop was moved.When writing and compiling Fundamentals of Agriculture and Sericulture(Nongsang jiyao农桑辑要),the officials of the Agricultural Extension Bureau司农司in the Yuan dynasty(1271–1368)excitedly noted the changes brought about by non-native crops to the agriculture of the Central Plains of China中原:“Ramie(Boehmeria nivea)is a crop native to southern China,while cotton(Gossypium herbaceum)comes from the Western Regions西域.In recent years,nevertheless,ramie has been introduced to Henan,while cotton has started to be planted in Shaanxi.The two crops thrive and show no difference from local crops.Farmers in the two regions benefit a lot therefrom”(Agricultural Extension Bureau 1888,juan 2:21). 展开更多

Sesame(Sesamum indicum L.)is an ancient oilseed crop of the Pedaliaceae family with high oil content and potential health benefits.SHI RELATED SEQUENCE(SRS)proteins are the transcription factors(TFs)specific to plants that contain RING-like zinc finger domain and are associated with the regulation of several physiological and biochemical processes.They also play vital roles in plant growth and development such as root formation,leaf development,floral development,hormone biosynthesis,signal transduction,and biotic and abiotic stress responses.Nevertheless,the SRS gene family was not reported in sesame yet.In this study,identification,molecular characterization,phylogenetic relationship,cis-acting regulatory elements,protein-protein interaction,syntenic relationship,duplication events and expression pattern of SRS genes were analyzed in S.indicum.We identified total six SiSRS genes on seven different linkage groups in the S.indicum genome by comparing with the other species,including the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana.The SiSRS genes showed variation in their structure like2–5 exons and 1–4 introns.Like other species,SiSRS proteins also contained‘RING-like zinc finger'and‘LRP1'domains.Then,the SiSRS genes were clustered into subclasses via phylogenetic analysis with proteins of S.indicum,A.thaliana,and some other plant species.The cis-acting regulatory elements analysis revealed that the promoter region of SiSRS4(SIN_1011561)showed the highest 13 and 16 elements for light-and phytohormone-responses whereas,SiSRS1(SIN_1015187)showed the highest 15 elements for stress-response.The ABREs,or ABA-responsive elements,were found in a maximum of 8 copies in the SiSRS3(SIN 1009100).Moreover,the available RNA-seq based expression of SiSRS genes revealed variation in expression patterns between stress-treated and non-treated samples,especially in drought and salinity conditions in.S.indicum.Two SiSRS genes like SiSRS1(SIN_1015187)and SiSRS5(SIN_1021065),also exhibited variable expression patterns between control vs PEG-treated sesame root samples and three SiSRS genes,including SiSRS1(SIN_1015187),SiSRS2(SIN_1003328)and SiSRS5(SIN_1021065)were responsive to salinity treatments.The present outcomes will encourage more research into the gene expression and functionality analysis of SiSRS genes in S.indicum and other related species. 展开更多

The current academic research on the Dian Shi Zhai Pictorial founded in 1884 has been perfected,but there is very little research on the Flying Shadow Pavilion Pictorial,which can be said to be derived from Dian Shi Zhai Pictorial terms of both content and form,and which was founded by the Haiist painter Wu Youru in 1890 in order to reward the increasing number of admirers,but it is still in the initial stage.Flying Shadow Pavilion Pictorial consisted of four parts:pictures of ladies in Shanghai costumes,news about current affairs,pictures of animals,and compilations of women,each of which was accompanied by the then popular notebooks,which were popular at the time among the then readers because of the matching of pictures with text and the mixing of narratives and discussions.This paper takes Flying Shadow Pavilion Pictorial as the main object,summarizes the existing literature about Flying Shadow Pavilion Pictorial,points out the deficiencies of the current research on this basis,and points out the development trend of Flying Shadow Pavilion Pictorial in the future research. 展开更多

本试验利用蔷薇科植物提取物(SHY)分别与新城疫、禽流感H9、H5亚型病毒作用后,接种10 d SPF鸡胚,评价SHY对病毒的抑制作用;给21 d SPF鸡连续口服该中药提取物5 d后,分别用新城疫、禽流感病毒攻击,观察对SPF鸡的保护作用。结果表明:SHY... 本试验利用蔷薇科植物提取物(SHY)分别与新城疫、禽流感H9、H5亚型病毒作用后,接种10 d SPF鸡胚,评价SHY对病毒的抑制作用;给21 d SPF鸡连续口服该中药提取物5 d后,分别用新城疫、禽流感病毒攻击,观察对SPF鸡的保护作用。结果表明:SHY测试剂量对SPF鸡胚没有毒性;20、10、5和2.5 mg/mL提取物与一定量的新城疫、禽流感H9亚型病毒作用后,鸡胚全部存活,病毒测定为阴性;与禽流感H5亚型病毒作用后,2.5 mg/mL组不能完全保护鸡胚存活(6/8),病毒分离阳性。在攻毒试验中,SPF鸡分别按60、50、40和20 mg口服后,用新城疫和禽流感H9亚型攻毒保护分别为5/5、5/5、5/5和4/5。显示SHY不但能显著抑制新城疫、禽流感H9和H5亚型在鸡胚上增殖,而且能保护新城疫、禽流感H9亚型病毒的攻击。对SHY深入的研究,有望开发出有效抗禽流感药物。 展开更多

为实现复杂施工环境下的管道自动焊接,利用自保护药芯焊丝具有较好的全位置焊接性、良好的脱渣性与电弧稳定性、未熔合缺陷低、无需保护气体、在风速小于8m/s时不需采用任何防风措施的优势,研制了管道全位置自保护药芯焊丝自动焊接系统... 为实现复杂施工环境下的管道自动焊接,利用自保护药芯焊丝具有较好的全位置焊接性、良好的脱渣性与电弧稳定性、未熔合缺陷低、无需保护气体、在风速小于8m/s时不需采用任何防风措施的优势,研制了管道全位置自保护药芯焊丝自动焊接系统(由安装焊炬的焊接小车、导向轨道、自动控制系统、焊接电源及送丝机等组成),应用自保护药芯成品焊丝对X80管线钢进行了焊接试验,确定了合适的自保护药芯焊丝自动焊焊接参数,进而制订了"内焊机根焊+管道全位置自保护药芯焊丝自动焊接填充、盖面焊接"的焊接工艺,并对该工艺焊缝进行了力学性能测试。试验结果表明,管道全位置自保护药芯焊丝自动焊接系统整体性能稳定,焊接过程平稳,可有效提高焊接过程的连续性与稳定性,焊接接头的内在质量、外观成形、力学性能都满足X80管线钢的焊接标准要求,且焊接时不需防风棚,可有效降低管道焊接综合成本。同时,还提出了进一步研发适合于自动焊接的专用自保护药芯焊丝的合理化建议。 展开更多

为了进一步探讨应用标准化径流指数(Standardized Runoff Index,SRI),进行水文干旱识别时存在的干旱等级划分及其临界值如何确定问题,构建了新的区域水文干旱指数,并应用于典型区水文干旱识别。即以东南沿海晋江流域为研究区,利用该流域... 为了进一步探讨应用标准化径流指数(Standardized Runoff Index,SRI),进行水文干旱识别时存在的干旱等级划分及其临界值如何确定问题,构建了新的区域水文干旱指数,并应用于典型区水文干旱识别。即以东南沿海晋江流域为研究区,利用该流域2个水文站和3个气象站1960—2006年逐月径流和降水数据,结合径流距平百分比和降水距平百分比,构建了区域水文干旱指数SHI(Standardized Hydrology Index),获得了相应的干旱等级发生频率,进而以SHI累计频率确定了区域水文干旱指数SHI各干旱等级临界值。结果表明,基于SRI和区域水文干旱指数SHI,可以较好地识别过去47 a中晋江流域发生的主要水文干旱事件,且SHI临界值较SPI(Standardized Precipitation Index)临界值对重要水文干旱事件识别更为敏感,结果更为合理。 展开更多

本文叙述了用胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶水解的鱼是鱼可溶性肽类水解物 ,经凝胶高效液相色谱和氨基酸分析仪分析测定其肽类分子组成结构和氨基酸组成成分。测得水解产物中肽类相对分子质量在 74 0 0以下 ,其中相对分子质量 660 0~ 74 0 0、由 ... 本文叙述了用胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶水解的鱼是鱼可溶性肽类水解物 ,经凝胶高效液相色谱和氨基酸分析仪分析测定其肽类分子组成结构和氨基酸组成成分。测得水解产物中肽类相对分子质量在 74 0 0以下 ,其中相对分子质量 660 0~ 74 0 0、由 5 2~ 5 8个氨基酸组成的较长肽链占 1.74 % ;相对分子质量 2 5 0 0~ 5 30 0、由 2 0~ 4 1个氨基酸组成的中长肽链占 2 9.75 % ;相对分子质量在 10 0 0以下的由 2~ 10个氨基酸组成的寡肽占5 0 %。水解物的总氮与氨基酸态氮比为 2 5 .9:1,约有 96%的氨基酸以肽类形式存在 ,4 %为游离氨基酸。测得可溶性肽的总氨基酸含量为 73.98% ,必需氨基酸为 32 .39% ,占总氨基酸的 4 3.78% ,与 FAO/ WHO相比 ,苯丙氨酸为第一限制性氨基酸 ,氨基酸分值为 61。根据分析结果 ,深入探讨了鱼是鱼可溶性肽氨基酸组成的平衡性及其有关寡肽在动物机体的生理功能作用。 展开更多

针对具有多维状态变量、多种工作模式和故障模式的复杂工程系统,提出一种基于综合健康指数(synthesized health index,SHI)与相关向量机(relevance vector machine,RVM)的系统级失效预测方法。在离线训练阶段,先根据有限失效历史数据建... 针对具有多维状态变量、多种工作模式和故障模式的复杂工程系统,提出一种基于综合健康指数(synthesized health index,SHI)与相关向量机(relevance vector machine,RVM)的系统级失效预测方法。在离线训练阶段,先根据有限失效历史数据建立各工作模式下的健康评估模型,并据此获得各历史退化轨迹的SHI序列;然后再使用RVM对这些序列进行回归处理,进而辨识出与回归曲线最为匹配的函数模型。在线预测阶段,先运用健康评估模型计算当前设备的SHI序列并进行RVM回归,再拟合出离线阶段确定的函数模型并添加时变噪声;最后,外推预测出系统剩余使用寿命的概率密度分布。该方法成功应用到涡轮发动机的失效预测案例。 展开更多

目的 :研究重型颅脑损伤 (SHI)合并缺血、缺氧时脑组织谷氨酸 (Glu)及环核苷酸代谢的改变及临床意义。方法 :在 SD大鼠弥漫性脑损伤模型基础上 ,制成 SHI合并低血压及脑缺血模型。通过氨基酸分析仪与放射免疫法测定伤后不同时间脑组织 ... 目的 :研究重型颅脑损伤 (SHI)合并缺血、缺氧时脑组织谷氨酸 (Glu)及环核苷酸代谢的改变及临床意义。方法 :在 SD大鼠弥漫性脑损伤模型基础上 ,制成 SHI合并低血压及脑缺血模型。通过氨基酸分析仪与放射免疫法测定伤后不同时间脑组织 Glu、c AMP和 c GMP含量。结果 :SHI后 10分钟 ,Glu明显增加〔(19.0±0 .9)μmol/ g(P<0 .0 1)〕,随后逐渐下降 ,并于 2 4小时达最低点〔 (6 .5± 1.0 )μmol/ g〕,72小时组出现回升趋势 ,但仍维持低水平 ;SHI后 2 4小时 c AMP下降至 (5 .7± 1.9) nm ol/ g(P <0 .0 5 ) ,c GMP则升高到 (1.1±0 .3) nm ol/ g(P<0 .0 1) ,c AMP/ c GMP比值下降到 (5 .0± 1.0 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;SHI合并缺血、缺氧后 ,上述指标变化更加明显。结论 :在 SHI合并缺血、缺氧后 ,脑组织 Glu、c AMP和 c GMP含量发生显著变化 ,上述氨基酸谱的改变所引起的神经细胞兴奋毒性和代谢性应激反应是加重继发性脑损害的关键因素。 展开更多

目的探讨早期经皮内镜下胃、空肠造瘘术(PEG-J)在重型颅脑损伤(SHI)治疗中的临床价值及疗效。方法将我科2012年1月至2017年12月应用PEG-J营养治疗SHI 40例(PEG-J组)与经鼻胃肠管营养治疗SHI 30例(经鼻胃肠管组)的临床资料进行回顾性分... 目的探讨早期经皮内镜下胃、空肠造瘘术(PEG-J)在重型颅脑损伤(SHI)治疗中的临床价值及疗效。方法将我科2012年1月至2017年12月应用PEG-J营养治疗SHI 40例(PEG-J组)与经鼻胃肠管营养治疗SHI 30例(经鼻胃肠管组)的临床资料进行回顾性分析。比较两组行肠内营养后第1、21天非瘫痪侧的肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF),体质量指数(BMI),血清白蛋白(Alb),血红蛋白(Hb),胃肠道功能障碍(胃肠内容物潴留、呕吐、反流、腹泻、便秘),并发症(主要观察吸入性肺炎、消化道出血),住院时间以及格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)等。结果PEG-J组第21天人体测量指标、血液指标[TSF(11.58±1.38)mm、BMI(20.51±1.50)kg/m^2、Alb(40.98±4.41)g/L、Hb(113.68±21.68)g/L]均优于经鼻胃肠管组[TSF(10.78±1.72)mm、BMI(19.13±1.60)kg/m^2、Alb(35.00±2.36)g/L、Hb(96.37±16.24)g/L,P<0.05];PEG-J组的胃肠道功能障碍明显少于经鼻胃肠管组(P<0.05);PEG-J组的并发症(10例vs.26例)、住院时间少于经鼻胃肠管组[(23.28±1.66)d vs.(27.67±2.09)d](P<0.05);PEG-J组的GOS评分优于经鼻胃肠管组(P<0.05)。结论PEG-J是一种安全、有效、并发症少的手术,可以为SHI患者的营养支持提供最佳方法。 展开更多
